  About The Author

  Introduction

  Mrs. Luna ‘Moon’ Steele.

The thought alone gives me goosebumps, but there is still no happily ever after for us yet. Everything seems to stand in the way of my Aceholes and I, but we stand together. Through thick and thin, till death do us part.

My egg donor is dead, and The Games have finally arrived. Stepping into Beechwood Hall, the challenges surprise even me. Featherstone seems to want our blood, or is Totem behind even this? We must find our way, as we move into the darkness.

Will we survive the carnage, or will we be consumed by the depths of hell they’re willing to put us through?

More secrets are unravelling before us. Will Totem’s heir be revealed?

The new-found truths leave me gasping for breath. I’m done with everyone else’s rules, I’ve played along, but now it’s time to finish what I started.

I’ll tear down the walls of Featherstone Academy, and Totem along with it.

Our Bloodline is a 94,000 word novel, and is the third book in the Featherstone Academy Series.

This book contains dark content that may be considered a trigger for some readers. With that in mind, it is recommended for readers 17+

This is a full-length reverse harem college romance novel, meaning the main character has more than one love interest. It also contains steamy scenes including intimate MMF and MMMFM.

  RECOMMENDATION ALERT

So, just to be on the safe side, if my dad, or my nan happened to recommend my book to you, and you’ve made it this far, I bow down to thee. But PLEASE they are not allowed to read this book, or know the specifics that go on LOL so act casual in future conversations.

They have been the craziest supporters, but they’d recommend it to anyone that’ll listen LOL

  PROLOGUE

  (Totem)

They used to underestimate me, but now they fear my very existence.

What I have now is not enough, it will never be enough.

I want it all; I’m done living in the shadows. Soon, Featherstone will be mine.

I feed off power, and I’ll do whatever it takes to have more, to be more than my bloodline ordains.

To do this, I need a following, an heir to walk beside me. Believing in my vision and the carnage we can cause.

I’ve destroyed everyone that has tried to stand in my way, biding my time, and all I need now is her.

  My Little Moon.

  CHAPTER ONE

  (Luna)

** Nine Days Before The Games **

My heart pounds in my chest as my palms sweat in anticipation of the conversation that’s coming.

Climbing into the Rolls Royce with Parker close behind, I get as comfortable as possible in the leather seat. Nervously rubbing my hands down my black skirt while staring out of the window, not actually taking any of the scenery in.

We’re heading back to Ace block with the thumb drive we received from West, which has all the documents and files he gathered on The Games. Yet, my mind is solely focused on what I’m about to ask Parker.

“Hey, Angel. Are you okay? You seem a little distant,” Parker says quietly from beside me, pulling my attention away from the Academy grounds.

Turning slowly to face him, my eyes trail over his tattooed fingers, lingering on the skull and anchor ink, before running up his perfectly buttoned shirt, to his lush plump lips. His curly brown hair has my fingers itching to play, but it’s his hazel eyes that hold me captive.

The more I look at him, the louder my heartbeat thumps in my ears. Wetting my lips, I pause, searching for the right words.

“I … I have something I want to talk to you about, alone. I just don’t know how to say it,” I murmur, undoing my blazer buttons and loosening my collar. This is causing me too much anxiety, my whole body feeling as though it could burst into flames at any moment.

Worry crinkles the corners of Parker’s eyes as he frantically searches mine.

“Angel, you know you can talk to me about anything, right?” He reaches his hand across the armrest between us, lacing our fingers together. The gentle squeeze of encouragement he offers helps settle my nerves a little.

“I need you to hear me out before you say no, okay?” I don’t want him to shut me down without listening to everything I have to say. This is a big deal, I know that, which is why I’m scared of his rejection, even under the circumstances.

Covering up his anxiety, he tries to muster a smile, but my emotions are affecting him. I want to run my thumb between his eyes and take away the worry lines that mark his skin.

“Luna, just talk to me. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I struggle to say no to you because I want to make you happy.”

Blowing out a breath, I push my insecurities to the side and focus. “While I was in New York, I had time to talk with Rafe and Juliana. We talked about a lot of topics, and even though I di
dn’t want to talk about you guys, they continued to push the subject until I did.”

