DRIVER MACH 1 Page 13

by ÆGEON DAVIS

“Yeah?” I asked, sorting through a new selection of jumpsuits that read: Pit 3.

“Sweetie?” I heard Mechanica’s voice call from the other side.

As I opened the door, she held a somber and yet embarrassed look about her as she entered my quarters. I caught a smudge of grease still on her tanned cheeks just under brilliant blue eyes. They pulled her hair back tighter than the paneling holding in her voluptuous figure.

“Lorean,” she said, pausing for a moment before continuing. “Can I ask you for a favor?”

I smiled and accepted, ready to do whatever she pleased. She had been working so hard for this team without a personal request of any kind for herself. I just could not figure what the tow trucking technical engineer would ask for.

  “Sure.”

“Well, ever since I my pubescent years…” she stated, motioning to her large hips, small waist, and full breasts. “It hasn’t been easy for a woman like me to… navigate around. I mean, my back is killing me.”

I put my hand to my chin in contemplation, listening to her case.

“I want them smaller,” she said, holding her palms to her breasts.

My eyes lit up, and were drawn to each breast as she cupped them up with her hands and let them fall back to her chest.

“So, you’re unhappy with your breasts?”

“Right,” Mechanica said, picking up again and letting them drop. Their slight jiggle was arousing.

“Mechanica, your breasts are fine… I mean they are gorgeous. A perfect size.” I reassured her.

And I wasn’t kidding. She had large, beautiful cantaloupe-sized breasts that were held in by a neoprene textured fabric between hard paneling. What I wouldn’t give for her to let me show her how much of a sailor I was, but alas she wasn’t here to get the motor boat tour. She wanted to fix—or in my opinion—downgrade herself.

“Stop teasing, honey,” Mechanica said. “I know they are larger than most alien women on my planet. It’s the one thing I can’t stop thinking about.”

“So, you want me to reduce the size of them?” I asked.

“Yes, but it will cost you Total XP to do it. However, you may gain some of my Total XP like you did with the Trixies,” she said with a wink. “So win, win?”

I swiped my hand up palm inward and my Visor formed around my head. My attributes displayed.

  Lorean Michaels1

I had ten Total XP saved up from the Volcano of Virtue race. This was enough to level me up in two categories, which would help with the final leg of the race. I looked back at Mechanica’s eyes. I needed to help her more than I wanted to win. If Spectra found out about this, I knew I wouldn’t hear the end of it. But I didn’t care. What I had been learning was to put people first. The rewards would come later.

I scanned Mechanica and her profile displayed in the lower right of the display. I noticed she had gained some Total XP for saving Trixie Two back on the Volcano of Virtue cliffside.

  Mechanica Conveyus2

I saw her usual data and swiped right to get her additional stats. It displayed another sheet resembling something out of an RPG tabletop game. Weight, height, body measurements, cup size, demeanor, mental capacity, virtues, and health. I scanned over the items and tapped the individual measurements. Her height read five foot nine inches with measurements of forty-two inches around her breasts, thirty inches for her waist, and forty-six inches around her hips.

“Okay,” I said, pulling the measurement index down in front of me. “I think I have it here. Now, if I lower your bust size that should feed into the cup size.”

“Right,” she said, lifting the tight neoprene fabric off of her breasts. They fell down her chest and each nipple was the diameter of a buttercup; both were hard and erect. I tried not to let my mouth hang agape while I struggled to work.

Didn’t she know all she had to do was give me a sign she wanted those played with or even tasted and I would drop to my knees like praying at an altar. I let my male brain snap back to reality. Mechanica chuckle at me trying to perform a task.

Motioning my finger to a slider representing her measurements, in particular her chest size, I tried to lower the number, but a screen prompted in front of me. It was a warning sign with a negative number showing how much Total XP the change would require: ten. This would cost me all of my Total XP. I then hit okay, and the process started.

