Read His Captive Bride Storyline:

Drake: I've never met a woman like her that wears her heart on her sleeve. She came down here to feed the hungry and help the poor. I knew that she was going to get hurt or worse yet killed so I began stalking her. I'm not a nice man; I'm not a good man, she sealed her fate the day that she came into my neighborhood. I never planned on stalking her, I never planned on her becoming an obsession that I wouldn't be able to shake. She is the curve ball that life threw me and I am the darkness that she has been taught to avoid; like I said: she sealed her fate the day that she came into my neighborhood. 'Mid-Way' Mandissa: There he is again. He doesn't even try to hide the fact that he watches me. He stares through me, as if he knows all of my dirty little secrets. He looks at me, as if he can read all of my emotions, but yet for some reason, I can't seem to get 'a read' on him. I steal a glance at the young man leaned against the building in the black leather jacket, I try to size him up. His face is granite. There really is no other way to describe the bone structure of it. His skin is white, not pale, but white, and yet he appears to be of Latin descent. Suddenly it hits me, he is Spaniard. His tousled black wavy hair and black eyes, along with his stance against the building, exude an attitude of not giving a shit. He simply couldn't care less. He couldn't care less that I'm fully aware of him. I am also aware of the fact that he stalks me. I don't know what to feel, all that I do know: is that when he is near........I feel...............ReviewI love you UK and thanks for making 'His Captive Bride' #2 in Kidnapping/Crime Fiction Genre.**Mandissa:**He doesn't wear a suit when he was stalking me. He looks like a bad ass biker; not a socially prominent and powerful business shark. The trouble is-He's both! Not only is he dangerous enough to keep stalking me, he has the money and the power to back it up.He ....Is......A.......Chameleon....... From the AuthorThis book is rated R and recommended for an audience of 17+To the reader: Though my books do not fall under the 'urban' or 'street' genre, they do deal with urban issues. The Alpha males in my books are many times involved in criminal activity; therefore there is sex and cursing within the story line. As an Author, I try to keep my stories as tasteful as possible while still remaining true to my characters. Dark Romance Series, is a series that I base on being not quite as dark as 'dark erotica;' but yet edgier and darker than the genre of 'romance.' Think of the alpha vintage male that our grandmothers read and fantasized about in the old romance novels, but add a contemporary twist and darker edge to him. You get all of the alpha, angst, and edgy male, but with a dark brooding romantic twist. Thus you are not left feeling shell shocked, as if the heroine has been abused, or mistreated in any way. If you are a reader who enjoys the alpha male, the man who makes no apologies for his brash behavior, and at times will even go so far as to blackmail, or kidnap, in order to make a point, or in order to obtain the woman that he craves, obsesses, and has set his sights on; then this is the series for you. In the first of this series: Juanita, a cage fighter who gets caught stealing from a high ranking Colombian Official, is subjected to a forced marriage, in a foreign country; as the only payment for retribution of her theft. You are sure to enjoy this book in the series: 'Dark Romance.'
