“I can’t do this,” I muttered quickly, spinning around in my silky dress and dropping the bouquet to the floor. Panicking for a moment, I bent down to scoop up the delicate flowers off the floor.

My eyes grew huge when the music was suddenly no longer muffled as only a few moments before. Still bent over, I peeked my head around the side of my body and quietly whimpered at the sight. The doors were open and for fucks sake everyone’s eyes were on me. I should have never let this whole damn thing happen in the first place.

Letting out a slight chuckle, I awkwardly waved at everyone, who was now standing up and awaiting my grand entrance. Getting a view of my ass, in this gorgeous dress, wasn’t probably the first thing they had in mind when those doors opened. But, fuck. At least none of my unmentionables were hanging out.

A look of horror washed over Danielle’s face, and I mouthed ‘sorry’ while standing myself up. My perfect fake smile was going to be no use with all those eyes on me; silently laughing at my total mishap.

Nervously taking my bottom lip between my teeth, I stepped out of the door frame as the soft melodies in the room swept me down the aisle. Shifting my gaze from Danielle, my eyes fell upon Reid standing up there on that platform.

That man was waiting for me. He knew all about my past, and accepted the flaws that I carried with me throughout our relationship. He was there for me when everything went to hell with my parents, and even with all the major issues we dealt with in our relationship, never once ran from my share of insanity.

We had a daughter through unfortunate circumstances, but it didn’t stress any cracks or doubts on the love we had for one another. That man was my everything.

I no longer wanted to run away from the whole thing. I wasn’t marrying Reid for the fame, money, or lack of sanity on my part. I was marrying that man because in this crazy, completely fucked and demented world, we simply got one another. I accepted his mood swings, and he understood my crazy antics. He never once tried to make me feel stupid for loving a car and Simon way more than I loved my actual family. And, he did everything in his power to bring my beautiful car back when I thought I’d lost her forever. It might have not been a love at first kind of sight thing the moment we laid eyes upon each other, but without a doubt, Reid had captured my entire heart the moment I gave that man a chance.

Before I knew it, without even thinking about making it down the aisle, I was standing next to my happily ever after. My legs trembled, and my stomached turned flips, the second he took my damaged hand into his.

“You look beautiful,” Reid whispered in my ear as the officiant greeted the guests.

  “I love you, Reid Chambers.”

“And I love you, Molly Anne Chambers.” His trademark smirk crept across his face and I couldn’t help but smile back. Taking a sneak peak over my shoulder, I smiled while watching Megan cradle Rain in her arms.

Everything was perfect. The location was stunning, Danielle looked absolutely beautiful, my daughter was sleeping peacefully and not screaming her little head off, all of the people I cared the most for were sitting in the front row, Brody was somewhat sober standing next to my groom, and even with my ass being the first thing everyone saw, it couldn’t damper the spirit of this party.

Looking over at Reid again, my heart burned at the thought of forever. I’ve seen him dressed up before for award ceremonies, but seeing him standing next to me, looking simply dashing in his tuxedo, made every single doubt disappear.

“And do you, Molly Anne, take this man to be your wedded husband?”

Shaking my head, my eyes grew with terror when I realized I had been off in my own wedding la-la land during the whole damn ceremony.

  “I do,” whispered Danielle.

“Um…..yes, totally…………..wait……..I mean, I do?” Giving the Officiant a confused look, Reid tried to contain his laughter, as I glanced over at Danielle who was shaking her head.

“Sorry, my bad.” Letting out a nervous laugh, I squeezed Reid’s hand tightly and sent him an apologetic smile.

“I do too,” Reid announced quickly before gently grabbing the back of my neck and pulling me closer. His lips crashed into mine and I wrapped my arms around his neck, letting myself fall deeper in to the love induced coma I was experiencing earlier.

“Well, since they decided to skip a whole section of the ceremony, I guess, ladies and gentleman, I am going to announce them as husband and wife.”

Cheers erupted from the room, along with catcalls, screams, and a few perverted comments, that I was betting had come from the rest of the band members.

“I think we jumped ahead,” I muttered on his lips.

  “Fuck it. You’re mine now.”

Lifting me off the ground effortlessly, Reid pulled back slightly and twirled us around the elevated platform.

“Watch out for the dress!” Danielle shouted over the applause.

Shaking my head, I laughed at her concern as Reid gently set me back down on the ground.

“Presenting, for the very first time, Mr. and Mrs. Reid Chambers!”

The cheering continued as I grasped Reid’s hand and turned to smile at everyone in the audience. To think that we made it was crazy, but actually going through with it and not killing anyone, was even more of an accomplishment then saying the actual ‘I do’s’.

“Now, let’s get drunk!” Brody shouted above the noise behind us.

Rolling my eyes, I smiled at my husband. I might be a total hot mess most of the time, but at least I had that man standing beside me for the rest of my life.

  Fuck……..I forgot my tiara.

  The End.

Did you think it was over?
