Claudia’s body tightened. Eyes squeezed shut, the fullness within her glowed until it burst into magical sparks. Nerves flared as an orgasm crashed into her. Letting out a loud moan, she rode the wave of love and ecstasy. Edric pulled away from her chest, watching as heat crawled up her neck and flushed her pale cheeks. Eyes opening, she looked down on the summoner, continuing to ride his thick spear.

“You…can…talk now,” Claudia said with a small smile before it faded into another moan.

“We missed you,” Edric said, trying to contain his own needs from changing the subject. “Where did you go?”

Claudia closed her eyes as she bounced on his lap. “There...there was something I had to do…for myself.”

“Was it… what you wanted,” Edric whispered as his body begged for release.

“It was,” Claudia said and then bit her lip.

“I’m happy your back…” Edric hissed.

“I can tell,” Claudia smiled with closed eyes.

“We...have so much...to talk about…,” Edric said through gritted teeth.

“We can talk later…fill me with your hot come...,” Claudia said in a sultry whisper, her own body betraying her.

The dam cracked as Edric and Claudia moved like unchained beasts. Cock thickening, Edric let out a soul crushing grunt as Claudia clutched to him. Spurts of molten come painted her tight valley as another orgasm blasted already fried nerves. The lancer held onto him, hips moving in short bursts, milking the summoner. Edric felt his life fire into Claudia’s world and before long, the two fell, the summoner on his back and the lancer on top of him. Breathing heavy, they stay holding each other as night covered the land.

Leeta looked up to the glowing stars, lost in their beauty. Nykor stayed in a tight ball, eyes closed and breathing gently. Claudia lay on the summoner, warm bodies keeping away the evening chill. Edric found his fingers gliding through her green hair while he kept his other hand on her warm skin. The player noticed the missing piece in his life was no longer missing. The simple joy let his hand glide along her smooth skin and a part of him wanted to be out here all night under the stars.

“I thought of you,” Claudia whispered, “all of you. All of us.”

“We thought of you too. We wondered when you would come back,” Edric said, holding her gently.

The lancer looked to the side, her cheek resting on Edric’s chest. “I want us to be happy, all of us. Have you thought about what we will do next…once the war is over?”

Edric held her, silence filling the area. He had not really thought beyond the near future. His life in reality was changing but what about his virtual life? Would they all simply meet and rule a kingdom. If the enemy was defeated, would their lives become normal like in reality?

Claudia curled a little into the summoner, her eyes containing a new fire. “When the war is over…we all have to talk…about our future.”

“Do you have something in mind?”

The lancer closed her eyes. “We can talk about it when the war is over.”

The sound of crickets grew with the night air. The two players held onto each other while the symphony of night played on.

Rayna whimpered as Lunatina’s tongue played with her glowing clit. The bard fought for control, her body getting hotter with each passing second. The jester was naked, her body and hair an albino white. Rayna clutched at furs on the bed, fighting to stop the growing ecstasy. Wetness flowed as Lunatina lapped and suckled the bard’s clit, bringing her closer to climax.

  “Luna...tina...,” Rayna began.

The jester heard her name but didn’t slow down her masterful tongue work. Instead, black nails dug into Rayna’s thighs. The sharp pain caused the rising heat to cool for a moment, letting the bard regain her control. Breasts bouncing to deep trembles, Rayna wasn’t sure how much longer she would last. The jester kept her nails deep in Rayna’s skin, suckling on the bard’s clit. The pain latched onto pleasure and Rayna’s body squirmed as she could not hold back any longer.

The bard’s mouth formed a perfect O as her body shuddered violently. Lunatina continued to lick and suckle until liquid squirted. Mouth open, she drank as she licked, her lower face drenched in Rayna’s bliss. The bard’s mouth stayed open as she gasped for air, sucking it down as her body expelled her lust. When movement’s slowed, the jester pulled away, wetness dripping down her alabaster skin and pink nipples.

