Unwilling to Back Down (Survival of the Fittest Book 2)

At last, Chloe reached as far as she could, impaled on him in a way that seemed to go beyond a simple physical penetration. Her head lolled a little under his control.
Holding her hair, Kyle used his free hand to deliver a crisp spank to her quivering ass in his lap. “Ride me, Chloe. Let’s see what you learned in your time down south. Ride me like a bull.”
With her hands clenched onto the headrests, head thrown back and held tightly by the hair like he was holding her reins, Chloe flexed her thighs and pumped slowly up and down on him. Experimental at first, working her wet slit against him, struggling to accustom herself to the huge, iron-hard rod penetrating her core. Her rhythm increased, maybe faster than she would have otherwise. But she was goaded on by Soo-Yun’s incredible fingers working their magic and the second, third and fourth smack…. smack… smack as Kyle spanked her ass in naughty encouragement.
Kyle existed in a state of heavenly pleasure as her inner walls milked at him greedily. Molten-hot pleasure was working its way through him, and he struggled to hold off as long as he could, not wanting the moment to end. Not until Chloe had cum. Not until she had cum twice. Or more.
His eyes settled on the mirror in front of him. He knew the sight of Chloe’s bouncing breasts, his shaft plunging in and out of her sex, and Soo-Yun’s fluttering fingers would be the only thing Dazz could see there. All he could see was Dazz’s eyes in the reflection, bright and luminous in the dark, glaring at him and then staring at the erotic vision. Staring. Seeing nothing else.
Then, suddenly, the SUV swerved to the side, pulling hard off the road and far over onto the shoulder, making sure they were well clear of tragic. Dazz slammed on the brakes and skidded them to a stop. She let out a ragged, “God damn it, all of you!” She shoved the transmission into park, threw a leg up and over the central console, parting her legs in a rush. Yanking open her half-ruined pants, she shoved a hand down into her slit. Rubbing furiously under her clothing, her eyes locked onto the mirror and watched the erotic scene playing out.
Though Kyle and Dazz hadn’t been together, this wasn’t the first time they had been this close during sex. In some of the more intense moments over the last few months, they’d shared some of the other women at the same time. He could even remember once, with Yvette’s lips consuming his cock much like Soo-Yun had just now, Dazz had crouched behind her and drove her strap-on into the French woman, piercing her and taking her from behind.
So, there was no embarrassment as she masturbated openly in the front seat. Kyle simply laughed and redoubled his efforts. His hips thrust upward now that the car was stopped, pounding as best he could to meet each downward thrust that Chloe gave him. They met with the wicked sound of flesh smacking on flesh, feeding on each other’s passion until steaming pleasure erupted through both of them.
Chloe went first, screaming out as a climax fogged all her senses. Her hands clenched tightly enough to tear the leather on the headrests, and her body clamped tightly around his, drenching him with a flood of her essence. He let her grip hold for a second or two, then grabbed hold of her hips with both hands. Holding her in place, he fucked into her as hard as he could, driving her past that first spike of pleasure and into another. She actually sobbed as her body tensed under his grasp. His fingers could feel her thighs harden into one long knot of sexually charged, quivering flesh. Her back arched just a little deeper, making the lithe definition of her muscles stand out as she rode through the intense orgasm.
The sights and sounds and sensations of her release were enough to destroy him. His aching balls swelled as his cock throbbed inside her. His cum raged from his tip with a power that stunned him, flooding her womb with his needful seed. His pace slowed into a series of a deep, hammering thrusts as he used her body to drain himself of every, last, waiting bit of life-giving juices. Only when he was utterly spent did he relax, letting her collapse back against him. Once again, he didn’t give two damns about the discomfort that caused, bearing up her light weight on his chest. He gladly accepted her hair spilling over his shoulders and her back resting along his torso, keeping himself buried deep inside her body. He kept his cock there, locked in her heat, as if staying inside her could stop any of his seed from escaping and ensure it stayed where it was intended: heating up her whole core.
