Still, she kept her eyes on his. Yet when she started to scream her release, he clapped a hand over her mouth and muffled the sound. Her climax broke free to send tremors rolling through her body. Smaller orgasms ushered after the first burst of release, like aftershocks following a major earthquake. She closed her eyes, her breathing slowed, and her body relaxed.
He kissed her lightly on the cheeks, happy to have given her what she needed. But his cock ached so much he doubted he could stand.

Kelly closed her eyes and let the final rush of her orgasm drift away. She sighed then opened her eyes to find Riker watching her. Although he tried to hide it, she could feel the hardness of his erection against her leg.
“Riker?”
The flecks of amber in his eyes fascinated her. Why hadn’t she noticed them at dinner? “Yeah?”
“Sit down.” She pushed on his chest, moving him back beside her. Standing, she unbuttoned more of her dress and let it slide to the carpet. She let her bra slide off along with it.
Riker’s jaw worked as though he were gritting his teeth. She could see his arousal not only in the tent of his slacks but in his lust-filled gaze. Fondling her breasts, she went to her knees then reached for his slacks. She undid them as he watched her, his tongue peeking from between his lips. He helped her get his slacks and underwear to his ankles. His fully erect cock stood outward, almost touching his stomach.
“Kelly, you don’t have to,” he said in a rush of air.
She chuckled, brushed her hair over one shoulder, then pushed his legs apart. “I know I don’t. I want to.” She tried to hold back her smile but couldn’t. “Besides, you look like you’re about to die.”
His relief was palpable. “That is one hell of an understatement.”
Keeping her gaze locked to his as he’d done to her, she bent and brushed her tongue over the tip of his cock. “Mmm. You taste good. Musky and hot.”
He dragged a breath through his clenched teeth. “Are you planning on torturing me? Because if you are, you’re doing a damn fine job of it.”
She answered with another flick over the bulbous end. Pushing her breasts against his balls, she placed the end of his cock inside her mouth then slowly slid her mouth along its length. He groaned, closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them again.
She dragged her mouth back up his cock and pushed her breasts to make them jiggle against his balls. He reached out for her and tunneled his fingers through her hair. Down she went again, drawing him inside her mouth. He tried to keep her mouth on him, but she released his cock with a small pop.
“Watch me, Riker. I want to see your face when I drink in your cum.”
“Oh, shit.” He licked his lips, his eyes fixed to hers.
She ran her tongue down the side of his cock then over the top and on to the other side. But she could tell that he was too ready to explode to take much more. Fondling her tit with one hand and clutching her hair in the other, he held her to his cock.
She took him in, hard and fast, then sucked as she drew him out. He let out a huge breath then inhaled as he thrust his pelvis toward her. Matching his movements, she pumped him and felt his cock grow larger, thicker. His end was near, and she was ready, eager to taste his seed.
Whipping her tongue around his cock, she sucked him in then slid him out, skimming her teeth over the smooth skin. She deep-throated him again, and the veins on his cock rubbed against her inner cheeks. He was under her control and loving it as much as she was.
“Kelly.”
His whisper turned into a growl and was soon followed by his body tensing. He dug his fingers into her hair, hurting her, but she didn’t care. She wanted his cum inside her mouth and needed his hands on her body.
She felt his balls draw up, and with another growl, he ground out his release. His hot seed burst into her mouth, and she swallowed as fast as she could, but it wasn’t fast enough. His cum slid out of her mouth and down her chin.
Jerk after jerk broke through him as he rode the wave of his orgasm. When he slumped back against the sofa, she was as drained and satisfied as he was.
He grabbed a tissue from the dispenser on the side table next to the sofa and leaned forward to clean off her face. Once he’d finished, he grabbed another tissue and cleaned his cock then leaned forward to place a gentle kiss on her lips.
“We’d better get back to the table, don’t you think?”
“Kelly, you wiped me out.” Yet a new spark flickered in his eyes. “I’ve got to have you soon. I want to fuck your pussy and your ass.”
