“My name’s Daxton McGill. Elder Merlin said we needed to talk about Trin and Mitchel. When are you free and where can I meet you?” Daxton asks. So, this is Daxton, why does my heart feel like it’s going to come out of my chest?
“I am leaving tomorrow to head back to Ontario. Mitchel’s the wizard I take it. The ass-hat tried to blast Enox today at the Royal Gargoyle palace grounds the new clans has taken over.” I say and the feeling is slowly being replaced with anger.

“Yes, I can see!” Hayden says smiling and a large house with no doors or windows appear.
“Ok, now I want you to put us in it. Can you do that?” I ask with a smile.
“Why do we want to be in it if there is no way out?” Hayden asks, he’s a smart boy.
“Well sweetie, that mean dragon and lady are taking your magic. The lonely wizard’s helping because he thinks they won’t be his friends if he doesn’t. So, I want you in the house until I come back. It will keep them from hurting you anymore and taking your magic.” I say to Hayden and we are immediately in the house.
“It’s kind of boring in here.” Hayden says sighing.
“You know what, imagine your favorite things, food, toys, movies, and drinks. Oh, imagine a bathroom too you will need it. “What about the goddess? Can she come in?” Hayden asks. I want him safe, and they might use a fake goddess to get him again, like Tim did with Nimara.
“No sweetie, it could be a trick. I will be the only one able to get in here with you, ok? I can because you let me in. I just need you to stay in here, so you are safe. I am going to stop those bad people from hurting you.” I say and Hayden understands, “ok sweetie, I’ll be back soon. Promise!” I give Hayden a hug and kiss. I hear footsteps, so I move away from the window into the trees. I watch as Trin, Mitchel and Mary-Anne look over the machine. It has stopped draining Hayden’s magic because I helped him create a block to protect himself, not even Tania can connect to him now. I watch as Mary-Anne starts freaking out and Trin tries to calm her down. They leave the room, but Mitchel stays behind.
“I know you helped him protect himself against Mary-Anne. I am so sorry, I never wanted this. I wanted to be with you, but Trin said you wouldn’t want me because I am weak. Please forgive me.” Mitchel says and I shift quickly into his mind.
“Mitchel, you never should have listened to Trin. He’s dangerous and going to get you killed. I don’t want that for you. I would have gladly taken you as you are. You were created to help balance me and I was to help balance you! Never listen to anyone else when it comes to your mate. She wants to get there before you, so she can use you to get information from him about the map.”

My alarm goes off making it seem like I only got 5 minutes of sleep instead of 7 hours. I get up and turn the damn thing off. There is a stack of clothes and a note.

Enox sent these over this morning with Sydney. He said you would probably want them.
