The rest of the concierge staff is made up of Yeshua, Azeem, Karim, Ismael, Dalia, Annette, Sowie, Jotha, and three elder Ravens that managed to survive 150 years of service to the Court - Maxine Schatten, Susan Nessus, and Mariane Ombre.
As we were moving into the house, the first visitor we received through the portal was Jotha. She is the 19 year-old Goblin girl I impregnated after defeating her father’s challenge for the crown of the Goblin court right after Christmas. Upon her arrival she stated she wanted to be Grace’s lady-in-waiting. Grace accepted her service, but she insisted Jotha have a productive role, too. So she works on the concierge team around Grace’s schedule. Grace essentially treats her like a squire. She will also be attending classes at Yavapai County Community College in Cottonwood starting in the next term. Jotha’s younger sister, the 17-year old - now 18-year old - Krena, plans to join us when her current training rotation completes at the end of April. I recall Krena was quite enthusiastic about me breeding her, too. I suspect she will become a concubine before long.
We had a ‘family meeting’ the day after Myra returned from visiting the Desert Moon clan. All the core family - wives, concubines, my close guards, and concierge staff - attended. I formally proposed to Eileen, Zandra, Selene, Frannie, and Sera. I also stated to the group that anyone currently a concubine may choose to become a wife, and I encouraged them to accept. Liesl stood up immediately, got down on one knee and proposed to me right there. I accepted and she smiled brilliantly at me. Jessica, Tiphanae, Sherrine, Charli, and Geri followed suit shortly thereafter. Corrina and Solange looked conflicted, but both decided to hold off for now. Trina and Georgia both demurred out of hand. Daphne said ‘no thank you,’ but she looked pretty conflicted, too. I suspect she will change her mind eventually despite how much she likes being my property. Sowie, Karla, and Marisol all shake their heads. Erica says she likes being able to indiscriminately jump into bed with any wife or concubine. She’s not sure she would feel so free about that if she were married.
We established rules for adding to the core family. We agreed that the Chief Concubine, Queen of the Hearth, and myself all have to agree to any additions to the core family. We also agreed that anyone new becomes a concubine first. Kristina and Grace presented Jotha to become a concubine. I took the offered bite, and then kissed her as I healed the wound. Then we agreed that all the children and their mothers would be part of the core family at least until the children are adults. Before we adjourned, Marisol ran up and proposed to me, too. We all laughed lightly until Erica did it too - then we howled with laughter.
After we adjourned, I invited the children and their mothers to join us. I shared the story of the arrival of the Verdic, Sidhe, and Dragon peoples. There were a lot of questions and speculation. Kristina shared the outcome of our family meeting. Then we all broke into smaller conversations.
After just a couple of weeks working with the kids, they are all acting more open, positive, and affectionate with their mothers, each other, and myself. They all have connected with Kristina, Peg, Annette, and Geri. Melia has also befriended Jessica and L’liana, too - if she’s not with her mom or the other children, I can find her with one of the Elves.
I finally stop my reverie and kiss Myra passionately. I tell her afterward, “You’re right beloved. I think we all need to focus on recovery and on family businesses. I need to go visit Titania, and I’ll need to run to Hartford for the HCI project. Don and the HCI folks would probably like to see me after this four-week absence.”
Myra chuckles, “I think we blew Don’s mind with the wedding.”
I join her laughter. “Yeah, but I didn’t want to alienate him by not inviting him either. We do need to be careful with who we invite to the next ceremony.” I kiss her and caress her silky flesh some more. I say, “Thinking about invitations, Serena will probably send an invite to us before too long.”
Myra said, “Probably her spring ball at the Vernal Equinox. I expect you will meet Cimarron, the Lady of the East, at that event and have an invite from her shortly thereafter. You definitely need to spend some time with Titania. As you know, I visited her two days ago. She is trying, but it’s difficult for her to let her grudge go. You spending time with her will help.”
“I’ll reach out to Carolyn’s father to schedule some time,” I tell her.
Myra shakes her head, “Call her directly. It will have a bigger emotional impact.”
I nod, “Good point. Thanks, Beloved.”
At that point, there is a knock on the door and then Liesl walks in. She drops her wrap dress at the door and crawls into bed with Myra and myself. “My Lord and my Queen…” she kisses me passionately. “...there is a guest at the door asking for our Lord.” She kisses Myra with equal passion. “She says she is expected, my Lord Fiancé and my Queen.”
I caress Liesl’s firm round tushy as I look at Myra. “Beloved, I think you should join me. I think I know who this is.”
Myra nods and says, “Thanks, Liesl. You can join our Lord after we welcome our guest if you like.”
Liesl grins, “By myself, my Queen?”
Myra kisses her quickly and gets out of bed. “Unless you want to share, Sweetie.”
Liesl says, “Nope! All mine!” She wraps her arms around my neck and devours my mouth.
