“In Fact, tell her you’ve met someone else and you’re leaving her. Then at least she won’t come looking for you.” Prez added.
“No, you’re going to kill me anyway.”
“You’re right. I am going to kill you.” His face turned pale and I watched as his adams apple bobbed in his throat as he swallowed his nerves.
“No. Please, you’ll be leaving my kids without their dad.” He pleaded.
“And what about my kid you killed when you raped my Old Lady?” I kicked him in the stomach and he doubled over in pain. He tried to scramble away but VP dragged him back to infront of me. “What about the pain you caused her?” VP yanked him to his feet and held him in place and I punched him in the face. “And the pain it caused me?” Punch. “How you ruined and broke her.” Punch. “Made her scared of her own shadow.” Punch.
“Ok. I’m sorry. What more can I say?” He put his hands up in surrender.
“Call your wife.” Prez demanded. Parker nodded and reached out for his phone that Itch was now holding. He dialled a number and put it to his ear. “On speaker phone.”
We all listened in silence as he told his wife that he was leaving her and that she should go onto Spain without him. We heard her cry and plead for him not to do this. He ended the call telling her not to contact him again. The phone fell out of his hand as he collapsed to the floor, looking defeated. I smashed the phone under my boot and took pleasure in laughing at this poor excuse of a man.
“You deserve a lot worse than this. But you’re not worth the time away from my girl.” I cocked my gun and shot him in the leg, then the arm, the stomach and finally in the chest. I watched as he lay there gasping for breath, I wanted him to suffer and alone.
We left him in there and gathered outside around our bikes.
“I’m getting back to my girl.” I stated.
“We’ll sort the rest of this out. Go and give her the good news.” The Prez slapped me on the back as I climbed onto my bike and headed to the one person who completed my life.
Beauty
IT HAD BEEN two months since Riz had told me that Parker was no longer a threat. I cried my eyes out in relief and was happy to live my life worry free. Not having to constantly wonder if he would be back for me.
I passed my driving test with flying colours and I had been given a full time paid job at Bluebells dancing school.
I loved looking after our home, cleaning and cooking and Riz always rewarded me in the best ways that he could. We had officially christened every room in this house.
I stopped loading the dishwasher when there was a knock at the front door. I glanced at the clock to see that it was nearing four in the afternoon and Riz would be back soon.
I hurried over to the door and slowly pulled it open. No one apart from the club members and family knew that we lived here. I was surprised to see Naomi standing there. I looked over her shoulder and Buzz was leaning against his car. I waved my hand in his direction and he shot me a chin lift.
“I’m having a boy.” Naomi sung, happily.
“Oh my god. I completely forgot today was your scan. Why didn’t you remind me, I would have come with you.” I held her tight in congratulations.
“It’s ok, Buzz came with me.”
“He did, huh?” I rose my eyebrow in question as she pushed past me and headed into my kitchen and straight for the fridge.
“I’m starving.” She pulled out a punnet of strawberries and began devouring them as she sat on a stool at the breakfast bar. I poured her a glass of water and placed it in front of her.
“So, what’s going on with you and the VP?”
“Um….” She blushed as she looked away from me. “He’s been really sweet. He’s helped redecorate all of Heather’s old bedroom furniture for the baby.”
“Are you two an item?” I asked as I finished loading the dishwasher.
“No.” She shook her head. “Well, he did kiss me last night. But we haven’t talked about it. I’m sure he doesn’t want to get stuck raising someone else’s baby.” She looked upset.
“What’s wrong?” I placed my hand over hers and she had tears in her eyes.
“I like him, I really do.”
“So tell him.”
“I don’t think I could cope with the rejection right now. I should just be concentrating on little George for now.”
“Oh my god, you’ve already named him?”
“It’s my dads name.”
“That’s really lovely. I’m sorry your parents aren’t here to enjoy this with you.”
“Me too. I know they’ll be looking down on us and protecting us.”
“Princess?” Riz called out as he walked in through the front door.
“In here.” I called out from the kitchen. He walked around the corner with a bunch of tulips in his hand, all yellow.
“For my Beauty.” He smiled as he kissed me on the lips and handed me the flowers.
“Ah, how sweet.” Naomi gushed. “I had better get back. I’ll speak to you later.”
“Don’t hold back, tell him how you feel.” I told her. She nodded her head and headed towards the front door.
“What was all that about?” Riz asked as he picked at the remaining strawberries.
“Naomi and Buzz kissed. But she’s not sure what it meant. He went with her for her scan today. Has he said anything?”
“Uh, princess. Us guys don’t talk about shit like that.”
I yawned and riz bundled me into his arms and I placed my head against his chest.
“I’m exhausted today.”
“Maybe you’re doing too much. This place is spotless and you’ve cooked as well as working today. Shall we hire a cleaner to help?”
“No.” I shook my head. “I don’t want a stranger in here. I was thinking of maybe reducing my hours at work for the minute.”
“Really? But you love it there?”
“But do you know what I’d love more?” I pulled back slightly so I could look at him.
“What’s that?”
“To be a stay at home mum.” I smiled.
“Are… Are you pregnant?” The look of shock on his face was priceless and I couldn’t help but giggle.
“Yes. We’re having a baby.” He cheered out loud as he picked me up and spun me around in a circle.
“You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, Beauty. I love you so much.”
“I love you too, Ryder.”

About the Author
Kacey Hamford is a pen name for me (Kelly). I am in my thirties and started this journey in 2014, I love to read romance books about rockstars, so thought I would have a go at writing one myself. I really enjoyed it and got a boost of confidence once my books started selling.
I have gone on to write a young adult series, set in a college. The series is still on going.
I also have an MC series, it was something different for me to write and I enjoyed it so much, especially when I got readers telling me they would love to read books about the sub characters.
I work full time as a dog groomer, I love to read and my friends and family are very important to me. They are all so supportive of my writing career and encourage me to carry on.