Offering him a weak smile, I can see by his face that my words are adding to his confusion. I try to squeeze his hand, just as he did mine, offering reassurance while my brain continues to try and formulate the right words. My apparent fear of rejection taking over. He doesn’t say a word, giving me the time I need to go at my own pace.

“One of the topics we talked about … was you.” He nods gently, maintaining eye contact with me, and I can feel my chest begin to flush pink as my breathing becomes heavier. “I have some information and a really big question to ask you. I know I pushed you all away when I came back, but I want you to know, I would have always told you everything.”

My emotions are starting to show, my mask of indifference slipping as my lips quiver and I’m unable to contain the shake in my hands. Parker must feel it too because he leans in close, somehow looking deeper into my eyes.

“Breathe, Angel,” he whispers, and I feel the air that passes his lips caress my face. It somehow helps ground me enough to calm the frantic beating in my chest.

“Parker, I know your bloodline,” I breathe out, and his whole body stiffens. “But I don’t want you to take it.” Pausing, I take a deep breath to center myself again. “I want you to share mine.”

Silence surrounds us as he slowly slouches back into his seat, sinking into the leather as he processes my words. I know I’m throwing a deep conversation at him here, and I want to give him my full support, but he may need some time to wrap his head around all of this. He needs to chat with the others, I just don’t want him to push me away.

“What do you mean by ‘you want to share yours’?” He quietly questions, squeezing my hand tightly, leaving me confused.

“I, err, do you not want to discuss the first part of what I said?” I stutter, surprised by his calmness, even though he still hasn’t moved.

“No, not really. I’m more interested in the part where you said ‘I want you to share mine’ and what that means.”

Locked in his gaze, we can’t seem to pull away from the emotions pulsing between us. He waits patiently for me to answer, treating me delicately like he always does.

“I want you to marry me and share my bloodline.”

The words leave my mouth in a whisper. I know he heard me, so there’s no taking it back now. He stares at me for what feels like hours, maybe even days, and I slowly start to backtrack.

“I know you don’t love me, Parker. That’s not what I’m saying here. I want you out of your father's web-”

My words are cut off by Parker’s lips on mine. His lips are usually soft and gentle, so it takes me by surprise when he crushes his mouth to mine. Parker releases my hand, dropping it into my lap so he can cup my face. Slowly catching up, my palms find his chest as I respond to the demand of his lips, allowing him access to take me entirely. My brain can’t process the dominant touch from Parker, but my body melts against him, offering him complete control.

A throat clears, forcing us to separate our lips. We take a moment to catch our breath as he rests his forehead against mine. The emotion that plays in his eyes mirrors my own, as I fumble to gain control of myself.

“Yes.” As simple as that. He is willing to put all his trust in me without question or concern.

“Parker, I really need you to think about this, and chat with the guys, okay? There’s more at stake here than just getting married. We’re a team no matter what, and we need to be open with everyone.”

Before he can respond, Oscar’s calling us from outside. “Will you two get your horny asses out here? Or at least make room so I can join you.”

Parker sighs, but smiles at my exaggerated eye roll. Ian offers a simple nod as he holds the door open, giving us space to step out.

“Are you okay?” Oscar asks, suddenly in my face. His messy blonde hair moving with the breeze, as he strokes his thumb gently over my cheek. The emotion I feel when I look at him too, completely overwhelms me.

“I’m fine,” I say with a gentle smile, reigning myself in. Happy with what he sees on my face, he plants a gentle kiss to my lips and steps back.

“Jess isn’t feeling too great, so I’m going to drop her off, and meet you up there.” I search for Red to check on her myself.

She’s standing by the automatic doors, looking nervously around. Slipping past Parker and Oscar, I make sure she’s okay.

Smiling, she shakes her head at me. “I’m alright, just tired, that’s all.” She doesn’t seem physically exhausted, but maybe she just needs a mental break.

“Are you sure? We can have girl time if you’d like?” I offer, resting my hand on her shoulder.

“Nope, I’m going to make a hot chocolate and curl up on the sofa with a book, a sexy reverse harem one.” I raise an eyebrow at her but nod in understanding. She clearly needs some alone time to relax.

