Dirty Lie: A High School Bully Romance (Forrest Grove Academy Book 1) Page 12

by K. Walker

"So, am I driving us to the beach tonight?" I asked Adrian as I put most of my books into my locker. Last week's beach party hadn't gotten amazingly, but I was kind of looking forward to showing off my car some more. I was still riding that new car high, after all.

Adrian shook her head, though, and when I pouted, she laughed. "No party tonight. It's the big football game against Saint Matthew. They're our big rival, the Catholic school across town. We usually wipe the floor with them, but you know how it goes." Adrian rolled her eyes, telling me exactly what she thought of sports rivalries. "Afterwards there's a big party though. You can drive us to those."

  "Sounds like a plan, then!"

"And I promise not to get too wasted this time," Adrian said, her cheeks flushing slightly. She had never come out and said it, but I knew she was mortified by how bad she had gotten last weekend. But hey, it wasn't the first time I had seen someone bite off more than they could chew. And it didn't make her a bad person.

I slammed my locker shut, and then grinned at her. "You better not because if you even come close to puking in my new car, I swear to every God listening, I will skin you alive." Adrian's eyes went wide; then, I winked at her. "Now, let's go before we're late for class!"

  Chapter 26

As it turned out, I wasn't just giving Adrian a ride, but also Sebastian and Todd. I hadn't planned on turning into a chauffeur, but when they both pleaded with me after school let out, giving me puppy dog eyes, I couldn't quite say no to them. Apparently, neither wanted to ride with their brothers.

The school parking lot was even more packed than it was during the last few days. "Christ, does everyone in town come to this thing?" I asked Adrian as the four of us got out of the car.

She nodded, smirking at me. "Best chance to get laid all year. Not only are all the Forrest Grove guys here, but so are most of the ones who'd graduated. Plus, most of the Saint Matthews guys are here too. And trust me, no one is more eager to get laid than a Catholic schoolboy."

"She's not wrong!" Sebastian piped up as he climbed out of the back seat. Judging by the grin he and Todd shared, they'd had their fair share of Catholic schoolboys.

Great, another image I did not need in my head, thank you very much.

"Let's go find seats," I said with a sigh.

After loading up on junk food from the concession stand, the four of us found seats together with a decent view of the field. I knew the basics of football, you couldn’t learn it with the amount of time I spent with guys, but it really wasn't my thing anyway.

And despite Adrian's talk about finding guys to get laid, she stayed sitting with me, chatting the whole time. Neither of us paid much attention to the game, just cheering whenever it was appropriate. It wasn't even like we could enjoy watching sweaty muscular men since they were all covered head to toe in padding and gear.

No, wrestling would've been much more enjoyable to watch. Or at the very least, baseball. At least with baseball, you could usually ogle the players' asses.

Sebastian and Todd wandered off for a bit about halfway through the game, and I just pretended not to notice their messy hair when they came back. If Adrian noticed anything, she didn't comment. Then again, even if she did, she would have probably just assumed they'd found some girls to hook up with.

My phone buzzed at one point, and I saw a message from Chuck. "Like the new car?" he asked.

"Love it. Were you the little birdy who told your dad what I'd like?"

"Tweet tweet," was his response, and I burst out laughing. Adrian looked at me like I had grown a second head, but when I showed her the text, she started laughing too.

"You're my favorite brother," I told him, only partially joking.

"Does that mean I get to drive it tomorrow?" Chuck asked, adding a bunch of smiley face emojis at the end of it.

"Are you in town? I thought you only came back every other weekend." No one had said anything about Chuck coming back this weekend, though Adrian had mentioned most of the graduates came back for this game.

I looked around, trying to spot him, but with the literal sea of people, I couldn't see him anywhere.

"Yeah, Jesse didn't want to miss the game, so I came with him."

That made sense. Chuck and I texted for a few more minutes, then our team scored a touchdown and the crowd went insane. He was probably enjoying the game a lot more than I was, being a jock and all.

