  Diets are the health conscious and they always aware for the food that they’ll eat. Others don’t eat sweets because it breaks their rules of diet. There are some sweet recipes that are good for diets and it is gluten free. They are gluten-free cakes, cupcakes and cookies recipe to relieve our cravings. We can’t blame ourselves to crave sweets because they are really sinfully delectable. The appearance of the sweet snacks will envy us and get addicted, and that’s the fact why we craves every time delightful sweets drops our mind, plus the incomparable taste of it.

  I’m a fan of cake, cookies, and cupcakes that are made of rawsome vegan baking. It is a perfect package to make recipes perfect. It is also the easiest and quickest way to finish your special snacks. Every time I made recipes from it, it always have an exciting moment about the result of my home made cakes, cupcakes and cookies. That are some recipes I usually made for snacks. I also accept orders for any special occasion most especially for holiday seasons. I always assure my customers’ satisfaction and to have more orders from them. This rawsome vegan baking is the main contribution to my baking business. It helps me a lot to be known as amazing baker. They don’t know that the rawsome vegan baking is my one and only secret to make my orders fast and delivered on time.   I can’t help myself for craving the most glorious recipes inspired by rawsome vegan baking.   CHOCOLATY VEGAN BROWNIE

  We love brownies and this is gracious, mouthwatering and chocolaty kind of recipe. It provides a perfect dessert to everyone and it feels like I can’t stop eating and we’re all get addicted of this. I’m a sweet tooth and I spend my precious time making this kind of recipe. For you to experience about how I feel every time I ate this chocolaty vegan brownie, I also share it with you and get addicted of it.

  INGREDIENTS:

  For brownie:

  Pinch of salt

  1/2 cup dates

  1/4 cup cacao powder

  1/2 cashew nuts

  For frosting:

  2 tablespoon cacao powder

  2 teaspoons coconut oil

  1 tablespoon maple syrup

  PROCEDURE:

  To start with, finely ground cashew nuts in a food processor with a high speed. Add dates, cacao powder, and salt. Continue processing until all ingredients are finely ground and will holds together.

  Divide mixed brownie and press it to cookie mold and chill into the refrigerator to hold it’s shape. Set aside.

  To make a frosting, combine all frosting ingredients and mix thoroughly until it turns creamy and soft consistency. Spread all over the chilled brownie and serve.

  In addition, you can also top it with mint leaves. Instead of coconut oil, you can also use avocado to give a creamier texture and became more delicious.

  This recipe is no bake, quick and easy. That’s why I love it because it is a mix and chill process. It will not eat most of my time making other recipes. I hope you have fun and like it. See the next recipes.

  INCOMPARABLE NO-BAKE CARROT CAKE

  Feel the invasion of incomparable no-bake carrot cake inspired by rawsome vegan baking. It is really different from the other carrot cake I’ve ever tasted. This is covered by lemon and cashew frosting which added a moist texture and gives a delightful taste. I’m not fan of carrot cakes but since I tasted this, it became one of my favorite among the rest of the cake. Here’s the procedure and ingredients to experience the delicious and incomparable no-bake carrot cake.

  INGREDIENTS:

  For frosting:

  Water, if needed

  1 and 1/2 cups of cashew

  1 teaspoon vanilla powder

  1 whole lemon, squeezed and seedless for the juice

  2 tablespoon coconut nectar

  2 tablespoon coconut oil

  For carrot cake:

  1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  3 peeled carrots, chopped into chunks

  1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1 and 1/2 cups oats

  1/2 cup dried coconut

  2 cups dates

  PROCEDURE:

  For the frosting, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly using a blender to puree the mixture. Add water if needed. Refrigerate to cool completely.

  For the cake, put oats into the food processor to make a finely ground flour. Put all the remaining ingredients and continue processing until all ingredients will holds together.

  Put a half of cake mixture into 4 inches small spring pan, freeze divided mixture to have a solid
form.

  Divide frosting mixture into halves. Spread a half of frosting into the first layer of the cake. Freeze the layer to have a solid form frosting.

  Top first layer with frosting with another half of cake. Spread the entire cake with the remaining frosting and refrigerate it overnight to have a creamy and have a perfect taste.

  In the next day, serve your no-bake carrot cake and it also goes with coffee in the morning and smoothies for snack. This is deliciously made perfectly. Enjoy and have fun!

  HOMEMADE VEGAN ICE CREAM

  Make your own comfort food with the help of rawsome vegan baking. Ice cream is mostly our comfort food, it gives our mind to cool and relax, refresh our heat bodies and a perfect dessert for every meal. Making Ice cream is quite easy. In fact, it is fun and have a joyful moment. Spend your time in the kitchen and get prepared for summer. Make your own ice cream and get relax.

  INGREDIENTS:

  1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil

  2 cups soaked raw cashews

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  1 and 3/4 cups young coconut meat

  2 tablespoon vanilla extract

  1 cup non-dairy milk

  1 vanilla bean seeds

  3/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  PROCEDURE:

  Mix all ingredients except coconut oil into the blender. Puree the mixture until creamy and smooth consistency.

  In another bowl, melt coconut oil with hot water. Stirs well. Add puree mixture and blend until all ingredients holds together.

  Put it into the ice cream container, chill and freeze for 24 hours.

  For the next day, you can serve this with ice cream cup or putted into ice cream bowl. It is also nice to pair with cookies or brownies. Have more fun with your delicious homemade vegan ice cream.

