We’d partnered up with local senior living complexes, and even managed to get Padre into one of them. It was one of those places that was like a regular neighborhood, but also had increased levels of care for when you really needed it.
Scott and Lily were dating, but casually, since she had a year to go before graduating high school. He was attending La Playa Community College and Lily was doing a dual enrollment thing so they could take classes together.
Bailey was also in the middle of a lot of senior year activities, and she and Lily had become inseparable.
