The Beastman Leader seeing this became filled with fear as he shouted, "Fall back further! Don't let these spears hit your bodies!"

  Whoosh! Whoosh!

A group of whooshing noses rang out as the beastkind quickly rushed to escape the range of attack, but the Nightfiend Leader did not give them any chance, he shouted as he pointed his finger towards the ground, "All of you die!"

  Swish-swish-swish-swish!

The thousands upon thousands of dark spear showering down towards the earth like rain itself as it was ready to bring an end to all things. However, as this occurred, the scene once more began to change.

A voice that seemed to be conscious yet not conscious at the same time resounded throughout the area, "So it was like this... true berserk does not rely on the outer but comes from the force hidden within the inner. It turns out I have been fighting the wrong way all along! Haha! Daring to challenge me I'll let you all see what it means to truly become a - Wild Wolf!"

As Lang Kuang said this, his eyes began to change as it recovered all forms of clarity. The blood red eyes glowing brightly as his figure once more started to change, within moments, his silvery white fur began to take on a shade of red as his body now gave off a bloodthirsty aura.

His form stood upright, and assuming a human battle stance with his hands stretched out before him like the fangs of a wolf while his body crouched slightly with both legs bent. As if in slow motion the raining dark spears continued to fall slowly as Lang Kuang continued to change swiftly.

Soon, his face once more became that of a human leaving only his originally short white silvery hair to change becoming an extended group of silver-red hair that fell down his back to the ground.

Bang! A terrifying pressure spread from his body sending ripples across the entire region for hundreds of meters causing all of the falling spears to disintegrate into nothingness. The hidden Nightfiends and relatively distant Beastmen became like boats in a raging storm, being blown away like paper crashing into the trees and fields.

The Nightfiend Leader seeing this finally had a change in expression as his face became filled with utmost fear, he looked at Lang Kuang's awakened form stuttered, "You-you-you! How can this be? How can this be? A... An... Ancient Blood Moon Wolf in these times?! How can your kind still be in existence?"

Not bothering to waste his time answering his question Lang Kuang who was now at full battle posture finally spoke, "I've now finally understood what the elder taught me! Ha-ha! Your time has come fiend... Fangs of Blood Moon!"

As Lang Kuang spoke, his voice merged with the wind as a red brutal wolf shade formed over his body giving off a terrifying aura. Soon, his figure vanished leaving behind a red remnant shade as if time itself had trouble keeping up with his tracks. A blurry shadow could be seen at all corners of the open field as if his one charge became many that swept across all of the Nightfiends.

Instantly, his figure appeared at the opposing end of the battlefield with his torn-up clothing flapping in the wind. His long silver and red hair swaying gently as he calmly turned his head and looked at the scene behind him.

Swooossshhhh! A brisk but bloody wind blew across the open field it swept away the darkness, leaving behind the still forms of the Nightfiends and their Unit Commander.

After a short while, there was a change.

  Puff! Puff! Puff! Puff!

A series of bloody bursts resounded through the area as all Nightfiends became torn to pieces, a sizeable circular moon-like hole visible on all of their bodies. As their corpses fell to the ground, they used the last of their energies to look towards brutal being that ended their lives filled with regret and a kind of release at the same time.

The Nightfiend Leader stood silently with his back turned to Lang Kuang a large hole in his chest as he spoke, "What's your name... warrior?"

Lang Kuang hearing this spoke with pride, "I am the Wild Wolf of Dawnwing, the left hand of the Red-Haired Swordfiend..."

"Wild Wolf... Chuckle! A truly... wild one... indeed...." His voice drifted off as his corpse fell to ground in eternal slumber.

Lang Kuang seeing this smiled, he then removed his new battleform feeling a wave of exhaustion and looked towards the distant Beastmen with a pensive look on his face.

Soon, a sly smile rose on his already tuff looking face as he spoke, "Hehehe! I'd like to see their faces when they see my~ new~ present~!"

His laughter echoing in the night wind, as the bloody moon faded revealing the once more vibrant moon of the night.

Breakthrough to Aura Disciple, The Awakened Dantian!!

The Endless Rain Zone, within the Gloomy Forest. A sea of flames thunderous flames that scorched the earth for a significant section of this land. Its width was almost boundless reaching out for almost a thousand miles, as the trees surrounding this region's edge burned in dark blue flames.

  Snap! Snap!

The twigs from fallen trees broke to pieces as the sound of footsteps echoed throughout the area. Carefully looking, one would notice the shadows of strange humanoid forms that swiftly traversed the outer regions of this forest's 'blazing zone.'

Suddenly, one these shadows stopped and walked out from the shade revealing its true form. A cow-like creature with a large ring on its nose, it had the lower body of a horse that left blazing blue trails with each step taken by its huffs. On its back was a holster of many bows along with a giant crossbow made of unknown materials strapped to its side.

Bluehuff Fiends, a rare fiend type amongst lower-class fiends each born with the combat abilities of an Elite Lower-Class Fiend (+1 Battle Strength). The capable among them having the ability to advance to Elder Lower-Class Fiend (+2 Battle Strength) or even Variant Lower-Class Fiends (Layer 1 Battle Strength).

