Diary of a True Alpha

The wolf council has been informed of what’s been going on, and I have been told they will conduct their own investigation. To me, it seemed like they were blowing us off, and I still don’t believe they didn’t know anything before we took the matter to them. Axil’s reach is high, and I fear it may extend to them. Maybe not all of them, but some. I’d bet my new fortune they knew. We don’t live in a perfect world. There’s badness in everything. Humans as well as supernaturals can easily be corrupted. All the councils from the different species were designed to help and govern their people, but with the responsibility, they were given too much power and it’s gone to their heads. Power is the number one ingredient for corruption. Even now, they think they know best. They’re all old and want us to follow outdated practices, too stubborn to listen to the benefits of working with one another so we could ensure everyone’s safety. The war on the humans is slowly brewing and to survive it, we will all need to be united.
As for my uncle, I had to send him to rehab. After having his room searched and flushing his remaining stash of pills, he was livid, and it took a lot to get him to tell us where the latest shipment of wolves that were supposed to be shipped off to Axil were being held. Once he did talk, I had my mates go free them and reunite them with their families while I took a trip to escort my uncle to a high priced facility in Colorado Springs so he can get the help that he needs. I don’t know how long it'll take for him to recover, but hopefully he’ll be able to come back and rejoin the pack. I still hate that he stood by and did nothing, but I will not hold my father’s sins against him. Since this is a human facility, I’m risking a lot by bringing him there, but I have faith in him. He was not happy with me over the three hour drive, mainly because he was already going through the withdrawal phase, but before I left him in the facility's care he gave me a hug and told me he loved me. He’ll be ok. He just has to fight for it.
“What are you thinking about?” Mekka asks, breaking my thoughts as I stand looking out the window. The snow has finally stopped and their was a thick blanket of whiteness covering everything. One of the changes I made in my father’s dreary dark office was having a whole wall knocked out and replaced with floor to ceiling windows, lighting up the whole room. The blinds were controlled with a remote, and I could close them when I wanted privacy. Usually only when one of my mates had me bent over the desk, lounge, wall, whatever. It didn’t matter to them.
“Nothing really. Just worrying about my uncle,” I admit.
Pulling me in his arms, he kisses me lightly on the forehead. “I’m sure he’s doing ok.”
“I just wish I could talk to him. It’s not like we were close, but I don’t want him to think I just abandoned him. I know how that feels,” I admit softly.
“He knows the rules, love. He knows he can’t have visitors and phone privileges the first two months, so I’m certain he’s aware you didn’t abandon him.”
“I hope so,” I say murmur against his chest.
“Come on, let's go for a run. It’ll make you feel better,” he suggests and I let him pull me out the office and towards the front door.
Mekka was right, the run did help, as well as the rump in the forest in wolf form. My wolf thoroughly enjoyed the way his dominated us and was more than happy to let him take over. When I returned, April was chilling in the living area watching reruns of Sixteen and Pregnant on the flatscreen.
“What’s up?” I greet her, smiling widely as I take a seat beside her.
“Why are you so chipper? Did you get some out in the woods?” She questions, giving me a suspicious look.
“Maybe,” I admit vaguely.
“So how does that work anyways?” She inquires.
“How does what work?”
“You know, getting nookie in wolf form,” she replies, looking completely serious.
Laughing, I look at her incredulously. I can’t believe she actually asked that.
“What?” She asks with wide blue eyes.
“Do you really want to know about the anatomy of wolves?” I question, still laughing as I pour myself a glass of water from the pitcher sitting on the table.
“Just the good parts. Who knows, I might want to experience it myself with one of these hot wolves walking around.”
With that said, I spit out the sip of water I just took and start choking. “What the hell April? That’s not possible.”
“Why not? A dicks a dick, no matter what species you are,” she explains like having a furry wolf cock stuffed up her crotch is perfectly logical.
“Maybe you should just stick to regular human form sex. It’s the same as doggy style just a little furry so you won’t be missing much.”
“Ooh, do you think that’s where they got the name?” I swear I love this girl. The things that come out of her mouth is very unique and entertaining.
“If that were true, then wouldn’t it be called wolfie style?” I correct.
“Or wolf mount,” she adds.
“That doesn’t sound sexy at all,” I tell her laughing.
“What are you two conspiring in here?” Logan asks as he walks in. He looks super hot in his white lab coat over his clothes. Picking me up, he settles me on his lap and rubs his cold nose in my neck. He must have just come in from outside.
“April was inquring about wolf sex,” I inform him. “Here’s the resident doctor, maybe you should ask him your questions.” I’m teasing, but I catch April’s eyes light up, probably from the million questions she wants to ask.
“Ooh, is it better in wolf or human form? What about protection? How do you know if you’re pregnant?” She rapid fire questions, and I smile at her curiosity.
Amusing her, Logan answers all her questions. “Well with Aspen, wolf, human, it doesn’t matter, fucking her is always mindblowing. For protection we can wrap up, but contraceptives don’t work on our kind, or implants, and a female wolf will immediately know if they’re pregnant if they have a dark line trailing up their belly,” he answers lifting my shirt and exposing my stomach.