Rayna collapsed onto her back, breathing heavy and eyes closing. Lunatina crawled up next to her, pressing her body to bards, hands caressing her exposed skin. The swell of pleasure subsided but only for a moment as Lunatina began to run a finger over Rayna’s clit.

“Please…stop…” Rayna said with a sultry whisper, her hips clearly moving to Lunatina’s touch.

“I want you to squirt again, my lady,” the jester said with a mad grin.

  “How…how did you learn that?”

The jester’s eyes half closed. “You learn a lot from a king’s concubine harem.”

“When we take the Middle Kingdoms…you will be royalty…” Rayna said with heavy breath.

Lunatina nodded. “Maybe, but I’m happy to serve you.”

Rayna relaxed as the jester continued to rub her clit. Memories bloomed to the eye contact between them and the nights of exploring each other. It was sudden and wondrous. The player had steadily grown frustrated with Claudia leaving and Edric working out his grief. Selfish need had taken root and when she caught the jester eyeing her a little too long, nature took its course.

Rayna opened her eyes and looked to the jester. “What will be your first royal decree when you sit on the throne?”

“I have something planned. We will have to wait and see when it happens,” the jester said as she fingered and massaged the bard.

Rayna’s hips writhed to the sensual touch, bliss rising again.

Lunatina eyed her for a moment before black lips parted, “I’ve seen you looking at Edric.”

Rayna’s body stiffened, purple eyes turning to the jester. A gloom filled her mind and heart, the bliss between her legs ebbing.

“You miss him…and Lady Pearl,” Lunatina said, her swirls slowing.

“I thought what we had was just fun,” Rayna said with an edge, her hand brushing away the jester’s hand.

Lunatina snuggled close and brought her hand up to her cheek, laying on it. “I don’t mean to ruin the fun. You’ve talked about him a few times. I can see it in your eyes.”

Rayna sat up, arms stretching, “Why do you care?”

Lunatina stayed where she was, “It was my job to know what is going on in the kingdom. I was Lord Belmont’s alchemist but I trained myself to watch everything and everyone. You never knew where an enemy lurked or where love was needed.”

“And you see nothing but love in my eyes? I’m not a teenager with some crushes,” Rayna said with a sarcastic edge.

“I could tell the first time we were together, you keep your distance. I understand what it means to close yourself off but…Jayson Reed taught me otherwise. Sonja and Lance taught me that lesson as well. I never thought I would share something in common with an immortal.”

“I’m not immortal,” Rayna said with an annoyed hiss.

“You can’t truly die in this world so that makes you an immortal,” the jester smiled as she watched the bard stew in her head.

Lunatina continued, “I kept Belmont’s secrets. It was my sacred duty. I am now your courtesan, with the same duties as I held before. By your command, I cannot speak anything you say to me to another. It may help to ease your heart if you tell me why Lord Temple and Lady Pearl anger you.”

“Why are you so interested in my secrets,” Rayna said with a sharp gaze on the naked jester.

“I’m not,” Lunatina said with a mad smile, “I’m interested in your health and well-being. I spent my life brewing potions to ease the pain of others. It has become second nature to me. But there is something more, I love making you squirt
.”

Rayna’s gaze was steady for a long moment before her lips widened into a smile. With a small laugh, the gloom drained away and the bard’s body relaxed.

“I’m not meant to get close to anyone. It’s against the rules.”

  “Whose rules?”

Rayna’s smile shifted to a smirk, “Let’s just say I answer to higher power.”

“Does the higher power know about you...breaking the rules?”

Rayna shook her head slightly, “No and I plan to keep it that way.”

“What about your fellow rulers,” Lunatina asked as she sat up, legs spread and fingers gliding down to her pink slit.

Rayna looked down and unknowingly licked her lips. “They’ll be fine as long as the secrets stay secret.”

The jester fingered herself as her exhales took a sultry edge. “What about their love?”