When she lets me go I tell Liesl, “Hold that thought, my Darling Fiancé.”
I pull on a pair of chinos, a polo shirt, and a pair of slides while Myra picks up Liesl’s discarded dress and puts it on. She winks at Liesl, “You won’t need it for a while.” We all laugh as we wave.
Liesl calls out, “She’s at the portal!”
Myra and I wait on the lift to the second floor to meet the waiting visitor. As we wait for the elevator door to open, Myra grins at me. “Bets?”
I shake my head. “I’m confident. What do you want to lose?”
She says, “If you’re right, you can have Mommy-Dearest in the Seraglio for a week rather than a weekend. If you’re wrong, I get to tie you up and make you watch me fuck all your wives.”
“Okay,” I say.
The elevator opens on the second floor. We walk around the corner, and I grin.
“Hello, Jane. You’re mother told me to expect you. Welcome,” I tell our new guest.
Captain Wei gives me a big grin. “She didn’t tell you who to expect, did she?”
I shake my head, “Nope, but I was pretty certain it was you. Your ensign was my second choice, but I figured she would want to have her navy career first.”
Jane nods her head, “Excellent logic, Jack. I put in my retirement papers as soon as I got back to the US. I’m here to make little Dragons with you. Are you game?”
“New rules,” I say. “I only have sex within the family. You’d have to become a concubine first. You could become a wife after settling in and getting the agreement from the other wives. If that works for you, I’m game.”
The tough navy Captain grins, “Works for me.”
I look at Myra. I wink before I say, “Call your mom.”

As I stated before, I started writing to get the stories out of my head! All of the people portrayed in this story are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is completely coincidental. I did work my fictional characters into situations in both real and fictional locations. I think it makes the story much more interesting to put my characters in locations you can visit yourselves.
I would like to think that it’s obvious that I have fun writing these stories. As in the two previous Green Lord books, the characters went off and did their own thing on mo
re than a couple of occasions. Jack and Eileen getting back together? I didn’t see that one coming until … well, you saw them on the dock and the plane. I thought for sure the Flight Attendant, Miranda, was going to jump into the middle of that, but Jack showed much more restraint than I expected. I had planned for a dragon to join the cast of characters, but Captain Jane Wei showed up earlier than I originally expected, and she didn’t show up where I had wanted her to initially. One of my favorite authors, Marilyn Foxworthy, always says she doesn’t know what her characters will do until they do it. I always had trouble believing that until I started writing the first book. My friends in Jack’s world have entertained me very well this time around.
As I got to the final battle scene, I decided that I could wrap the story up in three books after all. As a result, this is the last book in the Green Lord trilogy. I have an idea for another story with these characters, but if I pull it together it will be a stand-alone story. I need to think about it some more. I expect to put some short stories with this cast on Patreon over time, plus I have ideas for two Green Lord History books, too. You can probably guess one of them - ‘Arrival.’ I’ve already started the other - ‘True Seeing’ is the working title. My next book is a supernatural story that actually meshes with the Master of the Road stories I’m writing on Patron. It is called ‘Ghost Story,’ and I have almost a half of it written. That reality is a little different from the Green Lord’s, so I am being a little more deliberate with it rather than just laying out a ‘stream of consciousness’ onto empty pages. I also have wizardry, space adventure, and a different fae story in the queue. I look forward to putting those stories in your hands in the future.
I owe a lot to all of the sci-fi and fantasy authors I’ve read over the last 15 years. I’m a voracious reader, and only break from regular reading when work projects, music projects, or writing absorb my focus. I read a lot of the big names in ‘Harem-lit’ - William E. Brown, Daniel Schinhofen, William D. Arand (AKA Randi Darren), Michael-Scott Earle, John Van Stry (AKA Jan Stryvant), Eden Redd / Blue, Marilyn Foxworthy, M. Tefler, and Eric Vall. I also enjoy the works of Cebelius, Maxx Whittaker, Logan Jacobs, Daniel Pierce, and I’ve recently discovered Rodzil Labraun’s ‘Dystopian Girls’ series. There are so many good authors. Hopefully I’ll work my way up to that level. In the meantime, I appreciate your support and feedback.
I have done the Facebook and Patreon thing. I started posting teasers from Courting Crazy on Patreon, but now I’m writing a standalone series there - following the example of M. Tefler. Originally that story, ‘Master of the Road,’ was planned to be a straight erotic story, but again the characters have begun indicating there might be supernatural elements. I won’t publish that series on Amazon until about six months after it’s complete on Patreon to stay on my publisher’s good side. I’m maintaining a one premium post per month pace at the moment. If my patrons want more, then I’ll have to juggle.
I’m on my FaceBook page 2-3 times each week minimum. I’m a member of several groups, too. Here are a few I like to recommend:
