She sighed.
“What’s wrong?” Hope asked.
She hadn’t even heard her walk in. Hope was… beyond attractive, and quite possibly the sweetest person she knew. So she spilled everything she was worried about without reservation.
Hope measured her for a moment, “I don’t think that would be an issue, my mother would never make you leave, not if you care for them both, I know they care for you.”
She tilted her head, “How can you be so sure?”
Hope giggled, “Because I cheat of course, I have sensor readings of everyone’s bodily reactions.”
She gaped at hope, which made the little minx laugh harder.
Hope waved a hand and recovered her breath, “Sorry, but I figured you knew that, plus… empath, and so is my mother. If it makes you feel any better, I’d take you in a heartbeat if Aide won’t let you stay. In fact, I bet you that Ari and I will consult a lot over different projects using holograms between our ships.”
She asked, “You do?”
Hope grinned, “Sure, you and Ari made a great team, you know that my mother and I simply ran with your input for the most part right? It would be foolish not to let you two sexy geniuses work together on other things, even if we have to be apart soon.”
Her mind started spinning, she felt both happy and a little overwhelmed, “You have to go?”
Hope frowned, “My mother and I can visit each other of course, but it would be a bad idea for both of us to live here. Kind of defeats the purpose of a backup if both of us die on the same ship. Now that I have my own body I shouldn’t put it off for too much longer.”
Kate blushed, “Do you want to join me? I think I feel better enough to eat now. Did you come in to eat?”
Hope nodded slowly, “I think I left off at Chocolate cake… okay that’s a lie, I actually got up to eclairs, but I want more chocolate cake.”
Kate laughed at the idea of eating deserts in alphabetical order, “Alright, but you should eat something nutritious.”
Hope made a face, “What good is tweaking my body to eat as much cake as I want if I don’t eat as much cake as I want?”
Kate snorted, and was completely defeated by that logic, “I’m jealous.”
Hope shrugged, “Now that you have all the latest nanites and tech in you, you won’t have to watch what you eat as closely either. Not as much as me perhaps, but a lot more than you’d think. The nanites will keep you in optimal health, and that includes body fat index and weight.”
Kate grinned, “No one told me that, but I suppose it’s in one of the downloads I haven’t reviewed yet.”
Hope nodded, “Cake for two?”
Kate got up and got them both cake. The continued to chat, going back and forth between serious and completely silly things. She was quickly learning that Hope was a very cheerful optimist, she wondered if Aide was ever that way, but didn’t think so. She had a moment of insight, Hope was everything that Aide wished she could be, because she wanted the best for her child.
Hope left after the cake, and the rush from the chocolate brought on a craving of a different sort. She queried the computer, and found he was in his quarters. She went to her quarters and took a shower, just in case he wanted to put his tongue in certain places again she wanted to be fresh. Then without giving it a thought, she got dressed in a new suit and walked down to the captain’s suite.
The door opened when she hit the buzzer, and she blushed when she walked in… maybe she should have checked the location of Aide, she’d been so horny she’d forgotten to do it. She was sitting in his lap, and both their lips were puffy, and their hair was a little mussed.
Red faced, she apologized, “I’m sorry, I should have checked before coming in.”
Aide tilted her head and took her in with a thoughtful look on her face.
She reddened further, wondering if Aide was reading her emotions, which was a mix of embarrassment, desire, lust, and attraction to not only Tim, but Aide as well. She’d always felt more attracted to men, but some few women in her past had been an exception to that, and now Aide as well. The more she got to know her, the more she’d been attracted.
It was all a bit confused, and she felt a little flustered.
Aide said in sensual invitation, “Don’t apologize, I don’t mind, and I’m sure Tim doesn’t either. We weren’t even naked yet. As a matter of fact, would you like to join us?”
No, she couldn’t. That would be too much, no, absolutely not.
“Yes,” she whispered with so much desire in her voice she actually made herself blush a third time.
Aide’s smile widened and she got up and came to collect her. That even made perfect sense since she couldn’t move at all, her feet seemed to be stuck to the floor. Then she found out that wasn’t the plan, she was in Aide’s arms, her lips opening slightly as they kissed for the first time. She moaned and felt her core moisten and tingle, she felt breathless and dizzy from the pleasure of Aide’s soft lips claiming her own, and the feel of Aide’s soft body against hers.
She gasped into Aide’s mouth as she felt Tim’s hard body move in behind her, as Aide’s breasts crushed into hers, she felt Tim’s long hard cock push against her ass as he gently moved her hair aside and kissed the side and back of her neck. It was so erotic being sandwiched between the two, and she felt pleasure quickly pool in her core, and slowly energize her entire body.
Tim whispered in her ear, “You are so damned sexy,” as he unfastened the suit and pealed it off of her, while she continued to kiss Aide’s soft lips, and play with her tongue.
She moaned deeply into Aide’s mouth as she felt Tim kiss his way down her back, and she gasped when he spanked her ass sharply, then his tongue and lips were there, right over the sting making it feel better, mixing the pain with the dirty pleasure of his mouth on her ass.
