I opened the spigot on my pipe and the thoughts along with my magic got sent to my bonded sprite. I felt it show up and set a perimeter circle.
She said, “You could probably make it a little less, but you’ll still gain about half of your normal amount as you sleep.”
I adjusted it, slowly closing the valve off a little.
She grinned, “Perfect, now where were we?”
I leaned in for that promised kiss. The second time was slower. We took our time and I explored every inch of her body with my fingertips, delighting in finding her sensitive spots. In hindsight it wasn’t surprising to find her ears were a major secondary erogenous zone for her. I hadn’t been playing with them for long when she pushed me back, mounted me, and impaled herself on my pleasure.
She was petite, but her B size breasts were perfect on her small hourglass frame. Her areolas were puffy and her nipples were large and had tightened to an angry pink. I pulled her down and sucked one of them into my mouth and pinched her other nipple between thumb and forefinger, while she ground her pelvis against mine in small circles.
Her core was so hot and tight, the warm wet friction caused my body to automatically start thrusting up into her each time she ground down into me. My reaction to her scent was less intense, but only in that it didn’t start us rutting like animals again. But it did increase the pleasure quite a bit, I was lost and under her spell as she rode me to our completion.
We held each other for a while longer, but then retired to bed. It had gotten quite late into the night…
Chapter 12
I was reminded of the time Sienna told me she had more surprises for me about her holding back in bed when I woke up to the most incredible feeling. Her mouth was doing things to me that I couldn’t actually visualize. She also had a finger in my ass and was using her other hand to play with my balls.
I didn’t last long, I gasped harshly at the intensity of her tight vibrating throat on my tip. Then she started milking my prostrate and my intense orgasm doubled. My eyesight grew dim and my body felt numbed except for the exploding pleasure as I filled her throat. It didn’t seem to be stopping either, whatever she was doing to me greatly enhanced and lengthened my bliss.
I just laid there when she finished draining me and she crawled back up my body.
“Morning love,” she said softly in my ear.
I was thankful again for my immortal body, I had a feeling Ari would be just as insatiable as Sienna, and I’d have no hope of keeping up if my manhood got irritated or sore.
“Very good morning,” I said fervently, still lying there in the blissful after feeling of the longest orgasm in my life.
She laughed and kissed my cheek.
“We need to get a move on, it’s almost light. How did it go last night?”
I wasn’t sure how to answer that…
“Just fine, great actually, couldn’t have gone better.”
She nodded, “Good.”
Her voice sounded satisfied, and like she might be up to something.
“Why?”
She said, “Just thinking if things went well I should ask her to join us in this tent. She shouldn’t have to sleep alone after…”
I replied, “I’m more than okay with it, I felt a little weird about it last night, splitting up like that, but I figured I needed to talk to you first.”
Apparently this was the right thing to say because she kissed me soft and lingeringly before pulling away. We got dressed and went outside. It was later than we would usually be going so we had a quick cold breakfast and broke down the tents. It was also the first morning I hadn’t watched Ari’s sword dance training and I decided I didn’t want to miss that again.
The late night didn’t make a good excuse in my mind.
It felt a little strange giving Ari a good morning kiss in front of Sienna, it would take time to get used to the changes made in our trio last night.
That didn’t mean I wasn’t in an unbelievably good mood, either of them by themselves was a treasure, to be with both seemed almost unreal for the moment.
I had my detections working as we went down the road as usual. We all were a little more wary, expecting something to happen soon. Of course, that was based on conjecture and guess work, for all we knew the only plotter lay dead and we had built it all up in our minds. But I really didn’t believe that.
Trouble didn’t come until early afternoon, and when it did it wasn’t the trouble we had been expecting. I reigned in my horse before we turned the bend in the road.
I looked at Ari and Sienna and told them what my magic picked up.
“There are two wagons about fifty yards up after the turn. Another fifty after that, there are twelve men with swords out on the side of the road. I can only assume they are bandits lying in wait. Ari, you and I will charge in with sword and magic if necessary. Sienna, hang back but shoot any of them that get by us and go for one of the wagons.”
I looked between them wondering if either would argue it’s none of our business, that I had not given an oath to protect the people of Cirenthia yet. But they both said no such thing and simply looked grim and determined. Ari’s face went marble and she put up her hood. I had been used to seeing her relaxed in our company, it was a reminder how blessed I was to be trusted with her friendship and now more.
I turned my horse and we went galloping around the bend. Now that I could see the wagons, I saw one loaded down with seeds, the other farming equipment and some furniture. There was a family of six, a man close to thirty five, and a woman still in her late twenties. There were four children that looked to range between four and ten.
They stopped the wagons and the man pulled out a sword and looked at us warily. His face turned slowly to surprise as Ari and I galloped past and Sienna stopped a few yards away and started talking to the man. I couldn’t make out her words over the thunder of the hooves.
We pulled up twenty yards past the wagons, about halfway between the raiders and the wagon.
I shouted, “There is no prey for you here, I advise you to run.”
