Witch Master
Page 20
As I groaned with release, feeling myself pushed closer and closer to the brink, Brianna and Lois crawled to us and laid back, my three witches lying together side by side.
‘Give it to us,’ Lois said, biting her lip, ‘Please give it to us, master.’
That final word damn near killed me.
There was no way in hell that I could hold myself back. They were determined to drink me down.
I moved from Scarlett, founding to Lois who took me in her hand, jerking me faster until I let out a roar of exploding ecstasy, finishing on their hot, perfect bodies. They all fought for me, licking me up as relentlessly. I had never experienced a feeling like it as my orgasm finally subsided, the three of them kissing each other afterwards and grinning with overwhelming joy.
‘Welcome to the coven,’ Lois said when they were finally finished. ‘Master.’
Chapter Seventeen
A few days of rest later and we were stretched out lazily on the couch in the living room, my witches scattered about each other and myself, legs resting in my lap while my own head was perched on a cushion in Brianna’s lap as we ate junk food and finished off another crime serial box set.
‘You ever wonder what it would be like if we helped out with normal cases in the human world?’ Scarlett said.
‘Sometimes,’ Lois answered, ‘but then I remember how they don’t fare lightly when presented with things floating around in their faces.’
‘Mmm,’ Brianna agreed. ‘I’d like to return to my original point about having shit thrown at me in public when people see me.’
‘Having lived in the human world my entire life,’ I said, ‘I think things should stay separate. Believe me, the world wouldn’t exactly look kindly upon finding out about the existence of this world. It’d probably start a war.’
‘You were okay with it,’ Scarlett said.
‘Yeah, but I grew up with these stories. And the deal was sweetened by you three.’
‘We do love you, master,’ Brianna said, running her hands through my hair. ‘We want you to know that.’
‘I love you girls too,’ I smiled. ‘Think I’m starting to get used to this whole master thing…’
‘That was quick,’ Lois said sarcastically.
‘Men,’ Scarlett added. ‘They can’t resist our charms.’
‘You’ve no idea,’ I said, ‘seriously, the kinds of things you could get guys to do for you if you went out into the human world, even without Brianna’s passive ability.’
At that moment the letterbox in the front door sounded, and the pattering of envelopes against the hardwood floors followed.
‘I’ll get it,’ Scarlett said, leaping up.
‘You still deal in letters?’ I asked. ‘I’m finding new things out every freaking day…’
‘Bill, bill…’ She called back, returning to the living room, ‘And… This.’
She handed the letter to Lois, who examined the front before frowning at the seal on the back.
‘Feedback from our report,’ she said. ‘We have to file one with the High Order every time we close a case… Which isn’t that often for us.’
She broke the seal and removed the letter, unfolding the ivory-tinged paper and reading it back. I watched her mouth moving lightly, miming the words, until her eyes went wide and she sat up frantically.
‘Oh, shit…’ She exclaimed, pushing herself up from the couch with the letter still clasped in her fingers.
‘What? What is it?’ I asked frantically.
‘An invitation,’ she replied to the three of us. ‘The High Order have commended us for our efforts and the successful closure of the case. They’re inviting us to an event for the most prestigious covens in the country…’
I looked around at the girls, seeing the shocked but elated looks on their faces. This was exactly what they had been working for – some recognition from the High Order for their efforts, and they had finally gotten it.
‘When is it?’ Scarlett asked.
‘Next week.’
‘Jeez, we need to get ready! We need to prepare outfits, to bring Rel… And you.’
‘Me?’ I asked.
‘Of course, master. As the warlock of our coven you’ll be expected to join us. Will you come? Please say you’ll come.’
The girls all looked at me expectantly. I hadn’t even thought about my college classes yet, never mind what I was going to say to Professor Winston about my absences.
But here I was, occupying a different life and playing a different part. I was a warlock now, maybe still in-training, but with enough fights under my belt and enough spells and starter-knowledge that this new world I had been exposed to only looked as if it was just opening up.
It looked like I would have a few late nights of cramming ahead of me.
‘Of course I’ll come,’ I smiled back at them. ‘With you three by my side and this new victory on our resumés? We’re gonna take this coven to the top.’