“I need a drink,” I told Adrian. I had already finished the one I’d gotten when we had arrived and was more than ready for a refill. “Want me to get your something while I’m there?”

  “Diet Coke, please!”

The line for the concession stand was outrageous. I let out a sigh and shook my head, resigned to waiting in it. I made a mental note to make sure to buy two drinks next time I came to one of these games. Though, with any luck, I wouldn’t be going to any more of these games.

  Football was not my thing.

“I’m starting to think it would be faster to walk to the store a mile away,” a man said from behind me. I turned and saw a guy towering over me with muscles that would’ve given Wes a run for his money. When he saw me looking, he smiled, showing off his perfectly white teeth. “You wouldn’t think it’d take this long when they only sell like four things.”

I laughed and nodded. “Right? I’m surprised there’s not an entire restaurant staff manning this.”

“You know, I am too. With all these rich kids, you would think they could afford a fancier concession stand.”

I looked him up and down again, smirking. “What, you’re not one of these rich kids?”

“God, I wish! I’m at Saint Matthew’s on a baseball scholarship. Apparently, even rich religious folk want to show off their sports prowess. Or something like that.” He grinned and shrugged, then held out his hand. “I’m Zack. And what about you, aren’t you one of these rich kids?”

“I guess I’m rich by association,” I said with a shrug of my own. “I’m… adopted.” I figured that was the easiest way to sum up, my situation. Going into the craziness that was my life with a random stranger didn’t seem like the best idea in the world.

Zack and I laughed and talked while we waited for our turn in what felt like a never-ending line. It was nice to talk to someone who didn’t have a bank account with more money than most countries. It actually made me feel a bit normal again.

So, when he asked for my number after we both finally got our drinks, I gave it to him. I was eager for the possibility of a date with someone who didn’t sleep across the hall and constantly glare at me.

Speaking of Wes, when Zack and I split up to head back to our seats, I rounded the corner to find the man in question standing there glaring at me. “You know, if you keep looking at me like that, your face is going to get stuck that way. Didn’t your mother ever teach you that?”

  “Who was that?”

I blinked at him and then frowned. “Who? Zack? Just a guy I was talking to. Why?”

  “I don’t like him.”

“You… don’t like him? Why, because he goes to Saint Matthew’s or because he’s not you?” When Wes just stood there glowering, I rolled my eyes and pushed passed him. “Last I checked, Cabot, you don’t own me. So maybe you should get your head out of your ass and stop being such a fucking dickhole.”

I didn’t wait for him to respond. I went back to Adrian and the guys, giving her the soda I’d gotten her. When she looked at me with a raised eyebrow, I just shook my head, not wanting to get into it.

I was so ready to get out of there.

Once the game was over, with Forrest Grove winning, of course, it was a madhouse trying to get out of the stadium. The parking lot was even worse. We ended up just sitting in the car for a while, talking and laughing until the endless stream of cars had slowed to a trickle.

Then, it was time for the big after-party.

Paisley was hosting it this year. I had considered skipping it, knowing I was most certainly not going to be welcomed there. Paisley stil
l had a stick up her ass about me and Wes, though I would have preferred to spend as little time around the man as possible. Every time I saw him, he made my head hurt.

And Jesus, the mansion we pulled up at for the party, it looked like it very well might have been even bigger than the Cabots'. Adrian laughed when she saw my look. "That's what you get when your parents own one of the largest hotel chains in the world."

"Christ on a fucking cracker," I said as I parked, shaking my head. Was there anyone at the damned school who didn't shit money? Not that I should've been surprised by how much everyone seemed to bow down to her and her little posse.

The place was packed with people when we got in there. Loud music played throughout the house, a DJ set up out back controlling it. But no matter where you went, there were speakers, turning almost every room into a dance floor.

"Remember your promise!" I whispered to Adrian as we both drank glasses of punch that had more tequila than juice.

Adrian smirked and nodded, giving me a thumbs up. At least I knew Jesse was in town again. If she did get too trashed, I could call Chuck and have them come help me with her.

