Meet Philip Bradley: a young, dynamic, self-made millionaire with a passion for family and a family of friends. One sudden morning however, his life was torn apart, as his 12-year-old daughter tragically lost hers; being run down and killed by a drunken-driver. Ever the upstanding citizen, Bradley placed his faith in the British judicial system, and for two trying years, juggled his crippling grief with a relentless pursuit of the assailant through the courts. However, owing to the many technical errors made by the Police during their investigations, the case was eventually dropped – a bombshell that destroyed any semblance of faith within Bradley. In desperation and exasperation, he came up with a plan. He would not quite take the law into his own hands, rather he would use his considerable wealth and contact-base to put it into the hands of others – more capable others. Quickly and quietly, he organised the formation of an elite “task force” of ex Special Forces members, who were to track down and abduct the most nefarious of  justice-dodgers and bring them to private trial. These were to be overseen by three equally disillusioned High Court judges, who were also convinced that justice is a dish best served red hot!
