Raphael stood at the other side of the bench, teasing his dick with long, languid strokes. Each time his fist reached the bulbous, rosy tip, a drop of precum would drizzle out.
I licked my lips, wishing I could wrap them around his gorgeous length.
Dante placed a hand on the small of my back and arranged me to straddle Nero. I placed both hands on his broad chest and stared into his expectant, black eyes. The pulse in my dry throat fluttered. I was no stranger to handling multiple dicks, but in the past, I had used my hands and mouth. Now, this was the real thing.
As I hovered above Nero’s dick, he gripped himself around the base and pulled his erection perpendicular to his body, making it easy to impale myself, but I paused.
“Are you alright?” Raphael cupped my cheek.
“I’ve never done this before,” I whispered.
“You don’t have to do anything until you’re ready.” Nero ran the head of his penis over my slick folds, when it reached my clit, bolts of pleasure sparked all the way up to my nipples, causing me to clench my teeth. “No one will interrupt us here.”
I lowered myself onto his erection, moaning at the onslaught of sensations as he stretched me open.
Nero’s chest rose and fell like bellows. His deep-blue dreadlocks fanned out around the wooden bench like a dark halo. His black expanded across his eyes, and his fangs extended. A ripple of excitement traveled down my spine and gathered in my core, which spasmed around his thick length.
“Fuck, Alicia,” he growled. “You’re so hot and wet and tight.”
Still keeping my eyes on his, I clenched around him and adjusted to the deep stretch.
Raphael stood on my right, watching me with glittering, green eyes. His rapid, excited breaths added to my pleasure. After all that time sucking and performing for the brothers, I was used to being watched, and the sight of them getting turned on by me made my nipples tighten.
“You’re even more beautiful like this.” Raphael stroked his fingertips down from my neck to the tip of my breasts, trailing five lines of fire with his touch.
I licked my lips, savoring the attention as I acclimatized to Nero’s girth.
“Alicia,” Nero growled. “If you don’t move this instant—”
I lifted my hips off him and brought them down. Hard.
“Argh!” Nero’s back arched, and he dug the fingers of both hands into my flesh.
“Is that what you want?” I trailed my fingertips over his nipples and gave them a gentle squeeze.
“Harder,” he choked out.
I slid myself up and down his gorgeous shaft, enjoying the tingling ripples of my core. Nero bucked up into me, increasing the intensity of our lovemaking. As we built up a steady rhythm, I wrapped a hand around Raphael’s dick and pumped it in time with my movements.
Just as I was wondering where Dante had gone, the blond vampire positioned himself behind me at the other end of the bench and between Nero’s legs. His fingers trailed a slow path down my spine, sending a ripple of sensation that wrapped around each rib.
“Ah!” I cried as Dante’s finger delved between my ass cheeks. “What are you going to—”
The pad of his finger circled the puckered skin around my asshole, sending pleasant tingles up into my core. I bit down on my lip and squeezed Raphael tighter. How could I be so sensitive there?
Dante pressed his hard chest over my back, which curved toward Nero. One finger circled my clit, while the other tweaked my nipple. Twin jolts of sensations shot toward each other, gathering in my core, which clamped around Nero’s prick.
“S-shit!” Nero snarled. “What are you doing to her?”
Dante’s dark chuckle made pleasant shivers run across my skin. “I’m going to fuck your virgin ass. Would you like to be filled by two vampires?”
I bit down on my lip and moaned.
His fingers disappeared for a moment and returned, covered in something slippery. He rimmed my asshole for a few moments before slipping a single digit inside. My muscles clenched around his finger—as well as Nero’s length.
Nero hissed through his teeth. “You’re gripping me so tight.”
Dante’s other hand returned to my front, and he ran his finger up and down the underside of my engorged clit. It was nearly too much pleasure. I squeezed my eyes shut and clamped my teeth on my bottom lip. My heart stilled. My body stilled. The hand around Raphael’s dick stilled. But Dante continued working my ass and clit, panting his excitement along with my moans.
