I couldn’t resist and said, “Personally, I like it long and to the right.”
It took a second, and then the guys cracked up laughing. As Dozer spat out his drink and doubled over coughing, I thumped him hard on the back.
“Went down the wrong hole there, hon?” I asked.
He just nodded and continued to cough while the others still laughed.
“Fuck. That’s classic,” Trigger said still laughing.
It took a good five minutes for them to calm down.
Hulk took a deep breath, shook his head, and smiled down at me as he said, “We are having a family barbecue next Saturday. You should come and bring the kids.”
“I would, but I have plans. It’s the kids’ fourteenth birthday on Friday, and we are having a party on Saturday. I was going to ask Derrick if he was free and wanted to come,” I said, looking at Derrick at the end.
“We could change the barbecue to Sunday. That would be okay, wouldn’t it, boss?” Trigger asked Derrick.
“Yeah, I don’t see why the fuck not. Sounds like a plan,” Derrick agreed.
Looking at my watch, I noticed it was nearly ten p.m. Holy shit, where has the time gone?
I looked at the guys and said, “Guys, I’m gonna have to go soon if I want to get up in time for the tour tomorrow.”
“You could stay here if you want. We can get you a room for the night easily enough,” Derrick stated.
“Maybe another time, but at this moment, it just doesn’t feel right. I’ll be seeing everyone again. I hope we can all become friends of sorts,” I said to them, and they all nodded before saying goodnight.
Derrick walked me to my car, making me promise to text when I got home, and then watched me until I couldn’t see him in the rearview mirror anymore. Driving at this time of night, I made pretty good time.
As soon as I did my nightly house checks, I got into bed and texted Derrick, to which he replied with a good night and told me he would see me in the morning. Not long after, I fell asleep.

After Monique left, I walked back into the clubhouse, thinking about the day we’d had. It was so good to see her again, and I realised I still cared deeply for her. I was looking forward to tomorrow. Seeing her again had brought all the feelings I’d had for her up again. She was still the gorgeous, funny girl I fell in love with.
I walked up to the bar and being that it was Friday night, I knew within a couple of hours things were going to get hectic around here. As I watched my brothers’ team up with some club girls, I realised I’d never noticed the girls’ looks before. I guess I was just used to it. Now that Monique was back, there was no comparison to her. I’d been with all of them a time or two, but they held no appeal to me now. I think my hand would do a better job now until I had Monique back, and I would. Don’t get me wrong, I knew I had a long way to go because I’d hurt her taking off like I did. I would just have to get into her good graces, and we would go from there.
As I sat at the bar, I felt a set of hands touch my shoulders and run down my chest from behind. I grabbed their wrists to remove them and turned around. Trina was looking at me seductively, running her tongue over her bottom lip. She lifted her hand to my face and leaned into me, trying to kiss me, but I pulled back.
“What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” I asked.
She looked shocked.
“I just wanted to ease your tension, baby. You look like you need it. Seeing as that woman has gone now and didn’t do anything with you, I thought you’d need it,” she replied.
“You’re here for a reason and one reason only. If I wanted you, and I don’t, I would have called you over. Now go and find someone else to fuck because that’s why you’re here, isn’t it?” I stated angrily.
She stormed off and found another guy.
Fucking slut. I should get rid of her. This shit was getting beyond a joke. She knew she was nothing to me, just a fuck to take pass the time.
I’d had enough, so I made my way upstairs to my room. As I climbed into bed, I realised I would do anything and everything to have Monique here with me. I missed her so much as I thought of the hug she’d given to me. Even though it was only to comfort me, it had felt so good to have her in my arms.
It was time to put a plan into action. Monique would be mine once again, and this time, I wouldn’t let her or my kids go. Remembering about the plan tomorrow, I sent a message to all of my managers, telling them about the tour and asking if they could open the businesses. After all of them texted back saying they would see us in the morning, I finally received a text from Monique saying she’d arrived home and would see me in the morning. We said goodnight to each other, and I drifted off to memories of her.
