Alexander: Prince (Members From Money Book 14) Page 11

by Katie Dowe

“I think you have been consorting with my fiancée too long now, Father,” Alexander said dryly.

“And what’s wrong with that?” Debbie asked him.

“Nothing, my sweet,” he murmured as he leaned over and kissed her full on the mouth not caring who saw.

His parents looked at the display and exchanged glances with a pleased smile.

The ceremony began with a live band playing and a feast fit for kings! Debbie got her first taste of wild hog and told Alexander that she was a fan. The meal was succulent and well prepared and she swore that she was going to get fat if she was not careful. Speeches were made by the visiting aristocrats and then it was time for the King to speak. He stood and went to the raised dais. “My friends and families and the people of Costa Land, I want to thank you for sharing this wonderful event with us. Indeed it is a beautiful time. I am in my rightful place as your king again and my son has found a wonderful woman to share his life with.” He waited until the applause had died down. “I was forced to leave my place as king so many years ago and go into hiding to save the life of my family and myself and I did not get to see my son grow up to be a man. I have a lot to be grateful for because I married a strong woman who not only managed to raise our son to be the man he is today but to also run a very successful company in another country. For that I want to applaud her and I am asking you to do the same.” The applause was thunderous and all the guests got to their feet. King Alexei indicated that his wife joined him and she did walking gracefully while holding up her stunning sapphire blue gown. She really was a magnificent woman and Debbie hoped to be half the woman she was!

  “My wife: Queen Amelia Costa!”

“I only read about things like these in books,” Debbie murmured as she rested her head on Alexander’s shoulder and closed her eyes. The function had been going on for several hours now and she was feeling a little wilted. Her wedding day was a few hours away and she wanted to get some sleep.

“Enjoying yourself?” Alexander asked her softly as he closed his hands around her possessively.

“Hmm.” She snuggled into his arms. “I think I am falling asleep.”

“We are free to leave anytime.”

“I thought we could not leave until the guests left?” she asked, looking up at him.

  “My parents, not us.”

“Okay, good, because I need my beauty sleep. I have a wedding tomorrow or later today,” she said, realizing that it was after twelve.

“What a coincident. So do I,” he said teasingly.

She poked him in the chest. “I love you, Alexander.”

“I love you too, my soon to be wife.”

  *****

It was the early hours of the morning before she was able to go to sleep. She had stayed in one of the suites with Kelly and Leesa and Carrie because Amelia had insisted that it was a tradition that the bride not sees the groom the night before the wedding.

“Damned fool tradition,” Alexander muttered as he hugged her tightly before letting her go.

The wedding was starting at ten and it was a little past nine now. The stylist was putting on the finishing touches to her hair and makeup before one of the maids helped her on with her dress. Her hair was twisted into several soft curls and the intricate crown with the dazzling arrays of diamonds had been placed on top and secured by the combs at the two ends. Diamonds adorned her lobes and around her wrists and her face was artlessly made up. She got off the stool and turned around to step into the dress. She smiled in delight when she saw the wives coming in one by one followed by her sister and mother. “Honey, you look like a real live Princess,” Leesa breathed as she stared at the vision in front of her.

“She sure does,” Delia said proudly as she stared at her daughter.

“Thank you.” She smiled and took a deep breath. Melanie was going to be her flower girl and the little girl looked adorable in cream silk with lace overlaid.

“Let’s get this show on the road,” Kelly said as she herded them out.

The wedding was being held in the same huge ballroom that function had been held in last night. The staff had worked overtime to get the place ready and it looked unbelievably beautiful! There were myriads of different colored balloons suspended in the air along with gaily colored streamers. Alexander stood at the front of the large room dressed in full uniform similar to that which his father was wearing. He straightened as soon as the song changed and the people got to their feet in anticipation of seeing the bride walking up the red carpet.

He felt the heat radiated through him as he first caught a glimpse of her. She was too beautiful to be real! As she walked towards him on the arm of her brother he had eyes for no one else but her! He did not hear anything his father said to him or the minister standing there. He met her halfway and stood there before her as he looked down at her. She took her hand from her brother’s arm and rested it against his beating heart. He placed his hand over it and held it there. They were both unaware that there was a hush in the vast room as they stared at each other.

It was the touch of his father’s hand on his arm that jerked them back to reality. “The minister is waiting, son.” King Alexei had a note of amusement in his voice.

“Ladies and gentlemen! I have been informed by the prince to keep the ceremony short or I will face his wrath.” The minister waited for the laughter to die down. “This country of ours has faced so many things over the past eighteen years. Now we have our beloved king back and his son Prince Alexander is getting married! It is indeed a time for celebration. The couple have expressed their desires to repeat their own vows so I am going to ask them to do so at this time.”

“Debbie Ann Williams, I have loved you since the first time you basically told me to get the hell away and leave you to do your work.” He smiled at her and waited for the laughter to cease. “You are the first woman who ever stood up to me and did not care about the consequences. You did not care if I carried a title or not and as frustrating as it was I respected you and loved you for it. You are my one true love, my best friend, and my soulmate, and I will spend the rest of my days showing you what you mean to me.”