Aide broke her kiss and started to kiss down her neck while caressing her waist, thighs and the sides and bottoms of her breasts. Aide touched her so softly, yet surely, seeming to know exactly what would please her, then Aide bent down further and softly sucked a nipple into her mouth, as her hands played with both her other breast, and her inner thigh. So close to her aching pleasure filled sex that it hurt for her not to feel Aide’s touch there.
She was lost in the sensual sensations of both of them, and wrapped her arms around Aide’s neck for support when she felt Tim lick at her puckered hole and taint, while Aide finally put her soft gentle fingertips on her silken wet labia, teasingly tracing the outside of it.
She was in a haze of pleasure, her heart was racing as she arched her back, which pushed her breast harder in Aide’s face at the same time she ground her puckered star on Tim’s tongue. She trembled on Aide’s fingertips as the woman finally stopped teasing and ran her fingertip between her labia, tracing over her velvety slick sex.
She was so damned close to ecstasy as she felt her pleasure coil tighter and tighter, her heart beat faster and faster, and when she felt Aide slide two fingers inside her, curled them, and found her g-spot like Aide had a map and started rubbing it. At the same time, Tim’s tongue went lower, and started licking her parted mound as he pushed a thumb into her ass. Aide started to thumb her clit, and got a little rougher with her breasts, biting down and twisting her other nipple with her other hand.
She felt an incredible pressure building core, and the coil snapped and pleasure swept through her body, if they hadn’t held her up she’d have fallen over. She trembled on Tim’s tongue and Aide’s fingers as she sprayed Tim’s face with her liquid pleasure. She barely heard his moans of approval as the pleasure seemed to last forever in that moment.
Aide stood up and caressed her face before claiming a gentle kiss.
She didn’t even know what to say or do, it had been one of the most erotic moments of her life. Telling them anything about how good it was would be… trite. She smiled in the afterglow of her explosive orgasm, and the next kiss was hers to take before she turned around kissed Tim.
<
br /> She grinned, “You know you’ll never get rid of me now… right?”
Aide laughed, “We haven’t even gotten you into the bed yet…”
She shivered in pleasure at her words, and squealed when Tim picked her up in a fireman’s carry, and the three of them headed for the bedroom…
Chapter 18
Lessi, Grand Matriarch of the Kokkeer race, lounged in the hot spring, the sound of the small waterfall trickling behind her was relaxing. She was surrounded by life, such as trees, grass, flowers, even small birdlike creatures that were pleasing to her ears. The sun felt good on her skin, it felt exactly like a real sun would.
The Kokkeer race was short and humanoid, averaging five feet in height. Their skin was light blue, their eyes dark blue. Their hair started out almost bleached white, and slowly changed through light blonde and into golden blonde as they aged. Their physical bodies were weaker than humans, most of their evolutionary advantages going into their minds. Outside of their light blue skin, they could easily pass as an unusually short human.
She’d been busy the last few days doing recon, their world was about to change, and as the leader of her people she had been determined to find out if it would be for the better. Her ship was currently stationed above the Meliax home world, and the garden around her was nothing less than the center of her ship. Most races would be baffled by it, but it was its nerve center as well. The only indication of technology in her ship was the low steady hum of the generators beneath the floor.
She could feel her five mates in the back of her mind, the pleasing tones of their mind voices were in perfect harmony to her own higher mind voice, so much so that if the composers of most worlds could hear it, it would bring tears of awe to their eyes. The Kokkeer were a very ancient telepathic race, and they had been hiding for millennia, both their ships, and their planet.
They were a matriarchal society, their men outnumbering the woman by five times. The six beings in each group making a mate group, it was how they’d evolved, the men supported the woman with their minds, the frequencies of all their thoughts together much more powerful than one of them alone, more than that, the group was more powerful than the sum of its parts.
It hadn’t been difficult to hide. They weren’t truly invisible, but it was child’s play itself to turn searching eyes away from them, and even encourage other races like the Meliax to program their own sensors to screen them out. The only technology they truly had was the generators, which enhanced their innate empathic, telepathic, and telekinetic powers a thousand fold.
They’d discovered long ago, when the Earth was still covered in its last ice age, that psychic power was fueled by a type of energy that their minds were particularly attuned to, more so than any other race they had met. Much like gravity, this energy was weaker than it should have been, and they discovered a technology that could tap into its native dimension.
They didn’t need life support systems, they were surrounded by life throughout the ship, the air was fresh, and had the scents of a planet, not the antiseptic smell of a ship. They didn’t use drives, weapons, or even shields that any other race would recognize, simply the enhanced power of their mind.
She was a peaceful being, as was everyone in their race. They misdirected, hid, and avoided violence at all costs. It was impossible to kill someone, when she would feel their deaths so strongly, it was hard enough watching other races do so.
The Meliax were a brutal race, and although she would like to see their rule of ten galaxies break, what she had found out in her search… had shaken her down to the core. She felt fear, something she was not accustomed to at all. She closed her eyes and leaned back in the water as her mates caressed her mind with theirs. It was calming, but she could only put off her duties as grand matriarch for so long.
