Are You In

"Cool," Andy replied, trying to match the enthusiasm in Michael's voice, but not exactly sure how impressed he should be by that. “And the fourth co-owner?”
Michael paused. “That would be me.” Andy’s surprised expression must have been a dead giveaway. "I'm the newbie,” Michael continued, slightly self-consciously. “I joined the guys when they relocated here a few months back.”
Michael motioned for Andy to grip the bar above his head, and as Andy pulled it down towards himself, Michael stepped in and helped him steady his pace.
"You're doing good, nice and steady Andy," Michael said encouragingly.
“Okay, well that’s cool,” Andy said, trying to make Michael feel comfortable again as he focused carefully on the movement. “I’m sorry, I was just a little surprised because you’re so young,” he said in between increasingly heavy pants.
“It's fine,” Michael said with a smile. “I come from money, so that’s why I can afford to be the co-owner of a gym at twenty-four. No use in pretending otherwise…” His voice trailed off, unsure what to say next. Andy released the bar and Michael motioned for him to take a sip from his water bottle.
"So, Scotty, Sean and Jack are all gay. Is that a prerequisite to be a gym owner here?" Andy asked, semi-jokingly, after gulping down some water.
Michael chuckled. "No, but it definitely helps."
Michael’s somewhat cryptic answer intrigued Andy, and momentarily distracted him from the one recurring thought that had been swirling in his head. Jack.
“Alright, let’s move on to legs,” Michael said, motioning for Andy to get up and follow him to a machine a few feet away. “Here, you’ll sit down and extend your legs, and then return them back down, okay?”
Andy nodded as he settled himself into the machine, but his mind was elsewhere. “So, what’s the deal with Jack?’ he asked.
He began extending his legs as Michael spoke. “Jack’s a good guy. One of the best. Just don’t…” He stopped, again carefully choosing his words.
“Don’t what?” Andy asked with a grimace, the weight on the machine made his legs shake involuntarily.
“Don’t underestimate Jack,” Michael finally said firmly. “So many guys just focus on what they see. And yes, he’s a good looking guy, but there’s more to him than just his appearance.”
Andy smiled, finally dropping his legs back down. He reached for his bottle and thirstily gulped a few mouthfuls of water down. It felt good hearing Michael say that about Jack.
Michael looked at Andy and smiled. He could tell there was something different about him, something special. "You like to ask a lot of questions, don't ya?"
"I just like getting to know people, that's all," Andy replied, still smiling.
“Well how about you rest for thirty seconds and then we’ll do that exercise twice more, okay?”
“Twice? I don’t know if my legs can take it,” Andy said, suddenly having the realization dawn on him at how completely and utterly unfit he was.
“So tell me about your body goals. What are you hoping to achieve?" Michael asked as he motioned for Andy to stretch his legs out again.
"To get a body like Jack's," Andy replied, a little too quickly. "Or yours," he added.
Jack's display in the locker room was almost impossible for Andy to not think about. The image of Jack’s red thong bouncing as he readjusted himself had imprinted itself immovably in his mind, running on loop.
'That had to be a deliberate move,' he thought to himself. But that thought was quickly followed by another, 'But why would a guy who looks like that be interested in a guy who looks like you?'
Andy wasn’t being down on himself. He knew he was a good person and had a lot to offer. He also knew that guys that looked like Jack weren’t interested in guys that looked like him. It wasn’t self pity, it was a fact of life. Jack could have his pick of anyone he wanted, including all the jock, muscle types that made up a fair chunk of the gym clientele. He put his behavior in the locker room down to a bit of harmless, cheeky flirting and if Jack was prepared to flirt with him, Andy was more than happy to flirt right back.
"Well if that's what you want," Michael started, "It's totally achievable. But," he paused, with a serious look on his face, "It's a lot of hard work. And it's not just training. It's diet. It's recovery. And it's mental strength that you need to be building as well. And we're here for you. We genuinely are. All you need to do is commit and we'll guide and support you."
