He tried to reach out for me but i flinched away.
I had no words. None. Because i couldn't understand.
But i did say the only thing i do understand.
"Take me home."
"W-what?"
"Please, take me home," i pleaded softly, my voice straining in the end.
Aries opened his mouth to speak but one look into my eyes made him close it right back.
He nodded, and i got up.
I walked out of the mansion, with Aries trailing behind silently. I didn't take a thing with me. I didn't need to.
Michael, Aries is taking me home, i'll be back. I mind-linked.
What happened? He linked back.
I'll tell you later.
Are you safe?
Yes, i just need to see my dad. I linked before cutting off the link completely and blocking him out of my mind.
"Can we take a car instead? I don't feel like running..."
Aries nodded stiffly, his hard face back intact, his eyes were distant, and they looked contemplating.
We headed towards his garage, and he looked at me, waiting for me to pick.
I smiled, and remembered the first time i came here.
With a half smile on my face, i traced the garage, my eyes landing on a dark red Jeep Cherokee.
"That one please," i said softly.
He picked out the key to that car, and headed towards it.
I trailed behind him, trying to match my smaller strides with his large ones.
He stood at my side and held the door open for me to get in.
I got in and waited for him to come around to the other side.
As he got in the car, i gave him a little thank you, which he didn't reply to, before everything went silent.
He drove out of the garage and out of his home property, through the big steel gates, and onto the road.
He was very silent, and i felt that it's because he thinks i broke my promise. I didn't, i just need to see my dad and make sure that this guy isn't a nut-job or a wacko psycho that believes in greek mythology, and not just believes in it, but thinks that he's part of it. I mean, i'm as interested in greek myths as much as the next person, but come on! Couldn't the only guy i really felt attracted to, be mentally stable? I know that i let Michael kiss me, but it was nothing serious, i was trying to compare him to Aries, as selfish as that sounds. I wanted to figure out whether or not Aries could really be my mate. But now that he's got a loose screw in that head of his, i don't believe that i could think of us together.
I looked towards Aries as we passed the territory's boundary line, and headed to my territory.
My wolf yipped inside of me, excitedly. But i felt, like something was gonna be missing.
Aries had his grip tightly clenched on the steering wheel, his eyes were dead set on the road, and he had an impassive look on his face. He looked like he was gritting his teeth, and all his muscles looked tense.
I felt bad. Really bad.
I cleared my throat, "Why so quiet?" I asked.
Aries didn't answer. He kept his eyes on the road ahead.
I decided to maybe say something different that would make him a bit happier, "Don't be mad. We're only going for a day or two, then we'll be back," i said.
"We?" He asked, sounding and looking confused.
"Yeah, i mean, i thought that if you're already going to take me, you might as well stay," i explained, my cheeks feeling warm.
His tight grip on the steering wheel loosened slightly.
"And you're coming back with me?" He asked.
I nodded, giving him a small smile.
Crazy or not, i couldn't deny that I've grown kind of attached to him. Every night, he wraps his arms around me, spooning me. It's hard not to get used to that. And it sort of feels like...like home. It felt good to be in his arms, it felt new, but right.
"You will?" He asked, looking astonished.
"Yes, i'll come back with you Aries, i just really missed my family," i said.
"Then why did you tell me to take you home in a way that made me feel like I've lost you forever?" He asked, his voice straining slightly in the end, as he looked at me with softer eyes.
"You didn't," i replied vaguely, looking away from him and straight ahead.
"And about what i said?" He asked, regarding the Greek bullshit he told me.
"I don't wanna talk about it, please," i begged, not looking him in the eyes.
After moments of silence, he spoke once more, "Please, look at me."
I couldn't look at him and talk about that Greek nonsense now.
He suddenly stopped the car on the side and put the gear on P.
"Ariel," he growled.
"What?" I growled back, snapping my head towards him.
Aries suddenly picked me up and placed me on his lap in one swift move.
I straddled him and held onto his broad shoulders so i could add some distance between us.
"I can't help but feel like you're leaving me," he whispered helplessly.
I took a deep breath and sighed, cupping his cheeks. I wish i could leave him. Every time i did, i'd be dragged right back where i started, back to his mansion. It feels like there's no escaping him. Weird enough, I feel like i no longer want to run away from him. I can't just leave him, not anymore. No matter how much my wolf disliked him for marking us, i couldn't bring myself to let him sleep in that big bed of his all alone. I knew this all along, but i was just now admitting it. I tried to resist and tried to deny, but i couldn't. I knew from the moment i met him in the school gym, that i wasn't going to be able to shake this man off, anytime soon.
I brought his face closer to mine and kissed his forehead, softly. Resting my forehead on his, i looked into his eyes, "I'm not leaving you, at least not until my birthday. I won't run away from this commitment," i whispered.
His grip around my waist tightened, "You will never leave me, Ariel, never," he growled dangerously low.
I sighed, pulling away and resting my chin on his head.
His lips brushed against my cleavage, and i wrapped my arms around his neck, and weaved my fingers through his hair pushing him closer.
He left feathered kisses all over my cleavage but then suddenly began to get rougher, as his grip around my waist tightened.