She reached out with her mind, and connected to all the other matriarchs with ships, ten thousand of them, and the millions of matriarchs on their home world. For most of their race, that would be entirely too many, but she had the strength and ability to connect to them all, and keep it all straight in her mind. Right now, she needed their collective wisdom, and to pass on what she had learned to her people.
A choral mind voice of millions sounded in her head, as each female of her race spoke as one with reverence, “Grand Matriarch.”
She responded, “Matriarchs, we will be tested soon, we have a choice before us. The Meliax are close to defeat, in just a week’s time another race will have the power to remove them from the stars. The Meliax leadership is in a panic at their failure to take an eleventh galaxy. Their emperor is so frightened he has released all constraints and laws against ship building. However, even with the time remaining he can no more than double the four million ships he has left, it will not be enough.”
She felt the question of her matriarchs echo in her soul, how was this a bad thing? Truly, it was not. Her race fought with itself, figuratively speaking, more than once, for they could have stepped in and destroyed the Meliax threat easily. They could have simply reached out with their thoughts and crushed their ships, but to take a life would have meant losing their souls.
“The new ones will free many civilizations, and rule only as far as ensuring there are no conquering species in space, even those will be spared and only detained on their planet, or planets, in the hope they may grow past violence in the future. This is a good thing, what frightens me, is that we cannot hide from them. They will see us.”
She paused as her own fear echoed back at her. She waited patiently for calm as the storm of emotions passed through her, fear and disbelief the strongest of them, before continuing.
“The entity that controls the ships is artificial, and although the being has extended itself with a biological body and mind I could read, it’s primary core and control is beyond our telepathic abilities to influence or misdirect. They will see us, and right now they are friendly, but what will the future bring?”
She waited again as the questions flooded her mind. The most asked question was how did they have a choice, they couldn’t fight, what would happen would happen.
Lessi replied to that question, “Our choices are these. We could abandon our home world, and go elsewhere. Or, we can accept the risk, and join another race in the stars for the first time. Lastly, we can ensure the Meliax win to avoid that risk, and remain hidden in our home.”
There was an almost shocked question, how could they help the Meliax win and remain safe, if they can’t kill?
Lessi didn’t want the third option, the lives the Meliax took weighed on her soul. But to congregate with another race was feared and unheard of. Even the gentlest of the races they’d encountered wouldn’t hesitate to kill in self-defense. In the end it would be her decision, but it was too big. She was Grand Matriarch, but she was still relatively young, just over five hundred years old. She hoped for consensus. Regretfully, she explained their third option.
“We can because only two of their ships will hold biological beings. The rest of their ships, billions of them, will not have any life on them, and are controlled by the artificial lifeform I spoke of.”
All communication ceased as they absorbed that information, as they realized they could remain anonymous and hidden. All they had to do was destroy all those ships without life… the Meliax would certainly be able to handle the last two ships without a problem. It would be the safest path for their species, the most comfortable one. She hoped it was not the one her people would choose, for at the very least it would make them killers by proxy, even if they wouldn’t truly have blood on their hands.
She broke the connection, indicating they would speak again. There was time to weigh the moral implications against their races greatest fears before a decision was made. She smiled softly as she felt her body rise up from the pool and slowly float toward the room next door. Apparently her mates had decided she needed some… relaxation, and her core tightened in anticipation as the door opened and she saw her mates waiting for her on th
e huge bed…
Arimetria Enellon did not really want to leave the ship, but she knew she had to. She looked around the room one more time, but she really didn’t have anything she needed to take with her. Her personal shuttle had already been transferred to Hope’s command ship.
They’d thrown her and Hope a very exclusive, and very heartfelt going away party last night. A foolish human custom that she had decided was not so foolish before the night was done. Hope had been very emotional, and she wasn’t all that far behind, she was surprised how fast she’d gotten attached to Aide, Kate, and Tim.
Hope was in the room with her, and smiling sadly. She could tell Hope was both sad to leave, and excited to get on her new ship. The young A.I. had also surprised her by transforming last night. She was about seven inches taller, and about the most beautiful Dreniel woman she’d ever seen. In a way it was touching and reassuring, in another it was alarming, because she found herself quite attracted.
She asked, “Hope, you surprised me last night, can I ask why you did what you did, your body I mean.”
Hope blushed, “I suppose I was being selfish. I wanted to be human, because my mother is human and I wanted to know what it felt like to be human like her. But I felt myself identify with the Dreniel, and their peaceful beliefs. I chose you to host me because I respect and like you. For those reasons, I wanted to know what it was like to be a Dreniel. Right now I am Dreniel, right down to the tip of my tail. I suppose I didn’t want to choose.”
She tilted her head, “Did it occur to you that your processor could just as easily handle syncing two bodies with the main processor as it does one? You could have made two, come with me and your processor with the Dreniel form, so you would be separated from your mother, yet also stay behind in a second human body.”
