Two teenage cousins, named Charles and Dru Roxenbury headed to college to study law at the end of the summer look for adventure after their high school graduation. Dru traveled from Promise to Los Angeles, CA, to spend a few weeks with Charles prior their college days. At the beach, they met two 16-year-old girls, Ashley and Tiffany.