"Mine," he growled, as he nipped on my skin.
"A-aries," i muttered, lightly pushing him away.
I untangled myself from his arms and sat back in my seat.
My cheeks were really warm and my heart was beating rapidly. I felt too embarrassed to look at him after what just happened.
I could feel his eyes on me, as he changed gears. He suddenly skidded onto the road, and placed his hand on mine.
The distance Aries was driving was longer now that we were moving by car instead of running, but i really didn't feel like shifting, even though normally i would.
"Tell me about yourself," his velvet voice sounded.
I clasped my hands together, "What do you want to know?" I asked.
"Everything," he replied sincerely.
"Did you tell me everything about yourself?" I asked, with an amused tone, deciding to tease him slightly.
Aries pressed his lips in a thin line as his eyes hardened and grip on the wheel tightened, "No."
My heart dropped.
I knitted my eyebrows in sheer confusion, "No?"
"Don't make me repeat myself," he growled lowly.
I huffed and rolled my eyes at him.
"I don't like that," he spat.
"I don't care," i retaliated.
He growled and i growled back, narrowing my eyes at him.
"Why do you have to be so difficult?" He snapped.
"Me? Difficult? If you think i'm difficult then what would you describe yourself to be? And until you tell me everything, first, i won't spare you one detail about myself," i retorted, crossing my arms and looking through the window, deciding that we should just stop talking until we get back home.

The longest hour & half of my life.
But we finally got there, and once our car approached the territory boundary line, we were met with a few familiar patrol wolves.
Their wolves almost yipped in recognition & excitement when they caught my scent. The four patrol wolves stood aside to let us through, bowing their heads.
We passed through, Aries heading towards the primary pack house, the one where i lived.
Dad? I linked him.
Ariel? Ariel, is everything okay? He linked me back.
Dad, i'm back! I replied.
You are? He let you go? He asked, astonishment evident in his voice.
He's here, with me. We're here to stay for a few days. I mind-linked him.
We'll be waiting for you, he answered, cutting off the mind-link, while Aries stopped the car and parked it in front of the house.
"Are you ready?" His voice sounded.
I nodded as i took off the seat belt, and i turned to open the door, only to find Aries helping me out.
I smiled at the gentleman-like gesture and headed towards the house.
Did you arrive back home? Michael's voice sounded through my head making my eyes glaze over.
I briefly said yes before blocking him out.
Suddenly i found myself tripping over the porch stairs. But Aries took my fall. Again. It was like the first day i met him, all over again.
I opened my eyes, to find myself toppled on top of him, gazing into his deep blue eyes, "Thanks," i whispered, as his arms tightened around my waist.
Aries' eyes darkened a tad. His eyes scanned my face from my eyes to my lips over and over again. He opened his mouth to speak, but before he could reply, the pack house door flung open, as a bright light beamed through, "Welcome back!" A whole lot of voices yelled cheerfully.
I peeked at the crowd to find my parents, Adrien, the omegas (or staff), Liz, the Gamma or Third Jacobs, and Beta Davis, all staring at us, with their eyes wide, & mouth hung low.
I looked back at them, startled, before i peeked back at Aries' smug looking face. I panicked, and began pushing myself off of him, but he wouldn't let me go.
"Let go, Aries," i hissed with a scowl, while he just smirked.
My dad cleared his throat, and i could hear his footsteps approaching.
My heart beat increased and banged against my chest with the sound of my father's nearing footsteps.
"Oh my god, Aries, please," i pleaded, trying to release myself from his tight grip which kept tightening.
Aries looked at me, smugly, but his eyes seemed to soften with the sight of panic flashing through my eyes.
All at once, he released me and i bolted off of him, hurrying towards my father.
My dad's eyes seemed to soften as well. He spread his arms wide and i bounced in his embrace, as he hugged me tightly.
"I missed you pumpkin," he whispered softly with a muffled voice as he kissed my head full, of hair.
"I missed you too, dad."
"Sweetheart!" My mom's sweet voice sounded from behind my father.
I peeked at her, from behind dad's big figure and smiled, "Mom!"
She hurried towards me with open arms like the wings of a mama bird when it embraces it's baby bird. Her hug was so comforting & warm, it made me remember everything I've been missing back home.
"How are you sweetie?" She asked, squishing my cheeks with her palms.
"I'm good," i said, my words ending up being muffled.
"Ari! Ari! You back!" A squeaky voice chirped.
I chuckled and looked around for my little brother, only to find a little body hurtling itself at me like a meteor from outer space. I even contemplated running away, because he looked like he was on crazy mode. He buried his face into my bare legs while i tried to hug him. That was until i felt something sticky. I crouched down and pulled him at arms length, looking at his face with a small smile. Adrien had chocolate smeared all over his face, and his eyes looked hyped up. Great, he's got a sugar rush.
I smiled at him, and gave him a kiss on his sticky sugary cheeks, before ruffling his hair, "What did you guys feed him?" I asked, standing up from my crouched position.
