Divorced, Free, and Single

“Bedroom,” she urged him. He picked her up, still kissing her as he raced into her bedroom. He threw her onto the bed, spread open her legs and dived back inside. She screamed and pulled at his hair as climaxed.
“Josh, now,” she begged, and her hand grasped for her bedside drawer. Opening it she groped around inside until she found the packet of condoms Sophie had given her last weekend. She grabbed one.
“Josh, here,” she said. He looked up from her pussy, and licked his lips, god she was so sexy. Sweat coursed over his hard, muscles, and he smiled at her as he crawled over her body and took the condom. As he lifted his cock into his hand, she could not help herself, and she grabbed it, and rubbing it between her breasts, she teased her nipples with his tip. His hand moved to her bottom, his fingers slipping up and down between her buttocks before delving back into her pussy.
“Oh god,” she groaned, wanting it now, but he still did not put on the condom, instead he kissed her stomach, licked her breasts, and nipped at her nipples. He reached for her red silk scarf draped over her bedside table.
“Did he used to dominate you?” he asked. Her heart pounded, he had heard. “I won’t tell I promise,” he said.
“Yes,” she replied.
“Did you like it?” he asked.
“No,” she replied.
“Let me show you how good it can be, please?” he asked.
“Okay,” she said, a little nervously, and he covered her eyes with the scarf and tied it tight.
“Lift your arms up above your head,” he ordered.
She did as he asked and her body began to shake as he kissed and touched every part of her.
“Josh, I can’t do this,” she whispered, as it was bringing back to many bad memories.
“Shush, I won’t hurt you, I’m going to tease that is all,” he promised, and his cock edged her lips.
“Open your mouth,” he ordered. She did, and allowing herself to relax, she licked him. His cock was in her mouth, and he thrust in and out. Her hips lurched forward as his fingers slipped inside her, playing with her, teasing her.
Josh withdrew his cock and she heard him open the packet and slip on the condom.
“Are you ready, Ms Archer,” he whispered seductively.
“Yes,” she replied.
He pushed her legs back and held them down, and the sheer force of his hands on her inner thighs made her pussy throb in urgency. This was nothing like it had been with Sam, with Sam it had been aggressive and always about what he wanted.
She could not see anything, and for a moment he went quiet, her heart thumped in anticipation and he entered her, his hands holding her down by her waist.
“Oh my god,” she groaned, she could not move, but unlike with Sam, Josh was not hurting her. She pushed her hips towards him, and met his rhythm. His hands moved up her stomach, they caressed her breasts, and slipped up the length of her arms. He held down, as his thrusts grew stronger, faster, and faster.
“Come with, Jane,” he moaned. With her eyes covered Jane concentrated on his cock pulsating inside her, her body quivered, and her insides shock.
“Oh, god,” she groaned, and her pussy clenched around his cock as she came.
“Fuck,” he yelled as he came with her, and he fell shuddering onto her chest. As he caught his breath, he pulled off the scarf and looked at her.
“See not so bad,” he said. She smiled back him, and as she took in a breath, she thought, what fuck had she done.
“Don’t be embarrassed, Jane,” he whispered, as if reading her thoughts. “I would never say anything to Michael, I promise.” Michael! Oh dear god, if he found out, he would never forgive her.
“Thank you,” was about all she could manage.
“Fancy some breakfast, Jane?” he asked lifting his head and smiling at her.
“Sure, egg and bacon?” she asked.
“Mmm, traditional English breakie, sounds great,” he replied and he jumped up, took off the condom, and tied the end. Her eyes starred at his naked butt as he left the bedroom and went into the bathroom. Okay, so now she had, had her second sexual encounter, she bit on her lower lip as she thought of Alex. She was almost guilty about what she had done. Although why she should, she had no idea, as they were not dating or anything. She pulled the sheet over herself. That was different to when she had been with Alex, with Alex, he made her feel loved, cared for, treasured. This was, as Sophie and Claire would have called it, wild sex, and nothing more. She now knew which one she preferred.
A few minutes later, he came out, wearing a pair of boxer shorts.
“I’ll make a start shall I?” he offered, and he gave her, her robe.
“Sure,” she replied, taking it from him and slipping into the bathroom. After tiding herself up, she walked into the kitchen to the smell of bacon and he had cleaned up the broken fruit bowl.
“That smells nice,” she said. He leaned forward and kissed her lips, she whimpered as he caught her by surprise.
“Stick the kettle on, Jane, let’s have a cuppa,” he purred, as he broke some eggs into the pan. She moved past him and filled the kettle; she grabbed a couple of mugs, poured in the milk and chucked in a couple of t-bags.
“So what are your plans for today, Jane?” he asked, as he dished up the egg and bacon.
“Nothing, why?” she asked.
“Well, perhaps I could take you out somewhere?” he replied. She swallowed.
“Josh, what we did, I mean…” she stuttered, not quite sure what to say.
“Hey, Jane, it’s okay I’m not looking for a relationship either. That was...” he stopped and looked at her. “Fun right?” She smiled and gave a nod.
