He chuckled low in his throat. “If she’s anything like you, you’ll have a hard time handling any anger.”
“I’ve dealt with her for my whole life. I just want her here.”
“Have I not already shown you how you can thank me?” Dryden whispered in her ear.
Jasmine let out a laugh and turned in his arms. “Oh, I do remember.”
She leaned up and kissed him until he laid her on the ground.
It was a good thing they both were naked, clothing would have just been ripped away in the heated rush.
He rose above her and entered her in one swift stroke.
“I love you.” She whispered up to him.
“And I love you as well.” He whispered back to her.