He slipped another finger into my asshole, making me shudder along Nero’s length. “Look at you.” Dante increased the strokes against my clit and rubbed his dick against my ass. “Taking two fingers. This is what it’s like to be mated to three vampires.”
“M-more!” I said between panting breaths.
Raphael thrust back and forth against my fist. Precum dribbled from his slit, and I pulled him down and toward my mouth.
I lapped at his cock head, savoring his bitter-sweet taste. Nero’s hips thrust up and down inside me, while Dante slipped a third finger into my asshole.
My entire body became a conduit of pleasure, and I cried out, pulling Raphael’s dick into my mouth.
Dante pulled back his fingers and lined himself up with my asshole. “Are you ready for my cock?”
Nero growled. “I want to feel you cum—”
An orgasm tore through me like a hurricane, picking up speed as the boys slid in and out of my mouth, my core, and my ass. I screamed out my pleasure, but Raphael’s dick muffled the sound.
Just as my orgasm picked up speed, the door slammed open.
Raphael spun, giving me a view of the other side of the bathroom. Lady Mantis strode in, flanked by two of the guards in red armor.
Her silver-eyed gaze roved over our naked bodies, and her lips curled into an amused smile. “It’s always a delight to see a frumosi whore pleasure her masters.”
Blood drained from my face into my quickening heart.
“What are you doing here?” snarled Raphael.
“Boys,” she drawled. “How much do you know about your murdering frumosi?”
Dante withdrew, pulled me off Nero’s softening dick, and wrapped me in a towel. Raphael gathered me in his arms while Nero swung off the bench and joined Dante.
The two brothers stepped between me and Lady Mantis’ entourage. “What is the meaning of this?” Dante’s voice was as cold and sharp as an icepick. “By barging into our suite, you are intruding on the affairs of the Kingdom of Stryx,”
“This is no matter of diplomacy.” Lady Mantis’ voice cracked like a whip. “Your frumosi murdered my daughter and killed the frumosi who tried to report her murderous activities. Not handing her over for destruction is an act of war.”
“You are mistaken,” said Dante between clenched teeth. “Alicia has been under the constant supervision of both us and vampire guards. Look to someone else for your daughter’s killer.”
The vampire noblewoman slipped her hand in her pocket and pulled out a familiar scrap of paper. “Zarah Peridot says otherwise. Her account of activities at the end of term was compelling enough to get her killed. And when your frumosi discovered this document was in possession of a vampire, she pushed her out of a window and into the sun.”
Nero stepped forward, his hands balled into fists. “Alicia was—”
“Isn’t that right, Guadalupe?” Lady Mantis said in a much louder voice.
The alpha werewolf stepped around the guards, clad in jeans and a denim jacket that clung to her slender curves.
She pointed her finger at me. “That’s the frumosi I saw plotting to murder the young vampire. When do I get my reward?”
Chapter 20
I clung to Raphael’s back, my heart beating so fast I thought it would rupture. This was beyond a disaster. Soon, they would notice that Ponytail was missing, presumably dead, and I’d be the biggest suspect. I breathed hard, trying to think up a way out of this predicament.
Nero and D
ante stood side by side a few feet in front of us, trying to form a barrier between Lady Mantis and me. It would be futile. They were outnumbered, and it would be impossible to fight four guards, a female vampire, and the alpha werewolf.
I peered out through the gap between the boys. On the other side of the pool, Lady Mantis folded her arms across her chest, and her face split into an inhumanly wide grin. She looked ready to eat us all.
Closing my eyes, I viewed Lady Mantis’ empty soul star chakra and poured the last of my depleted magic into the vampire, but nothing happened. My shoulders slumped. I’d depleted myself earlier, spending so much time invisible in the storeroom and then killing Ponytail.
“Hey,” snapped the alpha werewolf. “I delivered your daughter’s killer. Where’s my—”
“Silence,” snarled Lady Mantis.
The white-haired werewolf lowered her head.
Lady Mantis strolled forward, the heels of her boots clicking on the marble floor tiles. Her guards followed her at a painstakingly slow pace, each holding peculiar weapons that reminded me of oversized flashlights.
