Tears sprung to my eyes as I thought of Mama. I had always felt a special bond with my Mother. Knowing that we were linked on an even deeper level was blowing my mind.
I wasn't the only one who was tearing up. Sister Josephine dabbed the corner of her eye with her sleeve. “That is simply beautiful. May The Creator bless and reward you for sharing that with me dear Sister.”
Sister Akilah touched her heart and bowed her head. “It is an honor to share it. I am so glad that it brings you comfort.” She turned to address us again. “Brothers and Sisters, we are only scratching the surface. Now, let's look at the relationship between us and nature Show: Tree.” Holographic boxes appeared next to all of the trees in the forest. “Trees are very beautiful things. One of the blessings of the trees is in the healing they release for us. Trees resonate healing vibrations. It is well documented that taking a walk in the forest, or even simply being near trees, can lower blood pressure, the heart rate, stress, and even protect against cancer. And its not just forests, but all natural settings.”
Sister Akilah walked over to a tree and touched one of its leaves, “And we do not know how much we effect nature in return. It is well documented that some trees respond to touch and sound. My Sisters and Brothers, we must learn to live in harmony with our surroundings.
Peoples of old received guidance to these truths, and little by little, science has been proving it. Now, I want you all to see this in action.” The Sister spoke into the air again, “Show: Human Vitals.” Immediately, a screen popped up beside each one of us.
“Sister Joelle, please walk towards that tree.” Sister Akilah said. She was standing farthest away from the trees. As she approached, an iridescent trail of chemicals began to appear. The closer she got, the more her vitals improved.
“Human Vitals, Enlarge” Sister Akilah said. “As you see, The Creator has provided us with these trees that release these wonderful chemicals that have a direct effect on us. We are tied together. We have an effect on each other. It is to our benefit to live together in harmony.”
The more I thought about it, the sadder it was. On Earth, deforestation had become a big problem. People began cutting down large arbor areas. Large forests disappeared. The rainforest became smaller. Little did the peoples of Earth know that they were destroying a real health benefit for themselves.
Sister Akilah walked over to the tree and looked closely at the bark. “And trees are not the only thing that The Most High put on this Earth to help heal us.” She continued searching until she found what she was looking for.
“Ah, here it is,” she whispered. She picked up a nearby stick and lifted some sap from the trunk of the tree.
“Perform: Crystallization.” She said. Instantly, the sap solidified into an amber nugget. She began to warm it between her palms.
“This amber contains something called succinic acid. When warmed to a certain point, something beautiful occurs.” We watched as EnVirtuo scanned her hands and they became transparent. We could see the succinic acid actually leave the amber and pass into her body.
“This transfer happens and is able to lower pain. In fact, ancient peoples noticed this property and actually made teething bracelets and necklaces for babies to ease the pain of new teeth growing out of their gums.”
Father Zouadin spoke, “I have always been a man of great faith. Seeing all of this is...very good for an old man like me. Quite a blessing. Quite a blessing indeed.”
Sister Akilah smiled broadly. “Then I can't wait to see what you think of this. I'm sure you are all wondering why I had you remove your shoes?”
“To be one with nature?” Aziz chimed in. The quick witted answer came out before he could stop himself.
Sister Akilah just chuckled again. “Brother Aziz, you are actually right. Even the ground we walk on has healing properties. The peoples of old were more in tune with nature. They wore shoes made of natural fibers and animal skins or went barefoot. They remained connected. But those shoes were eventually replaced with soles made of rubber or other synthetic materials. Homes which once had earthen floors were replaced with layers of concrete wood and tile. These things removed us farther and farther from being in sync with nature.”
As she spoke, EnVirtuo began to show us something that looked like tiny bubbles rising from the ground under out feet. We watched, mesmerized as the effervescent mist entered our bodies through our feet.
“Whoa! What is happening?” Aziz said. We were all looking around, a little alarmed. Whatever was coming out of the ground was getting into our bodies and we had to fight the urge to lift our feet up.
Sister Akilah looked totally at peace, and so we relaxed. “Every day, our bodies build up something called 'free radicals'. Free radicals are linked to inflammation, and inflammation is linked to all sorts of health issues, like cancer, immune dysfunction, and aging. These free radicals are positively charged.”
Now consider this planet we live on. Like Earth, Mercia is negatively charged. In the past, we've learned that humans get Vitamin D from the Sun. We get Oxygen from the trees.
We also get something from this planet. Every time we connect--each time our bare feet touch any natural surface, free electrons flow into our bodies. Free Electrons. Healing Electrons. Negative Ions flow into the body and the positively charged ones flow out. These healing electrons have been documented to heal arthritis, stress, menopause, decrease stress and boost the immune system among other things.”
Sister Akilah watched our faces with satisfaction. This was one of the most incredible things I had ever seen in my life. I was close to being at a loss for words.
“This has always been true? Earth always released these electrons? And this planet too? Why have we never heard of these things?” I asked. I felt so very blessed by the new knowledge, but appalled that information like this seemed to have been kept from us on purpose.
