“Baby you are one naughty woman,” Tanner growls and I open my eyes to see him lifting my fingers to his mouth where he sucks my juices off them.
Once he’s satisfied, he releases my hand and tugs me into his body as he claims my mouth with his. A shiver runs through my body when I feel the cool tile press against my back.
“We’re gonna be late now cause baby seeing you fingering yourself has me rock hard and I need to fuck you right here,” he rasps breathlessly when he breaks our kiss.
Lifting me off my feet, Tanner lines himself up and thrust into me as I wrap my legs around his waist.
“Fuck woman, you’d think after all the fuckin’ this pussy received over the weekend you wouldn’t be so tight but damn if you’re not as tight as the first time,” he grits out. Holding my hips in place, he slams into my body.
“Tanner,” I moan out as my orgasm grows closer.
“Yeah, baby call out my name. I wanna hear you scream it as you come all over my dick,” he growls, his fingers digging into my hips while he plows into me.
Within a handful of thrusts, Tanner has me screaming his name as I come. He follows right behind me roaring my name as well.
My head flops forward as I pant for breath in the aftermath of a mind-blowing orgasm.
“You’re gonna turn me into a sex maniac if you keep this up,” I murmur.
“Me,” he chuckles. “Baby it wasn’t me in here trying to get off. That was all you. If anyone is going to turn the other into a sex maniac it’s you woman. You are irresistible in your own right and I fuckin’ love it.”
Lifting my head giggling, I meet his gaze. “If I’m so irresistible then take me to bed and let me ride this big dick of yours,” I say huskily as I grind my pussy on him.
“Fuck,” he mutters through clenched teeth but does what I say after shutting the water off. “We’re not gonna be making it to the shop until after lunch at this point.”
Giggling, I rotate my hips until we get to the bed where I ride Tanner’s dick while playing with my nipples.
Yeah, let’s just say we’re not making it to work at all today.
Chapter 12
Alexis
A week has passed since Tanner and I spent our weekend secluded from everyone as we pleasured each other. We both explored each other’s bodies. He’d showed me things I never would have imagined.
I guess you can say I ended up turning into a sex maniac. I love it. There’s no such thing as having too much. Tanner is an addiction I can’t get enough of.
If we didn’t have to come to work every day, I swear the man would never be able to get dressed ever again.
After we played hooky on Monday, we knew we couldn’t do that again. At least not for a while. The guys weren’t annoyed or anything and pretty much expected neither of us to be at work that day however they did make jokes about how my screams could be heard from the living room and kitchen.
Talk about my face turning bright red, especially when my beautiful niece came up to me with her jar. “Aunt Alexis, you and Uncle Tanner owe the curse jar lots of money. You both were saying a lot of bad words. If grandma would have heard you, she’d have told you to wash your mouth out with soap.”
Everyone had been dying of laughter at the mention of my grandma because that’s exactly what she’d have said too. I feel bad that I missed seeing her recently but other than speaking to her on the phone, I haven’t gone by to see her. She doesn’t seem phased by it in the least either. The woman has been going off with her friends to bingo night and a few times to a casino. I should be worried about her going to do things like that at her age; however, she’d tell me in not so subtle words that she was a grown woman who could do whatever the hell she wanted.
When our parents died in the car crash, grandma took my sister and I in without a second thought. Raising us didn’t faze the way she was. She’d simply lived her life the way she wanted to. Doing what she wanted at the same time loving and raising us to be independent women. When Jamie died it crushed her but having Melody in our lives helped heal the hole that formed in her heart.
My phone ringing brings me out of my thoughts. Sighing, I make an internal note to invite the woman over for dinner soon.
Picking up my phone, I don’t look at the caller ID and answer.
“Hello,” I say.
No response comes from the other end, so I hang up.
This is getting ridiculous. These phone calls.
Since the weekend where I turned the phone off, they have gotten even worse. Even Tanner has noticed the calls and asked about them. I had simply waved them off as a prank and that I probably should get my number changed or something.