The two of us danced together for a while, even dancing with a couple of the guys from Saint Matthews for a bit. One of them whispered something to Adrian, and she giggled, letting him lead her out of the throng of people. No doubt she was getting lucky, and I smirked, heading to get myself a drink. Just because I wasn't shooting for more than dancing and maybe a bit of kissing tonight didn't mean she had to do the same.

"Having fun?" a voice said into my ear. I jumped and whirled around, coming face to face with Jaxson. Well, face to chest was more accurate, since even being the shorter of Wes's group of friends, he still towered over me.

"Uh, yeah," I said as my heart rate picked up. He was wearing a tank top, showing off the intricate tribal tattoo on his shoulder that snaked down his arm. "You?"

"Not bad so far," he said with a smirk. "Where's your friend? She ditch you?"

"Off getting lucky, I suspect. I'm surprised you're not doing the same. Figured you'd be off with Hunter and Wes, looking for some new girl to spend the night with. Or are you taking Paisley for a spin again?"

He shrugged, not the least bit bothered by my accusation. "It's still early. There'll be plenty of time for that, I suspect. Todd and Sebastian off getting lucky too?" he asked.

The way he said it made me narrow my gaze at him. He smirked again, and it hit me. He knew about them. I wasn't sure how he had figured it out, but he had, no doubt about that. "I'm, uh, not sure where they went off to. We split up once we got here."

My heart pounded. I wondered if Jaxson knowing was a bad thing? Was he trying to get me to admit something about their relationship so he could use it against his brother?

He nodded though, still smiling. Then, he leaned in and whispered into my ear. His breath was hot against my skin, making me shiver. "Thanks for keeping an eye on him. He doesn't always think with his big head, and he may be an annoying brat sometimes, but he's still my little brother."

"Guess thinking with the wrong head runs in the family," I teased with a wink. "But don't worry. I'll keep him out of trouble."

Jaxson took a step back and winked at me. "Have fun, Bella. And if you find you get lonely waiting for Adrian, come find me. I'll always make time for you."

By the time he disappeared back into the crowd, I thought my heart was going to explode. There was an ache between my legs, and it took all of my self-control not to run after him and drag him off to a room. But no, I was not going to give my virginity at a party to a guy who seemed to have made it his mission to fuck every girl on the planet.

Adrian found me a little later, her clothes slightly out of place and hair messy. She grinned like she had just won the lottery, and I rolled my eyes. Was there something in the water around here? I wondered. It seemed like everyone was sex-crazed, and judging by how my body had reacted just from talking with Jaxson; it was starting to affect me, too.

"Where's the bathroom?" I asked her a little later.

"Go to the one on the second floor," she advised. "At the end of the hall. There's usually not a line for that one."

I nodded and pushed through the crowd of people, heading upstairs. This place really did have more rooms than the Cabots' place, and I couldn't believe anyone's family could ever need a house this big. They probably needed a whole team of maids just to keep the place dusted!

Most of the doors upstairs were closed. There were no speakers blaring music up here, and as I walked by the closed rooms, I could hear the couples inside. Most of them weren't being as quiet as they moaned and squealed.

My face was hot as I tried to ignore the sounds, focusing on the bathroom at the end of the hall. But when I walked passed a room with the door cracked open, I couldn't help but glance inside. When I did, I froze in place, the world spinning.

Jaxson and Hunter were inside, along with some girl I had never seen before. All three of them were naked. The girl was sitting on the edge of the bed, her legs spread. Whatever Hunter was doing down, there was making her gasp and moan, and I immediately remembered Sebastian's comment about his magic tongue.

She looked like she'd have been thrashing around if Jaxson hadn't been behind her, holding her in place as he kissed along her neck and squeezed her breasts. Her entire body was flushed red, glistening with sweat. I had no idea how long they'd been going at it, but the girl looked ready to explode at any minute.

So did the guys for that matter. They were both rock hard, their cocks standing straight up. My heart pounded even faster as I looked at them, shocked at just how big they were.

