Rival forces are circling for their own pound of flesh. They grow weary of waiting for change, and feel the best way to enact the change they want to believe in is to make sure that they come to power over the City instead of Jack.
A crossroads and a major decision will change Jack's life forever -- but can he really make such a heavy choice when so little information seems available to him?
