I can't even with Beth. I don't know why. I just can't. Maybe it's because I'm not a rock bands doing ballads kind of girl, or maybe it's because even Gene and the rest of the band look like, “OMG, we seriously have to do this? This sucks,” in the official Beth video. Doesn't matter. Just know that I can't help the way I feel, and this opinion is coming from a girl who A. Used to make Gene drinks when he'd visit Rick’s Cabaret in New Orleans, and B. Has attended concerts on more than one Kiss farewell tour, including the 2000 farewell tour with Peter and Ace. Beth was the pre-planned bathroom break song. Because we knew we weren't gonna miss anything epic. You are allowed to disagree with me, of course. But let me add that Kevin is not the type of roach who could ever possibly like Beth. Or I Was Made for Loving You. You know, the Kiss disco song? Dude. He hates that song so much, he almost returned his Kiss Army badge. Almost.