Jesus Fucking Christ. I couldn't imagine ever being able to take men as big as them.

My mind was already whirling though, imagining being the woman in there, letting them touch and kiss and lick me all over. I wanted to be the one gasping for air, begging for more.

Heat flooded through my body, tension forming between my legs. My full bladder was completely forgotten, leaving me aching with a much different kind of need.

Strong hands grabbed my hips from behind. I went rigid, nearly screaming out, as I was pulled back against a large, hard, body. "Enjoying the show?" Wes whispered into my ear as his hand dipped quickly to the juncture between my legs. My clit throbbed.

Finally, eyes wide, I turned my head to see him grinning at me. My previously pounding heart stopped beating all together as I stared into his eyes. Heat rushed to my cheeks, mortified I'd been caught watching. Worse, Wes seemed to be enjoying this and feeling the heat between my legs.

"What's wrong?" he asked, batting his eyelashes at me. Reaching out, he pulled me toward him. My heart raced, immediately remembering the last time we’d been this close. "Did you want to join us in there? There's always room for another girl. Just say the word and we'll give you more than you could ever imagine. Or we could go find a room of our own. I’m not usually opposed to sharing, but I think I’d rather have you to myself."

I shivered as Wes pushed his hips forward. Even though his jeans, I could feel his hard cock straining to get free. I wasn't the only one aroused it seemed, and as he pressed it against me, I felt my defenses dropping.

My mind raced as I considered Wes’s suggestion. Being in there, letting the three of them have their way with me, was pretty damned enticing. Almost as enticing as the thought of being alone with Wes in one of these rooms.

When Wes moved his hand between my legs again, just as he’d done last night, I snapped out of my haze.

"No," I said at last, pushing Wes away from me. I was gasping for air as I shook my head. "God, you're.... you're such a pervert!" I managed to get out, keeping my voice low. I didn't want the guys inside the room to hear me.

Wes laughed, then shrugged. "If you change your mind, you know where to find us." Without another word, he pulled off his shirt, then walked into the room. The guys inside barely glanced up, but I stood rooted in place, watching as Wes stripped off his clot
hes, not even bothering to close the door.

When he turned back and grinned at me, his hard cock standing proudly at attention, I couldn't take it anymore. I turned and ran, heading right back downstairs to find Adrian.

I could pee at home, I told myself, wanting to get as far away from this party as humanly possible.

  Chapter 27

The boys cackled with laughter from the backseat. Even Adrian was stifling giggles next to me. I glared out the front windshield, hands wrapped in a death grip around the steering wheel. I was starting to regret ever telling them what had happened upstairs. But when they'd all demanded to know why we were leaving early, everything had just come spilling out.

"You should've gone for it," Adrian said with a grin. "I would have. Wes, Hunter, and Jaxson, all at the same time? There's no way that girl's going to be able to walk by the time they're done with her!"

That made the boys howl even louder. I looked over at Adrian and frowned at her, but she just kept grinning at me. Clearly, I was the only one who had any issues with what had just happened.

Maybe it was because I was mad at myself for not taking him up on that offer. Adrian probably wasn't wrong. With the reputation all three of them had around school, no doubt that girl was in for a night she would never forget.

It would have definitely been a memorable way to lose my virginity that was for sure.

By the time I dropped Adrian off at her place, the laughter had mostly died down. But once she was out of the car, the boys started snickering. "She's right, you know," Sebastian piped up. "You should've gone for it. I'm sure it would've been a lot of fun!"

"Your brother was one of them," I reminded Sebastian.

But he just shrugged. "So? I've been ignoring him most of my life. I bet it's even easier to pretend he doesn't exist if Hunter was sucking me off! Especially if I had Jaxson kissing me at the same time. Ow, fuck!" He turned and glared at Todd, who'd just punched him in the arm. "It's not my fault, your brother's hot! And considering the amount of times you've called me Wes when we're in bed, I don't want to hear it!"
