'When is your next beginner session?'
'Meditation sessions are scheduled Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. You can check availability and book a session by clicking on the Appointments tab at the top of the page. Did you have any further questions?'
I didn't really have any other questions, but I was intrigued to learn more about this mysterious Soraya. She seemed a lot more informed about the art of yoga than your typical customer support agent.
'No, thank you for your time and candor, Soraya,' I typed. 'I'm looking forward to participating in your sessions. Are you an instructor yourself?'
'Yes, I'm one of three certified yoginis at our practice.'
'Are they all female?' I wondered. I wasn't sure about the idea of having a male instructor staring at me as I stretched and bent over entirely naked.
'Yes, although depending on your preferences, I think you'll find the male yogis can be just as fulfilling in the practice of tantric yoga as the women are.'
'Thank you, Soraya,' I said. 'I hope to meet you at one of the sessions. I'll book an appointment soon. Bye for now.'

As before, breathe slowly and hold the position when it begins to bind, then extend yourself forward in small increments as you feel the pressure in your hamstring slowly relax. Go as far as you can without feeling uncomfortable. Your goal is to elongate your muscles and improve your flexibility so you can be ready for whatever tight spots life throws at us in the real world."

Feel your tummy pushing in and out as you use your diaphragm to breathe from your belly, not your chest. Glance up toward the ceiling to encourage you
r body to twist as much as you can. When you begin to relax, push a little further and hold."
