Hard Rime

Page 5

by Chelle C. Craze

Living on a prayer, I closed my eyes and breathed in the night air. We hit a bump, and my hands dropped to Crash’s lap. My heart and everything inside me told me to move, but the atmosphere between us screamed at me to keep going. I might have been delusional, but I listened to the latter of the two.

Crash’s mouth hissed as my hands stilled where they landed, and I breathed in a deep breath with him, not knowing if I should continue or stop.

“Whatever you do, don’t ever fucking stop with me, Halle,” he murmured with a hint of torture to his voice.

I had no clue what direction was right, but the night’s mood engulfed me. My fingertips slid to his zipper and slinked down its length. His hard cock urged me to continue to fall into the frenzy of confusion between us. I’d never done anything like this before, but as soon as one of his huge hands dropped from the handles to my thigh for reassurance, I knew I couldn’t stop. We both wanted this, regardless of the consequences.

Nervously, my fingers traced the outline of his dick, and the bike swerved. My heartbeat pounded with uncertainty, and I pulled my hand away from him. He lifted his hand from my leg and intertwined our fingers, guiding them back to his cock.

“Don’t stop,” he ordered loudly over the loudness of the exhaust. “I want you, Halle. All of you.”

His words gave me the courage I needed. Our clutched hands fell onto his lap, and he trailed my fingertips back and forth the outline of his cock. My body scooted closer desiring more of him, but it wasn’t possible on the road. My fingers stroked him up and down, not caring about anything else anymore, even though I should.

“Fuck,” he seethed and tightened his hold on the handlebars of his Harley.

  “I don’t know what I’m doing, Crash.”

“I think you do.” He groaned, and his muscles flexed under my hand. “I’m going to fuck you senseless,” he warned with a moan, and excitement made me clutch my thighs against his upon hearing his promises. I craved Crash, and my body burned for more of his touch. Even if I considered turning back, I don’t think either of us was strong enough to do that now.

“Prove it.” I purred and then bit my tongue, no clue where the bold words came from. They most certainly weren’t something I would normally have the guts to say to someone.

  Crash

The air gusting around us was cold for Louisiana this time of year, and in spite of how bad I wanted her skin to be against mine, I was thankful my dick wasn’t whipping around in this weather.

I drank a lot at the clubhouse, so the little bit of watered-down liquor I had at Zingers hadn’t affected me too much. If it had, I would have called some brothers, one to drive my bike and another to pick us up in a cage. Luckily, I didn’t have to do either.

Her hand was so warm against my shaft, I almost exploded as soon as she touched me, but I reined in the control. I didn’t want her to think I’d never been touched. I had, but not like this. With her, somehow it felt new and pulses of electricity throbbed through my body. Her speed increased, and my balls tightened as a deep moan rattled through my body. I didn’t want to come, not here on my bike. I wanted to get mine when she was overcome with pleasure.

“We’re almost home.” I nodded, slowing down and dropping my feet against the pavement to hold my bike up at the stop sign. Wrapping my fingers in hers, I pulled her palm against my lips and kissed them. “Let’s hit pause for a moment,” I said in a deep voice and made eye contact with her in the mirror. She grinned with the streetlight’s glow flooding around us. To most, this moment might not have stood out, but to me it was perfection. Halle on the back of my Harley, shyly smiling as she comfortably wrapped her arms around me as if it was where she was always supposed to be. Maybe she was.

I was going to prove I was a man of my word. I would fuck her senseless as soon as we got back to our place, multiple times if she’d let me.

When we made it to the door, we looked at one another, breathless and unsure. It was as if something changed between the parking lot and here. There was a shift in the space between us, and the fire in her eyes dwindled ever so slightly. It was so minuscule, had I not been paying attention, I wouldn’t have been able to pick up on it. The hunger behind her irises while we were on my ride, was the same that constricted her pupils the night we met. She was a passionate storm I had to understand. Yet, it was as if the seconds of rest between us allowed fog to settle over us and the droplets that found our skin rapidly hardened into breathtaking crystalline. Everything amongst us was still there, the desire we had for each other was unmistakable. However, it was masked behind an unbreakable hesitation as if we were frozen, much like we were branches, fallen hostages of a hard rime. We were both still primed and ready, but the tiny air gaps of reality were pumping our minds full of what we would face tomorrow.

“Fuck consequences,” I whispered, more to myself than to Halle, making up my mind. I didn’t care if I didn’t have a place to live after tonight. I had to have her. My hand traced the softness of her jawline and a gentle whimper left her mouth. “I’m going to fuck you, Halle. If that’s okay with you.” I added that last part to give her an out. The two of us hooking up could ruin everything, but I was willing to ante up if she was.

“Please,” she said in such agony I considered pushing her against the wall and taking her there, and probably would have had we not been home.

“Hell,” I gasped for air, desperately needing a minute to compose myself and closed my eyes momentarily.

“C’mon.” She giggled, unlocking the door, and we headed inside.