Chloe melted onto him, boneless and content, gliding down from the heights of her climax and crashing rapidly toward a sleepy, contented haze.
Soo-Yun cuddled up against them, murmuring, “Oh, that looked yummy.”
Kyle turned his head to kiss her cheek. As if summoned, she turned her mouth toward him, and he planted a lingering kiss there. “Your turn will come soon enough, lover.”
In the front, Dazz was also shuddering, gasping through the last stages of her own release. For a long time, she stayed there, splayed apart and with her hands down her pants, stroking herself softly to calm her rush of need. Her brief spurt of ecstasy lingered, then abruptly shifted to annoyance. She grumbled, “You all suck.”
Kyle grinned back at her, totally unrepentant. “You said you weren’t going to watch.”
Dazz actually stuck her tongue out at him. “Fuck off, Kyle. I mean, geez…” Her complaints meandered off as her eyes canted down in the mirror. From the angles, Kyle knew she was looking at his still-turgid shaft lewdly resting inside Chloe’s slit, her netherlips still puffy from the rough sex. “Can’t… can’t you put it away or something?”
Kyle’s grin didn’t fade. “It is put away. Right where it belongs.” He concentrated on his phallus, making it pulse deliberately inside of Chloe. The former-college student let out a delight little sigh, wriggled on him in a wonderful sort of effort to get comfortable, while making no effort at all to separate them.
Dazz growled, “You… are… impossible!” With the greatest effort imaginable, she tore her eyes away and focused on the road. Flicking her blinker, she pulled off the shoulder and got them going again. “I need to get you to the others!”
Kyle chuckled. “Or do you need to get to the others? What’s the matter, Dazz? Did something you see get you all hot and bothered? Need to see Yvette again? I’m sure she’s seriously going to enjoy your reunion.”
“Kyle… you are an evil, evil man…” Dazz struggled not to look back.
It took her almost five minutes before she broke her promise and looked at them again in their sexy, obscene cuddle.
Kyle stopped teasing her, mostly because he knew they needed to make some actual distance toward the south. If they kept moving, they might even beat the Tank to the I-5 junction with their west-bound highway. They’d connect to the interstate just south of the Oregon border. Once they met up, they’d keep heading south for a while. He knew the Dawn was everywhere, but they were centered in Seattle in this region, and it was against this set of agents that he’d been fighting. If anyone was holding a personal grudge, it would be one Andrew Lark. He’d put a little distance between them for now, until things settled down. Eventually, he’d be back. He owed that guy a few hard words and maybe a bullet or two.
But that was for later. For now, they needed to get back together. It had only been a couple weeks, but it felt like forever. He needed to be with the others. Whatever was coming, that’s how they would handle it best.
He sighed as he felt Soo-Yun wrap herself around his arm, pressing her breasts against him. Chloe was growing close to sleep, and she murmured something under her breath, squeezing his shaft unconsciously with her inner body. In the front seat, despite her sexual frustration and stormy words, Dazz was staring into the night, focused on driving, determined to get them back to their friends and lovers.
Yeah, this was the best way to handle things.
Together.
Epilogue
The question of liking VTCs or not wasn’t relevant to Reggie Fisher at that moment. The highest echelon of the United States faction of eugenicists known amongst themselves as the Soldiers of Dawn had no choice. They didn’t dare gather together physically.<

It was a crowded screen. There were eight people present, making up most of the high counsel, including Rita Marks and Matthew Rostlen. They had all been in this since the beginning. Since Bronn Milner had convinced them of the whole idea. Only one of their number was missing: the Chairman. ‘Him’. It was normal for Him to be absent, leaving it to the Counsel to sort out the next move while he maintained the public face. In times of crisis, that made sense. He could be vanishing into secret meetings when the whole world was crumbling.
