Hill farmers Jos Robertshaw and his wife, Emily, are used to being self-suffcient in the hard and sometimes bleak Yorkshire landscape. On their farm, life follows a familiar routine, with everything as it should be and few surprises around the corner. But when a mysterious visitor comes knocking and they open the door of their self-contained world, nothing will ever be quite the same again.
