Diving in Deep (A Bay State University Novel Book 2) Page 23

“Surprise number two,” Anthony said with a grin. “We have our own private villa.”

“Oh my God,” I said, and raced to the front door. It was open so I went right in.

It was exactly what I imagined a tropical vacation place would look like. Everything was white and dark wood. Light and airy came to mind. I came to a full stop when I saw the view out the living room windows. It was white sand and ocean as far as I could see. I turned back to Anthony with a grin that went from ear to ear.

“Surprise number three, we’re right on the ocean and have our own beach.”

I ran over and jumped on him. “You are so getting laid,” I said, with a laugh. “But seriously, Anthony, this is too much for words. Thank you.”

“Anything for my girl,” he said, and I swear I melted on the spot. “I know it’s late afternoon here, but what’s the first thing you want to do?”

  “Can we eat? I’m starving.”

“Of course. Do you want to eat here or in town?”

“Here if you don’t mind. I’d like to look around this place then go out to the beach.”

  “Sounds good to me.”

I watched as he took out his phone and made a quick call. There was a knock at the door and a man in a chef’s coat came in.

“Karma,” Anthony said, “this is Ricardo. He’ll be our personal chef while we’re here.”

Holy fuck, a private villa, our own beach and a personal chef. I felt like I was in one of those books Kayleigh reads because there was no way this could be my life.

  “Are you okay?” Anthony asked.

“Yeah. I was just thinking how crazy this is for a girl from Oklahoma. It’s like a fairy tale.”

He wrapped me up in a hug. “You’d better get used to it if we’re going to be together. I like to spoil you and I have the means to do so.”

“I think I like the sound of that. I think I’ll go take a quick shower while Ricardo is cooking. See you in a bit.”

He smacked my ass as I walked away. After finding the bedroom where our luggage was placed, I walked into the huge en suite bathroom. I took a few pictures and shared them to Instagram. I was really happy there was cell service here so I could share my vacation with Kayleigh.

After a quick shower, I put on one of my new bikinis and threw on a cover-up. It smelled wonderful when I made it back to the kitchen. I finished watching Ricardo prepare our meal then we ate at the breakfast bar.

Anthony told me we also had a housekeeper who would take care of the dishes and laundry, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He gave me a kiss and went to take his own shower. I went out the sliding glass doors in the living room and sighed when my feet hit the sand.

There were two lounge chairs facing the ocean. I slipped into one and of course took more pictures. A few minutes later I could hear someone come out the door.

“Excuse me Miss,” Ricardo said. “I’ve made you my special drink.”

  “Oh, thank you.”

He set it down on the table that was between the lounge chairs. It was pink and frothy with a piece of pineapple on the side of the glass. I took a drink. I could taste some kind of alcohol in it, but it wasn’t overwhelming, and it was absolutely delicious,

“Ricardo, I think this is the best drink I’ve ever had.”

“Thank you. I’ve left a pitcher of it in the fridge and if you need more just have Mr. Anthony let me know.”

I took another drink and Ricardo left. I leaned back in the lounger and closed my eyes.

“I hope you have sunscreen on,” Anthony said a while later. “With your fair skin, you’ll burn to a crisp. That’ll suck for the rest of the vacation.”

“I do. Actually, I always do when I’m going to be in the sun.”

  “Good. Enjoying yourself so far?”

“It’s more than I could have ever imagined, and we’ve only been here for an hour. I can’t wait to see more of this place.”

  “Have you ever been snorkeling?”

  “No.”

“I think you’ll love it. Maybe we can do that tomorrow.”

  I grinned. “That sounds awesome.”

  ****

In the morning, I woke up to an empty bed, but the smell of food had me getting up and heading to the kitchen.

“Good morning sleepy head,” Anthony said, from the kitchen table.

“Good morning. What time is it?” I asked.

  “10:30.”

“Holy shit, I never sleep that long. Must be jet lag.”

“You’re on vacation, so in my opinion, you can sleep as late as you want.”

I grinned. “Sleep is good, but I want to do everything we can while I’m here. I might not ever get a chance to come back.”

My stomach took that opportunity to growl. Before I joined Anthony at the table, I got myself some bacon and fresh fruit salad as well as a pastry that looked like it came straight from a French bakery.

“What would you like to do today?” Anthony asked me.

“Can we go back to town? I’d like to see the shops and see the local people. And I definitely need to get some souvenirs to take back with me.”

“Of course, we can. Just let me know when you’re ready.”

An hour later, we were walking down a sidewalk full of people. There were so many things to look at. Every little store front had someone outside trying to get you to buy what they had. In just a few blocks, I saw everything from expensive diamond jewelry to cheap floppy beach hats.

We shopped for two hours and I was glad I had found things for Kayleigh and my parents. I got Kayleigh a cute new bikini and matching set of pink sapphire earrings and a necklace that I knew she was going to love. It was my way of easing a little of guilt I felt at not going home to Tulsa with her.