“It has always been so. On Earth, more and more discoveries were being made. But once our planet began to deteriorate, and it got quicker and quicker, Panic set in. People didn't know what to do. You perception shifts quickly when you see that the end of your life is approaching.
When our ancestors first arrived on Mercia, we tried to do better. We tried to take better care of the planet. We tried to make use of solar energy and green living. But the Houdakin felt that was very dangerous.
They knew that understanding our connection to the Planet would empower us. How inferior would we feel if we knew the planet was giving us so much power....if we understood the force behind the things we see everyday? That's why our Science Study fields are so closely monitored. We can still study things, but finding out how they relate to us has become an underground pursuit..”
I shook my head. It was as if an unseen force did not want us to fully see how we were all connected. It had to be the Houdakin. Who else could be the ones who would suppress such information. I wasn't one to make an accusation without proof, but I also couldn't deny that it sure fell in line with their methods to thinking...all to keep us feeling inferior.
Sister Akilah spoke again, “Show: All Vibration.” She then began to walk around, lifting her arms into the air for emphasis. “Everything is quietly resonating. This planet and each and every one of us. The most important thing you will learn today is how we all affect each other.” She turned back towards the sphere and spoke, “Play: Connectivity Data.” and the inside of the dome dimmed. Holographic images played before us like a 3D movie.
“For centuries, our Scriptures have been mercifully granting us advisories, suggestions, recommendations and warnings. Pray. Be Kind. Be Positive. Help others. Many humans heeded this advice and tried to incorporate it into their daily lives.
You see, spirituality is ingrained into our DNA. It's when you acknowledge that there is something greater and more powerful than yourself. Most humans at some point in their lives feel a pull...that longing to connect to that Greater source. Religions can be seen as different blue prints or game plans on how
nurture that connection.
As a race, we have fallen into who has the best game pan. But fighting only distracts from the goal, and that goal is to get closer to and get a relationship with your Creator.
What we must do is pray for ourselves and everybody else to get there. And with that, to be the best example of what you profess to believe.
So, as individuals, we heeded advice to implement things like prayer and kindness among other things into our daily routine. We did this in faith, believing that doing so would help us and the others as well.
The Ending Ages on Earth proved to be a time that sprouted many experiments where scientists tried to prove or discovered the phenomena of acts of faith.
Take for instance a study done about prayer. Studies emerged where hospital patients were monitored. Half of them were prayed for, and the other half were not. Nobody, not the doctors nor the patients, were told who was prayed for and who was not.
Miraculously, the group who was prayed for recovered more quickly than their counterparts! Studies were done to try and quantify the effects of kindness and optimism. MRI scans showed that people who are more compassionate have better vitals and overall health than those who do not.
Or take a group of hotel maids where half were told that their daily job of folding sheets and cleaning beds was actually fulfilling the daily 60 minute requirement of exercise. One group was told this, and the other group was not.
Both groups were performing the same exact jobs, but the group that was told to expect greater health benefits actually did while the others group's bodies and vitals remained the same. There was an actual physical change when the mind believed in an expectation.
The brain is a beautiful and mysterious thing. It is far more intricate than we realize. My yoga teacher used to always tell us that it takes 40 days to establish a new healthy habit. Later, while researching for a paper, I stumbled upon the amazing science that supports it.”
I looked around at our group. They were completely mesmerized. Sister Akilah continued.
“In the 1960s, Dr. Maxwell Maltz observed that it takes about 21 days for an amputee patient to stop feeling the 'phantom sensation' from an amputated limb. He further recorded that it took an additional 21 days for that person to create a new habit.
What he was seeing is that it takes about 21 days for the brain to form new neural pathways. If an action is not repeated for at least 21 days, the brain rejects making the new pathway. This information created a sensation back on Earth. But lets really look at it. 21 days to break an old habit....and then 21 days to establish a new one, a new neural pathway. 21 plus 21...that's about 40 days. Does that sound familiar to any of you?”
Realization dawned on us one by one. Joelle was the first to speak. “Hey, Prophet Moses was on Mount Sinai for 40 days, before getting the Ten Commandment tablets!”
Sister Akilah smiled with satisfaction. “That's right! Any more?”
I spoke next, my heart racing, “And the Prophet and Messiah Jesus, peace and blessings be upon him, fasted for 40 days before being tempted by Satan!”
“Excellent!” Sister Akilah beamed. Kaisan and Teo spoke next, “Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him prayed and fasted for 40 days and then received the revelation of the Qur’an!”
“And the flood with Prophet Noah lasted for 40 days too. Jonah also delivered the message to the people of Nineveh that they had 40 days to repent!” Teo added excitedly.
“Well done, well done! Before ancient believers knew the science behind it, they were following guidance and working within the time frames needed!” Sister Akilah clapped her hands. She paused a bit to let it all sink in.
Sister Akilah was right. All of this new information was having an effect on me. I had always had faith. I had always believed in the stories from the Scriptures.
But this information was like putting cherries on top of ice cream. It made it that much sweeter.