Another knock broke the spell between them. Together they hurriedly dressed then found themselves looking at each other in the mirror.
“Riker, about Damon…I don’t know how to explain it, but—”
He captured her face between his palms. “No. Don’t worry about it. You, Damon, Jude, and me. It’s all good.”
She wasn’t sure what he meant, but she didn’t have time to figure it out. Another knock sounded on the door.
“Your thirty minutes is over.”
“Who is that?” whispered Kelly.
Riker shrugged. “Just the little old lady who told me to come and get you.”
* * * *
“Where did you two run off to?” Lilly accepted another glass of champagne from Jude. “What happened? Did you fall in?”
Kelly slid into her seat and kept her gaze averted from everyone. “Nothing happened. I’m sorry I took so long.”
She’s lying.
Damon could hear the underlying stress that humans would miss but told him she was lying and didn’t like doing so. He inhaled, drawing in the scent of arousal and the heady fragrance of Kelly’s pussy juices. Although he’d expected as much from Riker, he still arched an eyebrow at his friend, who didn’t bother wiping off his smug expression. Damon couldn’t blame him, though. If he’d gotten to his feet faster, he’d have been the one to corner Kelly for an impromptu rendezvous. Besides, Jude was the one who had a right to get upset. As far as Damon knew, Jude hadn’t gotten so much as a kiss from Kelly.
Riker left the door to the main dining room open. The other guests were curious, their prying eyes landing on first Lilly then Kelly. Knowing that curiosity could kill more than just cats, Damon studied the supernatural beings eating their dinners and drinking the wine that was, for many of the diners, actually blood. He had no doubt that a restaurant like The Gilded Cage would carry bottles of the human liquid to be sold at a premium price for its special clientele.
A vampire that Damon had run into on several occasions tipped his head first to Jude, then to Damon, Riker, and at last to the ladies. Vampires always acknowledged other vampires first, then other supernatural beings, with humans deemed lesser creatures and therefore given less respect. He was thankful Jude didn’t think that way.
The vampire slitted his eyes and studied Kelly like she was an entrée ready to be served for his pleasure. Damon choked back a growl and glared at the vampire. The vampire raised his glass as a signal that Damon’s message was understood then inclined his head toward the rest of the patrons.
Damon’s gaze scanned the others in the room. Several witches watched them from their large table near the window, but he saw an interest not born of hunger. They’d sensed the connection between Riker and Kelly and were just watching, as witches liked to do.
The next table was a bigger concern. Six shifters, comprising four werewolves and two werecats, had their amber looks centered on Kelly and Lilly. Damon scooted his chair sideways a few inches and caught their attention then opened his mouth in a silent snarl. He made it very clear that they were to stay away or suffer the consequences.
After checking the rest of the diners, Damon turned his back to them and was about to suggest to Jude that they eat elsewhere. But Jude had his focus on the person who’d entered their private dining room. The hair on Damon’s neck stood on end.
“Who the hell are these bitches?”
Chapter Five<
br />
Aw, hell. Not her again. Damon stood and faced Tess Talbot.
Tess was a young vampire, having been made only forty years earlier at the age of twenty-five. She’d wanted to become a vampire, eager to possess the fate of immortality. A few months ago, Tess had run into Jude, Damon, and Riker and, according to her, fallen in love with all of them including, as she put it, “the two dirty animals,” meaning the werewolves Riker and Damon.
Although uninterested, at first the trio had been flattered, but they’d refused her advances as nicely and firmly as possible. Tess had a nice figure, a sweet face, and green eyes that could latch onto a man and make him think nasty thoughts, but they’d quickly realized that the sweet face hid the darkness inside her. She’d grown up as a self-indulgent, spoiled brat, and becoming a vampire had made her tendency to put herself before all others worse. As werewolf shifters, Damon and Riker would never find a vampire enticing, but Jude detested her, too. Even her own Maker, an older vampire who’d changed her after she’d promised to live with him forever, hadn’t been able to stand her once she’d shown him her true colors.
“Tess Talbot, this is Kelly Sims and Lilly Beanston.”
