Kaden & Keegan (The Walkers of Coyote Ridge Book 9)

Keegan’s entire body hardened in that moment. More so than it had when he’d danced with her a short time ago. There was no tension in her body now. Bristol was pliant, her arms wreathing his neck as she inched closer until she nearly fell off the couch onto the floor. Not that he would’ve allowed that to happen.
“Kaden…”
“Right here, darlin’,” he whispered, bumping Keegan with his knee as he moved closer to her.
Because he was inclined to share everything with Kaden, Keegan released her mouth, then observed as Kaden picked up where he’d left off.
“We should take this slow,” Kaden said when they came up for air.
Always the cautious one, his brother.
But he was right, they really should take—
“Or not,” she said, reaching for Keegan again.
Okay, yeah. What she said.
This time the kiss was explosive, a clash of tongues and teeth, the two of them attempting to make up for lost time. Keegan surged to his feet, Bristol’s legs wrapped around his hips.
“Bedroom,” he rumbled against her mouth.
Her arm moved and he assumed she was pointing out the way, but he wasn’t paying any attention, so he started walking anyway. He took the short hallway off the living room, grateful it was the right direction, and ended up in an empty bedroom.
“Other one,” Bristol said with a raspy laugh before kissing him again.
He made it to the other room, flipped on the light, and was glad to see there was a bed.
Nothing fancy, just a mattress and box spring, and not very big, but a bed, nonetheless.
Besides her, it was the only other thing they needed.
Chapter Thirteen
When she had come out of the bathroom earlier, Bristol had planned to send them on their way. When she was alone, she would’ve shored up her nerves and prepared herself to address the situation with them tomorrow. Or the next day. Within a week, for sure.
She had not intended to blurt out the news she’d been carrying around for the past few days. Ever since she’d broken down and taken a pregnancy test on Tuesday, Bristol had been a mess, but she’d managed to hold it together. Even after she’d made an appointment and the doctor confirmed what the little plastic stick had told her—yes, she was definitely pregnant—she hadn’t cried, hadn’t panicked.
But just one sympathetic look from these two and she was a goner.
However, she hadn’t expected that little revelation to result in Keegan carrying her to her bedroom, Kaden just a few steps behind them.
As much time as she had spent ignoring them, pretending she didn’t want them with a passion that made absolutely no sense, she had expected it would take some time before they could make it back around to even being friends. The idea of being lovers again … that honestly hadn’t crossed her mind.
But here they were, and not being with them wasn’t something she wanted to think about. She needed this connection because she’d missed it, missed them.
When Keegan set her on her feet, she dropped her arms, straightened her shirt. And when Kaden came around to join them, she turned to face him. Looking up, she saw the heat in his blue-gray eyes, the hunger that matched her own. But there was something else, something more.
Would it make a difference if I told you I love you?
She could still hear his words from that night. She’d replayed them over and over in her head for weeks now, always changing the ending. In none of those fictional scenarios had she turned him away the way she had in reality. That had been the final nail in her heart, the one that had splintered her into pieces. However, they were a package deal, and with the way Keegan had treated her, Bristol had known it wouldn’t work. She hadn’t wanted to get her hopes up.
And here they were.
Her second chance.
This was what she wanted, what she’d been thinking and dreaming about since the first and only night they’d been together. Longer. Even before that, Bristol had always known deep down that she would fall for them if she allowed herself to.
“I’m sorry,” she whispered, doing her best to keep the tears at bay. “For turning you away.”
“It’s in the past.”
Maybe, but it was still something they would have to move beyond.
In true Kaden fashion, he was gentle when he cupped her face and brushed his thumb over her cheek. His eyes implored hers, the intensity making her feel naked although she was still fully clothed.
“Tell us what you want,” he said softly, cupping both sides of her neck.
“I don’t wanna tell you,” she answered. “You already know.”
He continued to stare at her, the heat of his body warm against her front while Keegan moved in behind her. Her knees weakened when Keegan’s big hands cupped her waist.
“Then how ’bout we tell you what we want,” Keegan suggested.
Yes. That was a fantastic idea.
Bristol found herself nodding.
“No more games,” Kaden stated softly.
“No more excuses,” Keegan added.
Kaden spoke again. “We’re gonna take this one minute at a time.”
Clearly they’d given this some thought.
Then Keegan. “The only people who matter are the three of us.”
“This isn’t temporary,” Kaden said. “We’re all in this together or we’re not in it at all.”
“I’m in,” she said, her voice stronger than she’d expected.
“You’re never gonna wonder just how much we want you, Bristol,” Kaden whispered.
“Startin’ now,” Keegan added.
How he did it, she wasn’t sure, but in a move nearly too swift to process, Kaden swept her right off her feet, lowering her to the bed, coming over her, his mouth finding hers. And in that moment, Bristol lost herself in him. The entire world faded away, centering on this man’s mouth moving against hers, his tongue lapping at hers, his hands gently caressing as he shifted off of her, lying at her side.
The bed dipped, another warm body joined them, and then Bristol was looking over at Keegan. His eyes were intense, but his mouth was gentle when he leaned down and sealed it to hers. But those gentle lips firmed, his body hardening, their need and hunger seeming to align.
