Life’s journey can take painful twists and turns, and our response can vary from faith to fear and everything in between. Whether we like it or not, it is in these times that we often discover our greatest weakness and enduring strength. I’m a planner, and as much as I’d love to know the end of a trial from the beginning, life just doesn’t work that way. But God’s promise is that He will be with us through our trials, and that He will work all things together for good for those who love Him. I am learning to trust Him in this.
It is my hope that as you lean on Him, you will discover resilient aspects about yourself that were yet unseen. And that, like Callie and Ben, you will find God’s beauty in the midst of the storm.