“Yes it was, Josh,” she agreed, but she was not sure she wanted to do it again. She took her plate and mug and put it on the dining table. He did the same and sat down.
“So how about, we keep it like that,” he suggested.
“Like what?” she asked.
“Fun, if ever you fancy a bit,” he said, and he held out his arms. “I’m here.” Her cheeks burned.
“Josh, I don’t think….” she started.
“Hey, it is okay, I was kidding,” he interrupted, giving her a smile before shovelling in some egg.
“So, how about it, fancy doing something?” he asked.
“Sure, like what?” she asked.
“Hey you’re the local,” he said, putting the ball back in her court.
“So, what sort of things do you like to do, museums, movies, or long, rambling walks in the country?”
“Fish, I like fish,” he said.
“Oh, okay, what about the London Aquarium?” she suggested. She had wanted to go there for years.
“That sounds great,” he agreed.
After they washed up and dressed, they jumped on a train and headed into town. She wore her jeans, and a red, short sleeved t-shirt as it was quite a warm day. Jane opted out of heels, as they were going to be doing a lot of walking she wore her red Nikes and stuck her long hair into a ponytail. Josh was wearing long, surf shorts and a t-shirt. She had to admit this guy had nice toned calves, from all the running he did.
“Okay, my treat,” she said, as they got to the pay desk. He was about to object and he smiled, and put his hands around her waist.
“Okay, but mine is lunch then, agreed?”
“Sure, that would nice, thanks,” she replied, glancing over her shoulder at him.
They spent two hours in the aquarium, and she was enjoying Josh’s company. He was fun, if little bit outrageous; he flirted with all the girls that he thought were single. She did not mind, as she had no, romantic inkling towards him whatsoever. The sex had been fun and spontaneous, but that was all it was.
They had lunch at Planet Hollywood, and as they were finishing their coffee, her phone rang. She took it out of her bag, and frowned, as it was Alex.
“Alex,” she answered.
“Hi, Jane,” he replied.
“Is everything okay?” she asked, w
orried that something was wrong, as he had rung her on her day off.
“No, no. I was just wondering what you were doing tonight?”
“Erm, hang on a sec, Alex.” She turned to Josh. “Sorry, it’s my boss, do you mind if I take this?”
“No, go ahead,” he said, giving her a grin.
“Thanks,” she replied. She stood up and walked towards the women’s toilets, and went inside. “Sorry about that,” she said to Alex.
“No, sorry are you with someone?” he asked.
“It’s okay, I’m in town, having lunch with a friend that’s all. What’s up?” she asked. It was so nice to hear his sexy voice on the other end.
“Nothings up as such, I was just wondering what you were doing tonight?”
“Tonight, nothing, I don’t think, why?”
“Well, something came up and mum cannot make the ballet, I was just wondering if you would like to go?”
“Oh,” she said, surprised.
“As friends,” he added. “It seems a shame to waste the tickets, and you said you had never seen a ballet before.”
“No, I haven’t. Okay, I’d like that, thank you.”
“Great, erm, how about dinner?” he asked. She looked at her watch, it was already past two pm, and she had just eaten, and she knew the table was book for five.
“Well, the thing is, I have only just had lunch with my friend, and it would be rude for me to dump him. I did say we would go to the natural history museum for a couple hours. Can I just go to the ballet?”
“Of course, if you are in town, do you want to meet at my place?” he asked and he wondered who he was.
“I would need to change, I’m in my jeans. I was going to buy a new dress today anyway, so if I could shower and change at yours it would save me going all the way home?” He went quiet for a moment.
“Great, okay, my place for seven?” he said.
“Yes, Alex. I’m looking forward to it,” she replied. “Bye, Alex.”
“Bye, Jane.” She hung up, and glancing at herself in the mirror, she grinned. Thank you Mrs Hartley-Stone!

“All done,” his mother asked, looking at him. Alex nodded.
“Yes, she cannot do dinner but she is coming to the ballet,” he replied.
“Excellent. Now please remember to take it slow, if she is coming back to the flat tonight do not…”
“Mother, seriously, as if I would,” he groaned, walking into the kitchen. He was still wondering who she was with, who was the man who had taken her to lunch and was taking her to a museum.
“Yes, well,” she muttered, sitting at the breakfast bar. He glanced at her and smiled.
“Thank you,” he said, “for the tickets.” She waved her hand at him.
“It is not like I have not seen it enough times,” she replied, picking up her mug of coffee. “So have you asked her about next weekend?”
“Not yet, I will do it tonight.”
“Alex, are you sure this is the right thing to do?” she asked.
“Mum, I have too. I cannot stop thinking about her, day in day out. God, I could not even get the Edmondson contract finalised as I was thinking about her through the entire meeting.” His mother smiled at him.
“Mum, are you okay with this? I mean I know she is divorced.”
“Pah!” she said, waving a hand at him. “I am divorced, that does not make a blind bit of difference. If she has captured your heart, she must be special and so she has mine too,” she said. She looked at her watch. “I should be going, my train is at three thirty,” she said, standing up.