Andy nodded his head, processing what he was hearing. He knew it wouldn't be easy. He appreciated Michael's honesty and for not filling his head with empty promises and things he might want to hear.
"Another thing," Michael added. "It's gonna take time. In all honesty, a week really is nothing. It’s just a taste of what to expect. I’m talking years, if you want the kind of body that I think you do. I'm not trying to put you off Andy, I'm just being honest with you. You need to know what's involved, what it takes to get what you want, and then you need to make a decision. Anyways, while you think about that, let's see how strong those guns of yours are." They walked over to another machine.
"I'd venture to say not a lot," Andy quipped, gripping the bar and hoping that he could at least lift it a couple of times.
The rest of the session went by in a blur. Andy’s body was responding reasonably well to the exercises, but it was his mind that was racing away from him. All he could think about was the sight of Jack in the locker room, wearing that tiny red thong. The touch of his wet hand pressing into his. That dazzling smile. His voice. His smell. His heavy, bouncy pouch.
At the end of their session, an older guy, probably in his mid-forties, slowly walked past Michael and Andy. He looked over at Andy, who was straining his face, trying - and failing - to raise himself up above the chin up bar.
After he passed and was well away from them, Michael leaned in and spoke softly, "That guy who just walked past?"
"Yeah," Andy said, grabbing his water bottle, grateful to be finished with the last set of brutal exercises.
"That's Mark. He's a regular," Michael blinked a few times, as if looking to find the right words. "Look, he's not a creep, but he's just a bit gossipy, you know? He's here all the time and he knows everything about everyone. Or at least he tries to. He just hovers and always seems to be everywhere at once. I’m not trying to freak you out but…just don't tell him anything you don't want everyone finding out about, okay?"
"Yeah okay, sure. Thanks for the heads up." Andy said, wiping beads of sweat from his forehead.
“Andy, we are done,” Michael patted Andy on his shoulder. “You did really well. That was really good for your first time."
"I haven't heard that in a while." Andy replied, impressed with himself that he could still crack a joke while dripping in sweat and starting to feel a little nauseous. The exercises were starting to catch up with him. Michael smiled and shook his head.
"Now I'll get you to do fifteen minutes in the sauna. Turn the egg timer when you get in there so you can get the time right. I'll see you back out at the front desk once you're done."
Time in the sauna to relax sounded just like what Andy needed. It would be a perfect chance to calm his mind, and let his muscles readjust after their first workout in years, decades...ever, actually.
"Okay, sounds good. Thanks Michael,” Andy said as he turned back towards the locker room. He was dripping in sweat and needed a shower. He could already feel his muscles starting to tighten and he was excited to try the sauna for the first time. It felt so...European.
A nice, quiet fifteen minute sauna session sounded like the perfect way to finish his first workout.
Chapter 4 - Heat
Andy made his way towards the locker room. It was empty, so he was able to get out of his drenched workout gear and wrap a towel around himself without anyone seeing. Andy had an almost panic inducing fear of getting changed in front of other guys, so he was relieved he had the place to himself.
He made his
way to the showers, which were also, thankfully empty. He entered a cubicle, drew the shower curtain firmly across and let the cool water sink into his skin. He wasn't able to get completely under the shower, a common problem for someone six-foot-four, so he twisted and turned his lanky body under the shower head to get his hair and face wet too.
Once he had cooled down, he turned the water off, dried himself a little and carefully wrapped the towel firmly around his waist. He opened the shower curtain, hung it back up over the rod to let it dry and made his way towards the sauna.
The entrance to the sauna was on the right side. Andy pulled the wooden door open and was met with an instant wave of hot, dry heat. It was overpowering. He half stumbled backwards, just managing to hold onto the door. He took a deep breath and stood half in, half out, of the sauna. After a few moments of adjusting to the heat, he stepped in.