Rayna’s eyes took on a hard edge as she watched the jester play with herself. Uncomfortable swirls filled her belly as she tried to push it all to the background. The chains of knowledge pulled at her spirit with unrelenting power, whispering that she could not deny what dwelled in the halls of her heart. Anger flared as thoughts of Edric and Claudia stabbed at her like imps in a hellish pit. The music was there, singing to her soul and the bard could not untangle herself from the deep web of knowing. It grew in tempo, speaking truths she didn’t want to hear.

Lunatina saw the conflict as she massaged her clit. “We can play some more and ease the tension?”

Rayna said nothing as she crawled over and laid the opposite way the jester was sitting. Lunatina moved silently, taking hold of Rayna’s legs and opening them while the bard nestled at the jester’s pink slit. Tongues slid out and touched valleys as they clasped to one another. Thighs closed down on heads, locking each other in place as they lazily licked and slathered at their sexes, the pain and gloom fading into sounds of rising lust.

Faye sat in comfortable chair, arms on the armrests and a glass of wine in her hand. Lantern light filled her bed chamber but the wood elf was lost to exhaustion and painful memories. The guilt clawed at her in her quiet moments. The scenario played out again, running across the battlefield, trying to stop Edric’s love from being killed. It burned at her heart that no matter how fast and powerful she was, it wasn’t enough. The wood elf mentally whipped herself for not thinking and trying to take on two Dread Lords at once. Her power had grown but it was love that eluded her all these years.

Faye bent her arm, wine glass touching her lips and taking a deep sip. Arm folding out, she brooded on what could have been. Reality slipped in, her life a parade of meaningless sex and short relationships. To her younger self, it was fun and exciting but with age came a new wisdom. The player could feel time ticking on but she couldn’t bring herself to accept the new desires for something long lasting, loving and stable.

Thoughts flowed to Edric and a small smile appeared. All the mystical teachings and self-discovery paled when it came to the warmth and attention he gave. All men have drives just as all women. Faye wanted more and for a time she felt she finally found it in their kingdom. Until that fateful evening when love was killed before her eyes.

The guilt roared like a sad beast. Memories of Edric coming to her room weeks after the battle warmed her heart. The pain was real in his eyes, even if he said nothing. She opened herself to him, letting him work out his pain and she in turn worked out her guilt. The sex was cathartic, pleasure blooming into bodies as they wanted to forget everything. The long nights, holding him, wanting to heal the one thing she couldn’t heal; his heart. The bond was there but it was below the surface of an inner storm. Curling her arms and legs around him, she soothed him to release several times a night. It had reached a point when he entered her room; wetness flowed like a loving river to his needs.

Thoughts spiraled on. Preparations and kingdom duties filled her time when she was in the game. The work was hard but it kept her from thinking too much on her guilt. A certain dwarf had come by often, spending time talking and laughing with her. The wood elf enjoyed Dumadin’s company, even if his eyes wandered to her chest. She didn’t find him unattractive but the guilt for Edric caused her to bring her focus on her fellow ruler.

The wood elf was about to take another sip when a knock at the door woke her from inner worlds. Setting the wine glass down on a nearby table, Faye was to her feet and walking to the chamber door. A thought coiled into her heart that it could be Edric and it skipped a beat. A lesser thought flowed to Dumadin and need for talking filled her mind. When she reached the door she pulled it open, her almond shaped eyes widening a hair.

Juna stood; hands at her sides and dark eyes on the wood elf. The half-troll had a pleasant smile, the lock of pink hair flowing from a temple and through her jet-black hair. She was in leather leggings and a tunic which seemed to hug her in all the right places. Black boots covered her feet and her demeanor glowed bright.

“Hi Faye, may I come in,” the half-troll asked.

  “Please do,” Faye smiled.

The two women made their way in, Juna closing the door behind her. Faye moved to the small table with the wine bottle and glass. Pulling another glass from a nearby cabinet, she poured wine into each one. Lifting them up, she handed one to Juna. Faye sat back down in her seat as Juna sat opposite her. Both women lifted their glasses and took a deep sip before lowering them.

“What brings you by,” Faye asked with a pleasant smile.