Waking up at seven a.m. the next morning, I jumped out of bed —which was unusual for me because I liked my sleep, but I was fucking excited for today—I headed to the bathroom to complete my morning routine.
As I got ready to leave my room, I grabbed my phone and noticed I had a message from Monique saying she’d left about fifteen minutes before. I made my way downstairs after locking my door.
I walked up to the bar, and Dozer, Trigger, and Hulk were already there, so I made me a cup of coffee and joined them.
“What are you guys doing up so early,” I asked.
“Thought we’d tag along today for the tour if that’s all right with you?” Dozer asked as he walked to the other side of the bar to grab another coffee.
“Yeah, it sure is. The more, the merrier. You guys can help out if I get too distracted,” I replied with a chuckle.
“Fuck, man, we may need more to help then because, fuck, I’m distracted,” Dozer said, staring in awe at the front door.
I turned, and holy fuck, my dick just got hard as a rock.
Monique came through the door wearing a pair of skin-tight dark blue denim jeans, a pair of chunky high-heeled biker boots, and a black leather jacket that, when unzipped, showed a tight as fuck AC/DC T-shirt, which was cut down the middle to show her cleavage. Her hair was in three braids going into one plait at the back. She took off her sunglasses and hung them from the split on her top. It just made you look at her tits more. Even better.
“Holy fuck,” was whispered from Trigger.
“Hot damn,” muttered Hulk.
“Fuck me. That’s fucking hot,” I said quietly.
“Mornin’, guys,” Monique said.
While ‘Morning’ was said all around, I couldn’t stop staring.
“You want some nectar of the gods, hon?” Dozer asked with a smile, holding a coffee mug up.
“I would kill for one,” she replied with a chuckle.
After asking what she wanted, Dozer handed Monique her coffee.
“So are you all coming today?” she asked.
“Definitely coming,” Dozer said, giving her a cheeky grin.
“Oh, yeah. Definitely coming,” Trigger said.
“Wouldn’t miss it for the world,” Hulk agreed.
I just shook my head and laughed. God, these guys were fucking funny. I knew they were probably as hard as me right now.
Once we finished our coffee, I stood and grabbed the mugs, taking them into the kitchen and placing them in the dishwasher.
“All right, let’s get this show on the road. Do you want to see all the businesses or just the ones you and your teams will be working at?” I asked as I returned to the bar.
“We can do all of them if you have the time. I will concentrate on the main ones, but I would like to see all of them eventually,” she replied.
“We can do them all today. We’ll start at the strip clubs, and then we’ll go to the bars and mechanic shops, adult shop, and then the tatt shop,” I said.
“Sounds like a plan.”
Getting up, Monique did her jacket back up and walked with us to the door.
When we walked through, I noticed there was a metallic purple 2014 Softail Deluxe with light purple flames on the gas tank.
Fuck, that’s a nice bike.r />
After putting on her sunnies, Monique strode over to the bike and said, “Put your tongues in your mouths, guys. It’s just a bike.” “Never seen a woman ride before,” Hulk exclaimed.
“I love riding and do it every chance I get. I like vehicles with power and speed. The Cayenne is only for the kids. I have that, this bike, a sixty-five Shelby Cobra, and a Ford Mustang. The faster, the better I say,” she stated as she put her helmet on and got on her bike.
We all followed suit, then started our bikes at the same time. The rumble was like nothing else. I loved the sound.
We exited the gate and hit the road.
Monique
I had been working at Devils Gentlemen’s Club since Monday night. I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I’d been to a few strip clubs with the boys from work, but I never knew the inner workings of one. I loved it so far and had only needed to throw out a few people. Most of the patrons were well behaved.
I remembered when I met Sasha. We clicked straightaway.