When my phone begins to ring again, I become annoyed as I pick it up and answer.
“Look I don’t know who this is, but you can stop now,” I snap.
Heavy breathing comes through the line. “You’re mine not his,” is all the person says before disconnecting. A chill runs through my body as I try to figure out who that was. The voice was so distorted that I couldn’t even tell if it was a man’s voice or not.
“Who was that?” I jump at the sound of Hunter’s voice coming from behind me.
Turning to face him, I realize he must have heard me from the way he’s glowering at me.
“No one,” I lie not wanting to talk about this with anyone.
“Doesn’t seem like no one for you to snap then jump when I speak. What’s going on, Alexis?” he demands.
“Nothing,” I mutter, shaking my head.
“What’s nothing?” Tanner asks as he comes into the room holding a packet with guitar strings in it.
“I just overheard your girl telling someone to leave her alone,” Hunter states as he crosses his arms.
“Baby, is that true?” Tanner demands his eyes narrowing on me.
“It’s just the same person that keeps calling and playing a prank. I need to just go ahead and change my number,” I state not wanting to deal with this right now. Not when what the distorted voice just said has me spooked.
This isn’t some prank, but it’s also not something they need to worry about.
They’d all gone through enough when Chaz almost died, and Bethany was kidnapped. I don’t need to burden them with this. I’ll handle it on my own.
Tanner’s gaze narrows to slits as he puts the packet of strings down and crosses his arms. “If it were just a prank then why did you divert your gaze?”
Damnit. I wish I didn’t do that when I was nervous about something or lying. It’s my tell sign and everyone who knows me knows I have a crappy poker face.
“It’s nothing. Like I said it’s just someone playing a prank on me,” I say, clearing my throat.
“Who’s pranking you?” Chaz asks as he joins the group along with Lex and, great just freaking great, Bethany’s dad Tombstone and Hellhound.
“Look it’s just someone who keeps calling and hanging up okay. It’s no big deal. I’ll just go get my number changed,” I grumble just as my phone rings again.
Tanner grabs my phone off the desk before I can and answers it then hits the speaker button. “Hello,” he says.
No one says anything but the heavy breathing fills the line.
“Whoever the fuck this is best go somewhere fuckin’ else and stop calling my wife,” he snarls before hanging up.
“Is that what happens every time?” he demands and I nod in response. It takes a lot for Tanner to get pissed and he’s starting to. So, I might as well tell him.
“The last call they finally spoke,” I murmur.
“What did they say?” Tombstone asks.
“That I was theirs not his,” I whisper as I look at the floor.
The phone rings again before anyone can say anything else and Tanner picks up and hits the speaker but doesn’t say anything.
“Alexis, you belong to me come back and I’ll let him live. Better yet I’ll let that little girl live. She is an abomination out of wedlock who doesn’t deserve t
o live.” My heart stops beating at the mention of my niece.
No, God, no. I can’t let this person hurt that girl. I’ll have no choice but to do as they say to keep Melody safe. She means the world to me and everyone in this room. I’m nothing compared to the shine she gives the world and I’ll gladly save her. Even if it means giving up my own happiness.
Chapter 13
Tanner
At the mention of my niece being an abomination, I’m ready to find whoever is on the other end of the line and slit their fuckin’ throat.
No one fucks with my family. Not my wife nor that little girl. She has been through enough and doesn’t even know it.
And this is the person who has been blowing Alexis’ phone up for the past week and if I’m not mistaken, probably the last month as well.
I’m also pissed as hell at Alexis for keeping something like this from me. I don’t give a fuck if she thought it was just a prank up until now, her ass should have fuckin’ told me. As it stands now my woman is looking at getting a serious spanking that will leave her unable to sit for a week.
“Did that person just threaten my granddaughter?” Tombstone snarls.
