Arriving at the Kellerman building, Vince took the elevator to the third floor. Julie, dressed in black leggings and a baggy gray V neck t-shirt, stood by the door watching the lighted numbers progress. When the doors opened, she leaped upon Vince, hugging him and kissing him as if he had been away for a year. Vince, laughing and smiling, wrapped his arms around her, rejoicing in the love he had found.

“I’m so glad you’re here,” said Julie.

“Believe me I am so glad to be here with you,” replied Vince.

Ignoring hunger, ignoring thirst, they indulged in erotic kisses, gradually shedding their clothes as they made their way through the apartment. On the giant bed, they made love with lustful abandon, deepening their bond and strengthening their love for one another.

Once Carolyn was securely loaded, the ambulance pulled out from the hospital, entering traffic on its way to LPU.

Avery, spoke with Klaus Panzer on his phone. “Mission success, we are on route to LPU.”

“Excellent,” came Panzer’s reply. “Please let me know when I can come see my grandso… I mean grandchild.”

When not teaching or writing, Bill can be found seeking adventure, peace and camaraderie, hiking, biking and paddling near his home in Rochester NY.