My pulse fluttered in a throat already dry with panic, and I swallowed hard, hoping the boys’ affiliation with Lord Stryx would keep us safe.
Dante held out his hand. “Come no further, My Lady. You are dangerously close to declaring war against the Kingdom of Stryx.”
She continued strolling toward us. “I have no interest in you.”
“Alicia didn’t kill Micalla,” said Raphael.
Lady Mantis licked her lips. “That remains to be seen. I will return your frumosi as soon as I’ve examined her memories of the day my daughter went missing. If she’s innocent, you’ll be able to fuck and suck her dry.”
Indignation surged through my veins. How dare she suggest I was a blood whore or a plaything? Clenching my teeth, I pushed those feelings aside. There was no way she could see my memories.
Only twenty feet separated us, and the wrath of Lady Mantis. Dante stepped forward and closed the distance. He stood in front of the vampire noblewoman and snarled, “Get out of our quarters.”
“Disable him,” said Lady Mantis.
In the blink of an eye, one guard appeared behind Dante, and another in front. Dante side-stepped them, but a third rushed forward and stuck his weapon into Dante’s stomach. Pale, yellow light—as bright as the midday sun—flared across Dante’s middle, making him cry out.
The scent of burning flesh filled my nostrils, and a scream froze in the back of my throat. Somehow, the vampire guards had emulated sunlight.
“Run!” Dante’s pained roar turned my blood to sludge.
Raphael snatched me into his arms and raced along the other side of the pool. Nero ran alongside us. I twisted around to look at Dante. The guards left him lying beside the pool and raced ahead. Two blocked the door that led to the reception area, and the other approached from behind and plunged his weapon into Nero’s back.
“Argh!” Nero’s eyes widened. His back arched before he collapsed on the floor with a thud.
“Stop this foolishness at once!” Lady Mantis stood in front of the guards at the door, holding a curved dagger.
“Stop!” I let go of Raphael’s neck and slid to the ground.
This was futile. Three young vampires against armed guards. Every ounce of my being told me that if I let a guard attack Raphael with that weapon, he would be unhurt, and Lady Mantis would capture him to become an object of study and dissection.
“Alright.” I held up my hands. “Don’t hurt them anymore.”
“Alicia!” Raphael hissed.
“Lady Mantis,” I said. “If I come with you quietly, will you leave them alone?”
“My quarrel is with whoever murdered my daughter.” The vampire noblewoman twirled the dagger between her fingers. “Not with them.”
With a sharp nod, I said, “Alright. I’ll come with you.”
“No,” Nero croaked from where he lay naked at our feet, curled in a ball.
“If there’s any way of contacting your father, do it now,” I said, taking a step toward Lady Mantis. My legs trembled like saplings in the wind, but I forced myself to continue walking.
Raphael grabbed my arm. “You’re innocent.”
“Yes, I am,” I said, loud enough for anyone eavesdropping to hear. “But this is the only way to clear my name.”
After pocketing the dagger, Lady Mantis folded her arms across her chest and drummed her fingernails against her leather-covered bicep. The Vampire noblewoman’s eyes shuttered with boredom, and her burgundy lips twisted into a moue of annoyance.
I couldn’t tell Raphael my plans. Couldn’t tell him I was stalling because the other vampires would overhear. Instead, I whispered, “Trust me. I know what I’m doing, and I’ll be safe.”
His eyes hardened. “But—”
“Raph. Please.” I tried to convey as much as I could in a single look. Resisting these vampires only to get hurt was futile.
Allowing him to fight and letting those guards know he was immune to daylight weapons would get him killed. All the older vampires would want to know how he got his soul back. Then someone more powerful would decide to break our bond with Raphael’s death and try to bond with me.
I swallowed hard, hoping he wouldn’t ignore my words. “Get help.”
With a frown, he released my arm and stepped back.
I turned to Lady Mantis and pulled back my shoulders, mustering as much dignity as I could while clad in a bathrobe. “Will I get a trial?”