“Doesn’t matter because I’ll never let them touch my niece,” Alexis whispers and I can see the wheels turning in her head.
Fuck if I’m going to allow her to do what she’s planning now.
“Woman I can all but hear what you’re thinking. Get those thoughts out of your head. We aren’t about to let anyone fuckin’ touch that little girl or you for that matter,” Hellhound grunts.
When we’d first met Bethany’s dad and his brothers, I guess you could say we’d been taken aback. They are different from the Devil’s Riot MC but at the same time they both follow the same code and will do whatever it takes to protect their own. Though these guys seem scarier in their own way, especially Hellhound.
“Alexis, don’t even think about arguing either. You and I are gonna have a long chat, but right now we need to know if you know who this is. They said you were theirs,” I state.
“I don’t know who it is. The voice is so distorted I can’t tell if it’s a man or woman for Christ sake,” she says tears of frustration welling in her eyes.
“Alexis, sweetheart, I know you’re upset and want to protect everyone around you; however, leave this to your man and us,” Tombstone commands with a soothing fatherly voice. He’s taken on looking at my wife as another daughter since Bethany and her had become so close.
“I can’t. It’s me they want. I’m not going to let them hurt my niece. Whoever it is, isn’t going to stop there either if I don’t do it. I know it. They will continue to come after me until I’m miserable and to my breaking point,” she says holding back a sob.
Seeing her this upset, I realize just how much this has been bothering her. I let go of some of the anger toward her and pull my wife into my arms. “It’s gonna be okay baby. No one is taking you anywhere or Melody. She’s safe at school right now and I’m sure her dad is going to make sure she stays that way.”
“You’re fuckin’ right I am. Nobody is going to touch my daughter,” Chaz snarls, slamming a fist into the wall next to him.
“Chaz, calm down and breathe for a moment,” Hunter says calmly.
“Calm down my ass. The motherfucker, whoever they are, is not only fuckin’ with my sister but threatening my daughter’s life. Fuck that shit.” Fuck I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this pissed.
“What’s going on here?” Bethany’s concerned voice comes right from the doorway drawing everyone’s attention to her.
“Great, now everyone is here, let’s make it a party,” Alexis mutters sarcastically.
“Umm what did I miss?” Bethany asks, glancing around the room.
“Nothing we can’t handle Bethy,” I say evenly.
“Don’t try that shit with me. What is going on?” she demands putting a hand on her hips.
“Fairy girl, I’ll explain it to you later. Right now, do me a favor and go pick up Melody for me,” Chaz says.
“Okay, but you better tell me when I get back,” she huffs before turning around to leave.
“I’ll go with her and surprise my granddaughter. Maybe take her out for an ice cream see if that buys me away from that fuckin’ swear jar for a while,” Tombstone says.
“Daddy, like that would happen. Melody counts those words like she does her one, two, threes. I swear I’ll be happy as can be if this baby is just like her.” You can hear a pin drop at what Bethany just said as she starts to walk away.
“Hold up there, Fairy girl. Did you just say what I think you did?” Chaz asks as he makes his way toward Bethany.
“And if I did?” she murmurs turning back to face him.
“I thought we agreed to tell everyone together,” he says, crossing his arms over his chest. But we can all see he’s not pissed and knew what Bethany was talking about thanks to the grin he’s sporting.
“Well I’m tired of not saying anything and being hormonal all the time, so I just threw it out there. Yes, I’m pregnant, everyone. No, I’m not joking and now that my dad has mentioned ice cream, I really want some. Now if you all are done, I’d like to go get my daughter and take her for ice cream to finally celebrate the news with her since I’m finally out of the first trimester,” Bethany huffs.
Chuckling Chaz, swoops in taking Bethany in his arms. “You want ice cream, you got it. If you haven’t already figured it out yet that I’m overprotective of you just wait, you haven’t seen anything yet. Prepare to be pampered like no other Fairy girl for the rest of time.”