“I wanted to talk,” Juna said shyly. “I’ve been meaning to find the time but with all of us going to war, time has been in short supply.”

Faye nodded, feeling the familiar air of being the one person everyone came to. She couldn’t deny that she was the mother hen of the group but it didn’t bother her in the least. She liked knowing she was a confidant to the people she loved.

“I’m here for you,” Faye said with a warm edge.

Juna looked to the wood elf, her smile fading. “I actually wanted to be here for you.”

Faye’s eyes widened and a momentary confusion took hold. The only other person who said that to her was Edric and shock filled her eyes.

Juna looked down at her glass as she spoke, “When I was born, I wasn’t like a new born baby from your reality. Memories and knowledge filled my mind from each of my parents. I was born fully grown and not needing anyone to take care of me. The moment I came into being, I knew right from wrong, love and loss.”

Faye gazed on the half-troll, pointed ears listening to every word.

“The night Elora was attacked, I watched you leap over the side of the wall and run to save the real Elora. Edric leapt over too as you both rushed to save her from the Dread Lords. I was ready to join you when my father used a poison blade to stop me. My last image was you trying to save someone for another.

“After the battle was finished and we managed to put the pieces together, I was told you and Edric could not save Elora from her permanent fate. I was devastated to hear it as was the kingdom.”

Juna took another sip of wine before making eye contact with the tanned elf. “When I was first born, I was killed trying to save my father and my mother. Long after the battle, I wandered across Lukken, trying to discover how I could return. It gave me a lot of time to think. The guilt of failing my parents weighed on me like a stone. I had my weak moments until I knew I had to become stronger.

“When I was brought back from my ghostly prison, I told myself I would never let evil have power over me again. Then on the cursed coast, I failed again. Harkkon took my mother and slew a shadow that was once my father. Despite all of my power, I have failed twice on protecting people I love. I know how it can eat at you. I’ve watched Edric fight through his depression. I have seen Rayna unable to understand her own feelings. I’ve seen Claudia want to become stronger so she can protect those she loves.”

Juna maintained her gaze, sadness bleeding into her eyes. “I’ve seen you hold onto the guilt of knowing despite your
strength, you couldn’t change what happened. I wanted to stay with you so you would know you are not alone. You’re not the only one who must carry these burdens. My mother taught me love and my father taught me honor. I wanted to tell you…you have my understanding…my love…and my honor.”

Faye stared at the beautiful half-troll, a single tear forming in the corner of her eye and streaking down her smooth cheek. The words curled into her heart like a gentle summertime caress.

“Thank you Juna,” Faye said just above a whisper. “I…had felt so alone and needing to be strong. It means a lot to me.”

Juna nodded. The two women sat in comfortable silence for long moments before Faye lifted the wine bottle and filled each of their glasses to the brim.

“I need a friend to help me finish this bottle and another in the cabinet,” Faye smiled.

Juna returned the wood elf’s smile with her own, “I would be honored to spend time in your company.”

The half-troll and wood elf clinked their glasses in a toast before taking a sip. The wine loosened tongues and soon they began talking of love, life and relationships. Faye spoke often but Juna enjoyed hearing the stories. The wine flowed and so did the conversation, their laughter carrying into the dark night.

Claudia stepped into her own bed chamber. Closing the door behind her, she let out a relieved sigh, the comfort of home relaxing her spirit. Eyes shifted to the small shelf with three unicorn statues. Heart thudding in her chest, she stepped to the small shelf and eyed the intricate statues. Each one was made from a different mixture of stone and crystal. Color variations glowed from each one, giving them each a unique pattern.

The lancer pulled up an inventory screen. Scrolling down the list, she stopped it at two items. Tapping on each item, the screen disappeared and she held out her hands. A smile formed as a small unicorn statue appeared in each hand. Pulse quickening, the lancer stepped closer to the shelf, placing each new statue in the remaining empty spots. Letting go, the player’s eyes drank in the collection of five statues. A moment later, they glowed with ethereal light.
