Oh…it really doesn’t get more real than that, does it?
Daniel stands and comes around the table, kneeling in front of me as I swivel toward him, then his arms are around my waist and I’m sinking, my legs straddling his until we’re both on the floor and I just can’t get close enough to him. “Take me to bed.”
“As you wish.”

Daniel
I smear the peanut butter on the bread and place it over the jelly side then use the peanut butter sammich-maker-cutter-thingy to make the little pocket sandwich that Izzy loves. I reach to put it on the plate, but Meli sweeps it away and slides it into the Ziplock and drops it in the Pokémon lunchbox Iz picked out for her first day of school.
I swing around and pour coffee into the pink thermos as Meli holds it steady. She already put a little Stevia and cashew milk in there for herself. I hand it off and Meli puts in our bag—Steven’s Universe, Iz picked it out too—then I pour the rest in my own purple Thermos, adding a little heavy sweet cream. Meli grabs it and puts it in the bag, too.
“Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom,” Iz says as she slides into the kitchen on stockinged feet.
“Yes, babe?” Meli says as she opens the fridge, and I can’t help but smile.
“I can’t find my shoes.”
“They’re under the end of your bed. You kicked them there when you pitched a fit last night because it was an early bedtime.”
Iz lets out an exasperated grunt and puts her hands on her hips as she looks at us.
“She’s right, you know. Now go get ready,” I say. “We leave in fifteen.”
She saunters off all attitude and conviction, and Meli laughs as she grabs her lunchbox, tossing in random things from the fridge then adding an apple, her emergency cell phone and a little baggie of pirate booty.
I come up behind her, caging her against the counter with my hands at her hips as she reaches into the cabinet. “Hand me some of that for ours too, please.”
She smiles and bumps her ass back into my hips, and I grab her hips and push. Just a little.
“Hey. Hey. This is the first day of school. It’s serious business, not monkey business,” I say.
“Yes, sir,” she says. She shifts her hips back and forth. “Bananas, booty, and water.” Then she hands them to me.
“I don’t think this is enough food for both of us,” I reply. Slowly.
“I’m sure it’s not, but this lunchbox was made for a kid, not two grown adults, one of whom has enough muscle fiber for three full grown adults.”
“You haven’t ever complained about my muscles before. I seem to remember you—”
Her hand covers my mouth. “Good thing the rehearsal center has a food court.” She grins, and I kiss her hand, then lick it to get her to pull it back. She turns away, and I try to grab her as she closes the fridge but she slips out of my hands.
“Five Minutes!” she yells, and I duck, then grab the lunches and put them by the door. “The carpool is on the way.”
“Perfect.” I get the case with our music sheets and we stand at the door, the thumping of little feet echoing down the hallway, then Iz comes sliding to a screeching halt in front of us.
“Backpack,” I say and help her into it.
“Here’s your lunch,” Meli says. “Daddy put an apple in there this time so it won’t be mushy before lunch, and the peanut butter pocket is just the way you like it with grape jelly.” She hands her the bag, and I open the door and follow Iz down the stairs. Her ride pulls up as the door closes behind me. “Hey, Miss Rodriguez!” Meli says.
“Hey! Hello, Mr. Grace,” she says, and I buckle Iz into the back seat and we take turns kissing her.
“Are you sure you don’t want us to go with you for your first day?” Meli asks.
“Yes. Mom. Go,” she says, I laugh and close the door. We both wave as the van pulls out of the parking lot, my arm around Cam’s waist.
“We’re, like…the cutest little family,” I muse.
“Yeah. Do we have time for a little P in V action? Because Mama needs an O before rehearsal today,” she says, and I can’t help but to laugh.
I turn to her. “We have maybe fifteen minutes…except you already requested our car, which is probably this guy here.”
She looks up then walks over to the car and leans forward, her elbows on the door. The guy nods, and I know Meli is getting what she wants. I watch her saunter over to me as the guy pulls into a spot and takes his phone from the holder, settling in for a minute. Or fifteen.
I pull her against me and lift, and she wraps her legs around my waist, grabbing the door and pulling it closed behind us. I lock it. We don’t make it all the way up the stairs. I stumble, and her feet come down to the steps and she crawls backward up them, but I grab her ankle and hold her as I crawl over her, moving between her legs toward a spot I’ve come to think of as home.
She unbuttons my jeans and pushes them off my ass, raking her nails across my skin. Then she shoves one hand down my pants and grabs my dick to pull it free. I follow her as she strokes until she’s trapped on the stairs.
I lean over her. “Cam,” I say but I don’t know what else I was going to say, and she wraps her legs back around my waist and yanks me down to her.
“Baise-moi,” she says and I break.
I reach between us and tear the lace of her underwear, because the last thing I want is to sit back one more time to take it off. Then I’m inside her, just the tip, just waiting for her to squirm enough. She pulls at my shirt, and I let her squirm against me, trying so hard to get me closer. I hold steady, just kissing the entrance of her pussy with my dick until she screams and I sink. Her screaming doesn’t stop; it only gets louder and more excited until she’s coming. I still, feeling the undulations of her muscles as her vagina squeezes my cock. Thank God the door doesn’t have a window, because I’d be shocked if the driver can’t hear us and I’ll be damned if I’ll stifle her.
“Fuck. Cam.”
“Yes,” she says. “Yes, you did. And we still have ten minutes. Meet me upstairs.” She wriggles away from me and turns, crawling up the stairs, her bare ass testing me.
“Jesus.”
I stop and think for just a moment, because for fuck’s sake, I have a willing vagina waiting at the top of these stairs. But this, this whole family thing that had us so frightened just a month ago, has all become so natural, so normal…that I can’t remember what it was like before. And as I run up the stairs, holding my pants up so I don’t trip, I give a little thanks to the whoever, because this is more than I could have ever dreamed of.
Meli
Yeah, Daniel chased my ass up those stairs and he fucked me good. Then we cleaned up and I put on some fresh undies and we grabbed our lunches and stuff and ran down to the car to head to the conservatory. We’ve both got work to do since we were accepted into the symphony.
I have my daughter back.
I have Daniel back.
I have my music back.
My life…it’s all coming together. I finally know what it means to have a family and I suddenly feel like with them by my side, I can face anything.

The past year has been hard on all of us,
but it’s our squad—the people closest to us—that
keep us moving forward and doing what we do.
I hope you have a squad

Tristan lost the love of his life and doesn‘t intend to ever attempt to replace her. He’s been fucking his way through WeHo for 3 years and is perfectly happy to go on that way, whether his friends like it or not.
Lucas may shake his ass as a gogo dancer at night, but all day long he works his ass off for an entirely different goal. He thinks Tris is super hot, but he isn’t interested in a guy who is just in it for a moment. Lucas likes a good one night stand, like most young men, but Tristan...there’s just something about him that won’t let him fall for his game.
Maybe...if he agrees to a modeling gig with him on the weekends... just maybe, he can change his mind and heal his soul.
