To me, myself and I, for never giving up on myself and my dreams.

Samira is a 17 year old high school student who is literally invincible. Since no one else cares about her existence, she had done a pretty good job of becoming a low-key observer. She sees everyone. The confusion started she started noticing Mr Raymond Joe, the young homeroom teacher and will do anything to get him to notice her. But there was a problem, it is illegal and immoral for a teacher and his student to cohabit.

The letters started coming in from the 1st of February, 2020 and Samira found herself torn in-between two possible lovers; Mr Raymond Joe and R.J.

What happens on the 14th of July when she receives the final letter and a direction to meeting this R.J?

  One

I see them all. I see them and I know what is going on in each of their lives. Only I knows what really happened after Alvin gave Leo the money to buy flower for his girlfriend. It all happened last term when the most popular boy in my school, Alvin gave Leo, his former best friend money to help him get a flower and bandana for Idara. I just happened to be at the right place at the right time when it happened.

The following day at school, Leo had told Alvin that he couldn't get those stuff because he was supposedly busy and Alvin had said that it was okay and asked for his money. Of course, Leo couldn't provide the money and yet Alvin wasn't suspicious.

You know, I can't really weigh the stupidity of these popular students as I observe their lives. They act stupidly while thinking that they are all high and mighty and rich. Hello, I'm a rich girl too. I mean, I go to an expensive school and my parents are really rich. My Dad is a diplomatic ambassador and he represents Nigeria in France so he is not home most of the time. My mother on the other hand, is a boutique owner. She owns stores all across big malls in major cities in Nigeria - Lagos, FCT Abuja, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Ibadan, Ilorin, Osogbo and other cities. We live in Palm crest estate in Lekki, Nigeria. So as you can see, I'm pretty rich too.

But in school, I'm more of a nobody. I mean, most people if not all don't even know my name. I don't exist to them. The effect of being invincible comes in two ways: I see everything and I know everything; but I want some attention too. While it is cool to know everything that others don't, it's not so cool to be alone and live like you don't exist. It hurts pretty bad and no matter how much I try, I never get noticed.

Alvin later started noticing that Leo and Idara are getting closer and was becoming suspicious now that Idara had started ignoring him. I watched as he approached Leo one closing hour and asked him why he is getting closer to Idara. Jealous much?

"I don't know what you're talking about man. Idara and I were just talking." Leo answered Alvin.

"Well, you weren't just talking before now so I want to know why. And where is my money?" Alvin asked

"Your money is not here. I'll bring it tomorrow. I'm leaving now." Leo replied hastily and hurriedly left.

The second day, I watch as Alvin watched Idara flaunting a new flower and bandana that is different from the ones he had given her. He was literally fuming and I honestly thought that he was going to blow up at that moment. Thankfully, he didn’t. Instead, he stood up and walked over to her.

"Where did you get that?" Alvin asked Idara

Idara who had been chatting with her friends turned to look at him, gave him the stinky eye, hissed and turned back to her friends. But Alvin wasn't having none of that. He grabbed her left hand and practically dragged her out of class ignoring her protest. I quickly stood up and followed. There was no way in hell I was going to miss this lovers fight.

"I just asked where you got those from. I didn’t buy that for you." Alvin roared at her as he faced her on the walkway.

Idara rolled her eyes and flinged her hair just like the drama queen she is before answering.

"It's none of your damn business."

"You know, I don't really understand what is wrong with you or why you would just stop talking to me out of the blue. You won't even tell me what I did! And now, you're carrying a flower and a bandana that I didn't buy for you. Is this your way of saying that you're breaking up with me?" Alvin asked. He was obviously stressed and frustrated with the whole situation and honestly, I kind of pity him.

"Just leave me alone, okay. Take it however you want to I don't care. Just don't come near me or touch me again or else I'll slap you. I hate you!" Idara screamed at him and pushed at his chest before walking off.

Alvin started chanting to himself as he walked to and from the walkway.

"You can't cry, ok? You j-just can't cry. A real man doesn't cry. Just stop! Stop it!"

I couldn’t control myself as I burst into laughter. See what love has done to a boy. Sorry to break it to you Alvin but you're still a boy. At least not until you turn eighteen.

The school bell rang signalling the end of that day and I hurriedly walked back to class to carry my bag.

  Two

It's the third term and our final term in high school. I had a guts feeling that the term has so much bombs to release. Idara and Alvin were still not talking, Leo was still Idara's boy next door, our homeroom teacher, Mr Raymond Joe is still the most handsome man I've ever laid my eyes on and I'm still invincible.

Raymond Joe is my first and only male attraction ever since I hit puberty and I really want him to notice me. Yes, I know that it is wrong of me to try and want some kind of romantic relationship with my own teacher but I can't help it. I attend all the classes he thought just because I want to see him. He doesn't even pay attention to me but I still want him. It is obvious that this is more than a crush. I'm in love with Raymond Joe.