Besides, the Chairman wasn’t the undisputed authority. In the United States, they deferred to his will based on his public persona. But Bronn Milner remained the originating point. He was the beating heart of the eugenics effort. He was the international connection to the other groups around the world. He had been the member of the underground eugenics movement that had done the original research for the creation of Persterim, then devised the inspired idea on how to make it a worldwide movement. Reggie didn’t know exactly how many people had been part of that original group, but they had spread across the world to infect as many countries as they could with their ideals. It was Bronn who had researched and approached each of them. It was his ideas that had brought them all together. It was his dramatic appeal to the Chairman that had brought the man fully onboard and given them the political clout to protect and advance their cause.
And so, it was Bronn who was running the meeting. He was a study in perfection. Straight dark hair. Shadowy eyes that leeched light from the room. His skin a dusky brown like a man who spent most of his time cruising on yachts in the Caribbean rather than running the upheaval of a centuries old political system while sterilizing millions of people along the way, paving the path to the largest culling of undesirables in human history. He had the charisma that was common to both great leaders and madmen.
At the moment, his hands stretched out and laid quietly, palms-down, on the table in front of him on the screen. “Tell me. Can we absorb this?”
Reggie leaned forward, not even trying to be diplomatic about this. They had learned long ago that mincing words only led to problems. “No. They had live access to the Task Mail site using the access levels granted to a third-tier member of the Dawn. Which means, they got a look at just about everything.” He shrugged. “We could disregard anything personally embarrassing. But we can’t ignore certain other things. They found direct mention of the Persterim virus being engineered. It is speculative at best, but that is not how it will play in the media or in peoples’ minds. The population has been hungry for something to blame. We’ve dangled the possibility of a vaccine in front of them for years, keeping their focus on that. But now they have us to blame, and they’ll sink their teeth into it. The pictures of the camp were also damaging. You’d think that wouldn’t be a chief concern, but video is always more real to people. It shows our strong, proud warriors being taught their proper place. Those of the lesser sorts will be angered by that. They won’t accept their lot in life. We always knew that. Theory is one thing. It’s all translated from a language they don’t understand. It doesn’t hit home. But those videos were undeniable. The students were not yet trained in Aeolic, so they were being taught in English. No translation needed.”
Reggie paused, tapping his own desk, wondering if he needed to say anything else. He decided to add, “I’m already seeing ripples through all the various government departments. They are starting purges of their ranks. It’s going slowly; barely even started yet. Mostly because they don’t know who they can trust to do those purges.” He grew a nasty smile. “As it happens, they’ve found a solution to that. We’re like aliens among them that can’t hide. Hutchings laid out exactly what ‘baseline’ meant, so the task forces are being assembled from among the ranks of those who are clearly not ‘baseline’. Simple, but effective. We’re going to be eaten alive by those who don’t deserve to lick our boots.”
Bronn glowered back, not amused at all. He shifted to another around the table. “Have we acted to protect ourselves?”
Jenna Crayton nodded. “We’ve shunted to the secondary servers of Task Mail and have issued permission to switch over to the new access keys to the most senior members. Even as we were dumping data, we had indication of a few more penetrations happening in various locations. We’re not sure if the Simmons woman managed to find and disseminate schematics for the old access key to her hacker friends, or if those other hackers simply found their own way to acquire one of them. We got everything cleaned out just in time. However, now that our methods are known, those same people are going to know what to look for. Our secondary systems will not remain secure for long if we rollout all of the access keys to all levels.”
Bronn nodded. “Inform everyone from Tier 2 and up that they are the only ones to have access. All other connections to lower-level operatives and contacts are to happen via external means with the highest level of discretion.” He looked to the others. “Is Reggie right? Can we survive this?”