They say that this race has natural compatibility with all types of fires amongst the heavens and the earth.

A group of similar looking Bluehuff Fiends was also swiftly making their way through the burning lands as they conversed amongst themselves.

"Such an unusual phenomenon, if the Zone Commander hadn't gone to the 'Center of all Zones,' we wouldn't have been the ones deployed by Palace Command." One of the Bluehuff Fiends said as it looked around the environment.

The other Bluehuff Fiends hearing his statement replied, "Un. I heard even the troublesome Queen of this forest was involved in this scene. If even she had to get involved, I can imagine that there would be some rare type of treasure to hidden beyond these flames."

"Being forced to retreat in an extremely unsightly manner due to flames, humph! Truly undeserving of her past fame, so what if the laws of this space have suppressed our abilities allowing us only to show a fraction of our true strengths. Truly disappointing!" A larger and fierce looking Bluehuff Fiend said.

He then walked ahead of the group through the thunderous blaze as if it was his backyard as he spoke once more, "Still, it looks like our Bluehuff Fiend race has a chance to climb the ranks once again."

The Bluehuff Fiends hearing his words followed behind with an excited look in their eyes. Soon, they arrived an open section of land that was enclosed by these strange flames.

A large dull looking pillar stood calmly at the center of this field followed by an unusual burning ball that was expanding. If one looked carefully, they would notice that as this ball pulsated the thunderous flames that surrounded the area for miles would diminish bit by bit.

"Eh? What's this? Such an unusual looking treasure..." One of the Bluehuff Fiends said.

"Hmm...." The Leading Bluehuff Fiend muttered as it pondered to itself, "The report from those stragglers outside these flames said that a human had caused this burning field. If that is so, then it could only mean..."

Upon saying to here, the look in the fiendish eyes of this large Bluehuff Fiend started to gleam with a bright blue light. It grasped its powerful looking cross-bow and loaded it with a unique arrow as he carefully aimed the bow at the ball of thunderou
s flames.

Bang! A powerful aura rose up from larger Bluehuff Fiend causing the flames around it to disperse for a few meters, the bow in his hand started to glow in dark blue lights as one of the arrows lit up brightly.

"Ah, Unit Leader is making his move so soon..." One of the Bluehuff Fiends said.

"Isn't this his usual style? Plus, although we were the ones explicitly ordered to come here, who knows if any of the other Palace Command Units aren't heading here to try their luck." The other Bluehuff Fiend replied.

As they continued to discuss among themselves, the attack of the Bluehuff Fiend leader had finally finished its preparations. He cunningly stared at the ball of thunderous fire and roared while pressing down on the trigger of his crossbow, "Human! Die!"

Swoosh! Piiiiiiii! The arrow was fired quickly turning into a ray of dark blue light that shot towards the ball of thunderous flames.

As if it didn't need time to cross the distance, it instantly collided with the ball. However, the expected earth-shattering explosion did not follow. Instead, the bow went through the ball of fire as if it was water drop falling into the vast sea and vanished from existence.

"What?!" The leading Bluehuff Fiend along with the others exclaimed with surprise.

However, before they could even begin to analyze the situation, there was a change.

Rumble! The region shook, as thunderous flames that surrounded the area for miles started to stream towards the ball of thunderous fire horrendously.

Swoosh! As if the sky was once more welcoming the apocalypse, the heavens and earth both became shrouded by these mighty flames covering all things in sight. Still, the unique flame breed Bluehuff fiends were still capable of enduring the might of the blazing environment with the shock from the thunders doing a bit of damage.

"Che! Such a strange fire essence, how can it still cause us damage! Could the treasure be coming into being?" A clueless Bluehuff Fiend asked, as he looked at the scene around him.

A few others asked similar questions with the exception of the Elite Bluehuff Fiends and Elder Bluehuff Fiends who looked at the scene with a pensive look in their eyes.

The Variant Bluehuff Fiend having recovered from its dazed state was now observing the changes before him with a thoughtful expression on its face.

"How troublesome. I didn't think there were flames capable of damaging our bodies. Now, I can only wait until this damn human finishes his acceptance of this legacy. Che! It doesn't matter, even if you do accept the legacy how strong can you possibly get? Ha! I want to see the look on your face when you notice that my unit has surrounded you..." He thought to himself.

Upon completing his thoughts, the Bluehuff Fiend then looked towards his unit and made a few hands sign while speaking, "Surround it from all corners! There is a human inside, and we will capture it the very moment it comes out!"

"We hear and obey!" The Bluehuff Fiends said as they quickly scattered throughout the flames and surrounding the central ball of flames.

The leader seeing this nodded his head with satisfaction as he gazed at the flames intently, a greedy gleam shining in the depths of his eyes. Soon, his eyes focused on a silhouette that rested at the core of this ball of flames and thunderous sparks...

  ∞ ∞ ∞

A celestial body, one like no one had ever seen before it. Muscles tougher than stone, bones harder than divine steel and veins along with organs that were sturdier than even the fabled divine energy channels.