“Like that line?” April inquires as she points at my stomach.
“What?” I gasp, my eyes snapping to my belly. Sure enough, there's a line a little darker than my tan skin tone trailing up my stomach. Shocked, I look over at Logan who seems to be in some sort of shock himself as he sits staring at my stomach like a statue. “Logan,” I say softly nudging him. When that doesn’t work, I lower my shirt covering my stomach which seems to snap him right out of whatever trance he was in. Planting a wide grin on his face, he stands with me in his arms and spins us in a circle.
“I’m going to be a dad,” he cries joyfully, placing me back down on my feet and holding me steady.
The sound of herding bulls hit my ears as Ethan, Mekka, and Trevor all run into the room prepared for a fight.
“What’s going on?” Ethan asks once he takes in the scene and sees there's no threat.
“Yeah, Logan shouted down the link for us to come quick. We thought you were being attacked,” Mekka explains their arrival.
“Nothings wrong,” I tell them, “at least I don’t think it is. It all depends on how you take the news.”
“What does that mean, what news?” Ethan asks, raising his brow.
“Of course nothing is wrong,” Logan comments, giving me a stern look and wraps his arms tightly around me.
“This looks like a family matter so I’m going to leave,” Trevor speaks up as he slowly backs away. Following his lead, April gets up to leave herself, abandoning me like a traitor, and I find myself alone with my mates.
Suddenly, I find myself nervous. Sure Logan took the news well, but I have no clue how Ethan and Mekka will react, plus we’re not even properly mated yet. I’m not worried about the pups not being theirs. The line must have just showed up which means I’m only a couple weeks along, and we have been going at it a lot in both wolf and human form, so plenty of chances for their seed to take.
“What’s going on, princess?” Ethan asks, walk
ing up to me and palming my cheeks. His grey blue gaze hits mine and I’m filled with warmth.
“I’m pregnant,” I blurt. Might as well rip the band-aid off.
Like Logan, they’re quiet as they process my words, but they snap out of it on their own and both converge on me, wrapping me in a tight hug. Mekka has tears in his eyes, and they splash on me, tickling my cheek. I move my gaze back to Ethan. Out of the three, he’s the hardest as well as the most opinionated out of all my mates, but I see no regret and nothing but pure love in his irises. It’s so intense, it takes my breath away.
“Why were you scared to tell us?” Ethan asks, hurt.
“It’s not that I was scared per se. I just found out myself. I just didn’t know how you would take the news. We’ve never really talked about growing a family, and we’re not even properly mated,” I explain.
“We haven’t talked about it because we’ve been busy, but I thought we'd made our intentions known by the way we’ve been going at it all over the place without protection. You are our forever, sweetheart. There's no going back, nor do we want to,” Mekka replies, leaving me a soft kiss on my temple.
Ethan gathers me up in his arms and carries me to the couch, sitting me on his lap much like I was earlier with his brother. Gripping my chin with his thumb and pointer finger, he moves my face until our gazes meet.
“Princess, we love you so fucking much. Well past what is considered sane, bordering along insanity. This,” he says waving his hand at all of us, “is forever. We will never give you up. If you get taken from us again, we’ll go to the gates of Hell searching for you, and if you die before us, we will hold your soul captive until we all can be together in the afterlife. In return, we want everything from you. Your love, your body, your heart, your pups, everything, princess. Never doubt what you mean to us, or how far we’ll go to keep you. There is no escape.”
A tear escapes my eye, and he uses his thumb to gently wipe it away. Ethan can be so hard, but when he’s like this, yes he’s intense, but that softness he keeps buried inside shines like the brightest stars in the sky, and it’s fucking beautiful to see.
“I love you all too,” I tell them, looking over at each one of my mates, hoping I’m portraying just how much I feel for them with my gaze. Sometimes I wonder how it’s possible to love someone so much. I would literally trade my life for theirs. We may have had a rocky start, but deep down I’ve always loved them and knew they were my everything.
“Speaking of mating ceremonies. The full moon is next week, and I have already contacted the council to let them know we will be making our bond complete,” Mekka speaks up breaking me from my intense thoughts.
“Really? I’d completely lost track of time.” Getting the pack back together has been hard work so we didn’t have time to perform the ceremony last full moon. Things have just barely gotten under control as it is. Sure, there have been a few problems here and there, upset wolves not happy with the new management. Mostly those overprivileged wankers my father let get away with murder who treated the lesser wolves around here like crap, but that’s common, and won’t change any time soon. Although they weren’t happy to hear my new laws about treating everyone justly and with respect, and if reported, no matter what your status is within the pack, you’ll be punished accordingly.
“What’s with the face, princess? Don’t you want to make us legit?” Ethan asks, placing his palm possessively on my tummy.
“Of course I do. I was just thinking about the ceremony part. I don’t think I want anything big or flashy. A simple, private ceremony will do,” I answer, nuzzling my nose in his neck. He groans and the sound makes a beeline to my pussy.
“We can do that, firecracker, but I think it would benefit us greatly if we throw a big reception inviting the whole pack. They need to get to know their new Alpha and her mates,” Logan suggests.
