To accomplish this feat without her losing her virginity, they used artificial insemination. Her father, through his company, obtained the sperm. She disguised herself and went to a doctor on her own. It took about twelve attempts and multiple abortions for her to get pregnant with triplets. Shortly after the babies were born, they had someone kill the doctor. No need to take a chance that he might have recognized her and threaten to expose her and her father.

Her father was the only living person who knew about the artificial insemination, the abortions, and the true father, and his raised eyebrows was reminding her of it. Her father knew a lot about her—but not everything. She was anything but a virgin. Shortly after high school, she regularly disguised herself and hit the clubs. She craved sex and was easy prey for men. After about ten minutes, at the most, of flirting with men, she would offer herself to them and then go to their place or their car, whatever worked best at the time. She even frequently had multiple men at the same time but never the same men more than once and she alternated the clubs that she visited.

Because of her powers, she had no fear of men raping her. Nevertheless, some men were too rough with her. That was a mistake. She made them pay for it and would leave. She wanted to kill them on the spot, which would have been easy while they were scrunched over in pain, but that would have left a trail and jeopardized her grand plan of taking over the world.

However, being president, would make it harder to satisfy her constant sexual urges. She would have to figure out a way. She had some ideas.

After a few minutes, cabinet members entered the Oval Office: Bruce Wade, the Secretary of the Treasury; Colin Grant, the Secretary of the Defense; Wesley Tate, the Secretary of the State; Tara Wilson, the Secretary of Education, the only female and African American on her cabinet. Zelda only wanted men on her cabinet because she couldn’t use her powers on women, but it was against Materism not to elevate mothers. Materism preached that mothers were superior to men. Actually, she should have all women on her cabinet. This was going to be a problem with true Maters, who were surely to frown that she had mostly men in her cabinet. She needed their support and hoped that this wouldn’t offend them too much.

After they all did the sign of the Z, they sat around her desk as she had her assistant prearrange the chairs. Zelda didn’t want to sit in the Oval Office’s lounge area where there were sofas and cushioned chairs. She prepared the current arrangement where she sat higher than everyone.

Zelda began, “Okay, I called you here this morning to discuss four crucial items: the economy, our nation’s defense, our foreign affairs, and our educational progress. Let’s start with the economy. Now, General Chandler has filled me on some of the developments. My understanding is that it is not going smoothly on the economic side. There’s some chaos. People are unsure of what’s going on. Bruce, is that correct?”

  “Yes, Madam President.”

She was starting to like her new title.

Bruce was the youngest, at 42, of the cabinet members and a long-time, loyal, Mater follower. Zelda briefly fantasized fucking him. He had dark hair, almost black, tall, built, and piercing brown eyes. Yes, she had to have him. It was good that he was married. He would be easy to persuade and be quiet about it afterwards.

Bruce went on, “I think this can be resolved by having the media explain it better. We could give them some talking points, and then we should also have one of us or several of us do a press conference. I think that might be a good idea.”

Not only was he gorgeous, but he was also smart. She loved it that he always had solutions to problems. He wasn’t the type of person who always pointed out the problems without solutions like her idiot chief of staff.

Zelda nodded her approval, and said, “I agree.” She turned towards her chief of staff and said, “General, coordinate this right after our meeting.”

“Yes, Madam President,” the general said and started writing on his pad of paper.

“Bruce, summarize things for me,” Zelda said.

Bruce replied, “Correct me if I’m wrong, Madam President, but I want to make sure I understand our goals.”

  “Sure, go ahead,” she said.

“The infidels must forfeit their assets, which includes their houses. They must eventually live in apartments after their Mater education. Is that correct?”

“Yes.” She was a little perturbed that he had to clarify this obvious goal that she clearly communicated. Maybe he wasn’t as smart as she originally thought.

“Maters, on the other hand, will occupy these houses that the infidels vacated.”

“Yes. Will there be enough houses for all the Maters?”

“No, Madam President. Some of them will have to live in apartments because we don’t have enough housing to go around, but we’ll put them in nicer apartments.”

“Okay, how’s the pay scale going?” Zelda asked.

“As we all know, the government pay scale goes from a one to a fifteen grade or levels with ten steps within each level. The Maters are all going to be at least ten or above depending on their loyalty and expertise. Infidels will be the opposite. They’ll be less than ten.” He paused and seemed hesitant to continued. “Madam President, if I may make a suggestion.”

  Zelda nodded.

“The immediate transition to this new pay scale has caused problems. I think we should have at least a thirty day or more transition period. This has overwhelmed us at the registration stations. The lines are long, and people are anxious. It is too much to handle all at once.”

Another doubter, thought Zelda. Her chief of staff and Bruce were probably right, but she did not want to stop the momentum and show any weakness. She replied, “I understand your concern, but we need to continue. If anyone starts to cause problems, Colin will take care of them. Right, Colin?”

Colin, the Secretary of Defense, nodded in agreement.

Zelda continued, “Bruce, how’s the health care system coming along? I hope that it is well received.”