“Fuckin’ hell I’m going have another grandkid.”
“Guess you better start saving up gramps,” Lex chortles.
“Fuck you, I’ll just open a damn savings account for both my Melly – Bean and this one. That way I can avoid that God damn forsaken swear jar,” Tombstone grins.
Shaking my head at them, I turn my attention back to Alexis who’s smiling weakly at the couple.
Sitting her in her chair, I squat down in front of her. “Baby look at me,” I say softly and wait for her to focus on me.
When she does, I lift a hand to cup her cheek. “I’m not going to lose you. Not after just getting you back. We finally both pulled our heads out of our asses. Don’t let this person win by getting under your skin. I will keep you safe just as Chaz will keep his daughter safe. Got me?”
Nodding, Alexis lets out a sigh and closes her eyes. “I got you, Tanner. I just don’t want Melody hurt because of me. I don’t even know who this person is that’s threatening her or myself. Who would go after a little girl?”
“I don’t know but we’ll find out. Remember we’re in this together. For better or worse. No more keeping things like this in the dark,” I say leaning up to press a kiss to her mouth.
“For better or worse. I promise,” Alexis says, and I can see a hint of a smile. Yeah that’s my woman, strong and not letting anything keep her down.
We’ll find who’s doing this to her and when we do, I’m slitting their throat personally. I know plenty of places around here to bury a body and have it not be found.
Chapter 14
Alexis
Having a threat loom over your head, leaves less to be desired. From the moment everyone heard what that person said to me, they’ve all been on high alert. Tanner had even called Gadget and Dragon over to talk to them about it. Who in turn called the rest of their brothers to come help out.
Now I don’t go anywhere without Tanner or a prospect following me.
I protested at first but then Hades gazed down at me with a stern look as he crossed his arms. “You want to continue hanging around my ol’ lady and Nora then you have someone watching you. If not, then you don’t get to hang with either of them until after this shit blows over. They’ve both been through enough shit to have to go through more.”
I could understand where he was coming from, so I relented. Besides, my niece was at risk as well. I didn’t want
anyone to be hurt because of me.
With changing my number, the calls stopped. However, they were replaced with notes being left on my car and in random places. I’ve found them everywhere from my grandma’s home to on my desk at the shop. The craziest one I have received thus far came to the shop this morning with a dozen sunflowers.
The note attached sent shivers down my spine.
My beautiful pure love. Leave him before you contaminate your blood line. It is bad enough to watch you fuck him. I will not have you carrying his filth as well. You have been warned more than once. This is your final warning. Do not think I will not go for that girl. Bikers may surround her, but they will not see me coming. None of you will unless you come to me first.
Until then my sweet, sweet love
MLT
“I want to know who this MLT person is,” Tanner sneers as he reads the note for the second time.
“I don’t even think I know anyone with those initials,” I murmur as I try to think of someone, anyone who would but I keep coming up blank.
“Whoever this person is, they’re off their rocker,” Hunter grumbles, taking the note from Tanner to read it again.
“Well they do have good taste in flowers; however, these can leave now since they are tainted by the person who ordered them,” Bethany says holding the vase out in front of her.
“Hold on Fairy girl, I’ll take those out. You sit and relax,” Chaz states as he takes the vase out of Bethany’s hands.
“I’m more than capable of throwing a thing of flowers away,” Bethany huffs as she tries to snatch the vase back.
“I know you are, but if it’s all the same I’ll do it,” Chaz grins.
“For the love of Christ. I’m pregnant not some fragile weakling,” the woman snaps and you can see the red coating her cheeks as she becomes frustrated.
“I know you aren’t Fairy girl but I’m not about to let you do anything that could cause you to hurt the baby. You might be past the first trimester but all the same. I'm gonna make sure you get to your due date without any problems. Got me?” Damn you got to love a man who is so protective. Then again, he lost my sister the day Melody was born so I can see his reasoning for acting this way.