I saw Mechanica’s breast deflate from her double D size to a more full C cup. She cupped her breasts and shook them up and down with a smile. “They are amazing,” she said, pulling her tight neoprene fabric over them. I noticed the fabric stretched less than before, but they still looked amazing under it.

“No problem,” I said, my cheeks feeling more flushed than usual. I looked at my stats and saw I had gained four of Mechanica’s Total XP in return.

  Lorean Michaels3

Mechanica hugged me and kissed me on the cheek, “You are the kindest human I have ever met, Lorean Michaels. I don’t care what Spectra says about you.”

I laughed and undid my helmet which folded behind my head and into my neck brace.

“Now, let’s go upgrade these girls,” Mechanica said, pulling my arm.

Relieving Mechanica of her small personal problem was considerable. I wondered what other upgrades the women needed. There was the Trixies, already damn near perfect—times two—but then there was also Spectra. Now, she needed an overhaul on pride, but I would never pull away the very thing that made her thrive: her yearning to win.

Outside my quarters, the Trixies laid in the fitted garage bays. While Trixie One had some damage, it was Trixie Two who was inflicted with most of the damage from racing on the Volcano of Virtue. I walked between them, enabling my helmet to suit up over my head. I read their stats.

  Trixie Penny-Farthing One/Two4

“You gals really put on the show this race,” I said, rubbing my hand over Trixie Two’s damaged paneled body. “Thank you for that.”

“It was nothing,” the Trixies said. They both gave a slight smile trying to cover up the pain from their wounds. “Whatever it takes to win, right?”

“Well, this is my last bit of Total XP. I think having you both fixed up might be the best use of it,” I said. I caught Spectra looking at me in the corner of my eye.

I flipped to the Trixie’s secondary sheet stats. The poor women direly needed to be fixed. I accounted for the expense and saw that it costed four Total XP to heal them back up. Thankfully, they were one entity, so it was like a two for one deal. I reached out for the XP and grabbed it from the designated segment. Dropping the points onto the Trixies’ health score started the healing process.

Dented paneling, busted headlights, and twisted frames began to contort into its rightful place. It was like watching Steven King’s Christine all over again. The hairs on my neck stood up. When the last bolt screwed into place, the Trixie Two rose up. She probably felt like a million bucks.

“Thank you, Lorean,” the Trixies said.

“Uh, Lorean?” Spectra called from the other side of the room. “Can I speak with you?”

“Sure,” I said, giving the Trixies a warm hug. “Now, you two get some rest. We’ll make sure you’re both modded up real nice for whatever is next in this crazy death race.”

The twins chuckled and turned to Mechanica. I caught her eyes as she raised an eyebrow. She gestured down at her breasts, “Thanks for everything, Lorean.”

She then leaned in closer for a hug and whispered, “Now, go take care of our superstar.”

When I stepped outside, Spectra waited for me against the Pit wall. The night was setting upon us and I could tell something was bothering her. And if I had to guess, it was also stressing her out. I hadn’t know Spectra that long but what I did know—and respected most about her—was that she was a fighter. With her eyes on the prize, she wanted that one thing I had always strived to have: success.

“What is it?” I asked, stepping to the Pit wall. The air was brisker than usua
l, and it was also filled with the usual salty tinge.

“You gave the last of your XP to the others,” she said, turning away while looking up at the large cinder cone we climbed just a few hours ago.

  “That’s right,” I confirmed.

“Well, you nor I have the Total XP to upgrade me,” she said, now holding her arms like she was cold. Her eyes were weary as she said,“Which means I might fail.”

I was all too used to that feeling of failure coming to knock at my door. It looked as if Spectra was no different than me. I placed my hands on her arm in a slight attempt to warm her up and said, “A special person once told me success isn’t everything. Maybe you need to change your outlook on—”

“But it is!” Spectra fired back. “On Xo, I was once a great racer. One of the fastest.”

“Wait, so you were a vehicle on your planet too?” I asked.