I know everything about him already. I have written so much love letters that never gets sent to him. It's just a way if me expressing my feekings without actually telling him that i love him to his face. I know that he graduated from Babcock university with a degree in Physics and he is currently doing his masters online in business administration. I don't quite understand the switch from Physics to Business Administration but he probably loves to do business. Raymond Joe has quite the looks which is why he's got girls swoon over his Instagram page. He posts everything on his page, and I mean everything which is why I could track him down anytime and anywhere.

I watch as Raymond Joe stands in front of the class and gives instruction.

"I believe you understand now what you're meant to do. If you don't understand anything, you know where to meet me." He finished and left for his office.

This is such a great opportunity. If I can't get noticed by my classmates, maybe I can successfully get my love life in check. I quickly packed my books and leave for his office.

I knocked on his door and waited to hear a 'come in' before stepping inside. He was on his computer when
I entered.

"How can I help you?" He asked not even bothering to look at me.

"Um.. I can come back later." I said and quickly rush out of the place not caring about his pleas for me to wait.

I felt really hurt and embarrased. He couldn't even care to look at me. I dont even know why I bothered wasting my time. No one ever cares anyway. I couldn’t stop the flow of tears as they run down my cheeks. I knew I couldn’t take this anymore so I picked up my bag and left the school.

The following day at school, students were rushing to submit their assignments to Raymond Joe. Normally, I would have been happy to submit but I just felt indifferent. I was the last person to enter his office but I couldn’t care less. All I had to do was submit and leave.

I entered his and greeted him. Then I went ahead to submit the assignment.

"Why did you run off like that yesterday?" I freezed, hearing Mr Raymond Joe talk to me.

How did he know that I was the one? I turned back to face him and he was staring intently at me, or maybe it was my imagination.

  "I-I I don't I can't...I mean, it's nothing sir." I stammered.

We held eye contact for a while. I could swear that I saw something in his eyes but I couldn't quite place it. Once again that could have been my imagination.

"You know if you need help all you could have done is ask."

  " I-I didn't mean...I don't know... I just..."

"Please take a seat." Raymond Joe said and gestured to the seat at his opposite side.

I wasn't planning to let things turn out like it is now. My heart began racing.

"How can I help you, Samira?" He asked me.

I squinted under his gaze as he focused all his attention on me. I knew that I was getting out of this one so I sat back and released the breath I didn't know I was holding.

" I needed help with the assignment you gave yesterday so I wanted to ask for your help." I told him. At least, that wasn't completely a lie.

"So why didn't you ask for the help? Why did you run out like that?" He asked again.

What is this? Some interrogation department? Urgh..

"I-I thought you were busy so I didn't want to disturb you."

"Samira, I'm your teacher and I'm here for you anytime. So please do not hesitate to come to me anytime you need help, okay?" He gently said.

I nodded my head shyly and stood up to leave. Everything in me was screaming to stay back and tell him that I love him but I quickly rushed out before I did something I would regret.

  Three

It's been two weeks and the last week in January. I have been seeing Mr Raymond Joe these past few days even if it's for just a mere "hi" and funny enough, he didn’t seem to mind my unusual behaviour. What can I say? I have never really had a male attention to myself and I am willing to exploit this opportunity.

Anytime this week, I am willing to make my first move. I want more from him, from the only man that I have ever loved. And I know that my plan sounds stupid but it's better now than ever.

Raymond Joe just left our class and I couldn’t take it anymore. I tried controlling myself but observing the other kids is just too boring these days especially now that Alvin seems to be getting closer to the new girl, Tacha. To every other person in the class, Tacha and Alvin are dating, but only I knows that it was just a flop and Alvin will run back to his ex-girlfriend.

I watch as Tacha stood up and walked over to Idara's seat. Oh my God! What is she doing? She sat beside Idara and said something which must have outraged Idara because Idara stood up immediately and walked over to Alvin who was minding his own business. What happened next was shocking. Idara gave Alvin a hot slap on the face!

  The class became quiet.

OH MY GOD! This is the height of it. I'm not watching this drama. There is something else of a greater concern to me at this moment and that is Raymond Joe. I quickly stood up and left the class for Raymond Joe's office.

I knocked on his door and he asked me to come in. I opened the door and entered before closing the door behind me. Looking at him from the door seemed appealing to me and a new idea (a crazy one if you ask me) crept into my mind.

I turned the key in the door and locked the door, preventing any possible intervention.

"What are you doing?" Raymond Joe asked obviously confused by my action.

I smiled as I walked over to him in a sexy way. He was beyond shocked with the way he battled his eyes like a person lost for words. Don't worry, Raymond Joe. This will only be a moment.