Damon shot a what-the-hell look at Riker. Having Tess know their names was the last thing that should’ve happened.
“Ooh, is this dinner?”
Shit. Tess was already envisioning Kelly and Lilly as the ultimate appetizer and meal.
“These ladies are our guests.” Damon hoped the edge to his tone would give Tess a hint that she was way out of line.
She adopted an innocent expression. “As in the Hansel and Gretel kind of guests?”
“Not at all.” Damon put his body in between Tess and the others. “This is a private dinner. So if you’ll excuse us…”
The innocence was gone and replaced by a gleeful grin. “Oops. Did I barge in on a double date?” She edged around Damon to frown at Riker. “So which one gets the extra man? Or are you guys still playing the Three Musketeers Does Debby. You know, as in all for one and one for all?”
“Damon, what’s she talking about?” Lilly eased closer to Riker.
“Everything’s fine, Lilly.” But he wasn’t so sure.
“Tess, I don’t mean to be rude…” Jude paused then went on. “No, that’s not right. I do mean to be rude. We’ve told you time and again to leave us alone. That goes double when we’re entertaining.”
But Tess was never one to give up easily. She darted around Damon and started toward the girls. She’d dropped her mask of civility and gone straight into hatred. “I don’t know who the hell you two sluts are, but these men are mine.” She sneered at Kelly, whose mouth had dropped open in shock. “And I don’t share.”
Damon had had enough. He grabbed Tess’s arm and whirled her around to face him. “You’re leaving with me.”
Tess looked back to toss her words at Kelly and Lilly. “See? Damon wants me all to himself. But don’t worry, boys, I’ll always have time for you, too. Ouch, Damon, you’re hurting me.”
“Not as much as I want to,” he muttered under his breath as he hauled her through the main dining room and out the rear exit.
* * * *
Everyone watched Damon tug Tess through the dining room then make a hard right down the hallway that led to the back of the building.
“I’m sorry about that.” Jude took another drink. “Tess has mistakenly decided that we are her future mates.”
“Did you used to date her? Any of you?” The surge of jealousy hitting Kelly was an unfamiliar and distasteful sensation.
“Not at all. We met her at Saddles, the nightclub, and ever since then, she’s tried to worm her way into our hearts.”
“Can anyone say stalker?” Lilly grimaced at Kelly. “She hasn’t cooked for you, has she? As in cooking your pet bunny for dinner? You know, as in a Glenn Close Rabbit Casserole? Oh, wait. That poor thing got boiled.”
“Urgh, Lilly. Gross.” But Lilly shrugged off Kelly’s glare.
“I don’t know about anyone else, but I think I’ve lost my appetite.” Jude waved at Mr. Walters and shook his head. “Unless anyone’s interested in chowing down on a juicy hamburger.”
Amazingly, the idea of a hamburger sounded scrumptious, even after Lilly’s description of the pet’s terrible demise in the movie. Kelly checked to see if Damon was coming back. She couldn’t imagine where he’d taken the obnoxious Tess Talbot, but she was glad it was away from her. The woman was pretty in a hippy kind of way with her long hair, flowing skirt, and peasant blouse, but she didn’t seem like the men’s kind of girl.
Am I their kind of girl?
Jude downed the remainder of the champagne. “What do you say, Kelly? How about a hamburger instead of all this fancy food?”
If Lilly would agree to eat beef, then she wanted to get out of there, too. “Sure. A hamburger would be good. If we’re not causing any trouble by leaving, I mean.”
Jude pulled back her chair for her. His fingertips grazed her arms and, just as had happened with first Damon, then Riker, she felt an overwhelming desire to press her lips to his. She stood, bringing her up close and personal with him. She could smell the champagne on his breath and see the texture of his mouth. She parted her lips to snake out her own tongue then realized what she was doing in front of Lilly and Riker.
“What about Damon?” She moved a step away from Jude. Why had she thought that a couple of feet would lessen her attraction to him?
