Poetically written, and when I say poetically I'm not referring to poems. I'm referring to the way that the words grip you. The way this story was woven was pretty f***ing awesome! Emari has lived a tragic life, the loss of her parents took a great toll on her. But from the beginning their was someone in her dreams that was slowly taking away the worst of her dreams. After an attack at work, her life once again is forever changed. The darkness of her life shines through her dreams. In walks the dreamweaver. He is cute and mysterious. Emari is sure she has seen him before...but has she? Of coarse she has. He's only been manipulating her dreams for the last year. Lol Anyway, this was a good dark YA read. Lady Knight ReviewerThis book was a surprise; a good one!!!! I really enjoyed its story and its darkness. It was a first for me, a YA novel which contain such awesome characters. At the end I wanted more, I really want a second book. I highly recommended!!! From the AuthorDream Weaver was born from my imaginations of creating my own 'Edward Cullen' after reading the Twilight Saga. Before he even had a name, Nick would whisper in my ear at work and make me smile. The Onar Caphar (Dream Weavers) evolved over time and I learned what special abilities they would have as I wrote more and more of the story. Emari Sweet came from a doodle of names one night. I knew I wanted my protagonist's last name to be Sweet, but I  didn't want her to have anything sappy, or sugary. Then somehow, Emari Jewel Sweet came out of the mix. Nick's backstory is true. There's a grave marker in the local cemetery that has drawn since I was a teen. So much so that I went to the cemetery office and scoured the old tomes to find out her story. And Nickolas was named from the granite headstone right beside the one I visit on regular basis. I've actually wandered the rows and rows of tombstones to find unique names for other characters. Ivy, Emari's best friend, is a variation of friend of mine...her name is Heather. Jesse was based on a young man who worked with me. He was always upbeat and optimistic, and he always sang 'Run Around Su' when he saw me. Sabre James was a derivation of a guy named Tabor...and James came from Jesse James the notorious bank robber.  And Eddyson....well, it tells you in the book where that came from. The second book in the Dream Weaver Trilogy is entitled Rock Star and is in its editing phase now. I'm still formulating my thoughts on the final book, Private Eye.