A body built to perfection by the finest forces in heaven and on earth. Looking carefully, one would see that around the Dantian inside of this body there was a group of blazing thunderous energies that danced around impatiently.

"Now this is the true competition of Body Training. I've never seen such a state of a body's foundation, not even the clan’s records speak of this kind of change. My essence-energies have also completely changed into this new thunderous fire or rather, thunderblaze energies. Hmm, maybe the only person who could give me a direct answer for this would be the old master..." Feng Yu said to himself.

However, he cleared his thoughts once more and refocused his gaze as he thought to himself, "It is time to knock on the door..." With that said, his consciousness faded as he willed for his mind to enter his Dantian.

It was a dark space, a void filled with nothingness. Looking carefully, one would see an endless pathway that stretched towards the limits of this vast space. The figure of a red-haired youth stood calmly within the void as he gazed towards the distant end. There, he saw a door. A strange door, looking to be filled with the mysteries of the world.

"The door of cultivation... I wonder, how many times will I have to bombard it with my energies to truly enter the path of cultivation?" Feng muttered to himself as he looked towards the door with a pensive gaze, his eyes showing a trace of reminiscence.

As he thought back to his previous life, he couldn't help but recall the scene of him standing before the door of cultivation and knocking with clusters of essence energy unable to make it move in a significant manner. It wasn't until after five months of tiring effort, did he manage to open the door by a length in which he could pass through, entering the stage of a true cultivator.

"The quicker you can break this door, the greater your future path on the road of cultivation. If I recall correctly, those ancient clans in my old world had prodigies that broke apart this door in less than two days. That should be faster than the records of some of these Supreme Bloodline Clans in this world based on clan's records..." Feng Yu said to himself, he then cleared his thoughts and willed towards the void of the world.

"Come to me!" Feng Yu said waved his hand towards the void as if calling on the void itself. Very soon, there was a change.

Buzz! Following a loud sound, groups of thunderblaze energies appeared from the void as they merged with his body.

Phew! A bright light shone throughout the world as they illuminated the surrounding void with Feng Yu's body as the source. He then stretched his hand towards the door in the distance and spoke, "The 'Door' opens! The 'Dantian' awakens!"

As the thunderblaze energies began to gather around his palm to launch themselves towards the door, an unexpected scene occurred.

RUMBLE! The door in the distance upon sensing the energies gathering in Feng Yu's palm began to shake as if they felt the terrifying thing possible. Soon, it started to open by itself as if trying its hardest to welcome the being that stood on the pathway.

Boom! Finally, the door opened to the maximum width showcasing the highest degree of welcome one could receive.

Feng Yu seeing this scene became shocked, he exclaimed, "Are you kidding me? What on earth----?" However, as he questioned in a confused manner, the scene before him began to change once more.

The door seemed impatient that Feng Yu had not entered it despite its welcome. It quickly sent a group of terrifying suction energies which pulled his form through its entrance before the door’s closed once more.

Feng Yu looked around at the scene of white before his eyes and became stunned as he saw a pure, boundless space that was many times above his previous life’s inner door realm. He smiled and willed once more inside of this space, "Great! With this kind of space in my Dantian, I'll be able to condense an immense amount of energies far greater than what many prodigies can achieve. Now, come to me! Thunderblaze energies..."

The unawaken Dantian within Feng Yu's body began to stir, as he felt this change, the thunderblaze energies then used the vein channels to flow inside of the Dantian at quick speeds.

After a bit of time, the Dantian began to glow in a bright golden light as all of the energies had finally entered their true home. As if feeling that this energy wasn't enough, his Dantian began to draw the powers from the surroundings creating a chaotic scene...

  ∞ ∞ ∞

The world outside was still chaotic as the thunderblaze energies continued to blanket the sky and earth as they traveled towards the silhouette within the ball of flame
s. The Bluehuff Fiends who saw this began to grow uncertain as a few started to complain.

"How long is this transformation going to last?" One of them asked.

"Che! Hurry and come out human, for your fate is already decided." said another.

The Unit Leader seeing this frowned, as he was about to yell in anger there was a change.

Bang! Following the sound of a loud bang, the scorching thunderous energies that covered all things soon after vanished into the ball of thunderous flames.

Looking around at the environment one would notice that miles wide sea of flames had all but disappeared, revealing the scorched earth and burnt trees. The figure of Feng Yu was now seated in cross-legged posture as he sat on the ground undisturbed by the scene around him.

The Unit Leader noticing this became pensive as he thought, "This strange phenomenon... it’s almost like, almost as if it was a breakthrough to..."

"Aura Disciple!" The voice of Feng Yu said, as he now opened his eyes that caused a powerful ripple of thunderblaze energies to shine from their depths. He gripped his fist tightly causing his powers to rise sharply as a smile came upon his face.

He then looked towards the group before his eyes in surprise, but soon it became filled with confidence as he spoke in a manner similar to Dai Lin, "What's wrong? Have you never before seen a human?"

As he said this, his voice echoed throughout the region as the fiends that surrounded him glared at him with a thick murderous intention. Their fiendish auras rising to their peaks causing the world to once more change, as a dark mood filled the air...