Now that we were closer I could feel the ten men, but there were also six others farther into the woods. I couldn’t be sure, but the air seemed to be telling me they had bows.
They didn’t listen, they never do. I pulled out my sword as they poured out of the woods. I couldn’t see the bows, just feel them. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but I channeled magic to my elementals and told them to destroy the bowstrings, which was shortly followed by shouts of alarm and chagrin from inside the trees.
It was interesting, another advantage to casting through elementals. If I had been doing it I would have needed to see the bows and not just feel them, but since the elementals were doing it, and they could see the bows, it had worked.
Ari and I charged into them fighting from horseback. They were obviously untrained bandits. The first one overextended while trying to stab my horse. We slid to the side then forward as I slashed down, taking his arm off. The man screamed and fell to his knees; my horse turned and kicked back sending him twenty feet away and lying on his back. His neck was twisted unnaturally.
Ari was doing fine and I felt an arrow fly from behind me taking one in the throat. I was amazed and horrified at the shot; I was hoping Sienna wouldn’t have to kill. We managed to take half of them in the first few seconds. The last six looked like they considered running when they realized there were no arrows coming from their side.
We didn’t give them the chance. They were bandits, I realized I shouldn’t have given them the opportunity to run; they would have just attacked the next helpless family. I might not have taken an oath yet, but that one would come easily as I was inclined to do it already.
The six archers ran out onto the road holding swords and ran to join the attack which solidified the morality of that decision.
I fed my elementals magic and targeted the charging archers with thoughts of wounding. The yells of surprise became screams of pain as small b
lades of wind and small spikes of ice cut into their bodies. I was an efficient killer with my sword, but how simple that was horrified me. Even worse it didn’t cost me hardly any magic at all. I was still nearly full and would be within the hour.
They deserved it, but it would be incredibly easy to get addicted to this power. I was not a stranger to that dilemma and knew I wouldn’t suddenly start killing innocents for fun. But still, taking a life shouldn’t be that easy. It was no wonder the mages ruled, I was still a baby, and didn’t even know a real spell yet, just controlling the elements through the elementals.
Ari cut down the last soldier a second later.
We cleaned and sheathed our swords then went back to the caravan. I gave Sienna a concerned look, she was a little ashen faced but smiled at me bravely.
“Thanks, I’m Daniel, this is my wife Leah. We owe you our lives. Our farm isn’t more than three miles up the road. I feel like I owe you so much more, but if you want to join us we set a nice dinner spread and you’re more than welcome to stay the night in a bed instead of on the ground.”
Ari and Sienna both nodded slightly so I said, “Thank you, that’d be great. I’m Marcus, the one with the bow is Sienna, and she’s Ari.”
We took the time to pack four swords and two unstrung bows on each of our horses. That would give us another big chunk of gold, eighty or so, to split when we got to Hunter’s Ridge. I had no doubt it wasn’t much at the mage level, but for a commoner that would be enough to get by for years.
He introduced his kids. The oldest was Christine at ten years old. The two seven year old boy twins were Tom and Toby. The youngest girl at five was Rose. They seemed a little skittish after the fight and hid behind their parents.
In about fifteen minutes we were off the road taking a path to a farm. There was a one story house that was pretty large, a big barn, fenced in pigs and a chicken coop. There were also some cows out in the field.
While we were putting up the horses I pulled Sienna aside, she still looked a little green.
“You okay love? The first one is always hits the hardest. The second one… is the hardest to actually decide to kill.”
She hugged me fiercely and nuzzled into my neck. I felt the tears against my skin a moment before the tearing sobs reached my ears and her body shook against mine. I just held her in my arms and tried to soothe her. I caressed her back knowing there was nothing I could say to make it better. The man deserved it, he needed to be killed and she had saved everyone else from that moment on that would have faced that man on the side of a road.
But she already knew all that, and right now it didn’t matter. It wasn’t about how bad the man she killed was; it was about her killing someone. Right or wrong that changes a person. When she calmed down a little I kissed the top of her head and we rejoined the others, and finished up getting the horses settled down, groomed and fed.
I held Sienna’s hand on the walk to the house and Ari took the other one and offered comfort as well. We left most of the equipment and saddle bags in the barn, only taking in our clothes, grooming stuff and our coins.
Daniel said, “This way,” and led us through a common or living room. It had a number of chairs as well as a bar on the wall. We took a door into the kitchen which had a wood burning stovetop and oven. It also had what appeared to be a smoker box. There was a wooden table with eight chairs. An older woman was sitting at the table dicing vegetables. There was also a container of milk sitting on the windowsill.
Daniel introduced her, “This is my mother in-law Nan. She’s been keeping an eye on things here while we were at the city.”
The woman looked at us suspiciously, “Who’re they?”
Daniel explained and the woman’s face softened. He took us out a different door which led to a hallway into the back of the house and stopped at the first door on the left. We all peaked in; there was a tub and sink.
He said, “I’m sure you all will want to get cleaned up, feel free to us it.”
We followed him one more doorway down and he opened it up.