Luckily, the sauna was also empty. The sauna had two rows of wooden benches, a lower row and a higher row. Two rows were long, on the right side and the other two rows were slightly shorter, on the far side. There was a steel furnace in the middle, on the left side, just under the main window which looked out onto the showers. To the left of the furnace were two egg timers stuck to the wall. Andy flipped one of the egg timers over and made his way to the shorter bench at the far side of the sauna.
Just as he turned around to sit down, the door opened and Mark entered. 'Where did he come from?' Andy thought to himself. The locker room and showers were empty when he was there. Then he remembered what Michael had said. This was a guy who hovered around and showed up everywhere.
"Hi, I'm Mark," he said briefly looking at Andy as he took his towel off and folded it on the lower bench by the door. He stood, naked and in full view of Andy for a moment. Andy looked up briefly and was instantly able to tell that Mark had an amazingly good body, especially for a guy his age.
Mark was tall, somewhere around six-foot-two. He had a solid, muscular build, but wasn’t as massively bulky as Scotty, nor as defined and ripped as Jack. He had short, neat brown hair which looked like it was in the early stages of receding. He had thin, narrow eyes which gave him a slightly shifty look. He was a good looking guy, in an average, nondescript kind of way.
"I'm Andy." he replied politely with his gaze focused firmly downwards. He was really starting to feel the heat of the sauna.
Mark stood for a few more moments before sitting down. He propped his back against the wall and stretched his feet out in front of him. He closed his eyes and started twisting his neck, bending to one side, then the other. "So what do you do?" Mark asked, his eyes still closed.
"I'm an architect," Andy replied, his mouth getting dryer and dryer. "And you?" He might have been warned about the guy, but his natural manners and decency meant he could still have a civil conversation with him.
"I'm in sports marketing," Mark said, as he stopped stretching and looked over at Andy.
"Sports marketing?" Andy quizzed. "What does that involve?"
"Mainly sponsorships and branding. Nothing too interesting, I'm afraid," Mark replied. "But it gets me great seats and backstage access to a lot of events, so that's pretty cool."
Andy smiled. “That sounds neat. You must love getting such great access.”
"Yeah, it's one of the perks," Mark replied, leaning back with a sly smile.
Then silence again. Andy wondered how much time had passed. He couldn't see the egg timer from where he was sitting, so he got up and took a few steps towards it. The light pink sands had barely begun to make their way to the lower chamber. It looked like hardly any time had passed at all. He stepped back and sat down again.
As Mark continued breathing deeply and heavily with his eyes still closed, Andy was struggling with his own breath. The heat of the sauna was becoming too much for him. His lips and mouth were drying up. His hair felt like it was on fire. The feeling was spreading to his whole body. His skin was starting to burn. His breathing got shallower. Harder. Faster.
He started to feel lightheaded. He decided that he’d finally had enough. He got up quickly, a little too quickly, holding onto his towel without wrapping it around his waist, and headed towards the door. He was looking downwards to try and deflect the waves of heat from hitting his face.
The noise he made getting up stirred Mark and he opened his eyes. When he got to the door, Andy mistakenly pulled it, instead of pushing it. "What the hell?' he exclaimed, struggling with the door. As the words escaped his mouth, a rush of hot, dry air filled his mouth and throat.
"You need to push," Mark suggested, trying to help. He could tell Andy was struggling.
"Thanks," Andy gasped, as he managed to give the door a push with his last remaining strength. He stumbled out of the sauna, not closing the door behind him. The cool rush of the shower room air swept over Andy’s body but it was too little, too late.
He took a few steps forward as his lightheadedness became full on head spinning. The bright lights started to flicker, a wave of dizziness overtook his whole body. His eyes rolled into the back of his head and he lost his balance. He tripped and fell onto the floor. The towel he was holding around his waist fell to the ground in a heap beside him.
Andy landed on the floor with a thud. He was passed out, lying on his back, completely naked.
Mark jumped out of the sauna and quickly made his way over to where Andy had fallen. He yelled to another guy who was coming out of a shower cubicle, "Go to the front desk and get help. Hurry!" The guy nodded and turned around, headed for help.
