  Mac chuckled. “Let’s find out.”

  “Oh, God, yes.”

Mac gently withdrew his fingers and set Russel down. He used his own pre-cum to slick up his cock and then turned Russel, pushing him against the wall. Russel widened his legs and shoved his arse back, desperate to feel Mac inside him.

“Ravage me, caveman,” he pleaded as the wide head of Mac’s cock pressed against his arse hole, as though asking for permission to enter. “Fuck me hard.”

Mac entered him slowly, giving him time to adjust. The big man’s hands curled around Russel’s shoulders, gripping him firmly. Russel pressed the palms of his hands against the wall, bracing himself.

“Fuck me hard,” he repeated, not caring how needy and whiny his voice sounded. God he’d fantasised about this for so long he could barely believe it was about to happen.

Mac slammed into him over and over. Russel’s body connected with the wall with each powerful thrust. He licked his lips, gasping and moaning with pleasure.

“Harder,” he whined. “Faster. I want you to fuck me so hard I can’t even think straight.” Was he being too bossy? Maybe, but Mac didn’t seem to mind.

He did as Russel asked, fucking him so hard against the wall that their neighbours five doors down could probably hear the hard knock of Russel’s body against plaster. This was… Fuck! Russel could barely form a coherent thought. There was nothing but him and Mac. Nothing but their sweaty bodies and the slap of skin on skin and the exhausted grunts they were both letting out with every mind-shattering thrust.

Russel started to laugh, pretty sure he wasn’t going to be able to walk straight for at least a week after this fucking. He didn’t care. Mac wanted him. Mac was doing something with him that he hadn’t enjoyed with anyone else, and Christ, if Mac wasn’t enjoying it, Russel would eat his entire collection of scarves. More than that, Mac wanted to be with him forever. He had a gorgeous ring on his finger to prove it.

“Oh. My. God. I. Love. You.” The words tore out of Russel’s throat.

“I.” Mac shoved into Russel hard. “Love.”

For a second, Russel’s entire world turned black, but Mac’s throaty voice and another hard thrust, hitting his pleasure spot, brought him back to bliss.

“You.” Mac’s body shuddered and rippled. “So.” He thrust extra deep once… “So.” Twice. “Fucking.” And a third time as he orgasmed and released his cum into Russel. “Much.”

Russel threw his head back as his own orgasm racked his body, leaving him a shivering, shaking mess. His legs buckled, and he would have fallen, except Mac was there, hugging him, kissing him. They sank to the floor together, laughing and panting as they held each other and kissed.

Russel melted against Mac’s sweat-soaked chest. “We made a mess of the wall.”

“Painted it with your cum, more like.”

Russel chuckled. “Did you enjoy that?”

“Yeah.” Mac kissed the top of Russel’s head. “Thank you.”

“It’s me who should be thanking you.”

“Nah. You trusted me to fuck you like that.”

Russel shrugged. “You trusted me too.” He lifted his head to stare into Mac’s eyes.

“Always,” Mac said. “I will always trust you. I will always love you.”

Russel pursed his lips. “Please don’t tell me you’re going to start singing Celine Dion?”

Mac’s eyes gleamed and, to a backing track of Russel’s laughter, launched into song.

  The End

  Author’s Note

I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to return to the Heaven and Hell Club after writing Broken, despite many readers asking me whose story I was going to tell next. Broken was a hard book to write. It was emotionally draining and I couldn’t find words for a long time afterwards.

Then I found myself heading to Edinburgh for an author meet up, which included several days dedicated to writing, and I was almost at the end of the first draft of Beyond the Surface. I needed a new WIP, had no ideas, and needed one fast. With some help from my roomies, J.P. Sayle and Megs Pritchard, I batted around a couple of ideas, out of which Mac and Russel shouted the loudest.

The words flowed faster than I had expected, partly because of the amazing atmosphere in the romance writing room, and partly because I had support from my roomies. Plus, Mac and Russel were a lot of fun to write.

I therefore need to thank my roomies, and everyone in the romance writing room at 20BooksEdinburgh, led by Nora Phoenix, for giving me the kick start I needed on this WIP; my beta readers, Mel, Stephanie, Elizabeth, and Leanne, for giving me honest and constructive feedback, to make the story better; everyone in my reader group who expressed joy when they realised this story was coming. Thank you, all, for your support.

I enjoyed returning to the Heaven and Hell Club, albeit at an earlier point in history, and I hope you did too.

  Coming Soon

An elf costume, a pair of lacy knickers, and a Christmas charity auction might make Sam’s Christmas wish come true.

When sweet barista, Sam, agrees to be a ‘slave’ in a Christmas charity auction, he’s thrilled to be bought by the man he’s had a crush on for the last three months.

Theodore is everything Sam is looking for in a man: older, authoritative, and caring. Unfortunately, Sam isn’t the most forward person when it comes to telling men he likes them. Wearing a sexy costume allows him to be a much flirtier version of himself, but can a naughty elf tempt Theodore into bed?

As their relationship intensifies, Sam finds something in Theodore he didn’t realise he needed: a man he wants to call his Daddy.

But Theodore isn’t out of the closet, and whilst Sam is happy existing in a bubble over Christmas, he knows that can’t last forever.

Can Sam risk giving his heart to a Daddy who might not ever be able to hold his hand in public, let alone commit to him?

What Works For Us is a Christmas romance with an age-gap relationship, lacy underwear, role-play, Daddy kink, and a guaranteed happy ending.