“I will come with you the station,” he offered. For a moment, he thought about going to the natural history museum to see if he could spot her with this other man. He realised he was being ridiculous, not to mention some kind of a stalker.
“You don’t need to do that, I will get a cab,” she replied.

“Everything, okay?” Josh asked, as she sat back down at the table.
“Yes, fine. Alex was asking if I could go to the ballet with him tonight, his mother was supposed to go but she cannot make it. You didn’t have any plans for us to do anything later, did you?” she asked, hoping he was not going to say he did.
“No, I’m going to meet up with some old mates actually, for a few beers.”
“Oh, that’s good. I need to go and buy a dress, shoes, and a bag for tonight. There’s no point in me going all the way home.”
“So do you want to skip the museum?” he asked.
“No, we can still go, as I don’t have to be at Alex’s until seven.”
“So is there anyone special back home?” Jane asked, as they wandered around the museum. For a moment, Josh went quiet.
“Sorry, did I say something wrong?” Jane asked, worried at his sudden silence, as he had not stop talking and messing around all day.
“No, you didn’t. There is a girl, but she deserves someone better than me,” he said, and he stopped in front of the t-rex and stared at it. “Shit that’s huge,” he said, looking upwards.
“Why would you think that, I’ve only known you a week and I think you are great.”
“Yeah, well you’re not so bad yourself,” he said, giving her a wink. Jane’s cheeks burned.
“No, I didn’t mean that,” she retorted. “I mean as a person, you are thoughtful. Do you really think, she thinks that of you?” He shrugged.
“I don’t know,” he replied.
“You have never asked her?” He shook his head. “How long have you liked her?”
“About eleven years,” he replied, as he moved onto the next dinosaur.
“Eleven years, Jesus Josh. I have known you a week and you pounced on me.” He looked at her and shook his head.
“I did not pounce on you, Ms Archer. I seduced you, there is a difference.”
“Yeah if you say so, so why did you not seduce her?” she asked.
“Because I did not want her to reject me,” he replied.
Jane stopped and stood in front of him, and she looked him in the eyes and smiled.
“Josh, you are a great guy, now tell me are you happy, really happy?” He took a deep breath and shook his head.
“Would she make you happy, if she was with you?” she asked.
“Yes she would, she would make me very happy,” he replied.
“So what’s the problem? Take the chance, Josh, you have nothing to lose. If she rejects you, at least you will know and can get on with your life. She may surprise you perhaps she likes you, and thought that you were rejecting her because you never made any advances towards her?” He frowned, and looked down at the floor.
“No, I never looked at it like that,” he confessed.
“So, give her a call, talk to her, and see how she feels.” He took hold of her shoulders, and pulling her towards him, he gently kissed her lips.
“Ms Archer, I might just do that,” he said, and he gave her a smile.
“Shall we get a coffee?” she asked. He gave her a nod, slung his arm around her shoulder, and led her towards the café.
Alex watched them from behind a triceratops skeleton. Against his better judgement, he had jumped on the tube and shot across to the museum. The chance of finding her was remote, but he had spotted her with a tall, blonde man. A pang of jealousy filled his heart as he kissed her, and put his arm around her. They seemed pretty, damn close to him, so much for her needing time to get over her divorce. He sighed disgusted with himself that he had resorted to spying on her. He had no right whatsoever, he was her boss, not her boyfriend for god sake and she had made it quite clear that she wanted to keep their relationship professional. Although he turned and walked away, Alex knew he was never going to be able to keep their relationship professional, not in a month of Sundays.
At five o’clock, Jane and Josh went their separate ways. She wanted to buy something super sexy for this evening, so she hit the shops. She brought a deep blue, almost full length, dress. It had a l
ow neckline with short sleeves, and it came in at the waist with a pencil style skirt that had a split to the side. It was sexy but classy. She got a matching bag, a pair of sliver heels and brought herself some underwear. As she carried a basic make up kit in her handbag, she was okay in that department.
Jane got a cab over to Alex’s apartment in the Docklands. As she ventured towards his block, a nervous flutter turned her stomach. She was going to have to try her hardest to keep this evening as just friends.
She pushed the buzzer on his apartment.
“Hi,” he said, and the door buzzed open. As she entered the building, she made her way to the stairs. Half way up the first flight, Alex met her.
“Hi,” he said again, grinning at her. He was already wearing a smart pair of trousers and a shirt, his dark hair, was perfect, and his beautiful green eyes shone down at her.
“Hi, Alex, thanks for this, I am really looking forward to it. I have always wanted to see a ballet but Sam, never had any interest in that sort of thing.”
“You are welcome. You were the first person I thought of when mum said she could not come. The cab will be here at eight, so that gives you an hour to get ready,” he said, as they walked into his apartment. It was modern inside, with a large open plan living and kitchen area.
“This place is great,” she said, and her eyes lifted to the photos on the wall, there was one of him and his mum, and some different awards.
“Impressive,” she said, thumbing at them. He wandered over to her.
“Yes, well I have been in the business a long time,” he said. There was an old-fashioned desk with an apple mac sat on the top, and next to that, a huge bookcase, full to the brim. Jane walked over to the patio doors.
