  “Wicked man.”

  “Wish me to stop?”

  “Not on your life.”

“Hands boxed behind your back, Laurent.”

As soon as his arm were behind him, she grasped handfuls of his hair and pulled his head closer. “Taste me.”

His tongue reached out to flick her captured clitoris. Steffan’s cock pressed into her back, urging her pelvis forward. Laurent’s mouth latched on, and he sucked and licked until her writhing couldn’t be contained. Steffan hooked his legs around her ankles, holding her legs open, and his arm banded her to him, his other hand holding her crotch steadily. She could have told him to stop his infernal topping, but Laurent’s mouth was driving her mad with desire. He had no trouble following her bucking pelvis. When his whole mouth took her throbbing bud, the demands of her sex grew urgent.

“Fuck me with your mouth,” she demanded, and came so hard Steffan had to hold her upright. As she came down, she gulped in the steam that had risen thickly until long lines of water ran down the tiles all around them.

“Now,” she said. “You’ll let me take your cock. Inside me.”

“I would be honored.” He stood.

She freed herself from Steffan so Laurent could lift her up, his large hands palming her ass. He turned her so she could see Steffan’s eyes fire, his jaw clench, over his shoulder. She’d grant this gift to Laurent, to be inside her like this—occasionally. It would be good for Steffan to remember she was as Dominant as he, and perhaps trying to hold her still like he had—even in the name of pleasure—wasn’t wise. It was something they’d work on.

Laurent proved to be as strong as Steffan in holding her, pounding into her, and when she finally let him come inside her, he called out love you, Mistress, over and over. She believed she matched his orgasm from hearing those words alone.

They finally did make it to the bed. They dozed, but she awoke often, a mouth on her breast again or she’d climb on top of Steffan and take his cock inside her. Or she’d wake up coming, Laurent’s mouth on her pussy under the damp sheets. Steffan’s mouth would find hers, swallowing all the pain she released in her cries as she came, all the natural human fears that came when something new was being birthed. They didn’t hide their want of her, and she let them want her.

She awoke just before the light cracked over the horizon and peeked through the curtains. That claw of guilt she’d been living with inexplicably let go like a fist unclenching. It was like a dark cloud had receded and exposed the brilliant sun, stripping away all the memories until they were bleached bones. She audibly gasped at the open space left in its place. A curious sensation of lightness nearly took her breath away, and she nearly soared to the ceiling. A heavy arm across her rib cage and another male leg across her thigh pinned her to the mattress. If she did float off the bed, they wouldn’t let her go alone.

When light fully breached the room, she turned her head to one man and then to the other and memorized their profiles. She would fill this new empty space with her love for these two men, and let them love her. Oh, they’d have a contract. She needed one. Perhaps, however, she’d wrap it in all the desire and affection she felt for these two, bossy, relentless, overly-optimistic men. She’d see how it felt. Try it on, as Steffan had suggested. For now, she was, as some like to say, all in.

  Epilogue

Sarah lifted her face to the sunshine, her palms soaking in the warmth from the stones under her hands.

Sticky summer was going to take hold soon. They’d be forced inside into the air conditioning. But for now, she’d sit on the terrace steps of Alexander’s gardens, shoes by her side. Laurent was still moving his clothes into her closet in her room upstairs, and Steffan was home, making the three of them dinner. She, Steffan, and Laurent would have to take a larger room at Accendos soon. For now, she rather liked the closeness, being crammed together, their scents mixing on the clothes.

Her phone buzzed with an incoming text. <>

  She texted back. <>

  <>

  <>

She let a few seconds tick by, and sure enough, another text from Steffan came in. <>

  <

This compromise thing wasn’t so bad.

  She texted back. <>

She wasn’t going to get carried away with optimism, however.

He didn’t answer, and she laughed. He wouldn’t listen, but that was okay. Laurent would make sure she had a salad on the side, which she’d eat. The two of them were constantly pushing food on her. Who was she to complain? Well, maybe her waistline. She’d gone up an entire dress size since Steffan and Laurent moved into her townhouse, though both of them promised—the liars—sex burned as many calories as Steffan could dish onto a plate.

She heard a male’s footstep behind her.

“Sarah, just the woman I was looking for,” Alexander said.

“Need me to vet another member? Because I have my hands full with two men already.”

It’d become their little joke. Every time a new member wanted to join, Alexander reminded her not to expand her “collection” too quickly. A reverse harem did sound wonderful—one man to cook, one to rub her feet, and now maybe a third to … do what? She had everything she needed, and she’d never cheat on her two men.