“It’ll take him quite a while to get away from Tess.” Riker motioned for Lilly and Kelly to go ahead of them out of the room.
“But shouldn’t we wait for him?” Was she worried about Tess being with Damon? Or was it more a matter of wanting all three delectable men with her? Delectable? I’m starting to sound like Tess.
“He’ll understand. What matters the most is keeping Tess away from you two.” Jude strode past them to lead them to the front doors.
“Is she dangerous? Because if she is, maybe we should call the cops.” Lilly didn’t usually get rattled easily, but Kelly heard the shake in her voice.
“For what? For felony interruption of a dinner?”
Kelly laughed then looked toward the rear, hoping to see Damon coming toward them. Jude waved to the limo driver, who hurriedly pulled the vehicle around the circular drive. Jude didn’t wait for the driver to open the doors for the women. Kelly slid in after Lilly then waited as Jude, then Riker got in.
“Should we at least tell Damon where we went?”
“It’s not necessary. As I said, he’ll understand, and after dealing with Tess, he’ll probably go straight home and take a long shower to get her scent off him.”
Jude took her hands, jolting her with his touch as warmth spread through her palms and into her arms. What would it be like to have him drive his fingers into her pussy as Riker had done? Her gaze slipped to Riker, who watched her from his seat next to Lilly. But he didn’t seem concerned or jealous. In fact, he seemed like he was enjoying the interaction between them.
She settled back against the leather of her seat and nodded. If Riker wasn’t concerned and Jude was okay with it, why should she worry? Riker had said everything would be all right. Could she trust that he was telling her the truth?
Jude released her hands then shifted in his seat to face her. “If you like good old-fashioned greasy hamburgers, then you’re going to love Jake’s Place.”
“Oh, I love Jake’s Place.” At Kelly’s questioning expression, Lilly added, “Hey, I may work at a vegan restaurant, but that doesn’t mean I’m not a meat eater like everyone else.”
“Since when?” Kelly couldn’t help but put her natural-foods friend on the spot. “I don’t think I’ve seen you eat hamburger recently.”
Lilly fidgeted in her seat. “Well, I have. I just don’t make a habit of it.”
The limousine pulled to the curb in front of the fast-food joint. “Here we are. If you girls would grab that free table over there, Riker and I will get the food and dri
nks.”
The driver opened the door and helped first Kelly, then Lilly out. Jude and Riker followed them to the table then got in line at the open-air counter.
As soon as the men’s backs were to them, Lilly clutched Kelly’s arm and pulled her closer. “Are these guys amazing or what? Not only do they have manners and money, but they also act like regular guys, too. I am beyond jealous of you.”
“Why?” What did Lilly have to be jealous of? Had she guessed what had happened in the ladies’ room?
“Are you freakin’ kidding me, Kell? These guys are so into you I’m surprised one of them hasn’t asked you to marry him already. At the very least, I expected one, hell, all of them would get you alone and try to get into your panties.”
The heat swamping her neck and face gave her away. She tried pretending to study the menu, but she couldn’t fool Lilly.
“Oh, my God. That’s what happened during your little disappearing act with Riker. I can’t believe it. So tell me? How far did you go? Hell, where did you go?”
“Are you talking loudly enough? I don’t think that little old man with the hearing aid heard you.” She caught the mother with two kids at the next table glaring at her.
Lilly scooted closer and lowered her voice. “Is this better? Now give it up. What did you do, and where did you go with him? And don’t leave out the juicy parts, either.”
“Fine. If it’ll shut you up. I was in the ladies’ room when Riker came in to apologize for his remark.”
“The one about you being Damon’s inspiration? Yeah, that was a good one.”
“Lilly!” Kelly changed her stunned expression into a smile when Jude turned to check on them.
“Sorry. I meant to say it was a low blow.”
Kelly cringed at the word blow, tried to cover it, but wasn’t fast enough.
“Holy shit. You gave him a blow job, didn’t you?”
The mother with the two kids gathered their food together and moved her family to a table farther away. Kelly gave her an apologetic smile, but it didn’t do much to smooth things over.
