“Is that what you wanted?” Diana asked, seeming upset.
“That was incredible,” I said. “I mean I can’t believe you’d actually think about doing something like that and…”
“I wouldn’t think of doing something like that,” she said. “We had our fun here today, but this can never happen again. I’m not going to think about getting with Craig.”
And with that she stood and headed back to the bathroom in the hallway. Where the water was still running and was probably cold at this point because I’d been so preoccupied with everything that I hadn’t bothered to turn it off on the way out.
Oops.
I collapsed back on the bed and thought about everything that’d just happened. I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it. I mean clearly this fantasy was something that turned her on. Or at the very least the thought of getting with Craig was something that turned her on.
The only problem was it seemed like once she came she was back to the same old Diana who didn’t want anything to do with the fantasy.
I smiled at that thought. It reminded me of what I’d done back when I was first discovering this fantasy for myself. I’d been ashamed of it too. I’d spent more than a few long nights staring at myself in the mirror in shame wondering what the fuck was wrong with me that I was fantasizing about my beautiful future wife fucking another man.
I was pretty sure she was going through the same thing now. And if she was going through the same thing then there was a good chance she would eventually come around to the place I was now where I wanted nothing more than to go through with this, and damn the consequences.
Yeah, things were getting a hell of a lot more interesting, and I knew one thing for sure. There was a hell of a better chance of this happening now than there’d been just a little while ago. There certainly wasn’t a fucking chance that I was going to do something stupid like calling off the wedding in less than a month now that I knew what was going on between her ears!

Big Secret
“I cooked tonight baby!” I said.
I came through the door holding a piping hot pizza. I’d always been a fan of picking up rather than ordering out. Everything got to you faster and you didn’t have to pay more for the delivery and everything was still nice and warm by the time you got home.
Diana was sitting on the couch watching TV. She paused it and turned to look at me, but there wasn’t the smile there that I’d been expecting.
“Whoa,” I said. “Talk about if looks could kill!”
“I’m sorry,” she said, her expression softening just a bit. “That was nice of you to cook.”
She smiled a little half smile. It was the kind of smile she usually gave me when I made this totally lame joke, and it made me feel better about everything. I’d been at work today terrified that she was going to still be pissed off at me even after everything that happened this morning.
Honestly I’d been worried she was going to be pissed off at me because of everything that happened.
“You can bring me some pizza and then we need to talk,” she said.
I’d been smiling right up to the point that she said we needed to talk. That was the dread phrase that everyone was terrified of, after all. The phrase that meant things were about to go to shit. I sighed and moved into the kitchen. Sat the pizza down on the counter and wondered if our whole relationship was about to be in some serious trouble.
What if things were worse than I’d worried while I was staring at my computer today moving things around in spreadsheets and not really concentrating on any of it? What if this meant that we were about to be over?
She could’ve decided she wanted to be with Craig after I’d coaxed that fantasy out of her, for example. She could’ve decided that she didn’t want to be with a guy who insisted on fantasizing like we had. There could’ve been a hell of a lot of things that went through her head today that led to her deciding to cut things off.
I forced myself to keep it together, though, as I put some pizza on a plate and brought it out to her.
“Nothing for you?” she asked, her eyebrows shooting up. “I’ve never known you to turn down pizza when it was on offer.”
“Yeah, well I’m suddenly not all that hungry if you think we need to talk,” I said. “That’s code for bad shit about to go down in a conversation.”
Diana stared at me, blinking, for a long moment. Then she shook her head and laughed.
“You’ve got it all wrong baby,” she said. “This isn’t a bad conversation. It’s not like I’m going to dump you or something.”
“You sure about that?” I asked, cocking my own eyebrow.
“I’m positive,” she said. “We need to talk about what happened this morning, but this isn’t a breakup conversation.”
My cock twitched as she said that. We were going to talk about what happened this morning. Which could mean that we were about to talk about how much she wanted to go through with this fantasy after all. I suddenly went from feeling like I was on death row to feeling like a kid on Christmas morning who just knew he was going to get the present he’d been thinking about and lusting after for so long.
Though in this case the lusting was a hell of a lot more literal.
I stared at her with the same sort of regard I might give a rabid dog that was foaming at the mouth and barking at me like it would enjoy nothing more than taking a huge chunk out of my ass.
Which is to say I didn’t trust for a moment that this wsa going to be the kind of conversation where I wasn’t in deep shit, but at the same time I figured I should at least try to take her at her word.
After all, we’d been together long enough that I should be able to take her at her word, right? Wasn’t that what it was all about when you were going to settle down with someone?
“I suppose if this is going to be a good conversation then I can have a slice of pizza or something,” I said, placing it down on the counter and getting down the paper plates.