“Alexander Angelo Costa!” She gripped his hands tightly. “I went o your mother’s company looking for a job and got more that that! A man to love as I have loved no other. You have introduced me to so much! Not just this.” She looked around briefly at the opulence of the place. “But you have given me your wonderful heart and body and for that I will always be grateful. I love you and I promise that I always will.”

“Please repeat the vows,” the minister said, stepping forward. They did and he requested the rings.

“By the power vested in me in this country I now pronounce you Prince and Princess,” he said with a smile.”You may kiss your bride.”

Prince Alexander pulled her into his arms slowly and carefully framing her exquisite face with trembling hands as he bent to take her lips with his. “I love you,” he whispered as he tasted her, his tongue darting into her mouth. Debbie placed her hands on his chest feeling the warmth of his skin and hearing the strong thudding of his heart as she gave in to the wonderful kiss that sealed them as man and wife!

  Chapter 11

“Prince and Princess Alexander Angelo Costa!” the man intoned solemnly as the couple made their way into the hall where the reception was being held. After the ceremony they had gone upstairs to change and Debbie was wearing a stunning ice blue gown with a sweetheart neck and cap sleeves. She had on her crown and had changed out of the diamonds to wear the sapphire that had been given to her by the king. Alexander was wearing dark blue tuxedo. They made their way over to the table where the king and queen were seated and took their seats.

Immediately Prince Alexander got to his feet and the place went silent. “It is customary in Costa Land as in different places for the groom to give a speech but I cannot wait until after the meal because my princess and I…” He paused as the laughter and applause
sounded. “My Princess and I will be leaving for our honeymoon shortly. I want to thank you for being here and making this a memorable moment for us. I want to acknowledge the presence of the media and my special friends at the Elite Club I belong to in the states. Don’t worry, guys, I will be back before you know it! It is a very happy moment for us and we love that you are sharing it with us. I just want you to sit and enjoy the show as we also have a number of entertainments put on for you. Cheers!” He lifted his glass in a toast.

“Sorry for giving you such a hard time when we were growing up,” Derek told her a little grudgingly as they swept around the dance floor.

“That’s okay,” she said with a little shrug. “I can afford to be magnanimous.” She looked over to where her husband was dancing with Melanie on his shiny black leather shoes. The little girl looked entranced as he circled the floor with her. He looked over and their eyes met and held. “Your daughter is totally taken with my husband.”

“She is,” he said with a grin.

“I am happy you did the right thing and married Maia.”

“Even though you thought I was not good enough for her.”

“Still debating that one,” she said with an impish smile.

“You have made us proud,” he told her softly as he kissed her cheek.

  *****

He watched puzzled as she went up to the dais and whispered something to the man operating the music and came back down.

“Okay, ladies and gentlemen. I have not asked if this is something a princess is supposed to do, but seeing as I became a princess a few short hours ago, I am sure I will be forgiven.” She kicked off her shoes and took her husband’s hand. As if on cue, the lively ballad of John Legend’s song came over the hidden speakers. “Ladies, let’s do this,” she said, indicating the wives of the members of the club her husband was a part of. They formed a long line and gyrated to the lively music much to the enjoyment of the rest of the guests! It would be reported a day after that: ‘Princess Debbie was certainly not a shy one!’

Alexander had pilfered a bottle of champagne on his way out as they were whisked away by the limousine that had been waiting for them. They were going to tour the continents for a few days and then head back to the states to spend a few days there as well.

“How are you?” Alexander asked her as she lay in his arms as the private jet took them to Europe where their first stop was going to be in Paris where they would spend the night and then move on to Italy and then Spain.

“A little tired from all that dancing.” She looked up at him teasingly. “I cannot believe you knew those moves.”

“It does not pay to underestimate me.” He brushed a lock of hair from her forehead. She had taken off her crown the minute she had entered the plane. “Are you happy?”

“I am,” she told him solemnly. “When we get back to Costa Land, I want to help with the restructuring of the schools and also the hospital.”

“There will be a list of things you are supposed to do and you will be getting your own office.”

  “Seriously?”

“With an assistant of your own,” he added with a whimsical smile.

“I have come up in the world.” She moved to her side and went onto her elbow. “I want to make love to you so bad that I cannot stand it.”

  “Why not now?”

  “What?”

He pressed a button and they were enclosed. “We have a few hours to kill and no one dares disturbs us.”

“I have often wanted to make love thousands of miles in the air,” she said with a grin.

“Now is your chance,” he murmured as he took off the sweater she was wearing.

‘Princess Debbie wearing a Romano original as she went to the opera with her husband, the Prince! The couple makes such a beautiful pair and do not mind being photographed so much!’ and ‘Prince Alexander with his new bride, Princess Debbie, staring at the Eiffel Tower in Paris!’ ‘Princess Debbie looking awed at the Royal Palace of Madrid while her indulgent husband looked on.’ ‘The Prince and Princess at the famous Colosseum in Rome’.