She placed her pointer finger in front of her lips, and her eyes glanced at Dax’s closed bedroom door. I nodded and followed her to the bathroom doorway, my feet stopped at the threshold, not sure if I was supposed to enter or give her privacy.

Her hand fisted my shirt, and she pulled me into the small space with her. Using my boot, I kicked the door closed behind me and locked it. No way I was going to let that fucker walk in on me again, and definitely not on Halle.

“Are you sure?” she asked, looking up at me as irresolution screamed from every inch of her body.

“Are you?” I probed her, untangling her hand from my shirt and locking our fingers together.

“What if we fuck everything up?”

I shrugged my shoulders because I didn’t have the answer to that question. “So, what if we do? Does it really matter?”

  “Yes. No. I don’t know.”

“How about this, for tonight, we forget about the rest of the world?” I brushed her hair behind her ear, my fingertips resting where they landed. She barely nodded her head within my grasp, and I pressed my lips against her forehead. “We can deal with everything else tomorrow,” I spoke against her skin. “But tonight, I’m going to show you I’m a man of my word.”

I pulled my face from hers, needing to see her reaction. She bit her lower lip and gazed at me through her thick long lashes. “Tonight, it’s just you and me, Halle,” I reassured her, our lips grazing against each other, and she sucked in a hard breath.

  “And tomorrow?”

  “Fuck tomorrow. Tonight is ours.”

  Halle

Neither of us had the strength of sensible direction right now. I tried to remember our responsibilities of the world, but it was more than difficult to remind myself why this was a bad idea with Crash’s lips on mine.

We both wanted this, so I couldn’t figure out why I kept trying to shut it down. I was afraid we’d both get hurt, but more than anything, I didn’t want to destroy our living situation. I shook my head within his grasp and sighed. “What are we doing?”

“Whatever the fuck we want. For once in your life, live in the moment, Halle,” he confidently countered, lightly pressing his lips to mine and pulled back staring into my eyes. “Just give us tonight?” He lightly spoke.

“Tonight is ours,” I declared, giving in to the moment. I wanted him, he wanted me, and I couldn’t hold us back anym
ore. Since the day Crash walked into my life, I needed him one way or another, I was just too scared to let him in. I closed my eyelids and swore to myself I would let whatever happen, happen.

His lips rested against mine, and I told myself to forget what lies ahead of us. It didn’t matter right now. The only thing that held importance was us. Him and me. I would forget the world around us and learn to breathe in the implosion of desire.

My tongue swiped against his mouth, and his intertwined with mine. The universe whirled over and over, and we got lost in one another. The connection building between the two of us was something I never could have anticipated. No matter the amount of each other we gave to the other, we both craved more.

We’d both lived our lives separately, colliding with time, and the pain it brought alone. At least, I had. My mind was always too preoccupied with the agony of my ghosts to focus on the correct path I was supposed to travel. Perhaps where we were, in each other’s arms, was always where our journey was meant to end. To think, I’d placed all those mislaid steps throughout time only to find my destiny in the room next to my own.

I didn’t know where we would be when the light of a new day found us, but at this moment, I would let him free all of my constrictions and find purpose with him.

As my lungs panted out their warning, he breathed hope into my insides with his and lifted me from the wreckage of the unknown. He leaned behind me and turned the water on, our lips never breaking their connection. His fingers slid under my uniform and his shirt, and I lifted my arms, more than ready for the next phase.

“Fuck, you’re perfect,” he admired, running his open hands up my body and flung the clothes over his head. Heat rushed to my cheeks, and I froze in place, suddenly more self-aware than I’d ever been in my entire life. I stopped my arms from shooting up and covered my exposed skin because the tone in his voice held such emotion, I couldn’t deny him.

  “Hardly.”

“Halle, I’ve never seen anyone more breathtaking than you are. Your skin is softer than anything I’ve ever touched.” He dropped to his knees one at a time and spread his fingers against my bare stomach and inched up to the bottom of my ribcage, kissing the trail of raised bumps his fingertips left. “And these should be illegal.” His hands wrapped around the cups of my bra and followed the seam to the clasp. With a flick of his fingers, it was released and flowed to the tile. “Fucking illegal,” he quickly murmured as his tongue inched up to my left nipple, capturing it between his teeth, releasing it as fast as he took it. An unintentional groan escaped my lips, and my nails sank into his shoulders.

“And you are the most beautiful person I’ve ever met,” he proclaimed, getting to his feet and rested his forehead against mine, unable to catch his breath.

That was it for me. I couldn’t fucking take it anymore. This was the best kind of torture. I had to have him inside of me. My pussy throbbed with want, and I didn’t care about anything else apart from him. “Crash?” I said his name in torment, biting my lip and hooked my fingers under his belt, waiting for his confirmation.

  “Yes?”

  “I can’t take much more.”

A sadistic smile overtook his lips, and he chuckled. “Trust me?”

“Maybe,” I answered honestly, panting, and his thumbs hooked beneath the band of my pants and panties.

“By the end of the night, you’ll be screaming yes.” He smiled deviously, pushing everything down to my ankles, and I stepped out of them. Crash guided us to the bathtub and pulled the showerhead out of the holder, biting his lower lip. “Trust me yet?”