“I never said anything about this being a good conversation,” Diana said, her voice on that border between playful and serious. We’re talking the kind of tone where I couldn’t tell what the fuck she meant, and for some reason that had me getting hard all over again.
“Then what kind of conversation is it?” I asked, still not sure what the hell was going on here.
“It’s the kind of conversation where we talk about what happened this morning,” she said. “Whether or not that’s good or bad depends a hell of a lot on how it goes.”
I sighed. Still, there was a delicious pepperoni pizza right in front of me, and honestly it was difficult to be entirely down on the world when there was delicious pizza in front of you. The old phrase about pizza being like sex came to mind, but then the thought of sex reminded me of everything that was going on here and suddenly my appetite wasn’t exactly what it should be.
“Cheese for you?” I asked.
“You know it,” she said.
I prepared dinner. It was a hell of a lot faster than cooking anything, for all that I knew my pants had been getting a little tighter than what they were in college and I was going to have to cut this stuff out at some point if I wanted to avoid losing the battle of the bulge that so many other men in my family had long since lost.
We sat and ate in silence for a little while. Though it was a little while that felt like a fucking eternity. I opened my mouth a couple of times to try and say something, but every time I couldn’t think of anything.
I mean what was there to say? I’d fucked my wife this morning after a week of us not talking to each other because she was pissed off at me for constantly bringing up my fantasy of watching her with another man, and while I’d been fucking her this morning I’d been acting out the fantasy of her fucking another man and she’d been into it.
Which surprised the hell out of me, but I could also see where she might be really pissed off at me for pulling something like that.
“So I guess you’ve f
igured out my big secret,” she finally said.
That was enough for me to almost choke on the piece of pizza I’d been eating. I’d been so wrapped up in my own thoughts about everything that’d happened that hearing her acknowledge what had happened was a surprise, to be sure, and I wasn’t sure that it was a welcome one.
“Your big secret?” I asked.
I mean sure I had a pretty good idea of what her big secret was. She was secretly into this whole fantasy, and she’d been getting pissed off at me this entire time because she was afraid of it or something. It’s not like it took the world’s greatest armchair detective or psychologist to figure something like that out.

Coming to Terms
“Come on,” she said. “Don’t play stupid. I know you know what’s going on here.”
“I do?” I asked.
I figured playing dumb until she finally admitted to something on her end was the best strategy. She’d been pissed off at me often enough over this fantasy that I wasn’t going to reveal anything. No, it was her turn to be revealing things thank you very much.
She sighed.
“I probably deserve that after the way I’ve been treating you lately. It’s not a very nice thing I’ve been doing to you.”
I was inclined to agree with her on that score, but I also figured I was going to play along and see what she was going to say.
“It’s just that I’m not sure what to make of all this,” she finally said. “I mean what kind of girl is into the idea of fucking her future husband’s best friend?”
That sounded like she was looking for a response, and so I chewed on my food for a moment longer to give myself some time to think about that.
There were lots of women who were into the idea of fucking their future husband’s best friend. Some of them were girls I’d known from school who’d sort of exploded their relationships before they really got off the ground because one or both parties couldn’t keep it in their pants long enough to walk down the aisle.
Those were cautionary tales that reminded me how dangerous this fantasy could be. Sure what I was thinking about wasn’t exactly cheating. Not when she’d have my permission to do what she was doing. That didn’t change the fact that there was a lot of danger in what we were thinking about.
Then there were the women that I fantasized about. The women in stories I read online. Stories that were written by people who’d set up a cottage industry making a little bit of cash on the side spooling out dirty fantasies about dirtier wives. Stories that were supposedly the honest-to-God real thing from husbands talking about their journey into the lifestyle on various forums that were at various levels on the sliding scale of reality versus obvious fiction.
And then there was my wife who’d just admitted this morning, in the most spectacular way possible, that she was really into the idea of getting it on with Craig. That it turned her on to the point that she had one hell of a mind blowing orgasm while thinking about it while she was fucking me earlier.
Again, talk about a surprise.
“I guess there are some women who do,” I finally said. “Remember what happened with Carrie and Adam a year ago?”
“I remember what happened with them,” she said. “And it’s thinking about what happened with them that has me worried about this. I mean you can say you’re into this all you want, but what kind of husband is into the idea of his wife doing things like that?”
And now here we were at another question that I’d thought about a lot. Though in this case there was an easy answer.
“I’m the kind of guy who is into the idea of his wife doing things like that,” I said. “And it turns out you’re the kind of future wife who is into doing things like that too, so it seems like this should be a match made in heaven.”
“Dangerous,” she said.
“Look,” I said, taking a different tack. “We’re going about this all wrong.”