“When did you get so wise?” I tease, giving him a wide smile. That was a great idea, as I have still yet to meet everyone. Only those brave enough to come by and introduce themselves, and the wolves I made my Betas off Trevor’s suggestion. Both Ethan and Logan were bred to be Betas but since they will soon be the Alpha Mates of the pack, there was no point in giving them the position.
We sit on the couch a little longer to go over details before we ready ourselves for dinner. Usually, an Alpha would have what humans call a secretary to help them, but I have yet to find one I could trust with pack business. Maybe I can give that job to Trevor and he could do that along with being my lead Beta, but for now, I snuggle into my mates, basking in their love as we discuss our future.
Axil
“Council members Brannon and Ebert are here,” Brian announces. I knew this visit was coming. I’m sure it didn’t take Aspen long to rat me out to the wolf council. Little does she know, I have a couple of them in my pocket, who know all about what I’ve been doing. Who actually have been around since the beginning while we were in the trial stages of the drug. She’s the Alpha of her own pack now it's time she learns that money rules the world, not principles. I don’t know what happened to the spoiled brat that only cared about herself, but soon she’ll be a broken mess. I haven’t made a move yet on purpose. I want her on edge, wondering when I’ll attack. I know that pack inside and out. Soon my people will move in and burn that whole pack to the ground, and she’ll watch me kill her precious mates one by one. Then her soul will crumble and die, and she’ll be mine.
“Bring them to my private entertainment room and have Kassie and Rachel dressed appropriately for entertaining.” Much to Rachel’s dismay, Kassie is still here with us. I won’t get rid of her until I’ve gotten Aspen back. Besides, she’s serving me and my Betas well, which is the main reason why Rachel wants her gone. She doesn't like sharing the spotlight with another blonde. A much prettier and younger one at that. Her mate has taken quite a shine to her as well as Jax. She’s like a shiny new toy they’ve been fighting over. I admit, the little slut is quite talented with her mouth, and those fucking tits look good with my cock sliding in between them. I might just keep her and have Aspen watch me fuck her the nights I’m bored with her.
“Council member Brannon, council member Ebert,” I say in greeting once I enter the room.
“Alpha, I’m sure you know why we’re here,” Brannon replies.
“So the new Wolfhaven Alpha has reached out to you,” I answer, telling them what I already know.
“Yes, you were supposed to have that handled. Imagine our surprise when we learned Dante has perished and his daughter was now in control of the pack with damning knowledge of your business. As we speak, they’re doing an investigation on the manners of the drug and all who’s involved,” Brannon’s voice dripping with ire and blame. I don’t know how my father worked with them for so long without killing them.
“I could not stop her from challenging her father, I definitely didn’t think she would win the fight. Dante was weaker than I expected from a True Alpha. As for the business, well, it was just a matter of time before someone would find out. I’m sure you two are making sure the investigation goes nowhere and keeping the other council members in the dark.”
“Of course we are,” Ebert snarls. “The point is you should have been doing your damn job so we wouldn’t have to.”
“I assure you, I’ll have the Wolfhaven girl handled. We’re making plans as we speak.”
“What kind of plans?” Brannon inquires.
“I plan on razing that pack to the ground and then taking that sweet little Alpha for my own, and forcing she to bear me a son. Afterwards, I’ll sell her off in Bloodjoy’s sex trade where she won’t be able to make anymore trouble.”
“You say this like it’s a simple thing. Her father underestimated her and look where he is,” Ebert states.
“Her father was weak, and she is nothing more than an apple from the same tree. I will squash her until she’s nothing, use her, and then discard her.”
“Well, whatever you do, our involvement can’
t be known. In a month, she has turned that pack around, got it out from under debt and made it prosperous again. The other four council members are very pleased with her so far. She has earned their respect in such a short time, and has more than made up for her father’s incompetence in their eyes.”
Of course she has. I never said Aspen was stupid, she managed to play me, but I have been in this game a whole lot longer than her and don’t plan on getting run off the board. I’m about to respond when the door opens and Rachel and Kassie step inside. Both are wearing short lace skirts that barely cover their ass cheeks and no tops with gold star stickers covering their nipples. Brannon has an obsession with boobs, the bigger the better. Something I can agree with, and Ebert likes young males or pretty females with tight assholes. Brannon hasn’t taken his beady eyes off Kassie since she walked in. The scratches on her arms have worsened. I know my Betas have been sneaking behind my back and giving her pills, but not enough to keep her high like she was at Wolfhaven. Right before Brian had her brought in, I made sure he slipped her three of the pink pills. She’s already as high as a kite.
“Council member Brannon, you remember Kassie,” I say, waving my hand showcasing her.
“Tyler’s daughter. The exiled traitor. I thought she was already shipped off to the disciplinary school.”
“I may have had her take a slight detour. Bloodjoy wishes to purchase her, but for now we’re having a little fun. Isn’t that right, pet?” I ask, turning my attention back on Kassie. Her chest heaves with her erratic heartbeat making her tits bounce nicely. A motion Brannon more than notices.