After shopping, we went for a drive along the ocean. I was amazed at how different the turquoise water looked in St. Lucia from the navy-blue color it was back in California. When I said something to Anthony about it, he just smiled at me and told me he had an idea.

“Here we are,” he said, as we pulled into a parking lot.

  “Where is here?”

  “Al’s Glass Bottom Boat Tours.”

I grinned and got out of the car as fast as I could. I’d never been in a glass bottom boat and I couldn’t wait to see what it was like.

Anthony rented out the entire boat and the captain took us out. It was amazing to see all the fish and coral, but what put the trip over the top was that we stayed out to watch the sun set. I didn’t have words for how beautiful and romantic it was. When we got back, I rewarded Anthony with a blow job on our private beach.

  ****

The next morning, I woke up with Anthony’s head between my legs.

“Mmm, that feels incredible,” I breathed. “But I need you to fuck me Anthony. I want your hard dick in my pussy.”

“You have such a dirty mouth,” he grinned. “I love that about you.”

He got up and put on a condom. “Get on your hands and knees,” he told me, when he got back to the bed.

I did. “Fuck!” I yelled, when he slammed into me. “Harder,” I said, a few strokes later.

At the rate he was going, I knew it wasn’t going to take me long to come. He was so deep in that position and it felt so good that when my orgasm hit me, I was sure I blacked out for a minute. I heard him yell my name and knew he was coming too.

He collapsed on me and when we could both move again, he got up and disposed of the condom.

“What a way to wake up,” I giggled.

He chuckled. “I can’t argue with that. Now get up,” he said, and smacked my ass. “We have a busy day.”

The “busy” day turned out to be snorkeling in the water off our private beach in the morning and hike in the jungle in the afternoon. I’d never thought about having sex in the middle of a jungle until Anthony had me pinned up against a tree with his dick in me. I’ll admit, I thought it was really hot.

Over the next few days, we di
d everything we possibly could on the island. He took me sailing, horseback riding and even ziplining. We went back to town a couple more times so he could buy me things to remember the trip. Like I’d ever forget it.

Every evening was spent on our private beach looking out at the ocean. Ricardo would bring us dinner and drinks while we watched the waves hit the beach. It was really like I was living in a romance novel.

And then there was the sex. We had lots of sex in a lot of places. Every room in the villa, in the lounge chairs on the beach, and even on the deck of sailboats. We couldn’t keep our hands off each other.

It had been the perfect vacation and I didn’t want it to end, but unfortunately on Saturday we had to return to the real world. As the plane took off, I waved out the window hoping one day I’d be able to go back there.

  Bodie

If you’d told me at the beginning of the year that I’d be spending my first Spring Break at college working, I’d have said you were out of your mind, but there I was, at the office with my dad … working.

The only thing that kept me going was Karma’s Instagram pictures. My dick twitched every time I saw her in one of her skimpy bikinis, but I could tell she was having a good time. I skipped by the ones with Anthony in them, because the guy was a douche, but the rest were awesome. She shared pictures of everything she was doing. I was happy she was enjoying herself.

As much as I’d have liked to be there with her, learning more of the business wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I did get to meet a famous celebrity who’d hired us for a security job, so that was cool. It just sucked that I couldn’t tell anyone about it.

“Bodie,” dad called from his office, “can you come here for a minute?”

I stopped what I was doing and went to see him. “What’s up?”

“I’m meeting a client at a warehouse this afternoon. He’d like us to set it up with a high-end system and I’d like you to come with me.”

  “Sure. When do we leave?”

“Thirty-minutes. I’m having you come with me for two reasons. First, to see what it’s like to do an off-site call, and second, to test your professionalism.”

“Okay.” I wasn’t really sure what to say to that. I could be “professional” when I needed to be. I’d spent a lot of my life around adults and if I didn’t act right, I got in serious trouble. I didn’t think being professional was much different than that.

An hour later, we pulled into a parking lot in an industrial area. There was a black SUV already there. When the man stepped out of the vehicle, I understood what dad had meant earlier. The meeting was with Antonio Pagano. I balled my fists and gritted my teeth.

“Son, this is a good lesson for you. You won’t always like who you’re working with but it’s still of the utmost importance to always act professional, even if you want to punch their lights out.”

I took a few deep breaths. “I can do this, dad.”

  “Okay, let’s go play nice.”

For the next hour, I walked around and listened to dad, doing my best not to look at Antonio Pagano because every time I did, I wanted to strangle him. Finally, we were able to get back in the car.

“You did well, Bodie,” dad said, as he started the engine. “Now, tell me everything I just told Antonio.”

I chuckled because dad probably thought I was too busy plotting Antonio’s death to pay attention to what he was saying, but I’d heard every word he said. I could see he was impressed when I was able to tell him all of the security measures he wanted.

“You can take off now,” dad said, when we got back to the office.

  “But it’s only 3:00.”

“You’ve earned it. And you know what, don’t bother coming in tomorrow. Take a couple of days and do something fun. You spent most of the break here and while I appreciate it, I remember what it’s like to be young and in college.”

  “Okay, thanks I guess.”

“You don’t sound sure about that.”