“We are?” she said.
“Sure,” I said. “I’ve had a lot of time to think about this fantasy. To process it and fantasize about it and go over everything I’d like to see you do in my head. I’ve jerked off thinking about you fucking other guys so many times, but you haven’t had any of that prep time.”
She looked more and more surprised with my every word. Maybe talking about jerking off while thinking about her fucking another guy wasn’t the best way to endear her to me or to this fantasy, but it was what it was.
“So where are you going with this?” she asked.
“Where I’m going with this is I think we can both admit that there’s something to this fantasy that intrigues both of us, right?”
“Maybe.”
“And I think we can both agree that we love each other and it’s not like we want this to be the end of our relationship. Hell, we could date thousands of other people and never find someone who’s a perfect match like we are for each other, and we just found out why.”
Her mouth quirked up in the beginning of a smile. I was trying to win an argument by using some of the old logic, and she usually got amused when I started giving her the Spock treatment. Sometimes it pissed her off, but most of the time it seemed to amuse her.
“Okay,” she said. “You’ve got my attention here. Proceed.”
This might all be dangerous, but I was the kind of person who was going to take a green light when I saw it.
“So I think right now it’s not like we actually need to lock anything down, right?” I said.
“What are you talking about?”
“What I’m talking about is it’s not like I expect you to go out and start fucking other guys or letting people run trains on you at clubs tonight or anything like that,” I said. “What I’m talking about is we can both agree that, on principle at least, we don’t have a problem with this fantasy. That we’re both open to exploring it, but that exploring might take the form of baby steps so we’re not risking fucking something up. That’s what I’m talking about.”
She mulled that over for a long moment. I figured this could make or break things. I’d already come to the decision that I wasn’t going to make a long term commitment or put any rings on any fingers if we weren’t agreed on something like this.
Was it a little fucked up to think that way? Yeah, there was a part of me that realized how fucked up it was. A part of me that thought I might be crazy for throwing something so great way. But there was also another part of me that’d seen how marriages had spiraled out of control because one person wasn’t getting what they wanted. Because someone had made the mistake of thinking they could change someone once the wedding vows had been exchanged.
That wasn’t something I was going to risk. So we were going to lay it all out now. I wasn’t sure if she realized just how much was on the line with whatever answer she was about to give me, but what the fuck ever.
It was what it was. This was the make or break moment in our relationship.
“Yeah, I think I could get behind something like that,” she said.
I wouldn’t mind it if she let Craig get behind her and have a little bit of fun. Though I wasn’t going to say anything like that right now. Not when that seemed like the kind of thing that could seriously piss her off. I didn’t want that when she’d just given me the answer I’d been hoping for.
“Good,” I said. “Now how about we enjoy a movie or something and not worry about all this stuff for a little while?”
Her eyes twinkled as she stared at me. It had me thinking I’d just made the wrong choice.
“Something going on here?” I asked.
“I was thinking the alternative was we could go back to the bedroom,” she said, putting her hand on mine. “Because my fiance isn’t going to be back for a little while, Craig, and I was thinking about all the fun we could have while we were waiting for him to get home.”
My cock twitched a couple of times and then it was at full mast. She had my complete attention, if you catch my drift, and I tossed my pizza on
to the plate and picked her up. She giggled as I carried her back.
“You slut,” I said. “I always knew he wasn’t enough man for you.”
“Oh no,” she said, picking up on where I was going with this right away. “Not man enough at all!”
We stepped into the bedroom, and I felt a hell of a lot better about where this was going than I had in a good long while.

Would You?
“So what about that girl over there?” Diana asked.
I looked at the girl. A pretty blonde who looked like she could’ve still been in college, or maybe just out of college at the very least. She wore a pair of yoga pants that left nothing to the imagination.
God bless whatever fashion guru had come up with that particular bit of clothing, because fuck did that girl’s ass look amazing. Also? I totally wasn’t falling for that.
“No way,” I said. “That’s not how this game works.”
“What are you talking about?” she asked.
I leaned back in my seat at the mall food court. We were out doing some shopping for something or other that she absolutely couldn’t get online in time for the wedding, something about shipping times taking a hell of a lot longer when it was something for a wedding or something like that, and we’d paused to get some cheap food and people watch.
That people watching had turned to me trying a new game with my future wife. I figured if she was really on board with this whole fantasy then she wouldn’t mind having a little fun pointing out people she wouldn’t mind having a little fun with.
“This game is all about you looking at guys you’d be interested in having a little fun with,” I said. “It’s not about me and who I want to fuck.”
“So you’re admitting that you wouldn’t mind fucking other women if you got permission to do it?” she asked, that twinkle back in her eye.