I turned him in his chair to face and accommodate me as I sat on his lap, facing him. You can't get out of this one, Raymond Joe.

"W-What-ever you think you're doing, you gotta stop now. A-And I mean it."Raymond Joe stuttered.

But you don't really mean it, Raymond Joe. If you really do, I won't still be on your laps with your hands holding my waist closer to you. I laughed as I straddled him watching him suffer as he rolled his eyes. He was so hard down there and I'm going to use that to my advantage.

"Are you trying to deny that you're attracted to me? That hurts you know." I whispered sexily into his ears.

  "S-Samira, I-I’m your teacher. This shouldn't be happening. Y-you don't understand...I...."

"Understand what? That we have an undeniable attraction to each other?" I whispered again into his ears, getting him harder than he already is.

"Oh God!" He rolled his eyes again. "Y-You're illegal. I'm a teacher. I could get jailed for this."

"But I won't tell.." I bit his ear before sticking my tongue inside his ear. "Besides, I'll be eighteen in February."

"Y-you do..." He tried speaking but I shut him up by placing my finger on his lips.

"Sshhhhh.... no more complaining. I want you, you want me which is pretty obvious by the way," I placed my hand on his groin and breathed deeply. "So let's do this."

I kissed him and he didn't hesitate to kiss me back. He gripped my head strongly as he kissed me back hungrily. I love this moment. I love the way he held me as if he would never let go. I love him.

I quickly helped him remove his d*** from the little barrier. We continued kissing hungrily as I rubbed my hands around his d***. His breathing became harder as he struggled to control himself.

"Damn! You're so good at this." He breathed as he started kissing down my neck which happens to be my weak point. I moaned.

He started unbuttoning my school shirt while kissing my neck. I don't wear singlets which makes it easy for him as he unhooked my bra causing my breasts to pop out to his face. He started licking and sucking hungrily and I was enjoying every bit of it. I could feel the wetness in my legs and I've never done this before which makes the feeling strange.

My hands were still on his groin and I began rubbing the tip. It just comes natural and he was also enjoying it. He bit down on my nipple which caused a sudden reaction from my body and I find myself crushing him tightly. He didn’t stop biting and sucking my breasts while I reacted this way. A few seconds after, he reacted almost the same way as he gripped me tightly and I felt liquid on my hands.

When we finished, he gripped my cheeks and kissed me.

  Four

I sneaked into his office again the following day but he wasn’t there. Strangely, the office looked too tidy for someone to be occupying it. Something is wrong. I can feel it.

As I was ruminating in my mind what could have happened, the door to Raymond Joe's office opened and a female teacher walked in. She stopped when saw me.

"Can I help you?" She asked me.

"I was just wondering where Mr Raymond Joe is. I was going to get my assignment from him." I answered her.

"Oh! That won't be necessary anymore. Mr Raymond Joe is no longer a teacher in this school. He submitted his resignation letter yesterday." She explained and proceeded to clear the room.

  "What?" I whispered to myself.

This can't be happening. We were just together yesterday. How could he have just left without leaving a message. No no no,
this just can't be happening.

I thought we had a connection.

I walked out of the office as fast as I could and rushed to my secret spot. I burst into tears as I was really hurt that he would do this to me.

Apparently, I had thought that we had a connection and he felt too, but I was wrong. I had been living in my stupid imagination all these while. He only used me and dumped me like I was nothing and now he is gone.

I cried my eyes and heart out that day before deciding to leave school. I wouldn't concentrate anyway so what is the use of staying.

I got to my house which was empty because mom and dad have traveled leaving me all alone by myself. I don't like helps so they didn't bother leaving me any. I can take care of myself. I entered my room and flopped down onto the queen-sized bed and cried again. This was going to take a long time to heal and I don't think that I'll ever trust anyone again.

I thought about all the possibilities of dating him and the possibility of him actually loving me in return. I wanted to have a real relationship with Raymond Joe but I became a victim of heartbreak instead. It wouldnt have been so bad - I mean, I'll be eighteen in less than a month and he is twenty-two. But the idiot left me.

Later in the night, I was able to force myself to eat some snacks in the kitchen before going back to my room to sleep.

  Five

  February 1, 2020.

I received the first letter today from an anonymous person. I had woken up at nine in the morning and took my bath after. When I was done applying my skin care products, I went downstairs in the living room and sat on a sofa as I watch tv. I was looking for a distraction and keeping up with the Kardashians seems to help a bit with that - until the door bell rang.

Reluctantly, I stood up and walked to the door to check who it was. Strangely, no one was there so I opened the door to check better. That was when I saw it.

The letter was sealed with a red ribbon and placed in a small box. It also came with a white rose. I tore the letter open and read it.