Keegan’s kiss was hot, demanding, and exactly what she expected from him. She moaned, unable to hold it in, because kissing them, as odd as it was to be kissing two men, was exquisite. As mind-numbingly perfect as it had been the first time they were together. Similar, yet uniquely different. She felt alive again and she didn’t want the feeling to end.
When she couldn’t bear it any longer, reaching for them, eager to touch and explore, she found Keegan pulling back. They each took one of her hands, lifting her arms upward, over her head.
“Don’t move,” Kaden whispered, leaning in and kissing her lips.
As much as she wanted to touch them, she was curious as to where this was going, so she left her hands where they were, watched them both intently.
“Do you trust us, Bristol?” Kaden asked.
It was in his eyes that she saw so much. More than she ever expected to see, and this wasn’t the first time. The way he looked at her, she’d always felt like the only person in the room when he pinned his gaze on her. And here, in her bedroom, it felt decidedly more intimate, like a connection had been made.
“Yes,” she whispered, nodding her head as though he might not understand the word and she desperately wanted them to continue.
She sucked in air when she felt a warm hand slide beneath her shirt, spanning her stomach. It was sinfully erotic because she knew it wasn’t Kaden’s hand touching her, but it was his face she was looking at.
It was intense, this feeling, knowing she had the attention of both of these ridiculously hot men, seeing the hunger in their eyes, hearing the rasp of their breaths. She had relived that night in Keegan’s bed over and over again, never believing she would find herself with them again, but here they wer
e. That night had been the most intense, the most erotic night of her life. She wanted to relive it again and again. Tonight, tomorrow night. For the foreseeable future. And it seemed they were intent on giving it to her.
“This isn’t only about sex,” Kaden said.
“Although there’s gonna be a lot of that goin’ on,” Keegan added. “We’ve got a lot of time to make up for.”
She glanced over at him, sucked in a breath when Kaden leaned down and kissed the underside of her arm.
“Is that what you want?” Keegan asked.
Again, the sensation of looking at one of them while feeling the other was erotic, had her breath lodging in her throat.
Bristol’s entire body trembled, her hips jutting up from the bed. She needed to be touched. Somewhere, everywhere. It didn’t matter. She was coiling tightly, her body poised to explode, and she needed them—one or both, she didn’t care—to do something about it.
And she needed it now.
“All you hafta do is say yes, darlin’. It’s that easy,” Keegan said.
Did he not understand there wasn’t anything easy about this? When she said yes, because she most definitely would, there was the potential that they would run roughshod over her heart. There was no doubt in her mind she had already fallen for them both, her heart as invested as her body.
“Say yes,” he urged.
“Yes,” she mumbled. “God yes.”
Keegan’s masculine groan had her body catching fire, the way his lips sealed to hers, his tongue gliding so easily into her mouth. Bristol moaned, opening to allow him entry, her tongue joining the mix. She inhaled his intoxicating scent knowing she was doomed. One word. One single word had no doubt altered the course of her life even if she didn’t know how much yet.
Before she was ready, Keegan pulled back. His stormy blue eyes scanned her face once again as his thumb brushed her cheek. “I hope you’re ready for us, darlin’.”
She wasn’t. That was a given.
“Because there’s no runnin’ from this. Not anymore.”

Kaden was tempted to think he was dreaming. Only his dreams never quite made it this far. Not when this sexy woman was the leading lady in them.
Truth was, when he saw Bristol at Moonshiners tonight, he’d considered hightailing it out of there. After all, he had spent the past month trying to come up with a foolproof plan that would get her back into their bed for the rest of their days. Only she wouldn’t so much as talk to him, so he’d never been able to solidify a plan of action. Not even a one-sided way to get the two of them to hash out this thing between them.
It had pained him not to be able to figure it out, because Kaden was the one who took care of those things. The details.
Of course, Keegan being Keegan, he simply walked up to her and asked her to dance. That was his brother’s MO. As though the last time they’d been together hadn’t blown up in their faces.
But that was Keegan. He was the risk taker, the one who didn’t look before he leaped. Kaden didn’t operate like that. He wanted a plan, a path to follow, a decision to be made. Without those, he felt as though he was flailing, the ground yanked out from under him.
Only because he hadn’t yet had time to figure out the best route to take had Kaden followed his twin’s lead. And here they were. In Bristol’s bed because Keegan had made a move, and Kaden was grateful he had. As usual, his brother’s timing was impeccable.
She was pregnant.
Even the thought had Kaden’s heart squeezing tightly, his hopes once again soaring. This was quite possibly the best news. As though the universe had been on his side all along and now they had something that would tie the three of them together.
He glanced down, watched as Bristol rolled her hips, her chest thrusting upward. He wanted to see her naked, to watch her writhe and moan, all those sexy curves on display, eagerly awaiting his hands, his mouth, his tongue. That night was forever etched in his mind and he wanted another one to add to the collection. And a few hundred more to go along with it.
Fuck. This was going to be over before it started.
