About the Author
PAT GILBERT has been writing about music and film for over twenty-five years. He is a former editor of MOJO, the world’s biggest-selling music magazine, and these days edits its offshoot, MOJO ’60s. Pat is also the author of Passion Is A Fashion, the definitive biography of The Clash, and has provided sleeve notes for the group’s official releases since the late ’90s. In 2002, he had the honor of stepping aside from his MOJO role for a month to enable David Bowie to guest-edit the magazine. Pat lives in London, not far from Bowie’s old family home in Bromley.