“No, no,” Spectra explained. “A few cycles back I raced large animals. And together, with my team, we were the fastest, but an accident happened. One that took the life of one of my team members.”

“I’m sorry to hear that,” I said.

“They banned me from all racing on Xo after that,” she continued with uneasiness, but then I sensed a hint of pride swell within her. “That is why I need to win. I need to show my people I am deserving of this award.”

“I will help you show them then,” I offered. “I think we make a good team together.”

“Well, that means we will earn some Total XP.”

“Earn some?” I asked, uncertain where she was going with the conversation.

“Yeah, like we did before,” she said, pointing to the sandy track. “Make a few trial runs like we did on Nurdle Reef.”

The fact that Spectra was not calling me a moron and degrading my humaneness left me feeling accomplished. I figured there was something more she wanted, but I didn’t know how to ask. So, instead of being a prick and calling her out, I played along.

“Sure,” I said, rubbing my hands together. “Let’s give it a go.”

Her once somber expression was already changed to a brighter one. She jumped into the air, arching her back and shifted. As she came down, she landed on all four wheels. Every curve and every fuselage panel slid into her perfect aerodynamic form. No matter how many times I had watched her transform, my mouth still fell open every time.

“Hop in… Captain,” she said, her dash lighting up as she spoke.

The sensual way she said Captain sent a burst of excitement through me. So, I hopped over her hull and into the driver’s seat. As usual, the seat adjusted to my form. My helmet wrapped around my head and snapped to her seat back. Even my lower legs felt caressed as they found their respective positions on the brake and accelerator pedals.

“So, where to?” I asked, gripping her wheel.

Her engine roared, and the vibrations rattled when she let her brakes go. We tore off into the straightaway, whizzing by the two places ahead of us: Pit 2 and Pit 1. What I thought was Asta Romani and Corvus turned to a faded motion blur in an instant.

The G-forces pulled me hard into her as we whipped around the sandy track of the Great Nurdle Reef. Since we weren’t in the heightened moment of a race, it was incredible to feel and carefully study how she handled. It was an improvement from before, which I chalked up to those DRIFT level increases.

We zoomed into the sea just like before and past the Grand Casino. I could see both of our LIVE XP rocketing in levels while we were in action. Our Speed XP was at a two, our Strength XP was at one, and our Steering XP was at one. This gave us a Total XP of back to four. And just under the amount needed to climb higher in a Primary Skill.

As we ascended, approaching the Scabian Valley, there was the fork in the road where I had first met Spectra. But instead of going left and making the jump, she pulled right and we descended into the lowland.

  “What about Scabians?” I asked.

“They only try to pick off racers during the trials,” she said.

Pushing her speed to the limit, we rounded the trash mound and I saw the most beautiful sunset cresting on a meandering river flowing to the sea. There was also a lush tropical jungle. Along the hillsides, dark shaded hollows were lit by flickering flame, disclosing the surrounding Scabian homes. I could make out a long track that met a bridge crossing. It took you over and led you up a series of switchbacks on the other side—if you couldn’t make the Scabian Valley jump.

Spectra slowed down on the road as if she was taking the picturesque scenery before us. Soon, I heard her engine cut off.

“What’s wrong?” I asked, concerned, while keeping my eye focused on the cliffside holes.

“Nothing,” she said very. “It’s just…”

  “Just what?”

“I’m not very good at this kind of stuff,” Spectra eked out. “But I just wanted to say… I am thankful for you.”

I was taken aback. I thought her pride would have been too big to come down to my level. But instead of pushing the issue, I ran my hand along her smooth dash, following the well-designed curve and said, “No worries, Spectra. I just want to help.”

“Well, I know it’s hard when someone is giving you shit all the time,” she admitted.

“Oh, it’s definitely hard,” I said and then bit my lip.

“Oh, is it now?” She chuckled.