“It’s just that everyone is gone. Doing things alone is boring.”

  “What about Karma?”

“She’s in St. Lucia with Anthony.”

“How about that other girl you’ve been spending time with?”

“Tiffany? How do you know about her?”

He laughed. “Your sister likes to talk, remember.”

“Oh yeah. I guess, I could see if she’s free. She has a part time job and has been working most of the break.”

  “Sounds like a hardworking girl.”

“She is, but don’t get any ideas. We’re just friends.”

“Fine. But I really think you should try and do something fun for the next couple of days.”

“Alright. Well, thanks for this dad. Say hi to mom for me.”

I left the office and went straight to my car. I had an idea, so I called Tiffany on the way.

“Hey,” she said, when she answered.

“I have a strange question. If you could do anything in California right now, where would you go?”

  “Disneyland,” she said without hesitation.

  “Really?”

“Yeah. Even though I’ve lived here my whole life, I’ve never been able to go.”

“What would you say if I said we could leave tonight and go there for a couple of days and be back Sunday.”

“I’d say that would be awesome, but I have to work.”

“Could you find someone to cover for you?”

“Probably, but I need the money.”

I had to be careful how I worded the next few sentences. “Before you say no, hear me out. We’ve both spent the whole Spring Break working so far and I think we deserve to be able to do something fun. The entire trip would be on me and I could cover your lost wages. I really want to go have a good time and I haven’t been there in years. So, Tiffany, will you do me the honor of accompanying me to the happiest place on earth?”

She laughed and I hoped that was a good sign. “It sounds like fun, but I don’t feel right taking your money.”

“You’re not taking anything; you’re just coming along for the ride. Pleeeeease.”

That made her laugh again. “I’ll tell you what, I’ll see if I can get coverage and then I’ll call you back.”

  “Cool. Talk to you soon.”

Disneyland wouldn’t have been my first choice, but I think going there with Tiffany would be a blast. When I got back to the dorm, I immediately booked two flights for later tonight. They weren’t expensive so if we didn’t end up using them it didn’t really matter.

About an hour later my phone finally rang.

  “Hey,” I said to Tiffany.

“Hey. It’s on. I got coverage and my boss basically told me to go,” she said, with a laugh.

“Cool. Our flight leaves in three hours. I’ll be there to pick you up in thirty minutes.”

“You booked the flight without knowing if I’d be able to go?”

“Yeah, I wanted to be prepared.”

“Okay. I guess I’ll see you soon.”

I hung up and grinned. I had a feeling it was going to be lots of fun doing this with Tiffany.

  ****

Everything went fine with our flights and we got a hotel close to the park. I’d paid for us to get in early so now we were waiting outside the gate. I don’t think Tiffany had stopped smiling since we woke up this morning.

“I can’t believe we’re actually here and I get to go to Disneyland,” she said excitedly.

I chuckled. Seeing her excitement made me feel like a kid again too. Once the gates were open, I had to run to keep up with her. There was so much to see I could tell she didn’t know what to do first. Finally, she picked a direction and off we went.

We spent all day Friday and Saturday at the park, and I don’t remember ever having this much fun. We acted more like elementary school kids instead of college students and it was great. We did everything we could possibly do in the two days and I think we saw al
most the entire park.

By the time we got home Sunday afternoon, we were exhausted. I dropped her off and went back to campus. I showered and went to bed, sleeping until my alarm went off for class Monday morning.

  Chapter 33

  Karma

It was really hard to get up Monday for practice. My head was still on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to top that vacation. All the coaches seemed to be yelling a lot today, so I guess I wasn’t the only one who wasn’t ready to be done with Spring Break.

We ended practice early, which was a first. That gave me a little extra time to stop and get a coffee before I went to class. And because I was in such a good mood, I got one for Bodie too.

“Good morning,” I said, as I handed him a coffee.

“Thanks, and good morning to you, too. You seem extra chipper this morning. I figured you’d have a Spring Break hangover.”

I laughed. “I kind of do, but it was such a great trip that every time I think about it, I smile. What did you end up doing?”

“I worked most of it, but on Thursday dad told me to do something fun so Tiffany and I went to Disneyland.”

I almost choked on my coffee. “Disneyland? Really?”

“Yep. Tiffany had never been, so I decided to do something nice for her. We actually had a blast.”

  “I’ve never been either.”

“I think you’d love it. Maybe we should all go as a group,” he suggested.

  “Even Anthony?”

“Yeah, I guess he could come, too.”

I laughed at the tone of his voice. “You’re still not an Anthony fan, I take it.”

  “Nope.” Was all he said.

I spent the rest of the day in a good mood. It had been late when I got in last night, so after practice Kayleigh and I had a chance to catch up. We had a good time telling each other what we did on the break. I ended up going to bed early since my body was still on St. Lucia time.

  ****

The next two weeks were busy, but in a good way. We were training hard for our next swim meet and most of my extra time was spent with Anthony. The laptop he’d given me was a lifesaver. I loved that I could be with him and still get my schoolwork done.
