Getting Gabe Page 3

by Kate Hunt

“Marisa,” I say, “if we go back to my place, everything’s going to change. You’re going to be mine. And I’m going to be yours. Do you understand what I’m saying?”

“Yes,” she says, her eyes shining. “Yes. I do.”

  Chapter Seven

  Marisa

Gabe’s apartment is twice the size of my own and looks like something out of a magazine. But as nice as the whole place is, it’s his kitchen that I swoon over the most. I mean, not as much as I swoon over Gabe, but it’s still a pretty big swoon. The double oven, the huge sink, the gorgeous countertops…

“Oh my God, I need to cook in this kitchen,” I say.

“Anytime you want,” says Gabe. “Especially if that means I get to taste some of your cooking. I’ve been dying to try some ever since you told me you were starting a catering business, you know.”

I laugh. “Want me to cook you up something right now?”

“Later,” he says, pulling me toward him. “Right now there’s something else I want to taste.”

  “Like what?” I ask playfully.

“Like you,” he murmurs, kissing my neck.

  “Me, huh?” I ask.

“Well…to be more precise, I want to taste your pussy, sweetheart.”

My cheeks flush with heat. “Tell me what else you want to do.”

“I want to make you come on my tongue.”

I slide my hands up his sturdy chest and begin to pop open the buttons of his shirt. “Uh huh…”

“And I want to fuck you until you’re screaming my name.”

Oh my God. I’m tingling all over. I’m sure I’m soaked between my legs. I run my hands up his now-exposed chest and let out a little moan at how toned he is.

“Take me, Gabe,” I murmur, feeling dizzy with want.

Gabe threads his fingers through mine and leads the way to his bedroom. He starts undressing me as soon as we enter it. Already, my breathing has deepened in anticipation of what’s about to come. I murmur something about being on birth control and tell him he doesn’t need to use anything.

“What are you saying, baby girl?” Gabe says, his voice deep and husky. He grips the fabric of my panties and yanks them down, freeing me from the last piece of clothing I have on. “You want me to fill you up with cum?”

“Y-yes,” I stutter. The thought of him coming inside of me makes me dizzy with lust.

“Then get that sexy ass of yours on the bed,” he commands.

I do as he says, lying down and leaning back on my elbows. I watch with a racing heart as Gabe kneels down in front of me, spreads my legs, and kisses his way up the inside of my thick thighs. When he reaches my sex, he extends his tongue and gives me a long, savoring lick. I moan and press my hips toward him, desperate for more.

He swirls his tongue over my clit and finds the precise spot that makes me gasp the loudest. And then he licks that spot relentlessly, like he’s never been hungrier for anything in his life. My breath is coming fast and high now, and my body is growing hotter by the second.

“Oh my God,” I moan. “Gabe. Gabe.”

My legs start to tremble, and Gabe licks me even harder, pushing me toward that exquisite orb of pleasure. A few seconds later, the orgasm bursts inside of me, and I scream out as I shake against his mouth.

Afterward, catching my breath, I collapse onto the bed, my whole body still vibrating. I can hear Gabe taking off his clothes, and when he moves over me, I feel so safe and protected by him.

“I need you, Gabe,” I whimper.

He slides his cock into me and I gasp at how much he fills me up. I run my hands over his back and cling to him as he pushes into me deeper and deeper. I’m delirious with pleasure. Yet this feels like so much more than just sex.

And when I look up into Gabe’s eyes, I can see that it’s something deeper for him, too. He’s looking at me in the way that you only look at someone you really care about.

He drives his rock-hard cock in and out of me, quickly picking up speed. Our bodies move in perfect unison, his chiseled form rubbing against my curves as he thrusts into me.

Another orgasm is already rapidly building up inside of me. I thought the last one was incredible, but this one…oh God.

“I’m going to fuck you all night long, baby girl,” Gabe rasps. “I’m going to fill you up with cum over and over again. Your pussy’s going to be fucking drenched in it.”

I moan and crush my lips to Gabe’s. He rams into me hard, and we both surrender to the ecstasy that swallows us up. As he erupts inside me, I can feel him claim me. I’m his now. And he’s mine. And nothing else has ever felt so right.

The days and weeks and months that follow are utterly magical. Gabe takes me on incredible date after incredible date—a luxurious couple’s massage, a weekend skiing trip…it goes on and on. We’re on a long weekend getaway when Gabe tells me he loves me for the first time, and I feel like I’m in a fairytale, the moment is so damn perfect.

Not everything is luxurious, though. We go on a lot of regular dates, too. We stay in and order pizza. Sometimes he just comes over and taste-tests my latest recipes. And a lot of times we just hang out, doing nothing much at all.

I love every second of it.

Over those couple of months, I also help Aurora plan her wedding. Back when she got engaged, I joked with her about how she’d better make me her maid of honor because I introduced her to Cole. But when she actually asks me to be her maid of honor, I’m so touched that I tear up.