He said tentatively, “This is the only guest room I have, I’d be happy to give up my bed…”
He left it hanging there.
Ari shook her head, “That isn’t necessary, we can all stay in this room.”
He blinked at that, but didn’t say anything about it.
“I’ll leave you to get cleaned up and settled in for tonight. Dinner should be in about an hour.”
I said, “Thank you.”
When he left I sent Ari and Sienna to bathe first. I’d have loved to join them, but I knew Sienna wouldn’t be in that frame of mind, and sent Ari so that she would have someone close and supportive with her. She was just more important to me than any base considerations.
They got back looking fresh and clean. I kissed them both before going for my own bath. I took the time to shave and all that as well. It felt good to be clean and well groomed.
When I got back I was happy to see Sienna was at least out of the shock part of it, she didn’t look happy, but her eyes weren’t glazed over anymore.
There was a knock at the door, when I answered it the ten year old, Christine said, “Mom said to let you know dinner was ready.”
I replied, “Thanks.”
She stood there shyly a moment then went toward the kitchen as we followed.
When we walked in Leah said, “Please, sit down and dig in.”
I noticed a couple more chairs were around the table that were in the living room earlier, we were a little close together but managed to fit all ten of us around the table. As Daniel promised there was quite a spread. There was a roast, potatoes, vegetables, fresh rolls, and I could see some pies cooling by the open window.
Ari and I sat around Sienna without needing to talk about it. We both felt protective of her at the moment if for different reasons, me out of love, and Ari out of friendship and respect. Sienna was strong though, I was almost positive she would get through this quickly, and that it wouldn’t cause her to freeze up in her second battle. Although I had seen that happen to hardened men, they froze unable to make that choice again no matter how right it was, but I had faith it wouldn’t happen to her.
Dinner was as delicious as it looked. The bread was soft and flaky, the beef melted in my mouth, and the potatoes were whipped with butter and a little cream. I was staring at the pies when one of the twin boys blurted out.
“How come you have a hood on?”
Daniel said sharply, “Toby, don’t be rude.”
Ari said in an amused voice, “It’s okay. It keeps people from staring too much. Some find my features… shocking.”
If shocking meant she got hit on by half of the men around her and stared at by the rest… I snorted lightly which got me smacked in the back of the head.
I didn’t see her lean around Sienna, so I’m almost sure it had been magic, which made me realize that I didn’t have my senses out. I felt comfortable at this farm, which might be a mistake. I let out all my senses, not that I was alarmed; it was just a good habit.
I sent some magic back her way and had to stifle a laugh when she jumped slightly in her chair. I took on an innocent air, I would certainly never use magic to pinch Ari’s ass. This time the thump to my head was harder, so I quit while I was ahead. At least I felt her magic this time.
When everyone was done, Leah and her oldest cleared the table and brought out the pies. I was quite satisfied and sleepy when I finished a slice of apple pie.
Leah asked, “So where are you headed?”
I replied, “Ciren… by way of Hunter’s Ridge.”
Sienna smiled, “We plan to get married at Hunter’s Ridge.”
Leah beamed, “Congratulations.”
I replied “Thanks.”
Leah asked with a calculating look, “You have family there?”
Sienna shook her head, “No, it’s just the next city on our trip to Ciren, figured we would get it done there.”
Leah got a th
oughtful look on her face and I knew I was in trouble.
“Hey, we do owe you a lot, how about you spend one more day here. Two farms over we got a priestess of the goddess. We could throw together something nice. Nicer than a formal church and surrounded by total strangers.”
Leah blushed and continued in a faltering voice, “I know we just met and all but…”
Sienna looked at me in question and I just said, “Whatever you want love, I care only about you, if you have a preference where we get married I surely don’t mind.”
Apparently I managed to say the right thing again, because I was pulled down into a very short, but very passionate, kiss.
Sienna beamed, “I’d like that, thank you.”
So… four days sooner. Certainly no reason to panic…
Chapter 13
I was totally bemused the next morning. I was out in the barn chatting with Daniel as he milked cows.
Last night had been nice, all three of us in the bed for the first time. Nothing really happened but kisses, a few caresses, and sleep. We were probably overcautious, but there were kids about and we didn’t know our hosts that well…
Still, just being surrounded by both of them was a new and pleasant experience.
Sienna had asked Ari to stand with her, the equivalent of maid of honor back on Earth I supposed. Ari apparently took that responsibility very seriously. This morning when I woke up, Ari had me get dressed, then marched me to the kitchen, fed me quickly, and then kissed me before I was ordered to stay outside and not interrupt their preparations.
I was more than happy to stay out of it all, after all it was Sienna’s day; I was simply a groom.
Daniel looked at me with an amused expression, “I think my wife is showing her all the dresses she has, just in case the couple that she has with her… just won’t do.”
I nodded, “I do appreciate you all doing this for us.”
I really did, when I gave it some thought this place was a safe place to hold a wedding, I wasn’t sure what, if anything, would come about from the people hunting Ari and I.