It was revealing a whole new layer. It was giving us a peek at Divine Design, and a wonderful feeling was sweeping over me. I felt absolutely empowered.
“My dear Brothers and Sisters. I have shared all of this information with you to prepare your minds for one last thing. Show: Heart.” Sister Akilah once again spoke into the air. Instantly, a CG image of a baby in the womb appeared. Its tiny curled body floated in the midst of a faint iridescent liquid.
Sister Akilah walked over to the image and tapped it twice. It enlarged to eighty percent. We could see a small glowing organ with a purple light in its chest. It was the heart.
“The heart is the first organ to form in the human body. We know how powerful the brain is. It emits a very strong electromagnetic field.
That is how we are able to use MRI and Cat Scan machines to get a reading on what is going on inside. Well, the heart generates a electrical field 1000,000 times greater electrically and up to 5,000 times greater magnetically than the brain. It was once thought that the heart was just one big muscle pumping blood throughout our bodies. But tests show that up to sixty-five percent of heart cells are actually neural cells, not muscle cells.”
Sister Akilah waved her fingertips and the holographic image of the baby grew until it was adult size. “Show: Also Mercia,” she commanded, and an image of our Planet appeared beside the human figure, slowly rotating on it's axis.
“The magnetic field of this planet is almost identical to Earth's. Mercia's magnetic field rises and falls. It controls everything from the sea level to the ice caps around RoAam, to our climate. What is amazing is that there is a direct correlation between the magnetic field we create and the magnetic field of Mercia.
Scripture and the Prophets of old have told us that it is blessed to be grateful, to love, and to have compassion. Now look at what is really happening when you activate these things. Show:Vitals.”
You could see inside each one of us as our hearts thumped their varying rhythms. A pulsating green plasmic glow emanated from our hearts illustrating the magnetic field our hearts were creating.
“Now, each one of you take a moment to think about those who are less fortunate. Those in need of the Aoki. Those who need clothing, and water, and shelter. Those who can't afford three daily meals. Feel the compassion grow inside of your heart. The desire to help them...let that warmth spread.
Now, think about all of the blessings The Creator has bestowed upon you. From the fact that you rose to see another day. To the fact that you are provided for. Think about how blessed it is that the Prophecy is being fulfilled. Let let gratitude fill your entire being. And then bring the people you love to mind. Think about why you love them. Let it all just fill you up."
We all went through the motions, emoting feeling of compassion, love and gratitude, and incredulously, the glowing magnetic field of our hearts began to spread until it formed a large inner tube like shape around us that radiated out at least ten feet in every direction.
And that wasn't the only thing that shifted. As our fields grew, Mercia's field too began to fluctuate.
Kaisan looked from his own field to the field that surrounded the Mercia hologram.
“Are...are we doing that?” he said, not believing what he was seeing.
“You absolutely are. Mercia's, resonances vibrate at exactly the same frequencies as the Brain and Heart, just like on Earth. So you see, we are connected.
And it goes even deeper. When we bring up feelings of love, gratitude and compassion, over 1,350 biochemical changes are triggered in your body.
The immune system is boosted to incredible levels. Anti-aging processes begin. Levels of the stress hormone cortisol decrease. Heart health improves. You even think more clearly.
And summoning these feelings not only triggers changes in yourself, but in Mercia's magnetic field too as you see here.”
“And this has been proven?” Brother Chord wanted to know.
“It has all been proven,” Sister Akilah nodded with a smile. “Scientist from Earth began to notice that when lar
ge scale tragedies happened and people collectively felt compassion towards the communities of people effected, the magnetic field of the Earth shifted in response. How we choose to respond...what we choose to do and say and speak can change the entire planet.”
Sister Josephine had a question. “What about the opposite situation, where we feel negative emotions? Are the effects the opposite as well?
Sister Akilah's smile faded. “Feelings of fear, worry and hate have the exact opposite effects. It is similar to how your gifts work. Using your gifts correctly and with the right motivations will strengthen you. Using them the wrong way will weaken you. Please, please, I urge you to always be mindful. EnVirtuo: Disengage.”
Sister Akilah shut down the holographic dome just as Brother Vasyl approached. “They're ready for you at the Meeting House,” he informed us.
Sister Akilah put a hand to her heart. “Well, this is it. Your training has formally been completed. Now it's time to get a game plan on what to do next. It has been my pleasure to be able to meet you all. May the Most High grant you peace, wisdom, guidance and protection.
Remember, we'll all be praying for you. Remember the real power that is in prayer. Never never despair of God's Mercy or help. He will never forsake you.”
Two scriptures came to my mind as I pondered her words. One from the Qur'an, “Have no fear, for God is with us...” and the other from the Bible, “Don't worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
I needed to take that leap of faith in my heart and push all of the fear and worry out. It didn't matter that we didn't have the extra support. We just had to pray and let the positive vibes from our faith grow and grow.
We each put a hand to our own hearts and returned the sentiment. “Sister Akilah, thank you so much for blessing us and sharing this knowledge with us.
