The Rancher Meets His Match Page 9

by Pamela Ladner

Standing her on the floor by the bed, he carefully pushed her jeans down her hips following with feather light kisses. His mouth stopped on her most intimate spot and he flicked the bean with his tongue then he sucked and nipped at it. She had her hands in his hair tugging him up. She stepped out of her jeans and crawled into the bed. J.W. removed the rest of his clothes and followed her under the covers.

He kissed every inch of her, and ran his hand lightly over her body more than a few times. She was writhing when he finally took her. He was big and she was tight, but he eased in and out slowly at first careful with her. Hilary moved her hips to except him each time.

He kissed her softly and passionately. He took special care with her remaining bruises and kissed them lightly “I wish you could see how beautiful you are.” He whispered. Hilary moaned with every word he spoke. He could feel himself tighten with every moan. She trailed a kiss across his cheek to his ear and whispered, his name.

J.W. rocked back and forth increasing the speed driving her wild with every thrust. She reached climax and let out a long moan that finished him. He exploded within her and lay on top of her catching his breath.

He rolled to the side, pulled her into his arms, and just held her to him sleeping only a short time until he felt her rubbing against him. He turned over on his back hard again. She grabbed his shaft and worked her hand up and down. Climbing on top of him, she eased herself down on him and rode him fast and hard, then, slower as she trailed kisses over his body. He rubbed and kneaded her breast with both hands and then suckled them.

She finally came again bringing him to heaven with her. Hilary decided to get up and get a bath giving him a questioning look that spoke volumes. He followed her to the tub and they bathed each other, just soaking in the tub of soapsuds.

Hilary leaned against J.W. and they talked about everything from horses to kids to wedding plans. “I want a small wedding,” she said, “I just want friends and family there.” J.W. agreed. She kissed his lips softly, “I love you. Tell me you’ll be mine forever.” “I love you too. And I will always be yours.”

It was a gorgeous wedding. All the men wore their black hats and vest. They were dressed to kill in their formal cowboy duds.

Josey, was standing in as maid of honor. She wore a bright yellow sundress that hung around her knees and brown cowgirl boots. Her hair was pinned up on top of her head in an up do with curls hanging down in ringlets around her face. She wore a short-cropped blue jean jacket over her dress and carried a bouquet of wildflowers.

Hilary’s dress was beautiful as well. It was one complete piece that started above her knees and came down lower in the back to create a train effect. There was a yellow ribbon around her waist and she wore the same brown cowgirl boots as Josey. Her hair was down and straight with a few curls here and there. It was pulled up in front with ringlets hanging around her face the same as Josey.

There was a country band, which was a group of guys from the high school. They were really, good and since they were friends of Heath’s and Josey’s, they got the job.

One of the guys played here comes the bride on his guitar, and everyone stood. J.W.s breath caught in his throat. He felt his knees go weak at the sight of her. From the first day, he’d met her she’d always been in jeans and plaid. She was gorgeous and he knew he was a lucky man.

Hilary was nervous, having everyone’s eyes on her, but as soon as she saw J.W. smiling at her, she relaxed. This was her day. She took a deep breath let it out slowly and smiled back at him.

The walk down the aisle seemed to take forever. She was ready to be Mrs. J.W. Chisholm, and the sooner the better. She quickened her pace dragging her daddy along with her, not caring if anyone noticed.

The preacher asked the question “Who gives this woman in marriage?” and her father answered. “Her mother and I do.” Her father put her hand in J.Ws hand and kissed her cheek.

Her mama was wiping tears from her eyes and her brothers were smiling. She looked at J.W and whispered, “I love you.”

  Epilogue

Hilary waited for the limo to pick her up at the airport. She flew into Kentucky to see about a horse that needed training. Since Josey started barrel racing seriously, competing in rodeo, business for Hilary’s training had picked up. Everyone wanted their horses trained by Hilary. She was here to talk business with a top of the line horse farm.

The limousine arrived and a driver got out and held up a sign that said Chisholm on it. Hilary wheeled her luggage that way and the driver opened her door and shut it for her. She waited while the driver loaded her bags in the trunk.

The ride was a long one but a comfortable one. There was no dirt road, the drive way was top of the line. The house had to be one of the biggest houses she’d ever seen. The Barn was top of the line. Horses stood grazing in the field behind a white fence. There were grounds keepers weed eating around those pristine white fences too. There was no lack of upkeep in this place. The horses here would be straight up champion racing stock.

For whatever reason, the owner’s daughter decided to get into barrel racing. He wasn’t exactly happy about it, but he obliged her anyway. Josey had become friends with the girl through an online barrel-racing forum. Then recently, the girl’s father contacted Hilary about training a couple of horses for his daughter.

Her career was finally taking off and this man was her ticket to success. J.W. couldn’t come with her, due to spring calving, so she was on her own. The money was good, and the horses would, be shipped to the ranch. Two weeks after, the girl would come and take lessons. She would be staying for three weeks and then head home. The horses will be picked up when the training is done.

Her whole world was falling into place. She married the man of her dreams, became a mother of a teenager, who worshipped her and she would finally, be known around the country for her horse training methods. Life, didn’t get any sweeter.
