Harry and I holidayed in Canada every year, meeting up with our friends and staying at the Day Hotel, and then we would move to a resort in either Europe or the USA, depending on where we had decided, but always spent 1 week in Toronto. One day we would live in Toronto, we had decided, but not yet. Our lives in Cairns were wonderful and loving and still where we wanted to be.

Phillip Lesbirel is a prolific writer with over 50 novels to his name at time of this publication. He lives in Cairns in Far North Queensland and works as a public bus driver. His novels cover a multitude of subjects and genre. He is a known Skinhead and has not hung up his boots just yet and has several Skinhead books to his name.
Phillip is a gay man, although does not have a partner; having separated from his original partner in 2012. His spare time is always writing books to add to his collection. He writes of his experiences and his dreams and aspirations as a gay man. Jerry is a young man in his late teens and although he knows he is gay, has never been with another man. He wants to do a trade but is scared of what other tradesmen will think about working with a gay man. He goes to the local TAFE (Technical and Further Education College) and talks with the receptionist, Paul, and decides he would like to be a motor mechanic, and Paul arranges for him to meet a gay mechanic, Joe. Joe accepts Jerry as an apprentice and he starts working for Joe immediately. Jerry moves in with his brother Collin and Collins flat mate Harry and a sexual relationship develops with Harry; an accountant. Their love flourishes and leads to Harry finally coming out and meeting gay clients.