  Have fun biting this crunchy almond snack treat. This is best for kids because it has their desirable snack treats they wish for. It has a creamy and crunchy chocolate at the sides and delightful filling at the center. This is very appetizing and will made them happy during their snack time.   INGREDIENTS:

  For chocolate:

  40 grams liquid sweetener

  60 milliliter cacao butter, melted

  30 grams cacao powder

  Coconut filling:

  20 grams agave nectar

  107 grams shredded coconut

  15 milliliter melted coconut oil

  PROCEDURE:

  For the chocolate, Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly or until all ingredients holds together.

  For the coconut filling, divide coconut meat, process half of coconut into the food processor until you have a chunky butter texture.

  Add the remaining ingredients and continue processing then add agave nectar then.

  Form mixture into flattened balls and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

  To set, dip it with chocolate and ready to serve.

  VEGAN BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

  Meet my favorite cake ever! vegan blueberry cheesecake is my ultimate favorite ever since. I always spent money for this when I was young or I was in grade school then. I always dropped by to my favorite cake shop just to have this. And now, I personally made my ultimate favorite. Instead of having a party blast during my natal day, I bake a lot of cheesecake so that my friends will tastes it. Here’s my special one, so grab ingredients and procedure below.

  INGREDIENTS:

  For the crust:

  2 cups pitted dates

  1 and 1/2 cups of almonds

  Pinch of rock salt

  For the filling:

  1/2 cup agave nectar

  3 cups soaked overnight cashew, drained

  1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  2/3 cup melted coconut oil

  1 seed of vanilla bean or 2 tablespoon vanilla extract

  For the topping:

  2 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar

  2 cups blueberries

  2 teaspoon lemon juice

  PROCEDURE

  Combine rock salt and almonds into the food processor. Grind finely. Add the dates and continue processing until the mixture holds together.

  Press the mixture into the 9 inch round pan and mold. Refrigerate.

  Process and blend filling ingredients through food processor until it turns to smooth and silky consistency.

  Pour the mixture into the refrigerated almond crust. Use spatula or knife to spread all over the crust and flattened. Refrigerate for an hour and transfer it into freezer to harden the crust and have a creamier filling.

  Serve and enjoy eating together with your family and friends. In addition, this cheesecake will last for 10 days. You can either freeze this or refrigerate it with cover.

  VEGAN MOCHA COOKIES

  Say hi to my grandma’s favorite Vegan mocha cookies paired with brewed coffee. This is really have an aromatic smells that’s why granny loves this so much. Since she is no longer to eat chocolates because her physician did not allowed her, so I made something for her to eat. I feel flattered because she appreciates it a lot and it became her new favorite. I upgraded it more so she will enjoys it a lot. Today, I’ll share with you the ingredients and procedure.

  INGREDIENTS:

  1/2 teaspoon coffee extract

  1/2 cup almond flour

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1/2 cup coconut flour

  1/4 cup coconut nectar

  1/2 cup cacao powder

  1/3 cup brewed coffee

  1/4 cup coconut palm sugar

  1/8 teaspoon rock salt

  PROCEDURE:

  Combine dry ingredients into the food processor (flours, salt, sugar, and cacao powder. Adjust into high speed until all ingredients holds together. Gradually add coffee extract, vanilla, and coconut nectar. Continue processing until it forms a dough consistency. Add coffee one at a time to have a sticky mixture.

  Prepare a baking pan lined with wax paper. Use cookie scoop to drop into the prepared lined pan. Flattened the mocha dough and dehydrate at 110 degrees Fahrenheit for a couple of hour. Flip both sides of the cookies to have a firm and crispy texture.

  Transfer cookies into the airtight container and store it at room temperature. It will last up to couple of month.

  In addition, be confident to add a little amount of coffee or liquid to have a sticky mixture yet it still molds. Serve this with any other drinks most specially with brewed coffee or cappuccino frappe. Have a great day!

  In this book, it’s not only for sweet recipes but it also includes appetizing recipes. Meal gets boring without appetizer. Sometimes we always looking for not so salty yet yummy snacks like taco salad. Taco is usually made of vegan. It is gluten free that’s why it is good for snacks and any appetizing recipes. This is so quick and easy to prepare. It also need an artistic food preparation to look more appetizing and envious.

  VEGAN TACO WITH THE DELIGHTFUL FILLING

  Though I’m not so adventurous about tacos but I have so
me exploration about it with my deep research. I also share some recipes with you which

  you can also add to your cookbook. Tacos will help you if ever you’re in diet. I’m sure, this will help you a lot. Grab some ingredients and procedure below.

  INGREDIENTS:

  For the filling:

  4 roasted long green chiles

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  3/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

  1 medium onion, cut into strips

  3/4 teaspoon salt

  2 cups pinto beans, chopped or chopped bite size mushrooms

  2 cloves minced garlic

  For the taco:

  8 flour tortillas

  For the fillings:

  Chopped avocado

  Hot sauce

  PROCEDURE:

  Saute onions in heated skillet with oil. Caramelize it for 10 minutes. Transfer onions in a small bowl. Put mushrooms or beans into the skillet with the excess oil.

  Adjust heat to medium then add minced garlic into the skillet and saute it with mushrooms or beans for a couple of minute. Season it with pepper and salt to taste. Transfer it to another bowl.

  Add fillings at the top of your tortillas. Place with sliced and roasted chills, pour over and spread the salsa, and scattered avocado in every tacos.