“As you know, that is a popular program. People love the free health-care-for-all concept. Even the infidels will have access to free healthcare in the conversion camps and when they are eventually released.”

This was an important strategy for Zelda. She had to keep a large majority of the people happy if she were to keep her power. Her strategy was to treat the Maters well by giving them higher pay, nice housing conditions, free healthcare, and perceived power. Giving everyone, including infidels, free healthcare, further carried out the goal for the Maters but could also help in truly converting infidels to Materism. She wanted the Maters to genuinely believe that Zelda’s world was a better world for them.

Zelda spoke, “We want these infidels to convert. We would like to prevent a civil war. We need to treat them with somewhat dignity unless they start revolting.”

They all shook their heads in agreement.

Bruce asked, “What about the doctors? They’re used to making millions. If they go on our pay scale, they will not want to continue in that capacity.”

“Yeah, I expected that,” Zelda said. “I think we need to make an example of a few and leak it that we’re punishing noncompliant doctors.” Zelda hated to admit it to herself, but these were all good questions that she should have thought of before the conversion.

“What about the infidel doctors?” asked Bruce. “Some of them are already in the conversion camps.”

Zelda pondered this question, and finally said, “Once they are branded and injected with the Freedom Chip, put them back out to serve the people, but keep close tabs on them and require them to attend nightly Materism school.”

Bruce went on, “Okay, as you requested, we shut down the stock market and the old banking system as we know it, and the government has taken over the banking system. There are no wealthy people in this country anymore.”

  “Hallelujah,” exclaimed Zelda’s father.

The others smiled and nodded their heads in agreement, but it seemed fake t
o Zelda.

“Bruce,” Zelda said, “that is a crucial point that we need to drive home at the press conference. People need to know that the greedy wealthy assholes that used to run this country are no longer in power. If they are not Maters, they will be working on the farms. All Maters will earn a decent living. There will be no homeless people, and everyone will have free healthcare. We need to emphasize this. This is important.”

“Yes, Madam President,” the cabinet murmured together.

“Madam President,” Bruce continued, “the owners of businesses will continue to own the business if they are Maters, and their pay will fluctuate depending on how well they do. Only in limited circumstances will we allow infidels to keep their business, and these circumstances are situations where it is not easy or feasible to find a capable Mater replacement.”

“I trust that these are rare situations?” Zelda asked.

  “Yes, of course,” Bruce replied.

Bruce was ready to continue, but Zelda cut him off. “Colin, please update us on our nation’s defense. Now, General Chandler has updated me on the situation. We have decided to eliminate the violent criminals by firing squad, and we’re going to neutralize the non-violent criminals. The general will go over the details with you.”

The group collectively jerked but then just as quickly regained their composure.

Colin gulped and opened his file folder.

Although this meeting was important, she did not want it to drag on too long because they needed to implement their ideas, including the all-important press conference. She gestured him to hurry.

“Madam President,” Colin, another gray-haired, retired general, began, “Since President Tillman expanded the military over his term, we have approximately five million active military personnel. Before him there was only a little over a million.”

“Okay, I get it,” Zelda snapped. “You don’t have to give the history. Just tell me how many we have.”

  “Sorry, Madam President.”

She loved these powerful men kissing her ass.

Colin continued, “Okay, so we have about five million military and about one-point-five million in local police, and we issued them all the standard white, Mater uniforms, which they are required to keep spotless. If they don’t keep their uniforms clean, we will punish them. We have to keep good controls.”

“Okay, good,” Zelda commented. “How is the containment going?”

Colin sighed and composed his thoughts. “The incentive that we have for the infidels that are parents is simple: we have their minor children. We also have their adult children as well, but the minor children are our most important leverage. To keep the parents cooperative, we must make them believe that they are going to get their kids back, and we’ll keep that incentive out there even when their kids become adults. We’ll keep dragging it out holding that incentive out there, but they will never be able to see their kids. They will think or keep wishing that they will.”

  “Good,” Zelda said.

Colin continued, “Eventually they’ll rebel, but by that time we will have the country completely secured.” Colin paused and reviewed his notes. “Now, the adults who are not parents causes us problems. We don’t have any carrots for them—no incentives for still being peaceful. What we’re going to do with them is keep them in the conversion camps longer until we feel that they are truly converted, which will be a long time.”

Zelda liked and trusted Colin. He was loyal to her father and appeared devoted to her. He, like her chief of staff, was highly respected by the military personnel.

“How about the ones we haven’t captured, the escapees, if you will?” asked Zelda.

“Yes, I referred to them as ‘escapees.’ That is our biggest problem. And that is our number one concern. We’re going to smoke them out. We’re closing the borders and will publicly execute anyone who tries to cross. I think maybe we should communicate this on our press conference.”

Zelda thought about this for a moment, and said, “Ahh, I’d rather not say it but just do it, and let the word spread. Maybe just mentioned that it is illegal for anyone to enter or leave the country.”

  “Okay.”