Matthew spoke up. “I can’t. We’ve been contacted by every regulatory committee and government agency in existence with even a passing connection to disease control. We own many of them, especially the ones who watch-dog our scientific methods. That’s how our frozen progress has been protected for this long. But they are playing the public game, pretending to join the rest in demanding answers. Even if the ones loyal to us exonerated us, the others will find gaps. We won’t last more than a week under this level of scrutiny.”
None of the others spoke. None of the others really mattered. If the CDC’s part in releasing Persterim and then… instead of working for a cure… their ongoing research to perfect it and expand the results to cull out any anomalies was to become known, everyone else in the room ceased to matter.
Bronn nodded slowly. “We tried to do this inside the system. In the end, that would have been better. Far easier to build a social order from the remnants of another. But now we’ve become the virus, and the body has just woken up to the fact that it is sick. These initial, reflexive moves on their part are just the instinctive, immediate, antibody response. What will follow will be a more deliberate application of medicine to purge us out completely. We can’t allow that.”
Bronn steepled his fingers. “I’ll be talking to the chairman momentarily. My recommendation will be to accelerate the death of the host body. We’ll kill it before it kills us, and then see what grows in its place. Don’t worry. We’ve prepared for this. Our hand has been forced. So be it.”
Reggie let out a slow, controlled breath, not letting the others see his nerves. Prepared for this. No-one could prepare for this. We’re about to unleash pure chaos. He steeled his nerves. It had to be done. He had to believe they had done all they could to prepare. No-one else in the world was as ready as them to seize power from that chaos once it began.
* * *
The news anchor on the screen was doing an admirable job of keeping calm. Her lovely face, caramel skin and soft features seemed perfectly chosen for their ability to induce soothing calm. Her voice was equally smooth, though it carried an insistence that suggested anything she said was important, and that the viewer should listen. “…were a lot of verifiable statements in the broadcast that came over the KWPQ channel yesterday evening. Experts are suggesting this was the key difference between this announcement and the raving of typical conspiracy theorists, who tend to offer unfounded and unprovable claims. However, many detractors are insisting that this is nothing more than a scare tactic. Sophie, why is this so hard to believe?”
Another woman was sitting at the anchor desk. Blonde, mid-forties, and equally lovely in that ‘trust me’ sort of way. Sophie said, “A good question, Paula. You see, it comes down to language. While the videos that were shown were in English and have been determined by many sources to be genuine without any sign of doctoring, it has also been agreed that any group of 50 to 100 people could have crafted these videos themselves. It would have taken time and effort, but it could be done. So, we move ove
r to the documents that were offered as proof. These documents weren’t just on the video feed, but many were sent to news organizations and websites around the country and even around the world.”
Paula nodded. “Seems like with that much material, we could make a good assessment of how real it all is.”
“Indeed. However, the language used in those documents is problematic. Aeolic Greek is a dead language. It is also not well known. Latin is also a dead language, but it is used semi-commonly in scientific nomenclature and at many universities and preparatory schools. Functional fluency is uncommon, but not rare. The most common form of Ancient Greek is arguably koine, which was used for Bible translations and several other key texts discovered from that era. Aeolic is older still. From what I understand, the problem is not only that few can understand it, but also that the people who created these new documents have revived this dead language. They are using new terms and borrowed phrases from other languages so they can reference modern technology. Even experts are finding it tough to translate.”
“But it can be done?”
Sophie looked uncomfortable. “We’ll see. There has been a lot of difficulty tracking down experts in the language. Many haven’t been located at their offices or homes.”
Paula blinked. Normally, reporters weren’t given surprises on live air, but this seemed to strike her. “Doesn’t this… umm… suggest a certain level of credibility for the idea of a conspiracy? If the one group of people who could translate the documents are going missing, that seems… alarming.”
Sophie patted at the air, trying to wipe away what she had said. Her eyes were almost frantic, as if she was being yelled at in her earpiece for going off script. “I didn’t want to suggest anything that would expand an already tense situation. I would argue it is merely a coincidence. As I said, there are only a few who can be considered true experts in the first place.”