“You have a problem with any of it so far?” Keegan asked Bristol, his lips trailing along her jaw.
“No.” The rasp in her voice had Kaden’s cock jerking behind his zipper.
“We’re not runnin’ out when this is over,” Kaden told her. Told both of them, really.
“No more runnin’,” she agreed softly, her body still undulating.
Her blue eyes darted to his face, rolling back when Keegan sucked the skin of her neck.
“Please, Kaden … Keegan,” she whispered, her back bowing, her need growing to the point she could no longer hide it.
Kaden placed his hand on her flat belly, slid his fingers downward, dipping them beneath the waistband of her jeans. She had far too many clothes on.
Bristol sucked in a breath, making the denim gap, his fingers sliding lower. He loved the silky-smooth feel of her skin.
“Unbutton them,” he instructed, wanting to be sure she was aware of the direction they were headed.
Pulling his hand back, he let it trail down her thigh, gliding gently over her toned legs. He watched the movement, distracted only when her fingers quickly freed the button on her jeans, then lowered the zipper.
“Push ’em down.” He let his whiskered chin brush her cheek. “But not off.”
Now it was his turn to hold his breath, because fuck, this woman was hot. He’d known she would be, if and when she’d ever let herself go, and she had proven it to them once. He wanted her to prove it again, wanted her to show him just how much she’d missed this.
Kaden could feel her eyes on him as she lifted her hips and shimmied her jeans down over them. He watched as she revealed a sexy pair of silky turquoise panties.
Yep. Blue was his new favorite color.
“Fuck,” Keegan whispered, the bed shifting as he pushed to his feet.
Kaden moved, claiming Bristol’s mouth once more because he couldn’t resist tasting her. He swallowed her soft moans, loving the way she had ignored their request to keep her hands above her head. Now her hands were curling around his head, holding him to her as though he might possibly think about leaving.
“Oh, God,” she cried out, pulling her mouth from his.
Kaden lifted his head, glanced down her body to see Keegan at the end of the bed. The man had wasted no time.
While Kaden’s view was obstructed, he got the gist of it based on the way Keegan held her legs perpendicular to her body, her toes toward the ceiling. The jeans, pushed down to mid-thigh—still hindered her ability to move, and based on the way she was swirling her hips, she wasn’t too happy about that.
“You like that?” Kaden asked Bristol, leaning over her and watching the ecstasy contort her beautiful features.
“Yes … oh, God, yes.”
“My turn,” Kaden demanded. It wasn’t like him to take over, but since he hadn’t had the pleasure of licking her pussy the last time they were together, he felt it was his due.
A soft chuckle sounded from Keegan, but then they were trading places so that Kaden was pushing her knees in close to her chest with one hand, tugging her panties aside with the other. His tongue glided between her smooth pussy lips, spread wide because of the position.
The fact that she shaved or waxed was a turn-on like no other. Not simply because there was no hair to contend with but because it meant Bristol had been anticipating this. He knew for a fact she hadn’t slept with another man—aside from them—in quite some time despite the fact she’d been flaunting dates earlier in the year. Gossip ran like wildfire within the small town of Coyote Ridge, and he would’ve heard about any trysts even if he hadn’t witnessed her with another man. It was the only reason he’d been able to refrain from pursuing her relentlessly these past couple of years.
Bristol’s hips bucked, her back bowing as she tried to get closer to his mouth. He wished he could see her face, that she could watch whil
e he reveled in her sweetness.
He pulled back, said, “Take off her jeans.”
And yes, he was well aware that he’d taken control this time unlike last time. But that was the way it worked. They didn’t battle for dominance when it came to sharing a woman. They worked in tandem, and right now, Kaden needed to be in control.
When Keegan took hold of her legs, Kaden once again tugged her panties aside and resumed licking and teasing while his brother’s movements jarred her body. And when he finally had the denim off, Kaden decided the panties had to go, too.
When that feat was accomplished, Bristol’s feet returned to the mattress, this time her knees falling open. She was completely bared to him and he was pretty damn sure he’d died and gone to heaven.
Goddamn, she was beautiful. The way she lifted her head to observe, her eyes flaring when he would spear her with his tongue before suckling her clit.
“Time for the shirt to go,” Keegan whispered, staring down at her.
It took some effort because Bristol continued to writhe, but the lightweight sweater finally came off, revealing a matching turquoise bra. As much as he liked it on her, he wanted it off. Keegan evidently had other plans, because rather than remove it, he tugged on the cups, freeing her breasts so that the lovely pale flesh toppled over. Keegan lowered his head, taking one hardened nipple between his lips, sucking gently.
“Oh, God.” Bristol squirmed beneath the onslaught, Kaden devouring her cunt, Keegan focused on her tits. Her soft moans grew louder the longer they worked her over until she was panting and groaning, chasing that elusive release.
Kaden focused all his attention on her, wanting to build her up higher before he sent her over. But when he heard his brother’s voice, he knew Keegan was going to get her there faster by saying those dirty words she seemed to be fond of.
“Come for us,” Keegan growled softly. “Come all over his face, Bristol. Let me hear you.”
