I (Raissa) want to add a few personal notes. You can pretty much always guess it’s me by the rambling. Many of you know I had a difficult time getting rolling on this book. I wanted to make sure it measured up to Puppy, and I kept getting stage fright. Kate, again, I have to point you out as a special contributor because your unfaltering enthusiasm was part of the reason I really wanted to get this done. My Turtle Tarts… Thank you for being part of my family. I really hope you’ll forgive me for not naming all of you, but I don’t want anyone to feel left out by accident. I love all of you dearly. (And you know perfectly well I ramble.)
I want to give special thanks to Morgan Noel for giving me the idea of Zain in the first place (and pretty much daring me to use a dog walker and a threesome) and for being one of my rocks during a very, very difficult time. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to M.A. Innes. Because of her, not only did this get written, but it’s even better than I could’ve imagined. She added something I couldn’t have even dreamed about and helped maintain that balance I wanted so badly.