Zelda continued, “One thing I want to make sure that the public understands is if you’re a Mater, life is going to be great. Make sure the media has live video of how pleased the Maters are handling the conversion. Interview some of them and let them share their positive experiences. That will do a lot for our public relations.”

“I agree,” General Chandler, her chief of staff, said. “Before we move on, Madam President, don’t you think we should address our opposition leaders first. You know, the remaining senators, congressmen, and governors who openly oppose us. I think we should clarify how to handle them.”

Zelda was glad he mentioned this as this posed the longest-term threat to her. She had ideas, but she thought she would see what Colin would say. “Colin, what’s going on with them, and how should we handle them going forward?”

Colin shuffled through some of his papers. “Fortunately, almost all of them are parents, but their kids are mostly grown up now. Nevertheless, our leverage with them is the same as other infidels who are parents. We have paid special attention to the politicians and have rounded up about ninety-five percent of their either minor or adult children. We have also detained most of the politicians, but I need to check with you, Mother, whether we should brand them, like the other filthy infidels, and whether we should inject them with the Freedom Chip.”

“Yes, I want them to be branded and injected,” Zelda said, “but not right away. I will let you know when, but we must keep them in custody.”

Colin continued, “Overall, we will capture the escapees by smoking them out. We have already announced a rewards system for Maters who turn in infidels, and I think we need to reemphasize this on the press conference.”

  “Yes, I agree,” said Zelda.

Colin said, “So the escapees have to worry about Maters turning them in, and they can’t purchase anything with cash or credit cards. Cash and credit cards are worthless. They can’t get any gasoline because they don’t have a Freedom Chip to buy it, so they can’t get far in a car. We also have checkpoints on the interstates and many state highways.”

Zelda smiled. Although there were complications on the conversion, Colin seemed to have a good plan in place. Zelda checked her watch. Too much time had gone by. She needed to hurry things along. “Okay, thanks Colin,” she said. “Tara, what do you have on the educational side?”

Tara was slightly older than Bruce at about forty-five, thin, with a big, stylish afro. Zelda never got it on with another woman but fantasized about it many times. She was attracted to Tara, which was one of the reasons she kept her on the cabinet. The reason why she never tried to get it on with another woman was that she didn’t have the power over them that she had over men, but she would like to experiment with Tara.

Tara began, “Briefly, we have separated the Mater children from the infidel children. The Mater children already had the chip before the conversion, so we don’t have to worry about injecting them. We keep the infidel kids in special camps for conversion therapy. As you previously suggested, we are not branding the infidel children yet. It’s too painful to them.”

  Zelda nodded.

“We have two incentives for the infidel children: One, if you’re good, we won’t brand you. Two, if you’re good, you will be able to see your parents. We have strategically branded some of the misbehaved kids to send a message. It has been highly effective so far.”

  “Good job, Tara,” Zelda said.

“Mother, what should we do about pregnant women or the newly born babies?”

Zelda frowned because the answer was simple. “Tara, the answer is simple. If they are Maters, they keep the babies. If they are infidels, we take the babies after they wean off their mothers.”

Zelda studied the cabinet members’ expressions. They all sat stoned faced. She knew this was a
touchy subject and most of them probably didn’t approve. She needed to erase any doubts that they have. She said, “Is everyone clear on that?”

Some of them said, “Yes, Mother.” Others said, “Yes, Madam President.”

  “Tara, continue,” said Zelda.

“As far as educating the infidels children, we are doing that. We have plenty of loyal Maters teaching them the scriptures with an emphasis on the eight commandments.”

“How are they reacting?” asked Zelda.

“Well, it’s only been twelve hours, but they are scared, they miss their parents, and don’t want to stay. Honestly, it’s been chaotic, Mother. It’s hard to keep control, but the few brandings that we have done have sent a clear message.”

“It’s very important that you get a handle on those kids,” Zelda said. Zelda sighed. Chaos seemed to be the common theme. Chaos was bad for her. She needed people to comply. Zelda continued, “Do we need to get Colin involved with these kids, Tara?”

“We might,” said Tara. “If we can’t get these kids under control within the next few days, we may need reinforcements.”

This response surprised Zelda because she thought for sure that Tara wouldn’t want Colin stepping on her territory. It must be really bad.

“Okay,” Zelda said. “Let us know if you need any help.” Zelda turned to the Secretary of the State, Wesley Tate, “Wesley, how are we doing on the foreign affairs front?”

“The stock markets crashed on all the foreign exchanges. Their economies are tanking. There is massive global panic. But countries are forming alliances: Russia, China, Japan, and most of Europe. The major powers are scheduling a summit on how to address our nuclear weapon capability. They’re worried that we may unleash our weapons on the world. They’re demanding that we pay back the money that we owe them, especially China, who, as you know, has purchased billions of our T-bills.”

Zelda asked, “How’s Mexico and Canada reacting? You didn’t mention their names.”

“So far, they have not joined the other nations, but they are thinking about it. If they join, we could be seriously isolated and vulnerable to attack.”