She was a short, green-eyed redhead, who was funny and bubbly. What they said about redheads with tempers was all true. She made me laugh, though, as the pint-sized rocket yelled at a six-foot grown man. I kept a close eye on her because I could see it all over his face that he was getting upset with her.
When she finally calmed him down, and he walked off, I walked up to her and said, “That was the funniest shit I’ve seen in a while.” “I know, right? Gotta keep them on their toes.” She laughed.
“Fuck, you went thermal nuclear on his arse, and all he did was spill his drink on you.” I doubled over laughing.
“It’s not funny. These are expensive clothes, and now they’re ruined.” She pouted before laughing.
“Oh, well, all in a day’s work dealing with these drunken arses.”
“So true. Well, my time is up, and Matt is here to take over for me. Goodnight, hon. See you Monday,” I said.
“Bye, sweetie. See you,” Sasha replied.
I’d decided to bring the Cobra to work today, so I hopped into it and drove home where I gave Claire, my housekeeper slash nanny, the go-ahead to return to her apartment at the back of the property. I then headed upstairs to kiss the kids goodnight and make my way to bed.
I had been messaging Derrick all week, and he had come over to see the kids a couple of times. They were getting closer, and I could tell he really loved them. They still called him Derrick or Thor, and he understood but had said on many occasions that he couldn’t wait for them to call him Dad. Neither could I, to be honest. I received a message from Derrick as I got into bed.
Derrick: I can’t wait until tomorrow. I miss all of you. Did you have a good week at work?
Me: I did, thanks. I can’t wait to see you, too. I know the kids are looking forward to tomorrow. They keep telling the kids at school their dad is a badarse and will beat the crap out of them if they give them any problems, not that they can’t do it themselves lol.
Derrick: Little shits. Lol. They’re not having problems, are they? Me: Nah, it’s the mentality of the parents. They’re all stuck up, and their kids follow suit. You know how it goes... I mean, fuck, I have money, but I would never treat people like crap because they have less than me.
Derrick: I know you don’t. That’s why you are so likeable.
Me: Awwwww. You like me. That’s sweet.
Derrick: I more than like you.
Whoa. What the... is he serious?
Me: Serious?
Derrick: Hell, yes.
Me: Um, I don’t know what to say here. I know I miss you.
Derrick: I miss you, too.
Me: So what’s the plan for tomorrow? Are you going to be here before the party or arrive during?
Derrick: The guys and I will be there about half an hour after it starts. We’ll make a grand entrance. :-)
Me: Cool. Sounds good. I’m knackered. I’m going to sleep. Goodnight, Derrick. See you tomorrow.
Derrick: Goodnight, gorgeous. See you tomorrow.
I put the phone down, turned off my lamp, and settled into sleep.
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
“Oh, my God... Turn it off!” I yelled.
The fucking alarm was going to be shattered. I slammed my hand on top of it, and all of a sudden, it was quiet. I lay back down.
Five more minutes.
Nope, that didn’t last even a minute. The door was thrown open, and the kids came in. They jumped on the bed and climbed under the covers to cuddle with me.
“Happy birthday, my babies,” I said.
“Thanks, Mum,” Madilyn replied.
“Yeah, thanks, Mum,” Conner commented.
“Thanks, Mama,” Jackson said.
“Hey, Mum, is our dad still coming today?” Connor asked.
“He said he was. A few of the guys were going to come with him.
Is it okay if they do?” I asked
“Yes, yes, yes. I wanna see them again,” Madilyn replied.
“Okay, that was enthusiastic.” I laughed.
“I’m excited. I wanna see our dad again. Do you think he would like to stay for dinner?” Jackson said.
“I don’t know, baby. How about we ask when he gets here? Well, come on, we have to get up and get ready for today,” I said.
“Okay, Mum,” they said.
“Today is going to be so much fun. I love you all, my babies,” I told my kids.
“We love you, too,” they said in unison as they ran out of the room.
I was having breakfast at the kitchen island with a cup of coffee when the kids came in, grabbed the cereal, and started munching.