Out of nowhere Liz sneaked out from behind her father with a sheepish grin on her face, "Guilty as charged," she squeaked, i held the laugh that wanted to escape me and i pursed my lips together, "It's just he's so cute! And i never had a baby brother before, and he asked me for cotton candy, so i made him some, then he asked me for nutella and we both pulled out a jar and ate and i didn't know that he'd get a sugar rush! I-" i cut off her babbling with a loud laugh as i skipped towards her and squished her in a tight hug.
"Oh my god! I've missed you!" I squealed, jumping up and down as she did the same, a ten meter grin on her face.
"I've missed you, too!" She squeaked, as we both girly jumped. Everyone laughed at our exchanged and that made us even more excited.
Someone cleared their throat, and Lizzy froze, as did everyone else.
Aries stepped towards me, pulling me away from Liz, with an arm around my waist.
Light tingles shot through my body from where he dug his fingers into my skin.
Aries looked towards my father and mother, nodding, as a greeting.
"Welcome, Alpha Aries," my father spoke.
"Thank you," Aries replied, gruffly.
Adrien, i saw, was staring at Aries from afar. He was standing next to daddy, leaning his head on dad's calve while clutching onto his jeans nervously.
Aries' eyes snapped to Adrien's so he immediately looked away.
"Come here Adrien," i called onto him softly.
He looked at me with his wide green eyes and pouty pink lips, then hesitantly came over.
My baby bro was adorable and i was sure that he'd grow up to be a heart breaker.
Adrien hugged my legs, hiding in between so i carried him in my arms. He buried his head in the crook of my neck while playing with my hair with his right small hand.
I offered everyone a smile before saying, "We're going to freshen up, and then we'll meet you for dinner okay?"
My dad nodded, as my mom gave me a cheeky grin, and Aries and i were on our way to my room.
Before we disappeared from their sight, my mom cleared her throat, "Let me take Adrien, he ne-"
My little munchkin whimpered, so i just shook my head at mom, "It's okay, I've missed him." I said, before turning back around to go upstairs.
Aries was hot on my tail, and i could even feel his breaths on my neck.
It gave me goosebumps as an arousing feeling dawned upon me.
I opened the door to my room, letting the scent of books and perfume consume me.
I had a whole book shelf filled with stories that i liked to read. Reading could be counted as my secret hobby. People expected me to be wild, dumb, and strong. But i was truly nothing close to that. The fact was, that i really liked learning and reading. I also wasn't wild, not as wild as Liz at least. I wished i was as fun as she was though. I usually followed her lead because i wanted to be like her, but now that i think about it, may be she wasn't as perfect as she seemed? I mean who is? I'm not. I guess everyone had their flaws. But i think i'd really enjoy being myself, and may be i'll be good at it, too.
I walked in, while carrying my baby bro. Aries walked in behind me, crossing his arms, his muscles bulging out.
His blue piercing gaze watched my every move.
I placed my brother on the bed. He was still awake, but a little sleepy, so he rubbed his eyes, cuddling a pillow.
"So," i drawled out looking towards Aries.
Aries gave me a weird face and raised an eyebrow at me.
"I'm going to change into some p-jays," i stated, with a sigh.
Aries nodded, sitting hesitantly next to my baby bro.
I picked out some black and pink striped silk short shorts with a black tank top, before putting them on in the bath
room. I looked at myself in the mirror and washed my face then brushed my teeth before finishing my 'business' and flushing afterwards.
I walked out of the bathroom, to see Aries laying down in bed next to Adrien.
Adrien was cuddling Aries this time, and he was curled into a ball, fast asleep.
Aries had a hand comfortably resting on Adrien's back. What a turn of events...
How'd that happen?
"He was sleepy," Aries' deep voice muttered.
I nodded as a small stupid smile made its way onto my face.
I walked towards Aries and his eyes raked my body, darkening. His reaction made me feel excited on the inside and all jittery.
I got into bed, on Adrien's other side, snuggling closer.
Aries looked at me his other hand cupping one side of my cheek.
My body stiffened before relaxing as i shut my eyes feeling sort of content. I leaned into his touch, feeling my wolf yip inside of me.
Aries leaned in closer, his lips fanning my lips, making my eyes snap wide open. I looked at his nearing full lips.
Should i let this happen?

Yes. I finally decided letting him lean in closer.
My heart skipped a beat as his lips came into contact with my own. My whole body jolted in excitement as our lips molded together. Shocks spread through my every being. This time felt different, as if our bond was growing stronger. Everything felt different. I grew more attached, more needy, more attracted to him, and i couldn't help it.
Our lips moved in sync and i shut my eyes. I placed a hand on his chest as a husky growl emitted from deep within, my fingers vibrating with the light rumbles of his voice. Aries sucked on my lips taking each lip between his own and giving it the attention it needed.
Suddenly he plunged his tongue penetrating my lips dominating me, and weirdly, i submitted.
Our tongues grazed each other, smoothly. His tongue's flesh on mine tasting sweet and utterly delicious, i wanted more.
A moan built in my throat but i suppressed it.
Suddenly i felt something shuffling and we both broke the kiss looking down at the source.
My cheeks flushed while Aries let out a deep chuckle.