With one hand, Mark lifted Andy's head and gently tried to get a response out of him. With his other hand, he delicately wrapped the towel around Andy's waist. This was not the time to be thinking about it, but as he looked down Andy’s body, Mark made a mental note to himself.
Andy’s twelve-inch cock was the biggest, thickest, meatiest cock he had ever seen.
A few moments later….
Andy gently stirred, starting to come to. He swallowed what felt like a massive, dry lump in his throat and slowly managed to open his eyes. He saw Michael, Scotty, Sean and Jack standing over him, all with concerned looks on their faces.
‘What the hell happened?’ Andy thought to himself.
“Hey there buddy,” he heard Scotty's voice. “How ya doin’?”
“What happened?” Andy croaked, his mouth painfully dry.
Andy tried to lift himself up. Sean quickly dropped to his knees and placed his arm around Andy’s upper body, helping him sit up gently. “Here, have this,” he offered Andy a bright yellow drink. “It’s got electrolytes. It’ll make you feel better.”
“It looks like the sauna got the best of you,” Scotty continued softly as Andy took a few sips of the sugary, funny tasting drink. He looked up and could see Jack standing there, glaring at Michael.
“Are you okay, Andy?” Michael asked, nervously chewing on his lip.
Andy took another sip and for the first time, started to feel like he was back in his body again. The last thing he remembered was sitting in the sauna and feeling like he was catching on fire. He remembered getting up to leave, and that was about it.
“You took a bit of a tumble after you came out of the sauna,” Jack said, helping Andy with the missing pieces of his memory.
“But luckily Mark was around and was able to get help,” Scotty added, as he flashed Jack a look.
Andy put the drink down. He was starting to feel better. He motioned that he was getting up and Sean lifted him up to help him out. He was surprisingly strong for someone so lean.
Now that he was on his feet, a sweeping feeling of embarrassment washed over Andy. His first time at the gym and he had fainted in the sauna!
He looked around at Michael, Scotty, Sean and Jack - Jack! - and wished he could make himself disappear.
“I’m fine you guys. Really,” he said waving his hand in the air. “I might just get dressed and head home.” His gaze turned downward as he silently begged his body not to betray him and embarr
ass him even further by breaking out into a massive blush.
“It’s all good buddy,” Scotty gently patted him on the back. “We’ll let you get changed and meet you at the front desk when you’re ready.” With that, Michael, Scotty, Sean and Jack turned and left Andy alone in the showers.
Andy took a deep breath as he looked around, trying to collect his thoughts. His hand brushed against his thigh and he looked down at the towel, still wrapped around his waist. ‘At least my towel didn’t fall off,’ he thought to himself. Because that would have taken the embarrassment he was feeling to a whole new stratosphere.
Contrary to popular belief, having a big penis was more of a burden than a blessing, at least for Andy. It led to a lifetime of self consciousness, an absolute panic-inducing fear of getting changed in front of other guys and deep insecurities when it came to meeting guys - were they interested in him and getting to know him as a person, or were they simply impressed with his endowment? In his experience, it was the latter that, unfortunately, turned out to be true most of the time.
But the last thing he wanted to be thinking about now was his cock. He just wanted to get out of there, and fast. Andy made his way to the lockers. He got dressed at lightning fast speed and flung his duffel bag over his shoulder.
He had a feeling the guys would be waiting for him at the front desk. The last thing he felt like doing was facing them. As he left the locker room, he took his phone out of his pocket and pressed it to his ear, pretending to be engrossed in a conversation. With the phone firmly planted against his ear, Andy crossed the gym floor and made his way towards the front counter.
He could see the guys hovering around. He motioned he was on the phone and gave them a quick wave. Scotty started to approach him, but not wanting to interrupt Andy, simply smiled and waved back, with a genuine look of concern on his face. Andy couldn’t even bear to look at Jack. He was beyond mortified.
The automatic doors opened and Andy walked speedily through the parking lot. He got into his car, slammed the door shut and closed his eyes. That was not how he expected his first gym session to go.