The sun set and three faint purple moons sprang up in the night sky. The greens from the jungle forest plants turned to a deep blue, and I thought I saw fireflies flickering along the river’s edge.

She started her engine back up, but this time it was more of a soft purr. As we made our way to the river’s edge, Spectra collapsed the steering wheel on itself and shifted dashboard.

“Spectra?” I asked. “What are you doing?”

“I just want to thank you for helping us… for helping me,” she said, rearranging the upper fuselage more.

“You’re welcome,” I said. “Now, when are we going to start building some LIVE XP?”

“Leave that up to me,” she growled.

Pieces of the dash pulled away and revealed a more humanoid form. At first I saw her feet form in front of me and lower down around me. More paneling morphed, adding to her thighs. Her abdomen peeked up from the top fuselage along with her slender shoulders, and she sat up. I was lost in her transforming features compiling together. Her golden hair fell over her shoulders and down her front, covering her fully exposed breasts.

It was like she had climbed out from her shell of a race car, revealing her true self. If I didn’t know any better, I would say the Xoian species was very similar to humans. In fact, as I ran my eyes over her body, I would claim she was a human—save for the alien glowing marks that covered her skin. Her muscles were toned and yet soft as I reached out and touched them.

We coasted along the river side at fast pace. I lowered deep in her driver’s seat while she sat naked and nearly spread eagle on top of the dash. The rock, the water, and everything was whizzing by us. She further spread her legs apart, leaned over, and let her blonde hair fall in front of her body, cutting from view my wandering eyes. Her bee-stung lips pouted and came to a close as she leaned in to kiss me.

My skull was still locked into the head rest. I sat there motionless, not believing it was happening. She flipped my Visor up and pressed her lips against mine. As our tongues met, metaphorical fireworks exploded all around me. It lost me in the moment. My helmet folded away from head and back into my neck brace.

She paused, looking at me while she bit her lip. I could read her urge of desire flooding in her every being. I grabbed her frame and pulled her closer to me. She pressed her cream-colored thighs over my lap, bearing down what little weight of her petite frame. Her breasts fell onto my chest as she kissed me heavier. All of my existence wanted her.

We turned the corner and climbed up the arcing bridge to the other side of the valley. Each bump from the ro
ad was slight, but it was enough to cause her breasts to jiggle. I placed my palms on them, cupping them as if I was one that owned them. When my hands met her hot skin, she kissed me harder and ground deeper into my pelvis.

We were like two teens exploring each others passion. All the pent-up anger and disrespect had disappeared.

I gave a slight squeeze to her breasts, pushing them together like a corset hugged them. As I ran my hand down her hip, it fell to her backside. I grabbed her thickset ass and pulled her closer. By this time, both of my hands caressed back to her outer thighs. I couldn’t resist running my hands and up and down the contours of her body.

She pulled from my lips and began kissing my neck. Her hand slipped to my jumpsuit’s zipper. She quickly pulled it down, ripping the zipper teeth from their respective grooves. Her hands found my waist and then my crotch. My dick was hard as a rock when we turned the corner again. This time, we were on the other side of the river when we stopped.

Spectra placed her hand on my shaft. She exposed my body the cool ocean breeze. It felt so freeing. She gripped my rod like a stick shift, wavering it in the air. She leaned to me and licked my ear while whispering to me. “We’re going to earn this Total XP at mach speeds.”

My thoughts detonated just hearing her say that. I couldn’t make sense of anything at this point. This wasn’t the Mile High Club where patrons had sex in the small confines of an airplane bathroom. This was a fucking hot F1 racer girl that wanted to polish me off.

“Do your worst,” I growled, and hit the gas pedal down below.

The engine screamed. The rear wheels shot a cloud of dust in the air behind each wheel as we took off. We fish tailed, but I held Spectra tight in my arms. Her back arched out and her thighs gripped around me lower half. As we each regained our composure from the G-forces, she lowered her body down and passed her gorgeous breasts over my dick.