Somehow it was discovered that they were arriving in the states at a private airstrip in New York. They had been whisked away immediately to avoid being mobbed and they made their way to the manor where they were greeted by the staff there. They got there at a quarter past ten and were greeted by the housekeeper Mrs. Dryden who asked them if they wanted something to eat.

“No, please go to bed,” Debbie told the woman with a smile. “Alexander and I are full and if we get hungry he has a pantry stocked with food.”

“Thank you, Princess, and welcome home both of you.”

“I am starving,” he told her as he lifted her and bounded up the stairs with her.

  “We just ate-”

“Not for food.” His meaning was clear as he took her into the suite.

“Oh!” She smiled at him. “So am I.”

He took off her clothes slowly passing his hands over her flesh and lingering on her puckering nipples. He had fed off them so many times that he knew the taste and the texture of them without even touching them. He knew each and every reaction she had to his touch. He knew that when he swirled his tongue around the painfully tight bud she felt it deep in her pubic area. He pulled down the stylish wool skirt she had worn from the airport and the lace panties she had on along with the leggings and then boots. Next he stepped back and got rid of his clothes hastily before stepping between her legs, his penis pulsating with urgency. She reached out and touched the tip of him wiping the liquid pooling there. He groaned as she put her finger to her mouth and licked it off. “Baby,” he murmured as he held his penis in his palm and rubbed the tip of it on her protruding mound. She arched her back and shivered as he entered the tip of her and rubbed it there, teasing her, tormenting her and driving her into such a frenzy that she wanted to die!

“Alex!” she gasped. He moved away and crouched down between her legs and lifted her legs onto his shoulders his mouth seeking the core of her and finding it with his tongue. She screamed as he used his tongue to plunge into her, moving deep within her and licking the softness there. Debbie gripped the sheets desperately, her body moving restlessly to and fro. He held her firm as he continued to torture her relentlessly. She was about to erupt when he moved out of her abruptly and came over her. He entered her swiftly and gripped her hips steadying her as he went in deep. His mouth descended and met hers ravenously, his tongue duelling with hers as he thrust into her over and over again! Debbie wrapped her legs around his waist and moved with him, her fingers digging into his scalp, her body lifting to meet his. Alexander felt the maelstrom of emotions crashing through his body as his soul mingled with the woman he loved more than his own life! Her nipples brushed against the broad expanse of his chest and he felt the shudder going through him. He had long since given up the wonder and the reasoning as to why something like this could be so powerfully intense. He had heard about love like this but experiencing it for himself. He felt the tightening of his testicles and tried to fight the orgasm threatening but it was too far gone. He lifted his head and looked down at her. Her mouth was swollen and her eyes were limpid with the sexual desire they evoked in each other.

“Come with me,” he whispered. “Baby, please come with me.”

“Alex.” She used her hands to cup his jaw, covered by a fresh growth of hair. If he did not shave everyday he was in trouble. “My man, the love of my life. What you do to me.”

“Come with me, baby. I am waiting.”

“Yes,” she whispered huskily and arching her body against his she did as he said and let go, the scream coming forth from her throat, her body shivering from the power of the orgasm that drove them to the edge and beyond!

  *****

“I think I died about two times,” she murmured as she bit into the strawberry he had fetched from the fruit basket on the counter in the living room. “We a
re going to kill each other.”

“I hope not.” He licked the juice from her chin. “I have use for you, my sweet.”

  “Is that so?”

“Hmm.” He pushed back her tangled hair and let his fingers lingered.

“Tell me about growing up at Costa Land.”

“I was spoiled.” He grinned as he pulled her into his arms. “My parents wanted more children and when it did not happen they poured everything on me. Father was stern but I always knew he loved me. I would be so fascinated when he would sit and listen to the different people who to him with their troubles. I thought he was superman or some sort of hero. He would help so many and would never get tired of doing so. I was home schooled and would be resentful that while other children were going about and having friends I had to stay coop up with tutors.”

“Poor little rich boy,” Debbie could not resist murmuring, squealing as he pulled a strand of her hair.

“My uncle.” His expression darkened. “He would come and sit with me and would explain why I was different. He told me that I was the son of the king and I would be taking over one day. I used to look up to him and look forward to his visits to my rooms. We would play video games together and he taught me how to fish.” He looked sad for a moment. “I cannot believe he wanted to kill my dad.”

“Greed makes people behave differently.” She smoothed back his hair loving the thickness and texture of it.

“I saw him at the prison and I could not believe it was the same man I thought so highly of.”

“I am sorry, baby.” She kissed his cheek softly.

“I have you and it is as if everything is okay again.”

“We will have problems, Alexander,” she warned him.

“But nothing that we will not be able to handle as long as we are together.”

  *****

“Welcome back, Princess Debbie!” Amelia’s secretary said, making a little bow as soon as Debbie stepped into her office.

“Not necessary.” Debbie said with an unconsciously regal nod of her head. “I am still the person who left here in January. I promised Amelia that I would see to things while I am here for the several days. My husband will be in shortly.” Debbie had no idea that the word ‘husband’ had slipped from her lips without her noticing it.