“Make sure you eat, Red. Otherwise, I’ll be forced to put you under full Oscar surveillance,” I say with a wink, and she gives me a copy of my own eye roll. Sassy bitch. She makes me chuckle, as Oscar leads her to the elevator.

“That sounds like a good idea. I can monitor your food intake, bathroom breaks and definitely make sure there are no boys,” Oscar adds, and she growls at him as the elevator doors shut.

I feel Parker step up behind me. His hands find my hips as his lips brush against my neck. Tilting my head backward, I feel him smile against my skin.

“You save me time and time again, angel. I’ll discuss it with the guys because like you said, this decision affects all of us, but I’m yours. I want to be Parker Steele.”

  *****

  (Parker)

My heart hasn’t calmed its rapid beating in my chest since those words passed her lips.

I want you to marry me and share my bloodline.

It has repeated over and over in mind while we’re supposed to be sorting through all this information for The Games. My gaze keeps straying back to her, but I can’t help it. She’s already the center of my everything. I’ve known it since she willingly tattooed the feather on my arm, I just didn’t truly understand this feeling yet. Since our conversation in the Rolls, I see her in a different light. Truly my angel.

I’m obsessed with the way her emerald green eyes sparkle when she laughs with us, and when her mouth scrunches up and her nose wrinkles when she reads something she doesn’t like about The Games.

My heart kicks into overdrive at the thought of what she’s offering me. A family, a level of security I’ve never truly had.

“From the unauthorized files, I was also able to compile a list of recommended weapons. We should be able to get them from the vaults,” Kai says, pulling me back to the present.

Luna hums in response. “I don’t know about you guys, but I can get us plenty of access to weapons from the Gibbs vault. If you print the list out, I could go down on Saturday to see what could be useful. From what their experiences said, they weren’t given time to go to the vaults, only being able to take weapons they had in their room.”

“I’ll go with you, Princess. We can go before or after we meet the agent, whatever you want to do,” Roman offers, and she smiles lightly as she closes her eyes.

“Great, on Sunday I’m meeting my Grandmother. It’s about time. I haven’t spoken to her since Washington, and she might be able to add anything we’ve missed,” she says, not opening her eyes and her voice getting softer.

Nobody responds as we all sit and stare at her, she looks so peaceful my heart could burst. Oscar strokes his hand through the waves of her brown hair as we all watch her drift off.

“She’s working herself too hard,” Kai whispers, not wanting to disturb her.

“You’re right. Between classes, the additional training and the life-changing revelations coming out of nowhere, she hasn’t really had time to rest,” Roman adds, staring down at her now sleeping form.

Taking this as my opportunity to finally say the words out lou
d and discuss it with my brothers, I clear my throat as quietly as possible. “While she’s sleeping, now might be the time to tell you about what she asked me on the car ride over.”

Three heads whip around to look in my direction, confusion in each of their eyes.

“What are you talking about?” Roman questions, but I shake my head.

“We need to move this conversation into the kitchen if we don’t want to wake her.” I nod my head in that direction, and they quietly maneuver out from underneath her, while making sure not to disturb her peaceful sleep. Oscar runs into her bedroom, reappearing moments later with her pillow and the blanket from the bottom of her bed.

I stand and watch him delicately cover her up, as do the others, before heading into the kitchen.

It’s instinctive to walk into the kitchen and turn the coffee machine on for her. Shaking my head, I step back to the fridge, which is closer to the door, and grab a bottle of water, handing some out to the others as well.

“What the fuck’s going on, Parker? I was comfortable with her lying against me,” Oscar whines, but he must see the seriousness on my face because he immediately stops talking.

Propped up against the fridge, I watch as the others get comfortable waiting for my response. Kai takes a seat at the kitchen table, while Roman leans against the wall, and Oscar sits on the countertop.

Damn. What am I supposed to say? If this is how I feel now, what must Luna have felt like in the car? Rubbing my hand rhythmically over the feather tattoo on my arm, I try to pull strength from it, to find the best way to repeat her words.

“While Luna was in New York, she found out my surname, what bloodline I stand for.” I pause, still not looking up from my feet, as everyone remains silent around me. “She doesn’t want me under Rico’s control. Luna wants me to take her bloodline … by marriage.”