“I thought you’d be directing Laurent on the great closet redistribution. Carrie tells me he’s finally putting his clothes into your closet upstairs.”

“Yes, I told him to rearrange everything.”

“That will keep him busy for a while, but then he does love to please you. By the way, have you decided?”

“We’re thinking a double ceremony, a collaring for Laurent, wedding for us. I don’t need the wedding part, but Steffan insisted he did, and I love him, so I said yes.” Saying the words aloud felt strange but oddly right. The three of them had drawn up a one-page contract that included expectations, dos and don’ts and other important rules and tacked it up on the kitchen wall. It wasn’t formal, but it would do for now.

“You could get married here.” His gaze wandered over the gardens.

“Yes, this is where I want it to be. Thank you. I was hoping you would offer.”

“I’m glad you found Steffan and Laurent, Sarah. You deserve to be happy.”

“We all do.” His paternal turn wasn’t unexpected given the conversation. “You know, I never believed that whole soul mate thing.”

“No one does until they meet him or her.”

  “You believe in it?”

“I know it exists. I’ve …” he let the words die on his lips.

The question she’d always wanted to ask hung like lead on her tongue. She knew a little about Alexander’s past, his ability to love both men and women, and how he’d once gambled, loved, and lost. She even knew his name. If she was ever going to ask Alexander more about his past, now was the time.

“Was Charles the one for you?” she asked.

“Perhaps. But as you know, it couldn’t last.” His eyes held such sadness, she felt a tickle in her sinuses. She wouldn’t dare ask him for more. She didn’t want to see that hurt in his eyes, grow.

“I don’t know what to say, Alexander.”

“I know.” And he was back. Calm, confident, steel gray eyes so sure, gazed down on her. For some reason it made her want to cry—to know he had something in his past that could crack that indefatigable exterior. She understood how crushing memories could be, but if he didn’t want to talk about it, she wouldn’t press him. Timing was everything.

He stood. “You know. Someday, I’d like this to be yours. Accendos, the Tribunal. If you’d have it.”

  “But Ryan—"

“Doesn’t want it. He wants to be with Yvette, and Yvette has no desire to have another man taken from her due to work.”

“But it’s okay for me?” she laughed lightly.
/>   “Well, let’s say … women are better at juggling.” He winked at her.

“I’d be honored, Alexander. But you’re not thinking of going somewhere are you?”

“Oh, no. There’s time. I have no plans on dying yet. And, I hear 60 is the new 40. Or so Christiana says.”

“Without Accendos, whatever would you do with yourself, Alexander?”

“I’m not sure, but something will arise. It always does.” He smiled, hesitated a minute, but then strode out, leaving her to the gardens, to her thoughts, and to her future. Head of the Tribunal? She liked the sound of that.

“Master Rockingham.” Laurent dipped his head in respect.

“Well, Laurent, did it turn out as well as you’d hoped?”

“Better. I need to thank you for your help.”

  “So, what’s wrong?”

Damn, nothing got by this man. “Nothing.”

  “Laurent.”

“I feel like I should confess. I mean, tell them …”

“It’s up to you, but I don’t know if they really need to know you and I managed this situation. You’re satisfied with how it ended up?”

“More than. It’s just if it ever got out that I came to you …”

“It would do what? I’ve never seen Sarah so happy.”

“I’ve never seen Steffan so happy.”

  “And, you are?”

“Oh, yes, I wanted both of them. Not sure I deserve both, but—”

“Laurent, never underestimate your worth. It is a disservice to your Master and Mistress.”

Jesus, the man’s tone made him want to drop to his knees.

“If they ever ask me if you came to me, asked for my help to push the three of you together, I will tell them the truth. You wanted Sarah and Steffan to have each other. You wanted to be with both of them. Now you are.”

“Okay.” Laurent could live with that. He looked up at the man who had made all this happen, more than Steffan and Sarah might ever know.

Alexander cocked his head as if studying him. “You remind me of someone I knew a long time ago.”

  “Someone?”

“Yes, another man who was too good for this world.”

  “What happened?”

“Oh, that’s a story for another day.” He looked around. “Nice job on the closet. Color coordinated always works for me, as well.”

“Thank you. I don’t know what she’d do without me.” He laughed.

  “Agreed. See you around, Laurent.”

He hoped so. He felt a little guilty for taking Sarah away from him. He knew they were close. So he sent a wish to the heavens. Whatever magic you made happen for us, please send some of it to Alexander.