Elle and Lindsay, of course, are Aurora’s other two bridesmaids.

I also make a ton of progress with my catering business over those couple months. I get my first client, a woman who is throwing a party at her home for her fiftieth birthday—and then she recommends me to a few of her friends and my business just kind of takes off from there.

On my last day of work with the cleaning company, Lisa takes me out to lunch. (At my insistence, Gabe already quit by then—he’d made his point, and I hated seeing him working so much. Lisa was sad to lose him, but she understood.)

“I’m so proud of you, Marisa,” Lisa says as we clink together our glasses over lunch. “If I ever throw a fancy party, you’ll be the first person I’ll call.”

  I laugh. “Thanks, Lisa.”

“By the way, how are things going with Gabe?”

“He and I are doing great,” I say, feeling all sappy just thinking about him. “Really great, actually.”

“Sounds like you two are getting serious,” she says with a smile.

“Yeah,” I say, and it feels like my whole body starts glowing with happiness. “We are.”

  Chapter Eight

  Gabe

Marisa hooks her arm through mine and we grin at each other as we start to walk down the aisle together at Aurora and Cole’s wedding. My girl looks as gorgeous as ever in her maid of honor dress. It hugs her sumptuous curves the way they were meant to be hugged.

But I can’t wait for the day the two of us are walking down this aisle together to say our own vows.

The past few months with Marisa have been the happiest of my life. It’s been a blast getting to know her friends better, too. I’ve also become pretty close with Cole—and now here I am, honored as hell to be his best man.

Marisa and I finish walking up the aisle and take our places at the front of the room with the rest of the wedding party. For the rest of the wedding ceremony, I give my attention to Aurora and Cole. When they share their first kiss as man and wife, everyone goes wild with cheering. The two of them are so obviously soulmates.

I look over at Marisa, and that’s exactly how I feel about her, too.

It’s later that evening, when Marisa and I are in the middle of the dance floor and we’re slowly spinning to a sweet ballad, that the moment finally feels exactly right. I look down at my sweet girl and brush a strand of her brightly dyed hair from her cheek, tucking it behind her ear.

Marisa smiles up at me. “Hi.”

  “Hi.” I pul
l her a little closer toward me. “Hey, I have an important question for you.”

“Yes?” she asks, raising an eyebrow.

“I love you more than anything, Marisa. And I always will. I can’t imagine my life any other way but with you by my side. So I want to know…”

Marisa’s expression brightens with joy and surprise.

  “…will you marry me, sweetheart?”

“Yes!” she says the moment the words pass through my lips. And then my lips are pressed against hers, giving her the happiest, most passionate kiss in the history of kisses.

  Ten Months Later

“Aurora had her baby!” I shriek. It’s Sunday morning and I’ve just been woken up by Aurora’s text. A huge smile spreads across my face as I stare at the photo that she texted us girls. The baby is tiny and so adorable. Oh, those cheeks!

I look at the photo for another handful of seconds, then rock Gabe awake to show it to him. Gabe and I have been married for three months now, and waking up next to him everyday is the best thing ever.

Gabe opens one eye, looks at my phone, sleepily says something about the baby being adorable, then tries to pull me toward him to spoon.

But I’m too excited to stay in bed. I mean, come on, one of my best friends just had a baby! I’ve been waiting for this moment ever since Aurora told me she was pregnant.

“Come on mister, get up,” I coax Gabe, and try to pull him out of bed. But it’s useless; the guy’s twice as big as me. But, finally, Gabe obliges me and gets up. We get ready together so we can go meet the baby.

Within the hour, we’re walking into Aurora and Cole’s room at the hospital, carrying flowers and a gift bag with a baby blanket inside. The second I get my first glimpse at the little nugget in Aurora’s arms, my heart melts. I mean, it just melts.

“She’s beautiful,” I say, looking up from the baby to split a glance between Aurora and Cole. “Congratulations. I’m so happy for you both.”

“Here, you should hold her, Marisa,” says Aurora.

I carefully take the baby from her and sit down on a loveseat up against the wall. Gabe sits next to me and we just stare in awe. We literally don’t look up from the baby until the hospital room door opens and Elle and Lindsay come in, bringing more flowers and congratulations.

I pass the baby off to them so they can take their turns soaking her up. As Gabe and I stand together, I lean my head against Gabe’s shoulder and he gently squeezes my hip.

“Pretty sure we need one of those,” Gabe says.

I look up at him and smile. “A baby?”

He grins and nods, and my heart swells. We’ve talked about how we both want kids, but we haven’t made actual plans to start trying for them yet.

“Okay,” I say. My body is already tingling, thinking about him filling me with his seed. “How about we get started on that tonight?”

“It’s a date,” says Gabe, and he drops his hand down lower to give my ass a loving squeeze.