  “Still not sure.”

“Ha. She finally speaks the truth.” He smiled, undoing his belt as he stood over me, pulling off his pants and boxers, tossing them out of the tub.

I sucked in a deep breath of shock at seeing how hard and big he was. He knowingly shook his head as he sat down in the tub and motioned for me to do the same. He ran his free hand up my legs one at a time, securing them on his shoulders. The first time his wet tongue brushed against my clit, I moaned, and my hips bucked toward his face.

“Patience.” He smiled against my mound, pulling the showerhead from behind his back and letting the pulsating water massage my clit as two of his fingers rubbed my entrance.

My breathing increased, and ecstasy covered me in bliss. I needed him inside me now. I couldn’t take it anymore. I grabbed the showerhead and flung it behind him, not caring where the water landed as I used my hands to pull his face to mine.

“I’ve never had much of the shit,” I truthfully told him, weaving my arms around his body as my fingertips ascended the change from his muscular back to his ass, pulling him to me.

“Me either.” He laughed, his tip bobbed between my folds, and we both moaned as ecstasy overtook us.

“Good,” I honestly answered him, closing the shower curtain as he slowly rocked into me, locking our fingers above my head, and the passion flowed from his lips to mine as they met.

Beams of light danced through the cracks of the vertical blinds in my room and I stretched, my body sore from everything Crash and I had done together. When my hand didn’t meet his skin, my hand widened against the sheet as I searched for him. Nothing. I was alone in my bed. Fear and regret rushed into my heart as a lump of disbelief climbed into the center of my throat.

My door creaked as someone entered, and I figured it was Dax, coming in to soften the blow of the news that Crash had moved on.

“He’s gone, isn’t he?” I said in a small voice and told myself I wouldn’t cry.

“Who Dax? Fuck, yeah, he is. Thankfully, if he took any longer, Frog would have my ass in a sling for being late.” Crash announced in his smooth deep voice with a chuckle.

My heart continued to pound, but I swear constricted a few seconds without releasing. His voice literally made it skip, or maybe it was the shock of him being here. Really, I had absolutely no clue and didn’t care.

“You’re here,” I said, trying to hide the excitement in my voice.

“You weren’t talking about Dax, were you?”

“No.” I was honest with him and rolled over to face him.

“Halle, I’m not going anywhere without you. I lied to you last night. I never intended for us to only be for one night.” He bit his lower lip and his shoulders shrugged.

My eyes blinked, and I was certain at this point I was still asleep. Not only was I not hearing him correctly, he was dressed in a red and white suit, much like one Santa wears, but without the beard and glasses.

“I promise,” he declared walking to the foot of my bed frame and rounding the side. “Say something, Halle.”

  “Am I dreaming?”

Thick laughter filled the room and his head fell backward, his hat falling to the floor. “Is it the suit or the promise?”

  “Both?”

“Frog will have to wait.” He knelt on the mattress beside me and shook his head. “’Tis the season to be froggy.”

“What?” My eyes widened in confusion. If he thought any of this would clear up a thing, he was mistaken. If anything, with every word that he spoke, I was leaning more toward this being a dream and not reality.

“What do you want for Christmas, Halle?”

A devious smile played on my lips, and I decide I didn’t care if this was happening or not, either way, I was going to live in the moment. “You, Crash.”

“One. Well, two stipulations.” He smiled and then licked his lips, rubbing his hands against one another as he straddled my legs.

“This is a thing, you and me, I want to give us a real shot.”

“Mmhmm,” I murmured as he lowered his body onto mine.

“I want to hear you agree.” He leaned his forehead against mine.

  “Yes, Crash.”

  “Yes what?”

“Yes, I’ll give us a shot.”

“Good.” He kissed the tip of my nose and then inched his face away from me slightly, his eyes full of eagerness. “Secondly, if I have
to wear this ridiculous costume and deal with other people’s kids all day, you’ll wear one too.”

“Like what?” I lifted my mouth to him, and his lips pulled into a smirk.

“I want you to be my sexy Mrs. Claus.”

“Do I have to?” I complained, picturing myself in some absurd get up.

“Hell, yeah. There’s no one else I would rather have by my side.” He placed the lightest of kisses on my chin, locking our fingers together and slid them above our head onto the pillow. I never had the desire to dress up as anything Christmas related, but this had to be a thousand times better than wearing a goth cheerleader outfit.

“Good, because I don’t want anyone else there.”

Those were the last words to escape either of us in conversation for some time. Some people found each other in the highest points of their life, others connected as they neared death. Yet, neither was my location when Crash walked into my life. I was at more of a crossroads, facing the unknown. The possibilities were boundless, but lacking a focal point. He gave me reason, even though I thought it was only for one night. I didn’t know what tomorrow would bring, but right now, I didn’t give a damn. Right now, both of our souls found a purpose within the other. We both found the direction we had been too blind to recognize in life with one another. Today and hopefully for a long time, neither would travel without the other. We would soar together in existence, challenging disaster as one.