“If you’re innocent, you’ll consent to let me into your memories.” Excitement shone in the noblewoman’s eyes, making me wonder what other memories of mine she wanted to explore. “As soon as I’ve cleared you from my inquiries, I’ll return you to your masters. Of course, if you are in any way implicated in the death or disappearance of my daughter, you will become my property.”
Dread shivered across the lining of my stomach, and I clamped my mouth shut against a potential onslaught of nausea. But I wasn’t innocent, and I couldn’t let her see my memories, or she would see that Nero had used blood magic to force me to plunge the stake in Micalla’s chest.
“No,” I said.
Her face fell. “What?”
I continued walking toward Lady Mantis, hoping she couldn’t force those memories out of my head with her vampiric powers. There was one person in this academy who might be able to save me.
Captain Tanar.
He had offered to protect me from the Stryx brothers. Perhaps that offer might extend to protecting me from Lady Mantis.
I reached the vampire noblewoman and bowed my head. The thought of the captain making me sit on his lap while he fed on my neck made me shudder with revulsion, but it was better than whatever Lady Mantis might do to me if she discovered I had murdered Micalla.
Her clawed fingers reached beneath my chin and tilted my head up to her silver eyes. “Explain yourself.”
My gaze lowered to her cheekbones. “I want a trial, with the headmaster as the judge.”
One of Lady Mantis guards transported me to the dining room and dumped me onto my ass in front of the head table.
Captain Tanar sat in his usual chair with Miss Margolyes on his lap. The Basic Protection teacher wore a leather bikini top that barely covered her nipples. She’d arranged her hair in a topknot, exposing a neck littered with bite marks, some of which still glistened with blood.
A hush fell across the dining room. I scrambled to my feet to find everyone—vampire students and frumosi alike—staring at me.
Captain Tanar stood, knocking Miss Margolyes to the ground. He narrowed his eyes at me. “What is the meaning of this?”
Pulling my dressing gown closed, I blurted, “It’s a misunderstanding. Zarah Peridot wrote a bunch of nonsense on a piece of paper, and now Lady Mantis thinks I’m guilty of the impossible.”
The captain’s gaze moved to the far side of the dining room. I glanced over my shoulder to find Lady Mantis standing at the
door.
“This blood whore murdered my daughter and tried to kill a vampire to prevent the release of this information.” Lady Mantis strolled toward us, flanked by two of her guards.
I spun back toward the head table and flashed my eyes at Captain Tanar. Hopefully, he would come to my rescue.
The captain’s face hardened. He walked around from the head table and stood between Lady Mantis and me. “What are your intentions toward this frumosi, My Lady?”
She raised her chin. “Once I’ve examined her memories and proven her guilt, she will forfeit her life.”
My insides shuddered with trepidation, and I drew in short, shallow breaths, silently urging the captain to say something, anything in my defense.
“I see.” He rubbed his chin. “This particular frumosi belongs to the Kingdom of Stryx.”
She smirked. “The boys have relinquished her to me.”
“You attacked them with infrared weapons,” I blurted. “Nero and Dante are lying injured on their bathroom floors because of you and your guards. The only reason I agreed to leave with you was so you won’t hurt Raphael.”
“Lord Stryx will be displeased,” snarled the captain. “And Lord Dracula won’t thank you for causing conflict between our two kingdoms.”
Lady Mantis shrugged. “I didn’t do any permanent damage.”
“You cannot take Miss Stephens. She is of special interest to Lord Dracula.”
“Why?” Lady Mantis snapped. “She’s an eager whore—I found her servicing all three Stryx boys, but she’s nothing special.”
Some of the vampire students at their tables snickered. Despite the life-or-death situation, the prickly heat of shame seeped across my skin, and I stared at my bare feet, which curled into the marble floor. She made trying to bond with the boys sound so sordid.
“I cannot allow you to take her life,” replied the captain.
“The Vampire Parliament retribution laws—”
“Can be overridden by his Lordship in any circumstance.” The captain’s shoulders broadened. “Do you wish to fall into disfavor for destroying a potential weapon against the Radites?”