After breakfast was finished and the kitchen cleaned, I grabbed a cup of coffee, sat down at the table, and went through my mental checklist of what was happening today. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and texted Derrick.
Me: Hey, I told the kids you and some of the guys are turning up today and making a statement. They are excited. LOL
Derrick: That’s good. I can’t wait to see them again. Not long now.
Yeah, the guys are excited, too. Lol. We’ll see you soon.”
Me: Okay, see you soon. Gotta run. :-) Derrick: Bye, gorgeous.
Hearing a noise, I looked up to see the kids were walking into the kitchen, and when they sat at the table with me, they looked so serious.
“Hey, Mum, can we have a serious conversation with you for a minute before we get started, please?” Connor asked shyly.
I had no idea what was going on, but I gave all my attention to them. “Sure you can, baby. What’s up? Are you in some kind of trouble?”
“No, no. Nothing like that. We just want to talk about our dad,” Madilyn said.
“Okay,” I replied.
“We know we don’t know him that well, but we have talked about it, and we would like to call him Dad. Like to his face and all,” Jackson stated.
“That’s fine with me, baby. It’s up to you guys if you want to call him Dad. I know he would love it. I know it’s only been a week since you met him, but I did try to find him for you for years. I looked everywhere. I’ve spoken to him about it, and he said that if he had known about you, he would have been in your lives right from the start. It may seem quick, but he loves you,” I said, getting teary.
“We know. He’s said that every night that he’s called us this week. He’s pretty cool, though. There’s something about him that makes you want to trust him. I don’t know about the rest, but I feel that way. And he’s our only Dad, so it just feels right and natural to say it to him, if you know what I mean,” Connor said.
The others nodded their heads as he talked.
“Well, that’s fine with me, and you’re right, he is your father and the only one you’ll ever have. If you call him Dad, that’s fine with me.” I smiled at them.
“Thanks, Mum. We just wanted to run it by you, and get your thoughts on it. We knew you’d be fine with it, but we wanted to talk about it anyway,” Madilyn said.

bsp; “That’s fine, baby. All right, it’s already ten, and we have to finish getting everything finished for today. Oh, before I forget, you guys do remember we are going to the clubhouse tomorrow for the barbecue?” I asked
“Yep, we remember. I can’t wait to see it,” Jackson said.
“Same here. I remember, and I’m excited for tomorrow,” said Madilyn.
“I wonder if Dad can take us for a ride on his bike. I know we have been on the back of yours, but I really want him to take us, too,” Connor said.
“I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem, but ask him, and see what he says,” I said.
I get ‘okays’ all around. “Alrighty, let’s do this.” And with smiles all around, we go on with the day.
Derrick
I sat at the bar in the clubhouse and was just about ready to hurry the guys up who were coming with me when Dozer, Hulk, Trigger, Blade, Bluey, and Macca walked in with shiteating grins on their faces.
“All right. What have you guys been up to?” I asked.
“Nothing, man. We’re just excited. We want to get to know Monique and the kids better. We know you aren’t letting them go now, so we all think because they’ll be in your life from here on out, we should good to know them,” Dozer answered.
“Thanks, guys, and yep, they are fucking staying around. I just wish they’d call me Dad. I know it’s too soon, but I can’t wait until they do. Man, I love those kids.”
“Good, because she’s a kick-arse woman and those kids are adorable. Be good to have them around more,” Trigger said.
“All right, let’s go. It’ll take about forty-five minutes to an hour to get there, depending on traffic,” I said as I got up and walked to the front door.
We hopped on our bikes and rode to Monique’s house. When we pulled up in front of the house, there were cars parked everywhere on the road. Claire walked out and told us we could park in front of the garage if we wanted, so we backed up our bikes and got off.
“Hey, Claire. How’s it going?” I asked.
“Hi, Derrick. I’m good, thanks. How are you today,” she replied shyly.
